以下结合附图对本发明的较佳实施方式进行详细说明。 在不冲突的情况 下, 本申请实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。 本发明实施例提供一种共享屏幕和操作控制的方法。
参照图 1 , 图 1为本发明共享屏幕和操作控制的方法第一实施例的流程示 意图。
在第一实施例中, 共享屏幕和操作控制的方法, 包括: 步骤 S10, 主共享端查找接收端, 在接收到接收端的响应后, 向接收端发 起共享配对;
主共享端和接收端都打开自身无线局域网装置 (例如, WIFI ( Wireless Fidelity, 无线保真)模块),主机共享终端向外广播其为一个主机端的主机端 身份信息, 并监听附近是否有接收端发送的连接响应; 接收端则向外广播其 为一个接收端的接收端身份信息, 并监听附近是否有主共享端广播的主机端 身份信息。 当接收端监听到主共享端广播的主机端身份信息, 则向主共享端 发送连接响应; 当主共享端监听到接收端广播的接收端身份信息, 或者接收 端发送的连接响应, 则向接收端发起共享配对。
步骤 S20, 当主共享端和接收端配对成功后, 主共享端选择共享的内容; 在主共享端和接收端配对成功后, 主共享端进入共享内容选择界面, 并 选择需要共享的内容给接收端, 其中, 可供选择共享的内容可以包括以下四 种类型:
1 )应用, 包括游戏、 图库、 视频播放器、 浏览器等本地应用;
2 ) 图片, 主共享端可以选择单张或多张图片分享给接收端;
3 )视频, 主共享端可以选择一个或多个视频分享给接收端;
4 )音乐, 主共享端可以选择一个或多个音频分享给接收端。
步骤 S30, 主共享端向接收端共享内容以及对内容的操作。
主共享端向接收端共享应用, 例如浏览器,接收端可以对应用进行操作, 例如点击进入浏览器中相关页面; 主共享端向接收端共享视频和音频, 接收 端可以对分享的视频和音频进行音量调节、 快进快退、 暂停、 最小化及最大 化等操作; 主共享端向接收端共享图片,接收端可以对共享的图片进行浏览、 放大、 缩小等操作。
在本实施例中, 通过主共享端查找接收端, 在接收到接收端的响应后, 向接收端发起共享配对; 当主共享端和接收端配对成功时, 主共享端选择共 享的内容; 主共享端向接收端共享内容以及对所述内容的操作; 从而实现了 主共享端与接收端之间的屏幕共享, 同时也实现了主共享端与接收端之间的 操作控制共享, 从而满足了客户多样化的功能需求。 具体地, 参照图 2, 图 2为本发明共享屏幕和操作控制的方法第一实施例 中主共享端向接收端发起共享配对的流程示意图。
在本发明第一实施例中, 上述步骤 S10包括:
步骤 S101 , 主共享端确定接收端的设备类型;
步骤 S102, 主共享端根据所确定的设备类型, 建立相应的主共享端和接 收端之间的无线连接。 在本实施例中, 通过在主共享端打开自身无线局域网装置 (例如, WIFI 模块)之后, 用户可以对主共享端的共享模式进行选择, 共享模式包括 TV模 式和 Mobile模式。 当用户选择 Mobile模式, 主共享端通过 WIFI P2P(Peer-to-Peer, 点对点)的方式查找周围的向外广播身份信息的接收端 (能 向外广播身份信息的接收端一般为移动终端设备) , 如果找到了可用的并向 外广播身份信息的接收端, 则主共享端进入共享内容选择界面; 当用户选择 TV模式, 主共享端通过 WIFI P2P的方式查找其周围的通信协议匹配的接收端 (一般为显示设备) , 如果查找到了可用的接收端, 则直接进入共享内容选 择界面。 这样, 用户可以根据共享的设备类型选择不同的共享模式, 提高了 主共享端与接收端形成共享配对的效率。
图 3为本发明共享屏幕和操作控制的方法第一实施例中主共享端向接收 端共享内容以及对内容的操作的流程示意图。 在本发明第一实施例中, 上述步骤 S30包括:
步骤 S301 , 主共享端建立和接收端之间的 RTSP ( Real Time Streaming Protocol, 实时流传输协议)传输链路;
步骤 S302,主共享端将内容打包成流媒体格式通过 RTSP传输链路共享给 接收端; 步骤 S303 , 主共享端接收到接收端触摸屏控制事件, 对控制事件进行相 应的响应并将响应结果回传给接收端。 在本实施例中, 通过主共享端向接收端发送建立 RTSP传输链路请求, 接 收端接收建立 RTSP传输链路请求后, 若接收端用户需要建立 RTSP传输链路, 则返回主共享端 RTSP链路成功的响应; 主共享端向接收端发起 RTSP播放请 求, 接收端返回主共享端 RTSP播放回应, 然后主共享端将所述内容打包成流 媒体格式通过 RTSP传输链路共享给接收端; 最后, 主共享端与接收端建立用 户控制回传信道, 主共享端通过用户控制信道接收接收端传送的触摸屏感应 到的控制事件 (例如, 视频音频的播放、 暂停、 快进, 及音量调节等) , 对 所述控制事件进行相应的响应, 并将响应结果通过用户控制信道传送给接收 端。 这样, 通过在主共享端和接收端之间建立 RTSP链路和用户回传信道, 从 而方便实现共享内容和内容的操作的传输。
图 4为本发明共享屏幕和操作控制的方法第二实施例的流程示意图。
在上述第一实施例的基础上, 在执行步骤 S30之前, 共享屏幕和操作 控制的方法还可以包括:
步骤 S40 , 主共享端通过滑动屏幕、 摇动方式、 NFC(Near Field Communication,近距离无线通讯技术)方式和 /或屏幕接触(一种无线传输技术) 方式向接收端发起共享配对请求。
在本实施例中, 主共享端选中要分享的应用和资源后, 可以通过以下四 种方式发起共享操作:
1 ) 滑动屏幕, 从左向右滑动屏幕是打开共享, 从右向左滑动屏幕是关 闭共享;
2 ) 摇动方式, 摇动主机实现开关共享功能, 主共享端选中要共享的应 用和资源后, 摇动主共享端就可以打开对从机的共享功能, 并伴随振动;
3 ) NFC方式主共享端选中要共享的应用和资源后, 主共享端机和接收 端通过 NFC接触就可以将应用和资源迅速共享享给接收端;
4 )屏幕接触方式, 主共享端选中要分享的应用和资源后, 主共享端和接 收端通过屏幕接触方式, 只需两个设备屏幕相接触就可以将应用和资源迅速 共享给接收端。
通过上述的四种方式, 使得建立共享的过程更加多样化, 丰富了用户的 体验。
图 5为本发明共享屏幕和操作控制的方法第三实施例的流程示意图。
在上述第一实施例和第二实施例的基础上,在执行步骤 S30之后,共享屏 幕和操作控制的方法还可以包括:
步骤 S501 , 接收端向主共享端发起下载请求;
步骤 S502, 接收端接收主共享端响应下载请求后传输的请求数据; 步骤 S503 , 接收端下载请求数据。
在本实施例中, 接收端向主共享端发起下载请求, 若主共享端用户同意 下载, 则主共享端通过 WIFI Dierct (指允许无线网络中的设备无需通过无线 路由器即可相互连接的技术)传送音视频、 应用、 图片等请求数据给接收端, 接收端下载请求数据并保存到本地存储路径, 最后主共享端断开共享链路。 这样, 接收端用户若遇到喜爱的应用和资源, 则可以向主共享端发起下载请 求, 以将所喜爱的应用和资源仔仔到本地储存起来, 以便日后使用和欣赏。
图 6为本发明主共享端的第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
在第一实施例中, 主共享端包括:
配对模块 10, 设置为查找接收端, 在接收到接收端的响应后, 向接收端 发起共享配对;
内容选择模块 20, 设置为当主共享端和接收端配对成功时, 主共享端选 择共享的内容;
共享模块 30, 设置为向接收端共享内容以及对内容的操作。
在本实施例中, 当需要进行共享时, 主共享端和接收端都打开自身无线 局域网装置(例如, WIFI模块),配对模块 10向外广播其为一个主机端的主机 端身份信息, 并监听附近是否有接收端发送的连接响应; 接收端则向外广播 其为一个接收端的接收端身份信息, 并监听附近是否有主共享端广播的主机 端身份信息。 当接收端监听到配对模块 10广播的主机端身份信息, 则向配对 模块 10发送连接响应; 当配对模块 10监听到接收端广播的接收端身份信息, 或者接收端发送的连接响应, 则向接收端发起共享配对。
在主共享端和接收端配对成功后, 内容选择模块 20控制主共享端进入共 享内容选择界面, 并选择需要共享的内容给接收端。
共享模块 30向接收端共享应用, 例如浏览器, 接收端可以对应用进行操 作, 例如点击进入浏览器中相关页面; 共享模块 30向接收端共享视频和音频, 接收端可以对分享的视频和音频进行音量调节、 快进快退、 暂停、 最小化及 最大化等操作; 共享模块 30向接收端共享图片, 接收端可以对共享的图片进 行浏览、 放大、 缩小等操作。
在本实施例中, 通过配对模块 10查找接收端, 在接收到接收端的响应后, 向接收端发起共享配对; 当主共享端和接收端配对成功时, 内容选择模块 20 选择共享的内容; 共享模块 30向接收端共享内容以及对所述内容的操作; 从 而实现了主共享端与接收端之间的屏幕共享, 同时也实现了主共享端与接收 端之间的操作控制共享, 从而满足了客户多样化的功能需求。
图 7为本发明主共享端第二实施例的功能模块示意图。
在上述实施例的基础上, 主共享端还可以包括:
请求发起模块 40, 设置为通过滑动屏幕、 摇动方式、 NFC方式和 /或屏幕 接触方式向接收端发起共享配对请求, 其中:
1 ) 滑动屏幕, 从左向右滑动屏幕是打开共享, 从右向左滑动屏幕是关 闭共享;
2 ) 摇动方式, 摇动主机实现开关共享功能, 主共享端选中要共享的应 用和资源后, 摇动主共享端就可以打开对从机的共享功能, 并伴随振动;
3 ) NFC方式主共享端选中要共享的应用和资源后, 主共享端机和接收 端通过 NFC接触就可以将应用和资源迅速共享享给接收端;
4 ) 屏幕接触方式, 主共享端选中要分享的应用和资源后, 主共享端和 接收端通过屏幕接触技术, 只需屏幕接触就可以将应用和资源迅速共享给接 收端。 请求发起模块 40通过上述的四种方式,使得建立共享的过程更加多样化, 丰富了用户的体验。
图 8为主共享端的配对模块的功能模块示意图。
主共享端的配对模块 10包括:
类型确定模块 101 , 设置为确定接收端的设备类型;
无线连接模块 102,设置为根据所确定的设备类型, 建立相应的主共享端 和接收端之间的无线连接。
在本实施例中, 在主共享端打开自身无线局域网装置(例如, WIFI模块) 之后, 类型确定模块 101可以对主共享端的共享模式进行选择, 共享模式包括 TV模式和 Mobile模式。当类型确定模块 101选择 Mobile模式,无线连接模块 102 通过 WIFI P2P(Peer-to-Peer,点对点)的方式查找周围的向外广播身份信息的接 收端 (能向外广播身份信息的接收端一般为移动终端设备) , 如果找到了可 用的并向外广播身份信息的接收端, 则主共享端进入共享内容选择界面; 当 类型确定模块 101选择 TV模式, 无线连接模块 102通过 WIFI P2P的方式查找其 周围的通信协议匹配的接收端 (一般为显示设备) , 如果查找到了可用的接 收端, 则直接进入共享内容选择界面。 这样, 用户可以根据共享的设备类型 选择不同的共享模式, 从而提高了主共享端与接收端形成共享配对的效率。
图 9为主共享端共享模块的功能模块示意图。
主共享端的共享模块 30包括:
链路建立模块 301 , 设置为建立和接收端之间的 RTSP传输链路; 传输模块 302, 设置为将内容打包成流媒体格式通过 RTSP传输链路共享 给接收端;
响应模块 303 ,设置为接收到接收端触摸屏控制事件, 对控制事件进行响 应并将响应结果回传给接收端。
在本实施例中,链路建立模块 301向接收端发送建立 RTSP传输链路请求, 接收端接收建立 RTSP传输链路请求后, 若接收端用户需要建立 RTSP传输链 路, 则返回主共享端 RTSP链路成功的响应; 传输模块 302向接收端发起 RTSP 播放请求, 接收端返回主共享端 RTSP播放回应, 然后传输模块 302将所述内 容打包成流媒体格式通过 RTSP传输链路共享给接收端; 最后, 响应模块 303 与接收端建立用户控制回传信道,响应模块 303通过用户控制信道接收接收端 传送的触摸屏感应到的控制事件(例如, 视频音频的播放、 暂停、 快进, 及 音量调节等) , 对所述控制事件进行相应的响应, 并将响应结果通过用户控 制信道传送给所述接收端。 这样, 通过在主共享端和接收端之间建立 RTSP链 路和用户回传信道, 从而方便实现共享内容和内容的操作的传输。
本发明实施例同时又提供一种共享屏幕和操作控制的***, 参照图 10, 包括: 主共享端和接收端, 其中,
主共享端设置为查找接收端, 在接收到接收端的响应后, 向接收端发起 共享配对; 当主共享端和接收端配对成功后, 选择共享的内容; 向接收端共 享所述内容以及对所述内容的操作;
接收端设置为向主共享端发起下载请求; 接收端接收主共享端响应所述 下载请求后传输的请求数据; 接收端下载所述请求数据。
本共享屏幕和操作控制的***包括了上述主共享端实施例的全部技术方 案, 且达到的技术效果也完全一致, 在此不作赘述。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机程序, 包括程序指令, 当该程序指令被 主共享端执行时, 使得该主共享端可执行上面所述的方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种载有上述的计算机程序的载体。

1、 一种共享屏幕和操作控制的方法, 包括:
主共享端查找接收端, 在接收到所述接收端的响应后, 向接收端发起共 享配对;
当所述主共享端和所述接收端配对成功后, 所述主共享端选择共享的内 容;
所述主共享端向所述接收端共享所述内容以及对所述内容的操作。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法,其中,所述主共享端选择共享的内容包括: 应用、 图片、 视频和 /或音乐。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述主共享端向所述接收端共享所 述内容以及对所述内容的操作的步骤包括:
所述主共享端建立和所述接收端之间的实时流传输协议 RTSP传输链路; 所述主共享端将所述内容打包成流媒体格式通过 RTSP传输链路共享给 所述接收端;
所述主共享端接收到所述接收端触摸屏控制事件, 对所述控制事件进行 响应并将响应结果返回给所述接收端。
4、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其中, 主共享端向所述接收端共享所 述内容以及对所述内容的操作的步骤之前还包括:
所述主共享端通过滑动屏幕、 摇动方式、 近距离无线通信 NFC 方式和 / 或屏幕接触方式向所述接收端发起共享配对请求。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述主共享端向所述接收端共享 所述内容以及对所述内容的操作的步骤之后, 还包括:
所述接收端向所述主共享端发起下载请求;
所述接收端接收所述主共享端响应所述下载请求后传输的请求数据; 所述接收端下载所述请求数据。
6、 一种主共享端, 包括: 配对模块, 其设置为: 查找接收端, 在接收到所述接收端的响应后, 向 接收端发起共享配对;
内容选择模块, 其设置为: 当所述主共享端和所述接收端配对成功后, 选择共享的内容; 以及 共享模块, 其设置为: 向所述接收端共享所述内容以及对所述内容的操 作。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的主共享端, 还包括: 请求发起模块, 其设置为: 通过滑动屏幕、 摇动方式、 近距离无线通信 NFC方式和 /或屏幕接触方式向接收端发起共享配对请求。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的主共享端, 其中, 所述共享模块包括: 链路建立模块, 其设置为: 建立和所述接收端之间的 RTSP传输链路; 传输模块, 其设置为: 将所述内容打包成流媒体格式通过 RTSP传输链 路共享给接收端; 以及
响应模块, 其设置为: 接收所述接收端触摸屏控制事件, 对所述控制事 件进行响应并将响应结果返回给所述接收端。
9、 一种共享屏幕和操作控制的***, 包括: 主共享端和接收端, 其中, 所述主共享端设置为: 查找接收端, 在接收到所述接收端的响应后, 向 接收端发起共享配对; 当所述主共享端和所述接收端配对成功后, 选择共享 的内容; 向所述接收端共享所述内容以及对所述内容的操作;
所述接收端设置为: 向主共享端发起下载请求; 接收端接收主共享端响 应所述下载请求后传输的请求数据; 接收端下载所述请求数据。
10、 一种计算机程序, 包括程序指令, 当该程序指令被主共享端执行时, 使得该主共享端可执行权利要求 1-5任一项所述的方法。
11、 一种载有权利要求 10所述的计算机程序的载体。
