Description

获取用户身心状态的方法、***及终端 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种获取用户身心状态的方法、***及终端。
背景技术
目前可穿戴设备(例如智能手环、手表、眼镜等)由于便携的特点,深受大家喜爱,可穿戴设备可以与智能手机通信实现了利用可穿戴设备打电话和发邮件等功能。另一方面,人们越来越注重自己的身心状态,比如身体健康状态,为了满足这一需求,市场上也推出了一些测量用户身体健康状态的可穿戴设备,例如可以测量体温、血压等的智能手环。在测量用户身体健康状态时,用户在可穿戴设备上启动可穿戴设备的测量功能,可穿戴设备进行数据测量,将测量数据发送给与其配对的智能手机上呈现给用户;终端用户还可以将测量数据发送给亲朋好友。可见,现有检测用户身心状态必须要终端用户自己主动触发,在需要发送给其他用户时,则主动发送给其他用户;而其他用户无法主动获取该终端用户当前的身心状态。
发明内容
本发明要解决的主要技术问题是,提供一种获取用户身心状态的方法、***及终端,解决了现有技术中用户无法主动获取其他用户的身心状态。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种获取用户身心状态的方法,包括如下步骤:终端接收外部终端发送的第一用户身心状态获取指令,并将所述第一用户身心状态获取指令发送给与其对应的可穿戴设备;所述终端接收所述可穿戴设备根据所述第一用户身心状态获取指令采集的当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数;所述终端对所述身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态,并将该身心状态发送给所述外部终端供其呈现给所述外部终端用户。
优选地,所述终端对所述身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态的步骤包括:所述终端将所述身心状态参数与预置身心状态参数进行对比分析获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态。
优选地,所述方法还包括:所述终端生成第二用户身心状态获取指令,并将所述第二用户身心状态获取指令发送给所述外部终端;接收所述外部终端返回的当前所述外部终端用户的身心状态,并呈现给所述终端用户。
优选地,所述身心状态参数包括心情状态参数和/或所述身体状态参数;所述身心状态包括心情状态和/或身体状态。
优选地,所述心情状态参数包括:声音,所述身体参数包括:脉搏、体温和血压中的至少一种;所述心情状态包括:高兴、生气或者正常;所述身体状态包括:兴奋、紧张、高烧、低烧、高血压、低血压或者正常。
同样为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明还提供了另一种获取用户身心状态的方法,包括如下步骤:第二终端发送第一用户身心状态获取指令给第一终端;第一终端接收所述第一用户身心状态获取指令,将所述第一用户身心状态获取指令发送给与其对应的第一可穿戴设备;所述第一可穿戴设备根据所述第一用户身心状态获取指令采集当前所述第一可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数,并将所述身心状态参数发送给所述第一终端;所述第一终端对所述身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述第一可穿戴设备用户的身心状态,并将该身心状态发送给所述第二终端;所述第二终端将接收到所述身心状态呈现给所述第二终端用户。

优选地,所述处理模块设置为将所述身心状态参数与预置身心状态参数进行对比分析获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态。
优选地,所述终端还包括:指令生成模块和呈现模块;所述指令生成模块设置为生成第二用户身心状态获取指令;所述第一通信模块还设置为发送所述第二用户身心状态获取指令给所述外部终端;以及接收所述外部终端返回的当前所述外部终端用户的身心状态;所述呈现模块设置为将所述外部终端用户的身心状态呈现给所述终端用户。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种获取用户身心状态的方法、***及终端,可以使得用户实时主动获取其他用户的身心状态,实时关心了解对方的身体状态,便于彼此关心和爱护;本发明的获取用户身心状态的方法包括:终端接收外部终端发送的第一用户身心状态获取指令,并将所述第一用户身心状态获取指令发送给与其对应的可穿戴设备;所述终端接收所述可穿戴设备根据所述第一用户身心状态获取指令采集的当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数;所述终端对所述身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态,并将该身心状态发送给所述外部终端供其呈现给所述外部终端用户;本发明的方法通过其他用户终端触发本端终端和可穿戴设备工作,从而获取本端用户的身心状态,然后主动上报本端用户的身心状态给对端终端,使对端用户可以实时主动获取本端用户的身心状态,实时关心了解对方的身心状态;采用本发明的方法也可以使得使用情侣手机的用户,实时了解对方的心情和身体状态,与现有技术相比,提升了用户体验。

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
考虑到目前用户无法主动获取对方用户(其他用户)的身心状态或心情状态,本实施例提供了一种获取用户身心状态的方法,应用于终端,包括如下步骤:
步骤101:终端接收外部终端发送的第一用户身心状态获取指令,并将所述第一用户身心状态获取指令发送给与其对应的可穿戴设备。
本实施例中终端可以通过无线方式接收外部终端发送的指令,例如wifi、蓝牙等。
本实施例中与所述终端对应的可穿戴设备指的是:与终端配对的可穿戴设备,其与终端可以通过近距离无线通信的方式连接,例如蓝牙、NFC或者WIFI等。本实施例终端和可穿戴设备可以为同一用户使用的两个设备。
步骤102:所述终端接收所述可穿戴设备根据所述第一用户身心状态获取指令采集的当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数。
在终端将第一用户身心状态获取指令转发给可穿戴设备后,可穿戴设备可以根据获取指令采集相应的用户身心参数,本实施例中用户身心参数可以包括:心情状态参数和/或所述身体状态参数。本实施例中心情状态参数指的是:可以作为检测用户当前心情状态依据的参数,例如声音。本实施例中身体状态参数指的是:可以作为检测用户当前身体状态的参数,例如脉搏、体温和血压中的至少一种。本实施例中可穿戴设备可以利用声音传感器采集声音,微压力传感器采集脉搏、体温传感器采集体温。
步骤103:所述终端对所述身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态,并将该身心状态发送给所述外部终端供其呈现给所述外部终端用户。
本实施例中终端可以对可穿戴设备返回的身心状态参数进行分析处理得到当前可穿戴设备用户的身心状态,本实施例中身心状态可以包括:心情状态和/或身体状态。例如在所述心情状态参数包括:声音,所述身体参数包括:脉搏、体温和血压中的至少一种的情况下;本实施例中心情状态包括:高兴、生气或者正常;所述身体状态包括:兴奋、紧张、高烧、低烧、高血压、低血压或者正常。
本实施例方法由外部终端触发本端可穿戴设备采集参数,本端终端对采集的参数进行分析处理获得本端用户的身心状态,然后发送给外部终端,使得外部终端用户可以获取本端用户的身心状态,实时关心了解对方的身心状态;采用本发明的方法也可以使得使用情侣手机的用户,实时了解对方的心情和身体状态,与现有技术相比,提升了用户体验。
在上述方法的基础上,步骤103中所述终端对所述身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态的过程可以包括:所述终端将所述身心状态参数与预置身心状态参数进行对比分析获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态。
本实施例方法中终端可以通过将采集到的数据与预置数据进行对比分析得到用户当前的身心状态。例如:
当身心状态参数包括用户声音时,可以通过将采集到的声音与预置声音进行比较得到当前用户的心情状态为:高兴、生气或者正常。预置声音可以是生气时、高兴时的声音、紧张时等的声音。具体地,可以通过对比用户当前说话的节奏来判断用户当前的心情状态。
当身心参数包括用户脉搏时,可以通过将采集到的脉搏跳动数据与预置的脉搏跳动数据对比得到当前用户的心情状态为:正常、紧张或者兴奋等。
当身心参数包括用户体温时,可以通过将采集到的体温与预置正常体温进行对比得到当前用户身体状态为:高烧、低烧或正常等。
在本实施例方法中还可以使得本端用户获取对端用户当前的身心状态,具体地,本实施例方法还可以包括:
所述终端生成第二用户身心状态获取指令,并将所述第二用户身心状态获取指令发送给所述外部终端;
接收所述外部终端返回的当前所述外部终端用户的身心状态,并呈现给所述终端用户。
具体地终端可以根据用户输入的指令生成用户身心状态获取指令,然后通过无线方式发送给外部终端,外部终端接收到指令后采用与上述方法中相同的步骤获取外部终端用户当前的身心状态,返回给所述终端,终端将外部终端用户当前的身心状态显示出来,这样该终端用户就会知晓对端外部终端用户的身心状态,进一步地,提高用户的体验。
本实施例方法可以为对端用户提供本端用户当前的身心状态,也可以获取对端用户当前的身心状态,使得通信双方用户可以实时了解对方的身心状态。
实施例二:
如图2所示,为使得对端终端用户可以获取本端终端用户当前的身心状态,本实施例提供了一种获取用户身心状态的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤201:第二终端发送第一用户身心状态获取指令给第一终端。
第二终端相对第一终端来说为外部终端,第一终端相对第二终端来说也是外部终端。
具体地,第二终端可以根据用户输入的指令生成用户身心状态,然后通过无线方式发送给第一终端。例如在第二终端提供一选择界面,该界面上包括采集声音获取用户身心状态、采集脉搏获取用户身心状态、采集体温获取用户身心状态的选项,用户选择其中一选项后,第二终端就会产生相应的获取指令,然后发送给第一终端。
步骤202:第一终端接收所述第一用户身心状态获取指令,将所述第一用户身心状态获取指令发送给与其对应的第一可穿戴设备。
第一终端可以与第一可穿戴设备通过近距离通信方式进行数据交互,例如蓝牙、NFC、wifi等。本实施例第一可穿戴设备可以为智能手环、手表等。
步骤203:所述第一可穿戴设备根据所述第一用户身心状态获取指令采集当前所述第一可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数,并将所述身心状态参数发送给所述第一终端。
具体地,根据获取指令采集相应的身心状态参数,例如当获取指令为通过采集声音获取身心状态的指令时,第一可穿戴设备就会利用声音传感器来采集用户当前的声音,当获取指令为通过采集体温获取身心状态的指令时,第一可穿戴设备就会利用体温传感器来采集用户当前的体温。
步骤204:所述第一终端对所述身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述第一可穿戴设备用户的身心状态,并将该身心状态发送给所述第二终端。
优先地,第一终端将采集到的参数与预置参数进行对比得到用户当前的身心状态,例如将采集到体温与预置正常体温进行对比得到用户当前的身体状态为:高烧、低烧或者正常。
本实施例身心状态包括心情状态和/或身体状态,本实施例中身心状态参数包括心情状态参数和/或所述身体状态参数。具体的参数和状态描述可以参考实施例一的相关介绍。
步骤205:所述第二终端将接收到所述身心状态呈现给所述第二终端用户。
第二终端接收到第一终端发送的身心状态收,将该身心状态显示给第二终端用户,进一步地,还可以给出相关提高身心状态的建议反馈给第一终端,例如多喝水、休息等。
本实施例的方法可以使第二终端主动获取第一终端用户的身心状态,实时关心第一终端用户的身心情况,提高了用户体验。
为使得第一终端同样可以获取第二终端用户当前的身心状态,实现通信双方可以相互了解身心状态关心彼此的目的,如图3所示,在上述方法的基础上,本实施例的方法还包括:
步骤301:第一终端生成第二用户身心状态获取指令,并将所述第二用户身心状态获取指令发送给所述第二终端。
步骤302:所述第二终端将所述第二用户身心状态获取指令发送给与其对应的第二可穿戴设备。
步骤303:所述第二可穿戴设备根据所述第二用户身心状态获取指令采集当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数,并将该身心状态参数发送给所述第二终端。
步骤304:所述第二终端对采集的当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态,并将该身心状态发送给所述第一终端。
步骤305:所述第一终端将所述第二终端发送的所述身心状态呈现给所述第一终端用户。
本实施例方法步骤301-305实现第一终端用户获取第二终端用户身心状态过程,其与实现第二终端用户获取第一终端用户身心状态的过程相同,均是通过可穿戴设备采集参数,终端分析处理采集的参数获得用户身心参数,然后反馈。
下面将详细介绍本实施例的方法,如图4所示,为一种通信***,包括移动终端A、与移动终端A对应的可穿戴设备A、移动终端B、与移动终端B对应的可穿戴设 备B;其中可穿戴设备A与移动终端A近场通信,可穿戴设备B与移动终端B近场通信,移动终端A与移动终端B无线通信。利用该通信***实现获取对方身心状态的过程包括:
如图5所示为用户A获取用户B的身心状态的过程:
步骤501:用户A在移动终端A上输入通过体温来获取用户B身体状态的指令,移动终端A根据用户A输入的指令生成获取用户B身体状态的指令,并向该指令通过发送给移动终端B。
具体移动终端A可提供以信息分类的界面,该信息分类界面包括可采集的信息类型,例如包括声音、脉搏、体温等。用户A选择其中一个类型,即用户选择需要通过该类型的信息来确认用户B的状态,移动终端A就会生成相应的获取指令发送给移动终端B。
步骤502:移动终端B将获取用户B身体状态的指令转发给可穿戴设备B,可穿戴设备B,可穿戴设备B利用体温传感器采集用户B的体温数据,然后发送给移动终端B。
步骤503:移动终端B将体温数据与预先设置的体温数据进行对比得到当前用户B身体状态为低烧、高烧或者正常,并将得到的用户B身体状态发生给移动终端A。
移动终端B还可以保存指令、采集的数据或者得到的用户B身体状态。
步骤504:移动终端A显示用户B的身体状态。
同样,用户B获取用户A的身心状态过程可以图5所示的过程是一样的,这里就不在赘述。
利用本实施例方法可以使得用户A与用户B实时主动了解到对方的身心状态,提高了用户体验。
实施例三:
本实施例提供了一种终端,如图6所示,包括:第一通信模块、第二通信模块和处理模块;
所述第一通信模块设置为接收外部终端发送的第一用户身心状态获取指令,并将所述第一用户身心状态获取指令发送给与所述终端对应的可穿戴设备,以及将所述处理模块中的身心状态发送给所述外部终端供其呈现给所述外部终端用户;
所述第二通信模块设置为接收所述可穿戴设备根据所述第一用户身心状态获取指令采集的当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数;
所述处理模块设置为对所述身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态。
本实施例中第一通信模块可以为无线通信模块,其可以与外部终端通过无线网络连接;本实施例中第二通信模块可以为近距离通信模块,其可以与可穿戴设备进行近距离通信,例如蓝牙。
本实施例终端可以利用外部传输的指令来触发可穿戴设备采集身心状态参数,并可以对采集参数进行分析得到身心状态,然后发送给外部终端供其呈现给用户;本实施例终端可以使得外部终端可以主动获取所述终端用户当前的身心状态,提升了用户体验。
优先地,本实施例终端中所述处理模块设置为将所述身心状态参数与预置身心状态参数进行对比分析获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态。
为了能够使得本实施例终端可以获取外部终端用户的身心状态,如图7所示,本实施例终端还可以包括:指令生成模块和呈现模块;
所述指令生成模块设置为生成第二用户身心状态获取指令;
所述第一通信模块还设置为发送所述第二用户身心状态获取指令给所述外部终端;以及接收所述外部终端返回的当前所述外部终端用户的身心状态;
所述呈现模块设置为将所述外部终端用户的身心状态呈现给所述终端用户。
优先地,本实施例中所述身心状态参数包括心情状态参数和/或所述身体状态参数;所述身心状态包括心情状态和/或身体状态。例如所述心情状态参数包括:声音,所述身体参数包括:脉搏、体温和血压中的至少一种;所述心情状态包括:高兴、生气或者正常;所述身体状态包括:兴奋、紧张、高烧、低烧、高血压、低血压或者正常。
实施例四:
本实施例提供了一种获取用户身心状态的***,如图8所示,包括:第一终端、第二终端以及与所述第一终端对应的第一可穿戴设备;
所述第一终端包括:第一通信模块、第二通信模块和第一处理模块;
所述第二终端包括:第一指令生成模块、第三通信模块和第一呈现模块;
所述第一可穿戴设备包括:第四通信模块和第一采集模块;
所述第一指令生成模块设置为生成第一用户身心状态获取指令,并通过所述第三通信模块将所述第一用户身心状态获取指令发送给所述第一终端的所述第一通信模块;
所述第二通信模块设置为将所述第一用户身心状态获取指令发送给所述第一可穿戴设备的第四通信模块;
所述第一采集模块设置为根据所述第一用户身心状态获取指令采集当前所述第一可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数,并通过所述第四通信模块将所述身心状态参数发送给所述第一终端的第二通信模块;
所述第一处理模块设置为对采集的所述当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态,并通过所述第一通信模块发送给所述第二终端的所述第三通信模块;
所述第一呈现模块设置为将所述第三通信模块中的身心状态呈现给第二终端用户。
本实施例的***使得对端用户(第二终端用户)可以实时主动获取本端用户(第一终端用户)的身心状态,实时了解对方的心情、身体状况,便于彼此的关心和爱护。
为了能够使得本端用户也可以了解对端用户的身心状态,如图9所示,本实施例***还可以包括与所述第二终端对应的第二可穿戴设备;所述第一终端还包括:第二指令生成模块和第二呈现模块;所述第二终端还包括:第五通信模块和第二处理模块;所述第二可穿戴设备包括:第六通信模块和第二采集模块;
所述第一终端中的所述第二指令生成模块设置为生成第二用户身心状态获取指令,并通过所述第一通信模块发送给所述第二终端的第三通信模块;
所述第二终端中的所述第五通信模块设置为将所述第二用户身心状态获取指令发送给所述第二可穿戴设备中的所述第六通信模块;
所述第二可穿戴设备中的所述第二采集模块设置为根据所述第二用户身心状态获取指令采集当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数,并通过所述第六通信模块发送给所述第五通信模块;
所述第二终端中的第二处理模块设置为对采集的当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态,并通过所述第三通信模块发送给所述第一通信模块;
所述第一终端中的所述第二呈现模块设置为将所述第一通信模块中所述第二终端发送的所述身心状态呈现给所述第一终端用户。
本实施例***可以使得第一终端用户和第二终端用户实时主动地获取对方的身心状态,提升了用户体验。本实施例中第一终端和第二终端可以为智能手机,平板电脑等移动设备;第一可穿戴设备和第二可穿戴设备为智能手环、智能手表等。
下面以第一终端和第二终端分别为相同的智能手机A、B、第一、二可穿戴设备分别为手环A、B为例,来介绍本实施例的***,其中手机与可穿戴设备的连接方式为wifi,智能手机之间的连接方式为蓝牙连接,此时本实施例***的结构可以参考上述图4,本实施例***实现获取用户B身心状态的过程包括如下步骤:
步骤110:用户A进入智能手机上的数据分析应用模块,打开其中的控制开关模块,通过蓝牙与用户B的智能手机B相连接。
如图11所示,本实施例中智能手机的处理模块、指令生成模块、呈现模块可以集成在数据分析应用模块中,此外数据分析应用模块中还可以集成设置为控制与外部终端通信的控制开关模块。优先地,本实施例中指令生成模块可以为信息分类模块,信息分类模块设置为为用户提供采集信息类型的选择,并根据用户选择的信息类型产生相应的用户身心状态获取命令。
步骤120:用户A想要查看用户B的声音来确认用户B当前的心情状态时,在信息分类模块中选择声音,智能手机A生成相应的心情状态获取命令发送给智能手机B。
步骤130:用户B的智能手机B将心情状态获取命令发送给手环B,手环B接到该命令后实时采集声音数据后,通过wifi传给智能手机B,保存至存储模块。
步骤140:智能手机B数据应用分析模块中的处理模块将采集的声音与预置声音做分析对比后,结果是与高兴的声音接近,通过蓝牙将结果发送给用户A的智能手机A。
步骤150:智能手机A在数据分析应用模块中显示当前用户A当前心情非常好。

如上所述,通过上述实施例及优选实施方式,可以使得使用情侣手机的用户,实时了解对方的心情和身体状态,与现有技术相比,提升了用户体验。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种获取用户身心状态的方法,包括如下步骤:
    终端接收外部终端发送的第一用户身心状态获取指令,并将所述第一用户身心状态获取指令发送给与其对应的可穿戴设备;
    所述终端接收所述可穿戴设备根据所述第一用户身心状态获取指令采集的当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数;
    所述终端对所述身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态,并将该身心状态发送给所述外部终端供其呈现给所述外部终端用户。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述终端对所述身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态的步骤包括:
    所述终端将所述身心状态参数与预置身心状态参数进行对比分析获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    所述终端生成第二用户身心状态获取指令,并将所述第二用户身心状态获取指令发送给所述外部终端;
    接收所述外部终端返回的当前所述外部终端用户的身心状态,并呈现给所述终端用户。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述身心状态参数包括心情状态参数和/或所述身体状态参数;所述身心状态包括心情状态和/或身体状态。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述心情状态参数包括:声音,所述身体参数包括:脉搏、体温和血压中的至少一种;所述心情状态包括:高兴、生气或者正常;所述身体状态包括:兴奋、紧张、高烧、低烧、高血压、低血压或者正常。
  6. 一种获取用户身心状态的方法,包括如下步骤:
    第二终端发送第一用户身心状态获取指令给第一终端;
    第一终端接收所述第一用户身心状态获取指令,将所述第一用户身心状态获取指令发送给与其对应的第一可穿戴设备;
    所述第一可穿戴设备根据所述第一用户身心状态获取指令采集当前所述第一可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数,并将所述身心状态参数发送给所述第一终端;
    所述第一终端对所述身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述第一可穿戴设备用户的身心状态,并将该身心状态发送给所述第二终端;
    所述第二终端将接收到所述身心状态呈现给所述第二终端用户。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    所述第一终端生成第二用户身心状态获取指令,并将所述第二用户身心状态获取指令发送给所述第二终端;
    所述第二终端将所述第二用户身心状态获取指令发送给与其对应的第二可穿戴设备;
    所述第二可穿戴设备根据所述第二用户身心状态获取指令采集当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数,并将该身心状态参数发送给所述第二终端;
    所述第二终端对采集的当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态,并将该身心状态发送给所述第一终端;
    所述第一终端将所述第二终端发送的所述身心状态呈现给所述第一终端用户。
  8. 一种终端,包括:第一通信模块、第二通信模块和处理模块;
    所述第一通信模块设置为接收外部终端发送的第一用户身心状态获取指令,并将所述第一用户身心状态获取指令发送给与所述终端对应的可穿戴设备,以及将所述处理模块中的身心状态发送给所述外部终端供其呈现给所述外部终端用户;
    所述第二通信模块设置为接收所述可穿戴设备根据所述第一用户身心状态获取指令采集的当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数;
    所述处理模块设置为对所述身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的终端,其中,所述处理模块设置为将所述身心状态参数与预置身心状态参数进行对比分析获取当前所述可穿戴设备用户的身心状态。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的终端,其中,还包括:指令生成模块和呈现模块;
    所述指令生成模块设置为生成第二用户身心状态获取指令;
    所述第一通信模块还设置为发送所述第二用户身心状态获取指令给所述外部终端;以及接收所述外部终端返回的当前所述外部终端用户的身心状态;
    所述呈现模块设置为将所述外部终端用户的身心状态呈现给所述终端用户。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的终端,其中,所述身心状态参数包括心情状态参数和/或所述身体状态参数;所述身心状态包括心情状态和/或身体状态。
  12. 一种获取用户身心状态的***,包括:第一终端、第二终端以及与所述第一终端对应的第一可穿戴设备;
    所述第一终端包括:第一通信模块、第二通信模块和第一处理模块;
    所述第二终端包括:第一指令生成模块、第三通信模块和第一呈现模块;
    所述第一可穿戴设备包括:第四通信模块和第一采集模块;
    所述第一指令生成模块设置为生成第一用户身心状态获取指令,并通过所述第三通信模块将所述第一用户身心状态获取指令发送给所述第一终端的所述第一通信模块;
    所述第二通信模块设置为将所述第一用户身心状态获取指令发送给所述第一可穿戴设备的第四通信模块;
    所述第一采集模块设置为根据所述第一用户身心状态获取指令采集当前所述第一可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数,并通过所述第四通信模块将所述身心状态参数发送给所述第一终端的第二通信模块;
    所述第一处理模块设置为对采集的所述当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态,并通过所述第一通信模块发送给所述第二终端的所述第三通信模块;
    所述第一呈现模块设置为将所述第三通信模块中的身心状态呈现给第二终端用户。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的***,其中,所述***还包括:与所述第二终端对应的第二可穿戴设备;所述第一终端还包括:第二指令生成模块和第二呈现模块;所述第二终端还包括:第五通信模块和第二处理模块;所述第二可穿戴设备包括:第六通信模块和第二采集模块;
    所述第一终端中的所述第二指令生成模块设置为生成第二用户身心状态获取指令,并通过所述第一通信模块发送给所述第二终端的第三通信模块;
    所述第二终端中的所述第五通信模块设置为将所述第二用户身心状态获取指令发送给所述第二可穿戴设备中的所述第六通信模块;
    所述第二可穿戴设备中的所述第二采集模块设置为根据所述第二用户身心状态获取指令采集当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数,并通过所述第六通信模块发送给所述第五通信模块;
    所述第二终端中的第二处理模块设置为对采集的当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态参数进行分析处理获取当前所述第二可穿戴设备用户的身心状态,并通过所述第三通信模块发送给所述第一通信模块;
    所述第一终端中的所述第二呈现模块设置为将所述第一通信模块中所述第二终端发送的所述身心状态呈现给所述第一终端用户。
