现有的电子烟的烟雾气流是从电池杆组件 120的端部的进气口进入, 流经 控制区域后,再经电池杆组件 120内的缝隙进入雾化组件 110, 最后由雾化组件 110的烟雾通道流至吸烟端 100, 从而进入用户口腔。
由于现有技术中带有储油棉 112所述雾化组件 110的一端作为供用户吸食 烟雾的吸烟端 100, 用户口腔夹持在所述雾化组件 110上时, 雾化组件 110因受 挤压而使内部的烟油被挤出进入用户口腔, 从而影响用户的正常使用; 其次, 现有的雾化组件 110所处的位置不合理, 用户吸烟时手指通常夹持在所述电热 丝组件 113所处的区域, 因而容易受到电热丝组件 113产生的热量烫手, 安全性 差, 且用户对电热丝组件 113在手指夹持区域产生的高温热量存在较多忧虑, 因而用户体验差; 第三, 由于所述雾化组件 110的一端作为供用户吸食烟雾的 吸烟端 100, 所述雾化组件 110内的储油棉 112离用户口腔较近, 因而烟油较容 易进入吸烟者口腔。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本实用新型提供了一种便于烟雾排出、 不容易吸食到烟油及安 全性高的电子烟。
一种电子烟, 其中, 包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于雾化烟油以形成烟雾的雾化组件以及 用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组件;
所述雾化组件设置于所述电子烟本体远离所述吸烟端的一端;
所述吸烟端设置有用于排出所述烟雾的出气通孔;
所述电池杆组件内部设置有与所述出气通孔导通的烟雾通道,且所述烟雾 通道沿所述电池杆组件的轴向延伸并偏离所述电池杆组件的轴心,所述出气通 孔与所述烟雾通道位置对应,以保持流经所述烟雾通道和所述出气通孔的所述 烟雾的气流方向不变;
所述吸烟端远离所述电池杆组件一端的横截面积小于所述吸烟端靠近所 述电池杆组件一端的横截面积,且所述吸烟端远离所述电池杆组件一端的端部 偏离所述电池杆组件的轴心线。

用于根据用于的按压操作生成所述触发信号的操作按键。 从上述的技术方案可以看出,因本实用新型所提供的电子烟的雾化组件设 置于所述电子烟本体远离所述吸烟端的一端,所述电池杆组件内部设置有偏离 所述电池杆组件的轴心并与所述吸烟端的出气通孔导通的烟雾通道,且因出气 通孔与所述烟雾通道位置对应, 使得便于在所述电池杆组件内安装电池的同 时, 烟雾无需改变方向即可直接通过出气通孔排出,有效的降低了烟雾在烟雾 通道内凝结的概率, 从而便于烟雾顺畅地排出; 其次, 所述吸烟端远离所述电 池杆组件一端的横截面积小于所述吸烟端靠近所述电池杆组件一端的横截面 积,且所述吸烟端远离所述电池杆组件一端的端部偏离所述电池杆组件的轴心 线, 因而在使烟雾顺畅地排出的同时, 便于用户口腔夹持在所述吸烟端上, 夹 持更可靠, 用户体验高; 第三, 所述雾化组件设置于所述电子烟本体远离所述 吸烟端的一端, 因而不容易吸食到烟油,使用时用户手指直接夹持在所述电池 杆组件上, 从而避免烫手等问题, 安全性较好。 附图说明

具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了电子烟, 该电子烟的整体结构请见图 2所示。 由图 2所示可知, 该电子烟包括电子烟本体, 且所述电子烟本体设置有吸 烟端 201, 用户通过该吸烟端 201即可进行吸烟。
用于雾化烟油以形成烟雾的雾化组件 203, 即通过该雾化组件 203使得烟 油雾化, 从而使得用户吸食雾化后的烟雾。
用于给所述雾化组件 203供电的电池杆组件 202。
即在实际应用中, 用户吸烟时, 抽吸该吸烟端 201, 电池杆组件 202感应 到用户抽吸的动作后,控制雾化组件 203雾化烟油以形成烟雾, 以使得用户通 过吸烟端 201吸食到烟雾。
具体的, 即雾化组件 203形成的烟雾在电子烟内部流通至吸烟端 201。 为实现烟雾流至吸烟端 201, 且用户通过该吸烟端 201能够吸食烟雾的目 的, 以下结合图 3所示进行说明;
如图 3所示, 所述吸烟端 201设置有用于排出所述烟雾的出气通孔 204, 所述吸烟端 201远离所述电池杆组件 202—端的横截面积小于所述吸烟端 201 靠近所述电池杆组件 202—端的横截面积,且所述吸烟 201端远离所述电池杆 组件 202—端的端部偏离所述电池杆组件 202的轴心线,因而在使烟雾顺畅地 排出的同时, 便于用户口腔夹持在所述吸烟端上, 夹持更可靠, 用户体验高。
在所述电池杆组件 202 内部设置有与所述出气通孔 204导通的烟雾通道 205 , 即通过相互导通的出气通孔 204和烟雾通道 205, 以使得雾化组件 203 雾化的烟雾能够被用户吸食。
且雾化组件 203设置于所述电子烟本体远离所述吸烟端 201的一端,通过 釆用此种设置方式使得雾化后的烟雾无需经过雾化组件 203 内的储油区域即 可直接经过烟雾通道 205流至出气通孔 204,从而使得烟雾不会在烟雾通道 205 内冷凝,保障了用户吸食烟雾的烟雾量, 而且使得用户不会吸食到未经雾化的 烟油,保障了用户吸食过程的体验。 而且能够有效的避免冷凝的烟油堵塞烟雾 通道 205, 从而有效的保障了电子烟的使用寿命。 此外, 通过雾化组件 203设 置于所述电子烟本体远离所述吸烟端 201的一端,因而使用户不容易吸食到烟 油,使用时用户手指直接夹持在所述电池杆组件 202上,从而避免烫手等问题, 安全性较好。 更佳的是, 本实施例所提供的电子烟能够便于烟雾排出, 其具体的实现方 式是,所述烟雾通道 205沿所述电池杆组件 202的轴向延伸并偏离所述电池杆 组件 202的轴心, 所述出气通孔 204与所述烟雾通道 205位置对应, 以保持流 经所述烟雾通道 205和所述出气通孔 204的所述烟雾的气流方向不变,因而便 于烟雾顺畅地排出及便于安装电池于所述电池杆组件 202内。
其气流方向如图 2所示的箭头方向。
即因出气通孔 204设置的位置与烟雾通道 205设置的位置对应,从而使得 雾化组件 203雾化后的烟雾流经烟雾通道 205至出气通孔 204的过程中,该烟 雾的气流方向不会发生改变。
因烟雾排出的过程中, 气流方向没有发生改变, 从而有利于烟雾排出, 且 有效的降低了烟雾在出气通孔 204和烟雾通道 205内凝结的概率,进一步降低 用户吸食到未经雾化的烟油的可能。而且因出气通孔 204和烟雾通道 205位于 同一轴线上,从而使得若烟雾在出气通孔 204或烟雾通道 205内冷凝, 则用户 可通过甩动的方式将冷凝的烟油顺利甩出, 从而进一步避免吸食到冷凝的烟 油, 而且避免冷凝的烟油对电池杆组件 202内的电子元器件造成影响,保障了 电子烟的使用寿命。
需明确的是, 出气通孔 204和烟雾通道 205设置的具***置并不限于图 2 和图 3所示的位置, 例如烟雾通道 205还可设置在电池杆组件 202的另一侧, 或电池杆组件 202 内部设置有两块电池, 在两块电池的中间设置该烟雾通道 205 , 只要出气通孔 204和烟雾通道 205位置对应, 以使得气流方向不发生改 变即可。
在本实施例中, 为使得该电子烟的整体结构模仿真实的香烟、符合用户的 使用习惯以及减少积油, 该雾化组件 203与所述电池杆组件 202同轴设置。
当然, 具体的设置方式在本实施例中并不做限定, 例如依次连接的所述电 池杆组件 202和雾化组件 203可并列设置,只要在电池杆组件 202内形成独立 密封的烟雾通道即可, 且该独立密封的烟雾通道与吸烟端的出气通孔对应即 可。
以上结合图 2和图 3所示的实施例说明本实用新型所提供的便于烟雾排出 的电子烟的具体结构,以下继续参照图 3对电子烟的雾化组件 203的具体结构 进行详细说明;
雾化器支架 206;
设置在所述雾化器支架 206上,且用于雾化所述烟油以形成所述烟雾的电 热丝组件 207;
与所述电热丝组件 207电连接的雾化器电极;
该雾化器电极包括凸扣电极 208和第二内电极 209。
其中, 该凸扣电极 208与电池杆组件 202的旋扣电极 210电连接, 该第二 内电极 209与电池杆组件 202的第一内电极 211电连接。
且该第一内电极 211和该第二内电极 209之间开设有用于烟雾流通的气 道。
所述雾化器支架 206和所述雾化器电极之间设置有绝缘环;
具体的,即所述雾化器支架 206与所述凸扣电极 208之间设置有第一绝缘 环 2081 ;
所述雾化器支架 206与所述第二内电极 209之间设置有第二绝缘环 2091。 与所述雾化器支架 206 可拆卸连接设置有用于存储所述烟油的储油器
213。
具体的,该储油器 213可通过螺纹与所述雾化器支架 206可拆卸连接或通 过旋转卡扣可拆卸连接, 具体的连接方式不作限定。
釆用上述可拆卸的连接方式的优势在于, 方便用户随时更换储油器 213, 从而方便用户往储油器 213内加烟油或更换该储油器 213。
因本实施例中,所述储油器 213设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端 201的一端, 釆用此种设置方式的优势在于, 因储油器 213设置的位置远离吸 烟端 201, 使得位于该电子烟本体内的烟雾通道 205不会经过该储油器 213, 从而使得储油器 213内未经雾化的烟油不会泄露到烟雾通道 205内,进而使得 用户不会吸食到未经雾化的烟油,从而有效的避免了烟油的泄露。 而且不流经 储油器 213的烟雾通道 205还可避免烟雾在烟雾通道内冷凝,从而有效的避免 冷凝后的烟油堵塞烟雾通道 205。
而且在实际应用电子烟的过程中,在用户吸烟或将电子烟放置在电子烟盒 内时, 储油器 213位于雾化组件 203 的下方, 因而进一步的避免储油器 213 内的烟油泄露到电池杆组件 202内, 而造成电池杆组件 202短路等问题,有效 的提升了电子烟的使用寿命。
且在用户吸烟的过程中, 用户夹持电子烟的电池杆组件 202, 而不会夹持 到发热的雾化组件 203, 从而避免烫伤用户, 提升使用过程中的安全。 且吸烟 过程中呈向上倾斜状的电子烟, 因储油器 213位于雾化组件 203的下方, 因而 向雾化组件 203的电热丝组件 207供烟油的油量稳定,从而保障了雾化的效果。
较佳的是, 为使得用户能够掌握储油器 213内部的烟液的剩余量, 则该储 油器 213为透明容器,即使得用户通过透明的储油器 213即可随时掌握电子烟 的剩余烟液量, 便于用户及时的更换储油器 213。
较佳的是, 所述储油器 213为玻璃瓶。 由于玻璃材质性质较稳定, 避免因 发生化学反应等情况而影响烟油味。
更佳的是,该玻璃制成的储油器 213的外周壁上设置有刻度,从而使得用 户可估计出剩余烟液量可供吸食的时长, 方便用户使用。
还可在所述储油器 213套设有保护套(图中未示出), 以避免所述玻璃材 质的储油器 213因跌落而破碎的情况。
所述保护套设置有烟油观察窗, 以供用户观察烟油。
该雾化组件 203还包括,用于将所述储油器 213内的所述烟油输送给所述 电热丝组件 207进行雾化的导油机构 214, 具体的该导油机构 214可釆用储油 棉、 导油纤维等, 在此不作限定。
设置在所述雾化器支架上的雾化套 215, 且所述导油机构 214设置在所述 雾化套 215内部, 且该雾化套 215插设在储油器 213内。
具体的, 该雾化套 215***储油器 213内部, 并在雾化套 215的周壁上设 置至少一个输油孔,通过输油孔使得位于储油器 213内部的烟油能够顺利的输 送给导油机构 214。
本实用新型所提供的电热丝组件 207的设置方式可为两种;
第一种请参见图 3所示,该电子烟可将所述电热丝组件 207设置位于所述 雾化器支架 206中间位置。
且若电热丝组件 207位于所述雾化器支架 206中间位置,则在所述雾化组 件 203的周壁上,且与所述电热丝组件 207对应位置设置有用于与所述烟雾通 道 205导通的进气口 216。
该进气口 216通过烟雾通道 205与出气通孔 204导通,以使得电热丝组件 207雾化后的烟雾经过第一内电极 211和第二内电极 209之间气道流至烟雾通 道 205, 在经过烟雾通道 205流至出气通孔 204。
其中, 该进气口 216的具体数量不作限定。
第二种请参见图 4所示, 所述电热丝组件 207位于所述雾化器支架 206 上且与所述烟雾通道 205位置对应。
相对于第一种设置方式, 第二种设置方式中, 经过电热丝组件 207雾化后 的烟雾无需改变气流方向, 即无需经过气道可直接流入烟雾通道 205中,从而 使得烟雾的流通过程更加的顺畅,且更进一步的减少烟油在雾化组件 203内的 冷凝, 且可使得电池杆组件 202内的冷凝的烟油可回流到电热丝组件 207上, 减少了烟油不必要的消耗, 提升了烟油的利用效率。
且在所述雾化组件 203的侧壁上,且与所述电热丝组件 207对应并靠近所 述电热丝组件 207的位置设置进气口 301。
该进气口 301通过烟雾通道 205与出气通孔 204导通,以使得电热丝组件
207雾化后的烟雾经过烟雾通道 205流至出气通孔 204。
其中, 该进气口 216的具体数量不作限定。
本实用新型所提供的吸烟端 201与所述电池杆组件 202可拆卸连接; 具体可拆卸的连接方式不作限定, 可通过螺纹连接,也可通过旋转卡扣连 接。 通过可拆卸连接的吸烟端 201 以使得用户可根据需要随时的更换吸烟端 201。
当然, 该吸烟端 201与电池杆组件 202还可一体化设置, 即所述电池杆组 件 202远离所述雾化组件 203的一端延伸形成所述吸烟端 201。
具体该吸烟端 201的设置方式在本实用新型中不作限定。
由图 3和图 4所示, 为提高用户吸烟过程中的体验, 则该吸烟端 201远离 电池杆组件 202的一端匹配用户的口型设置,以使得所述吸烟端 201远离所述 电池杆组件 202—端的横截面积小于所述吸烟端 201靠近所述电池杆组件 202 一端的横截面积。 从而使得用户通过该吸烟端 201抽吸的过程更为舒适。 且在本实用新型中,该吸烟端 201中的出气通孔 204的具体形状不作限定 在,只要所述出气通孔 204设置的位置与烟雾通道 205设置的位置对应以保持 烟雾的气流方向不变即可。
例如该所述出气通孔 204的横截面可为圓形、 椭圓形、 正方形、 长方形或 不规则形状。
较佳的是, 若吸烟端 201与电池杆组件 202为可拆卸连接, 则需要用户将 吸烟端 201安装在电池杆组件 202上能够保障吸烟端 201的出气通孔 204设置 的位置与烟雾通道 205设置的位置对应, 具体实现的方式请见图 5所示; 则所述吸烟端 201设置有导向骨 401 ;
所述电池杆组件 202上且与所述导向骨 401位置对应处设置有与所述导向 骨 401匹配的导向槽。
即通过导向骨 401和导向槽的匹配卡合, 使得卡合固定在电池杆组件 202 上的吸烟端 201的出气通孔 204的位置直接与电池杆组件 202内的烟雾通道 205的位置对应, 从而方便用户操作。
需明确的是,本实用新型所提供的吸烟端 201与电池杆组件 202的连接方 式仅仅只是一种示例, 还可通过其他连接方式以保障吸烟端 201 的出气通孔 204设置的位置与烟雾通道 205设置的位置对应, 具体连接方式在本实用新型 中不作限定, 例如可通过旋转卡合或插接等其他方式。 明;
该电池杆组件 202具体包括:
电池套 302;
容置在所述电池套 302内部, 且与所述烟雾通道 205隔离的电池 303; 分别与所述电池 303和所述雾化器电极电连接的电池电极;
且该电池电极包括: 旋扣电极 210和第一内电极 211。
具体的, 该旋扣电极 210与雾化组件 203的凸扣电极 208电连接, 该第一 内电极 211与雾化组件 203的第二内电极 209电连接。
用于生成触发信号的气流感应器 304; 且在本实施例中, 因气流感应器 304离吸烟端 201位置较近,使得气流感 应器 304 的感应用户吸烟动作的灵敏度提高, 以使用户更为有效的使用电子 烟。
分别与所述气流感应器 304和所述电池 303电连接设置有用于才艮据所述触 发信号生成控制信号的微控制器;
且所述微控制器与所述电热丝组件 207电连接, 以使所述电热丝组件 207 根据所述控制信号雾化所述烟油。
其中, 烟雾通道 205较佳的为隔离密封设置在电池杆组件 202的内部,从 而避免烟雾对电池杆组件 202内部的电子元器件造成影响,从而保障电子烟的 使用寿命。
需明确的是,在本实施例中电池杆组件 202是通过气流感应器 304感应到 用户抽吸电子烟的动作的,但是电子烟感应用户吸烟的动作的方式以控制电热 丝组件 207雾化烟油的方式不仅仅局限于该种方式,例如还可在电子烟本体上 设置按键, 用户按压该按键即可使得电热丝组件 207雾化烟油。

所述吸烟端设置有用于排出所述烟雾的出气通孔;
