Abstract

一种燃气取暖器,由一对支撑架(1)、定位装置(2)、圆环套、半圆弧玻璃管片(4)和炉台面板(3)在炉台上方组成一个侧面设有两个侧向进气风道(6)的玻璃管燃烧室;在玻璃管燃烧室顶部,顶罩(7)通过支撑板(8)与玻璃管燃烧室连接,组成散热出气口;在炉台面板(3)下方,炉台筒体(9)上口连接炉台面板(3),炉台筒体(9)下口连接炉台底座(10),炉台面板(3)、炉台筒体(9)和炉台底座(10)组成一个炉台,发火炉(11)设置在炉台面板(3)中央,点火装置(12)和燃气阀旋钮(13)安装在炉台筒体(9)外壁上。由于第二次补气导入的空气为螺旋运动,具有观赏性,又能提高燃烧效率;由于玻璃管燃烧室为分体式,易于清理和储运。

Description

燃气取暖器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃气取暖器。
背景技术
有一种取暖炉,专利号:“201120179427.4”的现有技术,其结构是:包含:一个底座,以及一个发热单元,该底座包括一个形成于该座体顶面上且连通该容置空间的开口,该发热单元包括一个对应该开口而设置于该座体顶面上的导流件,及一个设置于该导流件上的石英玻璃管,其特征在于:该导流件具有一个与该开口轴向连通的通孔,及多个侧向连通该通孔的空气流道,该石英玻璃管是环绕该通孔并向上延伸,而每一个空气流道具有一个相反于该通孔的进气口,及一个由该进气口渐缩延伸且连通该通孔的连接口。这种取暖炉在使用过程中虽然能产生螺旋火焰,具有观赏性,但还是存有问题:1、燃气和空气只能从石英玻璃管底口一次性进气,燃气在石英玻璃管内燃烧时空气得不到二次补充,并且由于石英玻璃管口径不变,当燃气量增大时,玻璃管中往往会产生未得到充分燃烧的气体,因此在使用中存在着燃烧效率不高的问题。2、由于存在着不充分燃烧现象,石英玻璃管内壁就会发黑(积炭灰),需经常清理。3、石英玻璃管体积较大,易碎,不易包装和储运。
发明内容
为了克服现有户外燃气取暖器存在的上述问题,本发明要解决的问题是在保持具有观赏性的前提下,设计出一种既能使火焰在玻璃管中旋转跳动,具有很强观赏性的燃气取暖器,同时又能随时补充空气,使玻璃管中的燃气得到充分燃烧,玻璃管壁不易发黑(积炭灰)及方便包装和储运。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种燃气取暖器,包括:一对支撑架和一对定位装置分别对称固定安装在炉台面板的中心孔周围,在支撑架和定位装置之间安装二个竖立在炉台面板上的半圆弧玻璃管片;半圆弧玻璃管片和炉台面板在炉台上构成一个管壁纵向设有两条开口的玻璃管燃烧室,所述开口为玻璃管燃烧室的进气风道;所述的进气风道,由半圆弧玻璃管片的壁面与带弧形的侧向风道挡板构成。
一个连接件将支撑架和半圆弧玻璃管片的顶部固定连接。
进一步,为使支撑架既能牢固夹住半圆弧玻璃管片,又能导进空气,所述的支撑架结构设计为:一侧为卡夹,另一侧为带弧形的侧向风道挡板,横截面形状呈“h”形的铝型材。
进一步,为使进入玻璃管燃烧室的空气能旋转,所述的侧向进气风道设计为圆弧形风道,由半圆弧玻璃管片壁面与带弧形的侧向风道挡板组成,开口宽度L为3~10mm。
进一步,为使定位装置能固定半圆弧玻璃管片,所述定位装置由内定位和外定位组成,设于炉台面板上,形成一个用于固定半圆弧玻璃管4的圆弧形凹槽;内定位为一个半圆金属环,连接支撑架,外定位是一个内侧面为圆弧面的金属座。
进一步,为使连接件能方便固定连接支撑架和半圆弧玻璃管片,所述的连接件为一个圆环套。
进一步,为使出气散热口的热气均匀向下方均匀散发,所述的顶罩是一个弧形反射板。
进一步,为使出气散热口的热气更加充分发散,所述的支撑板高度必须保证顶罩底部与玻璃管顶部的间距为3~8cm。
进一步,为使炉台内能放入液化气罐,并且方便提取和维护保养,所述的炉台设有能放置液化气罐的内腔,其筒体上设有门。
进一步,为使燃气取暖器的造型美观、大方和提高燃烧室的稳定,所述的炉台面板是一个锅形面板。
本发明的工作原理是:液化气通过发火炉点燃后,从圆盆中心孔向上流动,与发火炉四周空气一起进入玻璃管燃烧室中燃烧;在玻璃管燃烧室中未得到充分燃烧的燃气再次从玻璃管燃烧室的侧向进气风道中得到补充空气,由于侧向进气风道为弧形通道,进气在玻璃管中为螺旋运动,与燃气再次混合,使燃气得到第二次充分燃烧,并且在玻璃管燃烧室中产生螺旋火焰,从而达到了既能提高燃烧率的效果,又能使火焰在玻璃管中旋转跳动,很具有观赏性。
本发明的有益效果是:1、由于第二次补气导入的空气为螺旋运动,能使燃气在燃烧时产生螺旋火焰,并且使燃气得到充分燃烧,从而达到了既能使火焰在玻璃管中旋转跳动,具有观赏性,又能提高燃烧率的效果,并使玻璃管内壁不易发黑(积炭灰);2、由于玻璃管燃烧室为分体式,由两片半圆弧玻璃管组成,易 清理和储运。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,一种燃气取暖器,包括:一对支撑架1和一对定位装置2对称固定安装在炉台面板3的中心孔周围,两个半圆弧玻璃管片4***支撑架卡夹1-1和内、外定位(2-1、2-2)之间的凹槽中,与支撑架1一起竖立在炉台面板3上,在支撑架1和半圆弧玻璃管片4的顶部套上一个连接件5,进一步在顶部将支撑架1和半圆弧玻璃管片4固定连接,支撑架1、定位装置2、半圆弧玻璃管片4、连接件5和炉台面板3在炉台上方构成一个侧壁纵向设有两条开口的玻璃管燃烧室,该开口为玻璃管燃烧室的进气风道(6);在玻璃管燃烧室顶部,顶罩7通过支撑板8与玻璃管燃烧室连接,组成散热出气口;在炉台面板3的下方,炉台筒体9的上口连接炉台面板3,炉台筒体9的下口连接炉台底座10,炉台面板3、筒体9和底座10组成一个炉台,发火炉11设置在炉台面板3的中央,点火装置12和燃气阀旋钮13安装在炉台筒体9的外壁上。
进一步,为使支撑架1既能牢固夹住半圆弧玻璃管片4,又能导进空气,所述的支撑架1的结构设计为:一侧为卡夹1-1,另一侧为带弧形的侧向风道挡板1-2,横截面形状呈“h”形的铝型材。
进一步,为使进入玻璃管燃烧室的空气能旋转,所述的侧向进气风道6的设计为圆弧形风道,由半圆弧玻璃管片4的壁面与带弧形的侧向风道挡板1-2组成,其开口宽度L为3~10mm。
进一步,为使定位装置2能固定半圆弧玻璃管片4,所述的定位装置2由内定位2-1和外定位2-2组成,设于炉台面板上,形成一个用于固定半圆弧玻璃管片4的圆弧形凹槽;内定位2-1为一个半圆弧金属环,连接支撑架1,外定位2-2是一个内侧面为圆弧面的金属座。
进一步,为使连接件5能方便固定连接支撑架1和半圆弧玻璃管片4,所述的连接件5为一个圆环套。
进一步,为使出气散热口的热气均匀向下往四周散发,所述的顶罩7是一个弧形反射板。
进一步,为使出气散热口的热气更加充分发散,所述的支撑板8的高度必须保证顶罩7的底部与半圆弧玻璃管的顶部间距为3~8cm。
进一步,为使炉台内能放入液化气罐,并且方便提取和维护保养,所述的炉台设有能放置液化气罐的内腔,其筒体9上设有门。
进一步,为使燃气取暖器的造型美观、大方和提高燃烧室的稳定性,所述的炉台面板3是一个锅形面板。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种燃气取暖器,其特征在于:一对支撑架(1)和一对定位装置(2)分别对称安装在炉台面板(3)的中心孔周围,在支撑架(1)和定位装置(2)之间安装二个竖立在炉台面板(3)上的半圆弧玻璃管片(4);半圆弧玻璃管片(4)和炉台面板(3)在炉台上构成一个管壁纵向设有两条开口的玻璃管燃烧室,所述开口为玻璃管燃烧室的进气风道(6);
    所述的进气风道(6),由半圆弧玻璃管片(4)的壁面与带弧形的侧向风道挡板(1-2)构成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种燃气取暖器,其特征在于:所述的进气风道的开口宽度L为3~10mm,一个连接件(5)将支撑架(1)和半圆弧玻璃管片(4)的顶部固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的燃气取暖器,其特征在于:所述的支撑架(1)的结构设计为:一侧为卡夹(1-1),另一侧为带弧形的侧向风道挡板(1-2),横截面形状呈“h”形的铝型材。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的燃气取暖器,其特征在于:所述的底部定位装置(2)由内定位(2-1)和外定位(2-2)组成,设于炉台面板上,形成一个用于固定半圆弧玻璃管(4)的圆弧形凹槽;内定位(2-1)为一个半圆弧金属环,连接支撑架(1),外定位(2-2)是一个内侧面为圆弧面的金属座。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的燃气取暖器,其特征在于:所述的连接件(5)为一个圆环套。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5之一所述的燃气取暖器,其特征在于:炉台筒体(9)的上口连接炉台面板(3),炉台筒体(9)的下口连接炉台底座(10),炉台面板(3)、筒体(9)和底座(10)三者组成一个炉台,发火炉(11)设置在炉台面板(3)的中央,点火装置(12)和燃气阀旋钮(13)安装在炉台筒体(9)的外壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5之一所述的燃气取暖器,其特征在于:顶罩(7)是一个弧形反射板,通过支撑板(8)与玻璃管燃烧室连接,组成散热出气口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的燃气取暖器,其特征在于:所述的支撑板(8)的高度必须保证顶罩(7)的底部与半圆弧玻璃管(4)的顶部间距为3~8cm。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的燃气取暖器,其特征在于:所述的炉台设有能放 置液化气罐的内腔,其筒体(9)上设有门。
