第四执行子模块,设置为若设置了所述预设控制标记,则消除所述预设控制标记,并响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放;否则,直接响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放。
其中,上述终端还包括:
第二设置模块,设置为针对所述受控终端的主动呼叫,将其自身设置为自动摘机接听。

本发明实施例的通话中控制拆线的方法中,通过预先设置受控终端,在第一终端与第二终端的通话过程中,第二终端属于受控终端时,第一终端忽略其本地的挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息;且只有当第二终端向网络侧发送拆线消息时,才能拆线成功,结束通话;该方法实现了通话过程中只有业务控制方才能控制拆线,结束通话,而被控制方无法主动拆线。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明实施例针对相关技术中通话双方均可任意挂断电话,完成拆线,在危机时刻可能会由于误操作挂断,耽误营救时间或老人错按键而挂断电话导致通话中断的问题,提供一种通话中控制拆线的方法及终端,通过预先设置受控终端,在第一终端与第二终端的通话过程中,第二终端属于受控终端时,第一终端忽略其本地的挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息;且只有当第二终端向网络侧发送拆线消息时,才能拆线成功,结束通话;该方法实现了通话过程中只有业务控制方才能控制拆线,结束通话,而被控制方无法主动拆线。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供一种通话中控制拆线的方法,应用于第一终端与第二终端的通话过程中,所述方法包括:
步骤1,第一终端检测到本地用户挂机操作产生的挂机事件;
步骤2,第一终端判断所述第二终端是否属于预设的受控终端列表中的受控终端;
步骤3,在所述第二终端属于所述受控终端时,所述第一终端忽略所述挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息。
本发明的上述实施例中,所述受控终端列表包括主叫控制列表和被叫控制列表;当第一终端为主叫终端时,预设的受控终端列表为被叫控制列表,当所述第一终端为被叫终端时,预设的受控终端列表为主叫控制列表。
如图2所示,当第一终端为主叫终端时,第二终端为被叫终端,且假设第二终端的号码为110(紧急号码),本发明实施例的基本实施步骤为:
步骤11,主叫(第一终端)摘机;
步骤12,主叫拨打紧急号码110,该号码在被叫控制列表中,启动被叫控制功能;
步骤13,被叫(第二终端)摘机;
步骤14,第一终端和第二终端进入通话状态;
步骤15,主叫按挂断键(挂机操作),主叫终端忽略该挂机操作,挂断键失效;
步骤16,通话继续保持;
步骤17,被叫(第二终端)按挂断键,向网络侧发送拆线信息,释放通话;
步骤18,主叫收到从网络侧发送的通话释放信号;
步骤19,主叫挂机,结束通话。
如图3所示,当第一终端为被叫终端时,第二终端则为主叫终端,且假设第二终端的号码为120(紧急号码),本发明实施例的基本实施步骤为:
步骤21,主叫(第二终端)摘机;
步骤22,主叫(第二终端)拨第一终端号码,呼叫第一终端;
步骤23,第一终端上显示来电号码为120(主叫号码),主叫号码在主叫控制列表中,启动主叫控制功能;
步骤24,被叫自动摘机接听电话或手动接听;
步骤25,第二终端和第一终端进入通话状态;
步骤26,被叫(第一终端)按挂断键,被叫终端忽略该挂机操作,挂断键失效;
步骤27,通话保持;
步骤28,主叫(第二终端)挂机,向网络侧发送拆线信息,释放通话;
步骤29,被叫(第一终端)收到从网络侧发送的通话释放信号;
步骤20,被叫挂机,结束通话。
本发明的具体实施例中,所述方法还包括:
步骤4,在所述第二终端不属于所述受控终端时,所述第一终端响应所述挂机事件,向网络侧发送拆线消息。
需要说明的是,若第二终端不属于所述受控终端,则所述第一终端与所述第二终端正常通话,即通话双方中的任何一方挂机,该终端均响应其挂机操作,想网络侧发送拆线请求,释放通话;未挂机的另一方则在收到网络侧发送的针对该通话的拆线消息后,响应所述拆线消息,挂机结束本次通话。
本发明的上述实施例中,在所述第二终端属于所述受控终端时,所述第一终端忽略所述挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息后,所述方法还包括:
本发明上述实施例中,所述受控终端列表的设置进一步包括:
步骤6,所述第一终端根据用户输入或者网络侧下发的受控终端信息,设置所述受控终端列表。
本发明具体实施例中,其中受控终端列表鉴权方法可以通过两种方式实现:终端设置方法:用户在终端上设置受控号码,该终端通过来电判断号码是否和受控终端列表中号码一致,如一致则进入受控规则,反之则为正常通话;或者核心网络中设置受控号码,并通过智能机推送服务推送到终端,终端如收到该受控号码,则进入受控规则,反之则为正常通话。
需要说明的是,若采用终端设置方法,终端上需提供的配置项包括主叫控制列表和被叫控制列表,其中,该主叫控制列表和/或被叫控制列表中的具体内容可以为终端的号码信息,例如一老人手机里的主叫控制列表中包括子女的手机号码,则在列表中的子女使用该其自己的号码给老人打电话时,通话过程中只有子女能够控制是否挂断电话,避免了老人按错键而挂断电话,为老人使用手机带来很大便利。或者用户可以将一些紧急号码,如110,119等保存到其被叫控制列表中,则当用户拨打列表中的号码时,通话过程中只有该类紧急号码侧的用户挂断电话,才能够向网络侧发送拆线消息,释放通话;避免了在某些紧急的情况下,用户拨打求救电话时被强行挂断,耽误救援时间,为人们在危机时刻提供便利。
本发明的上述实施例中,步骤3包括:
步骤31,在第二终端属于所述受控终端时,所述第一终端设置一预设控制标记,所述第一终端检测到所述预设控制标记则忽略所述挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息。
本发明具体实施例中,该预设控制标记主要包括主叫控制标记和被叫控制标记;为了让第一终端的用户能够清楚,直观的了解目前通话是受控状态下,还是普通通话状态下,在所述第一终端上分别设置与所述主叫控制功能对应的主叫控制标记和与所述被叫控制功能对应的被叫控制标记。所述第一终端检测到主叫控制标记,则表明本次通话处于主叫控制状态下;所述第一终端检测到被叫控制标记,则表明本次通话处于被叫控制状态下;若所述第一终端未检测到预设控制标记,则表明本次通话处于普通通话状态下,即其中任一方均能够实现拆线操作,释放通话。
步骤5,所述第一终端在接收到网络侧发送的针对所述通话的拆线消息时,响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放,其中,所述针对所述通话的拆线消息是所述网络侧基于所述第二终端的挂机事件下发的。
本发明具体实施例中,第二终端为受控终端时,第一终端不响应其自身的挂机事件,即第一终端的挂机键失效,而只有当第二终端挂机时,第二终端会向网络侧发送拆线消息,则网络侧响应所述拆线消息,对本次通话进行拆线,同时网络侧会向第一终端发送本次通话的拆线消息,则第一终端响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放,即挂机结束本次通话。
承续上例,本发明具体实施例中,步骤5包括:
步骤51,所述第一终端在接收到网络侧发送的针对所述通话的拆线消息时,检测所述第一终端上是否设置有预设控制标记;
步骤52,若所述第一终端上设置了所述预设控制标记,则消除所述预设控制标记,并响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放;否则,直接响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放。
本发明上述实施例中,由于步骤31中第一终端已经设置对应的控制标记,则当所述第一终端在接收到网络侧发送的针对所述通话的拆线消息时(即第二终端挂机),第一终端需先消除所述控制标记,再响应网络侧的拆线消息,挂机结束通话。
本发明的上述实施例中,所述方法还包括:
步骤7,针对所述受控终端的主动呼叫,所述第一终端将其自身设置为自动摘机接听。
本发明具体实施例中,若第一终端为被叫终端,针对受控终端的主动呼叫,第一终端将其自身设置为自动摘机接听,例如老人讲子女的电话号码设置为受控终端,当子女给老人打电话时,无需老人自己按接听键,在一预设振铃声之后,老人的手机自动接听其子女的电话,避免老人因手机不在身边,走到手机旁边时其子女以停止呼叫,而错过子女电话的情况,进一步为老人使用手机提供便利。
下面结合两个具体实施例分别具体描述第一终端为主叫终端和被叫终端时该方法的整体流程:
具体实施例一:被叫控制功能(第一终端为主叫终端),如图4所示。
步骤401,主叫(第一终端)摘机准备拨号;
步骤402,判断拨打的电话号码是否在被叫控制名单中,如果是进入步骤403,否则,进入步骤404;
步骤403,设置被叫控制标记为TRUE,进入步骤404;
步骤404,发起正常呼叫,进入步骤405;
步骤405,如果被叫摘机,主被叫进入通话态,进入步骤406,此时,如果主叫不应答,进入步骤410;
步骤406,被叫摘机,主被叫进入通话态,进入步骤407;
步骤407,主叫挂机,进入步骤408;
步骤408,判断是否设置被叫控制标记,如果标记为TRUE,则,进入步骤409,否则,进入步骤414;
步骤409,此时,忽略该挂机事件,不处理;
步骤410,被叫没有摘机,则进入步骤411;
步骤411,清除被叫控标记,进入步骤414;
步骤412,被叫挂机,进入步骤413;
步骤413,主叫收到网络侧的释放通话消息,进入步骤411;
步骤414,主叫挂机,通话结束。
具体实施例二:主叫控制功能(第一终端为被叫终端),如图5所示。
步骤501,被叫(第一终端)振铃;
步骤502,判断主叫来电显示号码是否在主叫控制名单中,如果是进入步骤503,否则,进入步骤510;
步骤503,设置主叫控标记为TRUE,进入步骤504;
步骤504,判断配置中,在主叫控制场景下是否选择自动摘机,如果为自动摘机,则进入步骤505;否则,为手动摘机,则进入步骤510;
步骤505,被叫摘机,应答主叫,进入步骤506;
步骤506,主被叫进入通话态,进入步骤507;
步骤507,被叫挂机,进入步骤508;
步骤508,判断是否设置主叫控标记,如果标记为TRUE,则进入步骤509,否则,进入步骤515;
步骤509,此时,忽略该挂机事件,不处理;
步骤510,等待被叫摘机,进入步骤511;
步骤511,如果被叫摘机,则进入步骤505;否则,进入步骤514;
步骤512,主叫挂机,进入步骤513;
步骤513,被叫收到网络侧的释放通话消息,进入步骤514;
步骤514,清除主叫控标记,进入步骤515;
步骤515,主叫挂机,通话结束。
为了更好的实现上述目的,如图6所示,本发明实施例还一种终端,包括:
检测模块600,设置为检测到本地用户挂机操作产生的挂机事件;
判断模块601,设置为判断第二终端是否属于预设的受控终端列表中的受控终端;
第一执行模块602,设置为在所述第二终端属于所述受控终端时,忽略所述挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息。
本发明上述实施例中,上述终端还包括:
第二执行模块,设置为在所述第二终端不属于所述受控终端时,响应所述挂机事件,向网络侧发送拆线消息。
本发明上述实施例中,上述终端还包括:
第一设置模块,设置为进一步根据用户输入或者网络侧下发的受控终端信息,设置所述受控终端列表。
本发明上述实施例中,所述第一执行模块602包括:
第一执行子模块,设置为在第二终端属于所述受控终端时,设置一预设控制标记,检测到所述预设控制标记则忽略所述挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息。
本发明上述实施例中,上述终端还包括:
第三执行模块,设置为在接收到网络侧发送的针对所述通话的拆线消息时,响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放,其中,所述针对所述通话的拆线消息是所述网络侧基于所述第二终端的挂机事件下发的。
本发明上述实施例中,所述第三执行模块包括:
第三执行子模块,设置为在接收到网络侧发送的针对所述通话的拆线消息时,检测所述第一终端上是否设置有预设控制标记;
第四执行子模块,设置为若设置了所述预设控制标记,则消除所述预设控制标记,并响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放;否则,直接响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放。
本发明上述实施例中,上述终端还包括:
第二设置模块,设置为针对所述受控终端的主动呼叫,将其自身设置为自动摘机接听。
本发明上述实施例的终端可通过在现有技术的终端上增加一主被叫控制模块来实现,该终端的主要功能包括:1)终端上是否具有主被叫控制功能;2)设置主叫控制功能和/或被叫控制功能;3)当使用被叫控制功能时,拨号模块判断该号码是否在被叫控制名单中,如果在被叫控制名单中,则记录本次通话启动被叫控制使能标志,否则,该功能不生效;4)进入通话后,判断记录本次通话启动被叫控制标志,如果设置了该标志,则当用户按挂机键,将不处理该事件;5)当收到网络侧发送的通话释放消息后,清除该标记,结束通话;6)当使能主叫控制功能时,被叫振铃模块识别本次呼叫的主叫号码,如果在主叫控制名单中,则记录本次通话启动主叫控制使能标志,否则,该功能不生效;7)进入通话后,判断记录本次通话启动主叫控制标志,如果设置了该标志,则当用户按挂机键,将不处理该事件;8)当收到网络侧发送的通话释放消息后,清除该标记,结束通话。
本发明实施例的通话中控制拆线的方法中,通过预先设置受控终端,在第一终端与第二终端的通话过程中,第二终端属于受控终端时,第一终端忽略其本地的挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息;且只有当第二终端向网络侧发送拆线消息时,才能拆线成功,结束通话;该方法实现了通话过程中只有业务控制方才能控制拆线,结束通话,而被控制方无法主动拆线。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的终端是能实现上述通话中控制拆线的方法的终端,则上述方法的所有实施例均适用于该终端,且均能达到相同或相似的有益效果。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种通话中控制拆线的方法及终端,具有以下有益效果:通过预先设置受控终端,在第一终端与第二终端的通话过程中,第二终端属于受控终端时,第一终端忽略其本地的挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息;且只有当第二终端向网络侧发送拆线消息时,才能拆线成功,结束通话;该方法实现了通话过程中只有业务控制方才能控制拆线,结束通话,而被控制方无法主动拆线。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种通话中控制拆线的方法,应用于第一终端与第二终端的通话过程中,所述方法包括:
    第一终端检测到本地用户挂机操作产生的挂机事件;
    第一终端判断所述第二终端是否属于预设的受控终端列表中的受控终端;
    在所述第二终端属于所述受控终端时,所述第一终端忽略所述挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通话中控制拆线的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在所述第二终端不属于所述受控终端时,所述第一终端响应所述挂机事件,向网络侧发送拆线消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的通话中控制拆线的方法,其中,所述受控终端列表的设置进一步包括:
    所述第一终端根据用户输入或者网络侧下发的受控终端信息,设置所述受控终端列表。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的通话中控制拆线的方法,其中,在所述第二终端属于所述受控终端时,所述第一终端忽略所述挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息的步骤包括:
    在第二终端属于所述受控终端时,所述第一终端设置一预设控制标记,所述第一终端检测到所述预设控制标记则忽略所述挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的通话中控制拆线的方法,其中,在所述第二终端属于所述受控终端时,所述第一终端忽略所述挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一终端在接收到网络侧发送的针对所述通话的拆线消息时,响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放,其中,所述针对所述通话的拆线消息是所述网络侧基于所述第二终端的挂机事件下发的。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的通话中控制拆线的方法,其中,所述第一终端在接收到网络侧发送的针对所述通话的拆线消息时,响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放的步骤包括:
    所述第一终端在接收到网络侧发送的针对所述通话的拆线消息时,检测所述第一终端上是否设置有预设控制标记;
    若所述第一终端上设置了所述预设控制标记,则消除所述预设控制标记,并响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放;否则,直接响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的通话中控制拆线的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    针对所述受控终端的主动呼叫,所述第一终端将其自身设置为自动摘机接听。
  8. 一种终端,包括:
    检测模块,设置为检测到本地用户挂机操作产生的挂机事件;
    判断模块,设置为判断第二终端是否属于预设的受控终端列表中的受控终端;
    第一执行模块,设置为在所述第二终端属于所述受控终端时,忽略所述挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其中,还包括:
    第二执行模块,设置为在所述第二终端不属于所述受控终端时,响应所述挂机事件,向网络侧发送拆线消息。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其中,还包括:
    第一设置模块,设置为根据用户输入或者网络侧下发的受控终端信息,设置所述受控终端列表。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其中,所述第一执行模块包括:
    第一执行子模块,设置为在第二终端属于所述受控终端时,设置一预设控制标记,检测到所述预设控制标记则忽略所述挂机事件,拒绝向网络侧发送拆线消息。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其中,还包括:
    第三执行模块,设置为在接收到网络侧发送的针对所述通话的拆线消息时,响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放,其中,所述针对所述通话的拆线消息是所述网络侧基于所述第二终端的挂机事件下发的。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端,其中,所述第三执行模块包括:
    第三执行子模块,设置为在接收到网络侧发送的针对所述通话的拆线消息时,检测所述第一终端上是否设置有预设控制标记;
    第四执行子模块,设置为若设置了所述预设控制标记,则消除所述预设控制标记,并响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放;否则,直接响应所述拆线消息,执行所述通话的释放。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其中,还包括:
    第二设置模块,设置为针对所述受控终端的主动呼叫,将其自身设置为自动摘机接听。
