Definitions
- the present invention relates to a component for a washing machine and a washing machine having the same.
- the washing machine disclosed in the following Patent Documents 1 to 3 includes a member for discharging the water accumulated in the washing tub in which the laundry is stored, and discharging it from the upper side to the laundry in the washing tub.
- a covering member as the member is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the washing tub.
- the covering member divides the circulation water path between it and the inner circumferential surface of the washing tub.
- the water drawn in the circulating water passage is discharged from the discharge port formed at the upper end portion of the covering member, and is poured onto the laundry in the washing tub.
- a guide wall portion as the member is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the washing tub.
- the guide wall divides the circulation water path between it and the inner circumferential surface of the washing tub.
- the water drawn in the circulating water passage is discharged from the discharge port formed at the upper end portion of the guide wall portion, and is poured onto the laundry in the washing tub.
- Patent Document 3 a water passage constituting member as the member is attached to the inner circumferential surface of the washing tub. A circulation water path is formed in the water passage constituting member. The water sucked in the circulating water passage is discharged from the discharge port formed at the upper end portion of the water passage constituting member, and is poured onto the laundry in the washing tub.
- Patent Document 1 Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2004-113277;
- Patent Document 2 Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. Hei 10-33883;
- Patent Document 3 Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. Hei 8-336696.
- the state of the water discharged from the discharge ports of the members of Patent Documents 1 to 3 is largely affected by the amount of water accumulated in the washing tub, the height of the water level, and the discharge port. For example, when the amount of water is small, or the water level is lower than the discharge port, and the height difference between the water level and the discharge port is large, the water potential at the time of discharge from the discharge port is weak, and the discharge range of water is narrowed. Thus, it is difficult to completely pour the water discharged from the discharge port to the laundry in the washing tub.
- Patent Document 1 since the discharge port is linearly wrapped so as to be flat along the tangential direction of the inner circumferential surface of the washing tub, the water discharged from the discharge port does not reach the inner peripheral surface of the washing tub.
- the circumferential direction spreads and only splashes onto the laundry on the side of the center of curvature of the inner peripheral surface of the washing tub.
- a portion around the discharge port in the guide wall portion is formed in a substantially arc shape that bulges toward the center of curvature of the inner circumferential surface of the washing tub.
- the portion around the discharge port in the water passage constituting member is also formed in a substantially arc shape that bulges toward the center of curvature of the inner circumferential surface of the washing tub. Therefore, since the discharge port is surrounded by a substantially arc shape that bulges toward the center of curvature of the inner circumferential surface of the washing tub, the water discharged from the discharge port faces the washing tank not only toward the center of curvature but also toward the washing tank.
- the inner circumferential surface of the inner circumferential surface is diffused into a fan shape, and all of it is poured onto the laundry.
- Patent Documents 2 and 3 it is difficult to form a portion around the discharge port of the guide wall portion and the water passage constituting member so as to bulge toward the center of curvature of the inner circumferential surface of the washing tub.
- the present invention Since the present invention has been completed based on such a background, it is an object of the present invention to provide a component and a washing machine having the same, which is used for picking up water accumulated in a washing tub and pouring it onto the laundry in the washing tub. It also reduces the difficulty in setting the structure for pouring all of the water onto the laundry.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a member which can more completely pour water onto a laundry and a washing machine including the same.
- the component of the present invention is applied to a vertical washing machine having a bottomed cylindrical washing tank having an inlet and outlet at a top end and a bottom wall at a lower end, comprising: a main body portion; a back surface facing the inner circumference of the washing tub and a surface on the opposite side of the back surface facing the center axis side of the washing tub, and being mounted in the washing tub in an up and down posture
- An inner peripheral surface an intake port provided at a lower end portion of the main body portion for ingesting water in the washing tub from the bottom wall side; and a water passage provided in the main body portion for The water taken in by the intake port is guided upward; and a discharge port provided on a surface of the upper end portion of the main body portion for discharging water guided by the water passage and splashing from the upper portion into the washing tub
- the discharge port is long in the circumferential direction of the inner circumferential surface of the washing tub, and the upper and lower widths of the discharge port are two in the central portion in the circumferential direction
- the present invention is characterized in that the member is mounted on the inner peripheral surface of the washing tub in a state of being collected in plural and arranged in the circumferential direction, each of the members including: a guiding member,
- the guiding member is provided on the surface of the main body portion so as to wrap the upper end of the discharge port, and the water discharged from the discharge port is guided obliquely downward with respect to the horizontal direction.
- the present invention is characterized in that the member is mounted on the inner peripheral surface of the washing tub in a state of being collected in plural and arranged in the circumferential direction, each of the members including: an occluding member, The occluding member blocks one end of the same side in the circumferential direction at the discharge port.

- the water in the washing tub can be taken in from the intake port of the lower end portion, guided upward by the water passage, discharged from the discharge port on the surface of the upper end portion of the main body portion, and poured into the washing tub from above. Washed on.
- the discharge port is long in the circumferential direction of the inner circumferential surface of the washing tub. It is difficult for the discharge port which is long in the circumferential direction to spread the water rising from the water passage to the discharge port to both ends in the circumferential direction.
- the width of the upper and lower sides of the discharge port is narrower at the central portion in the circumferential direction than at both ends in the circumferential direction. That is, the discharge port is wide from the central portion in the circumferential direction to both ends. Therefore, even if the water potential from the water passage toward the discharge port is weak, since the water rising to the discharge port spreads over the entire area from the center portion to the both ends in the discharge port, the discharge port can discharge the water from the entire area in the circumferential direction.
- grooves are provided adjacent to each other on both outer sides of the discharge port in the circumferential direction.
- the discharge port is surrounded by a substantially arc shape which is bulged toward the central axis of the washing tub, so that the row is arranged.
- the water discharged from the outlet diffuses into a fan shape not only toward the central axis side but also in the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface of the washing tub, and all of it is poured onto the laundry. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the difficulty in providing a discharge port which is provided in a substantially arc shape as a structure for pouring all of the water onto the laundry.
- the discharge port is formed on the surface of the main body portion.
- the guide member provided at the upper end by the edging method guides the water discharged from the discharge port obliquely downward with respect to the horizontal direction.
- the discharge port is blocked in the circumferential direction by the blocking member.
- the blocking member One end on the same side.
