Definitions
- the present invention relates to the technical field of winged injection needles used for epidural anesthesia and the like.
- a winged needle used for epidural anesthesia is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
- This type of winged injection needle comprises an injection needle main body, a base that supports the base end of the injection needle main body, and a wing that protrudes from the base to the left and right sides. By using the left and right blades as handles, a stable puncture operation can be performed.
- the needle tip may pierce the human body when processing the waste, which may cause problems such as infection. It is recommended that the needle be covered and then discarded, but the needle used for epidural anesthesia is longer than the normal needle because the length of the needle body is longer.
- a related person doctor, nurse, etc.
- puts a sheath-shaped safety cover on the tip of the needle there is a risk that the needle will be accidentally inserted into the finger.
- a winged injection needle having a base portion that protrudes from the base portion to the left and right sides and functions as a handle, and is configured using a plate-like member that is foldable via a hinge portion and is in a folded state Then, while projecting from the base to the left and right sides, and functioning as a handle, in the deployed state, the blade extends from the base along the injection needle body to the tip side of the injection needle and functions as a safety cover that covers the injection needle body; And an injection needle retracting means for retracting the injection needle main body with respect to the blade portion during the operation of expanding the blade portion, the blade portion including a cylindrical portion fitted on the base portion and a first hinge portion at a front end portion of the cylindrical portion.

- a spring that biases the base in the retraction direction and the base is engaged and held in the non-retreat position And a Rukakarigo portion, characterized in that retracting the base and needle body relative the cylindrical portion of the blade unit in accordance with disengagement of the engagement portion.
- the blade part that originally functions as a handle also functions as a safety cover, not only can the structure be simplified and the number of parts can be reduced as compared with the case where a separate safety cover is provided. The inconvenience that the blade part and the safety cover interfere with each other's operation can also be eliminated.
- the injection needle retracting means for retracting the injection needle body relative to the blade portion is provided during the operation of expanding the blade portion, the injection to be covered with the safety cover (blade portion).
- the substantial length of the needle body can be shortened. As a result, when the blade portion is also used as a safety cover, an increase in the size of the blade portion can be avoided.
- the base and the injection needle main body are moved backward by the biasing force of the spring in accordance with the disengagement of the engagement portion, the retraction operation of the base and the injection needle main body becomes unnecessary, and the blade Operation when using the part as a safety cover is simplified.

- the engaging claw 3c and 4i are engaged with each other. Accordingly, the backward movement of the base 3 relative to the blade 4 is restricted.
- the engaging portion 8 configured as described above is disengaged when the engaging claw 4i on the blade portion 4 side is opened outward by elastic deformation, but the blade portion 4 is folded as shown in FIG. In the state, there is the first plate part 4e folded outward from the engagement claw 4i, so that the engagement release of the engagement part 8 is restricted. On the other hand, as shown in FIG.
- the winged injection needle 1 When piercing the human body with the winged injection needle 1, as shown in FIG. 1, the winged injection needle 1 is held with the folded wing portion 4 projecting from the base 3 to the left and right outwards, and the main body of the injection needle. 2 is inserted into the human body. And after puncturing the human body, the medicine in the syringe can be injected into the human body via the injection needle body 2 by the operation of the syringe connected to the syringe connection port 3 a of the base 3.

While protruding from both sides and functioning as a handle, in the unfolded state, it extends from the base 3 along the injection needle body 2 to the distal end side of the injection needle and functions as a safety cover that covers the injection needle body 2.
- the structure not only can the structure be simplified and the number of parts can be reduced, but also the inconvenience that the blade 4 and the safety cover interfere with each other's operation can be eliminated.
- wing part 4 is equipped with the return prevention means (cap 5) which engages with the front-end
- the injection needle main body 2 is provided with an injection needle retracting means for retracting the injection needle main body 2 relatively with respect to the wing portion at the time of the deployment operation of the wing portion 4, the substantial injection needle main body 2 to be covered with the safety cover (the blade portion 4). Therefore, when the blade portion 4 is also used as a safety cover, an increase in the size of the blade portion 4 can be avoided.
- the needle retraction means includes a slide support portion 6 that supports the base portion 3 slidably in the retreat direction with respect to the blade portion 4, a spring 7 that biases the base portion 3 in the retreat direction, and the base portion 3 in the non-retreat position. And the base 3 and the injection needle body 2 are retracted in accordance with the disengagement of the engagement portion 8, so that the base 3 and the injection needle body 2 need not be retracted.
- the operation when using the blade portion 4 as a safety cover is simplified.
- the engaging portion 8 is automatically disengaged in accordance with the operation of deploying the blade portion 4, the disengaging operation of the engaging portion 8 becomes unnecessary, and the blade portion 4 is used as a safety cover. Operation is simplified.
- the present invention can be used for a winged injection needle used for epidural anesthesia and the like.
