Abstract
Description
特許文献1に示すものは、図19に示すとおりであり、特許文献2に記載のものを改良したものである。また、特許文献3に示すものも特許文献1に記載のものと略同様のものである。
この図19において、100:***補助具、110:本体部、111:可撓接続部、112:洗浄液供給ポート、113:温風供給ポート、114:***ポート、115:接続端子、120:前カップ部、130:臀部支持部、131:クッション層、132:窪み部、140:開口部、200:***補助具着用カバー、201:前身頃領域、202:股下領域、203:後身頃領域、204:サイドフラップ、206:両ファスナタブ、210:開口部、220:トップシート、230:バックシート、231:剥離紙、240:面ファスナ、250:保持シート、251:面ファスナ、252:面ファスナ、260:立体ギャザー、270:防漏バリヤである。
(1)多数の部品からなる***補助具100の組み立て工程が面倒で、特に、本体部110の背面の洗浄液供給ポート112、温風供給ポート113、***ポート114、接続端子115から本体部110の内部を経て開口部114の周縁部や下面に接続する構成が面倒で、本体部110の内部で液漏れや空気漏れが生じて***物の適切な洗浄効果が得られなかった。
(2)本体部110の上端に前カップ部120が設けられているので、大柄な人に装着すると前カップ部120が邪魔になり、小柄な人に装着すると前カップ部120の下に余分な隙間が生じ適切な装着ができなかった。したがって、体形に応じて何種類かを用意する必要があった。
(3)臀部支持部130に、クッション層131が設けられているが、本体部110に接触する太股の付け根などの股間部や臀部は、おむつが介在されるだけであり、褥瘡が生じやすかった。特に、***変換や脚の屈伸をしやすい人にとっては、局部的に荷重が生じたり、摺れたりして褥瘡が生じやすかった。
(4)開口部140に***された***物は、主に洗浄水で押し流すが、押し流す作用が不十分なため、一部が残って悪臭発生の原因となっていた。
(5)***ポート114に連結される吸引管が硬質なため、***変換をしたり、ベッドの背もたれを起して腰を曲げたりすると、吸引管が邪魔になっていた。
(1)組み立てが簡単で、本体内部での空気漏れや液漏れがなく適切に***物を押し流すことのできるものであること。
(2)体形の大きさの違いや男女の違いがあっても適正に装着できるものであること。
(3)***変換や脚の屈伸をしても褥瘡に生じないものであること。
(4)***物を速やかにきれいに押し流すことができるものであること。
(5)便座を付けたままでも、***変換をしたり、ベッドの背もたれを起して腰を曲げたりすることができるものであること。
また、排尿受け部15の縁部から排便受け部14の縁部にかけて形成される太股受け部16は、下方に向かって次第に広幅となるように形成したことを特徴とする。
導風フィン40の間隔及び角度は、仰臥状態で使用たときの糞尿の押し流しを円滑にするために、排便受け部14の略中央への風量が両側より多くなるように形成したことを特徴とする。
また、導風フィン40の間隔及び角度は、横臥状態又は***変換しても糞尿を円滑に押し流せるように、排便受け部14の両側への風量が中央より多くなるように形成したことを特徴とする。
前記便座本体部10は、図2に示すように、直径が略100mm程度の皿状の窪みを有する排便受け部14と、この排便受け部14から直角か直角よりわずかに後方に傾き、幅が略50mm、高さが略170mm、深さが略20mmの縦型溝状の排尿受け部15とからなる。
前記排尿受け部15の略中間位置には、図2に示すように肛門と陰部を洗浄する洗浄水ノズル18が設けられている。前記便座本体部10の排便受け部14と排尿受け部15の背面には、後カバー部11と連結するための組立突起22が数箇所に設けられている。
前記排便受け部14の表面は、テフロン(登録商標)などの低摩擦材が塗布され、糞尿の付着を防止するとともに、流れをよくしている。
前記後カバー部11の送風管取り付け孔33には、送風管連結部材49が取り付けられ、外部からの空気供給管53に連結し、内部では、図4に示すような2本の空気送り管56が取り付けられている。前記後カバー部11の洗浄水管取り付け孔34には、外部からの温水の送水管54に連結し、内部では、洗浄水ノズル18と導水管45に連結した送水管連結部材50が取り付けられている。前記洗浄水ノズル18は、排尿受け部15の略中央に露出して設けられ、排尿後の男性器や女性器を洗浄する。前記後カバー部11のコネクタ取り付け孔35には、電気コード55を有するコネクタ51が取り付けられ、電気信号の入出力、電源の供給等が行われる。
前記送風管連結部材49と送水管連結部材50とコネクタ51は、後カバー部11の背面受け部28に固定的に取り付けてもよいし、また、公知のコネクタ機構により、着脱自在に取り付けるようにしてもよい。
前記送水管連結部材50に連結された導水管45は、便座本体部10と後カバー部11との間に形成された背面空隙部30から底面空隙部29を経て図1に示すように、前記洗浄水ノズル17の下端部に連結される。この洗浄水ノズル17は、図8(a)に示すように、約40~50度の角度で洗浄の温水を上方へ噴射して主に肛門85を洗浄する上向き噴射ノズル43と、図8(b)に示すように、180の扇状に洗浄水をほぼ水平に噴射して排便受け部14を洗浄する水平噴射ノズル44が設けられている。
前記便座本体部10の排便受け部14の背面から大便センサ23と小便センサ24を取り付けた配線板84が固定され、前記大便センサ23は、排便受け部14の略中央部上面に露出させ、この大便センサ23の周りに前記4個の小便センサ24が正面に露出して設けられている。
前記送風路46a、46b、46c、46dからの空気の流量は、導風フィン40a、40b,40c,40dの相互の間隔、角度によって異なるが、糞尿を押し流す処理能力は、仰臥状態のとき、中央の2個所の送風路46aの流量が約40%で、左右の送風路46b、46c、46dの流量をそれぞれ30%とすることが最も効率が良いことが確かめられた。
具体的には、導風フィン40bは、中心線Lに対して26.5度に広がり、導風フィン40cは、中心線Lに対して0度(平行)で,導風フィン40dは、中心線Lに対して-15度に傾くことにより初期の目的が達成された。
前蓋部の中央には、ノズル逃げ凹部38が形成されている。
これらの第1褥瘡防止材57と第2褥瘡防止材58と第3褥瘡防止材59は、おむつを介在して装着したとき、体圧が50mmHg以下、さらに好ましくは、32mmHg以下となるものが望ましいとされている。
この条件を満足させるため、前記第1褥瘡防止材57と第2褥瘡防止材58は、硬度がJISAで5~15度のシリコーンゴムからなり、固定的に接着される。尻受け部13の上面に取り付けられる第3褥瘡防止材59は、硬度がアスカーCで4~10度のゲル材からなり、尻受け部13と第3褥瘡防止材59の間に汚物等が侵入したとき剥がして清掃し易いように、粘着性を有するものであることが望ましい。また、前記第3褥瘡防止材59は、仙骨が接触するので、尻受け部13に仙骨逃げ凹部60を形成して第3褥瘡防止材59を乗せることが望ましい。
このおむつ66の一例を説明する。
図12(a)(b)において、おむつ本体67は、腰回り包み部67aと、腹回り包み部67bと、これらより幅の狭い股間回り包み部67cとが1枚の比較的薄い紙からなり、このおむつ本体67の内側には、長方形のクッション材76が貼着されている。前記股間回り包み部67cの両側と前記腰回り包み部67aの端部略中央には、伸縮するギャザー70が形成され、下面に漏れ防止ひだ73が形成されてている。
このクッション材76と股間回り包み部67cを貫通して瓢箪型の***孔74が切り抜かれ、この***孔74の円形孔と直線切り込みの内側部分の貼着代75は、裏面に剥離紙のついた接着層が形成され、図11における前蓋部12の導風板部39と便座本体部10の内壁部88に接着固定される。
この***孔74の両側には、2本ずつギャザーテープ77が固着れ、内側のギャザーテープ77の取り付け位置に沿って筒状に膨出した2本の男性器保持部80が間隔を持って設けられている。
(1)図11に示す装着用便座の尻受け部13を、図12に示すおむつ66の差込み隙間79に先端が差込み隙間79の内部に突き当たるまで差し込む。すると、おむつ66の***孔74が排便受け部14と一致する。このとき、洗浄水ノズル17が***孔74の切り欠き89から露出する。この状態で、***孔74の円形孔周縁の貼着代75の剥離紙をはがして前蓋部12の導風板部39に貼り付け、また、***孔74の直線部の貼着代75の剥離紙をはがして排便受け部14の内壁部88と排尿受け部15の内壁部に貼り付ける。
しかし、図14に示すように、中心線L1からθだけ傾いた線L2のように横臥状態で排便、排尿をする人もあるので、その場合には、図15に示すように、前蓋部12の導風フィン40a,40b,40c,40dの角度を、中央部の送風量が30%で左右部がそれぞれ35%などのように、中央部よりも左右部の風量を大きくすることもできる。このように左右の風量を大きくすると、***変換などの左右に横臥して使用する人に有効である。
また、横臥状態が片側だけ、例えば左側だけの人のためには、左側のフィンの角度だけを図15のように形成し、右側のフィンは、図7の仰臥時の角度とすることもできる。右側に横臥する人の場合は、その逆とする。
なお、横臥状態や***変換がしやすいように、図14に示すように、後カバー部11の底面部に丸みを持たせて寝具93に食い込み易くしてもよい。
これらの第1、第2、第3褥瘡防止材57、58,59の他に、図16,図17及び図18に示すように、第4褥瘡防止材93を、後カバー部11における下面に取り付けることが望ましい。
さらに詳しくは、この第4褥瘡防止材93は、前記第1褥瘡防止材57と第2褥瘡防止材58と同様、硬度がJISAで5~15度のシリコーンゴムからなり、後カバー部11における下面と、この下面から続く両側面の一部とを包むように固定的に接着される。前記後カバー部11の下面における便座被覆布78を貼着する接着代96には、第4褥瘡防止材93が取り付けないようにする。そして、この第4褥瘡防止材93をおむつ66の差込み隙間79に差し込んだ後、剥離紙94を剥がして接着層95で後カバー部11の下面と両側面に接着して便座本体部10の側方からの尿や洗浄水の漏れを防止する。この第4褥瘡防止材93を取り付けることにより、図14に示すように、寝返りなどの***変換をした場合にも確実に褥瘡を防止できる。

- 略水平皿状の排便受け部と略垂直溝状の排尿受け部を有する便座本体部と、この便座本体部の背後と下面から嵌合される後カバー部と、前記便座本体部の前端部に設けられる尻受け部とを有し、前記排便受け部と排尿受け部の縁部と、前記尻受け部の上面とに褥瘡防止材を取り付けたことを特徴とする装着用便座。
- 後カバー部における下面と、この下面から続く両側面の一部とを包むように、褥瘡防止材を取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装着用便座。
- 排便受け部と排尿受け部の縁部に取り付けられる褥瘡防止材は、硬度がJISAで5~15度のシリコーンゴムからなり、尻受け部の上面に取り付けられる褥瘡防止材は、硬度がアスカーCで4~10度のゲル材からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装着用便座。
- 排尿受け部の縁部から排便受け部の縁部にかけて形成される太股受け部は、下方に向かって次第に広幅となるように形成したことを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の装着用便座。

- 排便受け部に臨ませて洗浄水ノズルと送風路と排便吸引孔と大便センサと小便センサとを設け、排尿受け部に臨ませて洗浄水ノズルを設け、後カバー部の背面空隙部に位置して送風管連結部材と送水管連結部材とコネクタを設け、前記送風管連結部材と送風路を連通する空気送り管と、前記送水管連結部材と洗浄水ノズル及び洗浄水ノズルを連通する導水管と、前記コネクタと大便センサ及び小便センサを接続する電気コードとを前記背面空隙部から底面空隙部を経て配置したことを特徴とする請求項5記載の装着用便座。
- 排便受け部と排尿受け部を有する便座本体部に、この便座本体部の背部と下面から後カバー部を嵌合し、前記便座本体部における排便受け部の縁部に上向きに開口した導風長孔を設け、この導風長孔の上に隙間を持って前蓋部を被せ、この前蓋部の排便受け部の内壁部に沿って隙間をもって導風板部を設け、この導風板部の内壁部との隙間に位置して所定間隔で複数の導風フィンを設けてこれらの導風フィンの間を送風路としたことを特徴とする装着用便座。
- 導風フィンの間隔及び角度は、排便受け部の略中央への風量が両側より多くなるように形成したことを特徴とする請求項7記載の装着用便座。
- 導風フィンの間隔及び角度は、排便受け部の両側への風量が中央より多くなるように形成したことを特徴とする請求項7記載の装着用便座。
