技术领域
本申请涉及智能电视领域，特别涉及一种启动智能电视功能的快捷方法、装置及智能电视。
背景技术
随着社会的进步，智能电视越来越普及，智能电视的功能日益强大，用户可以在智能电视中安装各种应用、获取各种消息。
在智能电视安装的各种应用中，由于用户的使用习惯，总会有几种应用的使用频率是较高的，如果用户需要使用这些常用的功能必须在众多的应用中寻找，显然这样的方式效率是较低的，用户不能较快的打开常用应用。
同时，由于智能电视会接收到各种消息，而这些消息一般都是有关设备中的***消息和应用消息，用户在阅读到这些消息后，如果需要对消息中提到的功能进行查看和使用，用户需要先关闭消息，再从***中查找消息中提及的对应的功能，才能启动相应的功能，同样，这样的方式不能较快速的启动消息对应的功能，用户对智能电视的使用体验较低。
因此，亟需一种能够快速打开用户常用应用功能的方法。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种启动智能电视功能的快捷方法、装置及智能电视，可以通过快捷入口快速的启动智能电视中的功能。
为达到上述目的，本申请实施例采用如下技术方案：
第一方面，一种启动智能电视功能的快捷方法，应用于智能电视中，所述智能电视具有至少一个桌面，所述智能电视的显示屏当前显示的桌面为当前桌面，并且所述智能电视的当前桌面为所述至少一个桌面中的一个，不同的所述桌面可显示对应的至少一个快捷入口，所述方法包括：确定所述智能电视的当前桌面；在获取到快捷入口的触发信号时，依据所述当前桌面显示对应的快捷入口，通过所述快捷入口启动所述快捷入口中包含的所述智能电视中的功能。
第二方面，一种实现快捷启动智能电视功能的装置，应用于具有显示屏的智能电视，所述智能电视具有至少一个桌面，所述显示屏当前显示的桌面为当前桌面，并且所述智能电视的当前桌面为所述桌面中的一个，不同的所述桌面可显示对应的至少一个快捷入口，所述装置包括：桌面确定模块，确定所述智能电视的当前桌面；快捷入口模块，在获取到所述快捷入口的触发信号时，依据所述当前桌面显示对应的所述快捷入口，通过所述快捷入口启动所述快捷入口中包含的所述智能电视中的功能。
第三方面，一种智能电视播放装置，包括上述实现快捷启动智能电视功能的装置。

本申请的较佳实施方式
以下将配合图式及实施例来详细说明本申请的实施方式，藉此对本申请如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
本申请实施例提供了一种智能电视功能的快捷打开方法，如图1所示，包括：
步骤11，确定所述智能电视的当前桌面；
本申请实施例中的智能电视具有一显示屏，并且智能电视在用户不进行操作的情况下，可以确定的显示一桌面。智能电视可以具有多个不同功能的桌面，例如，信号源桌面、轮播桌面、点播桌面、应用桌面和搜索桌面，信号源桌面用于传统电视信号的播放，外接存储设备中的视频内容的播放也是在信号源桌面下进行的，轮播桌面用于网络电视节目的播放，点播桌面可以显示可供点播的节目内容供用户选择，应用桌面包括电视中已经安装的各种应用程序，应用程序的使用状态也相当于电视桌面中的应用桌面，搜索桌面包括一搜索程序，可以对用户需要的节目内容、电视设置参数等进行搜索并展示。
智能电视在打开使用状态就是确定的显示上述桌面中的一个，在多个桌面切换的过程中，在某一时刻也是显示其中的一个桌面。
步骤12，在获取到快捷入口的触发信号时，依据所述当前桌面显示对应的快捷入口，通过所述快捷入口启动所述智能电视的功能。
由于已经确定了智能电视的当前桌面，在获取到快捷入口的触发信号时，可以依据确定的当前桌面的情况，显示当前桌面对应的快捷入口，由于不同的桌面对应有各自的快捷入口，不同的桌面对应的快捷入口可能相同，也可能不同，可以依据不同桌面的不同的功能具有各自的快捷入口，也可以所有桌面的快捷入口都是相同的，在获取到所述快捷入口的触发信号时，启动一相同的快捷入口，用户也可以针对各自的使用习惯对不同的桌面设置各自不同的快捷入口。本申请通过为智能电视不同的桌面设置快捷入口，通过快捷入口可以快捷的打开对应的应用或功能，而无需切换到功能所在的桌面再寻找需要打开的应用或功能，无需进行桌面的切换即可完成功能或应用的 启动，可以提高启动功能的效率，提高用户对于智能电视的使用体验。
本申请实施例提供的快捷入口可以包括：消息浮层，消息浮层用于获取和显示消息，本申请实施例中的消息浮层可以因智能电视桌面的不同而不同，即不同的桌面可以具有各自的对应的消息浮层，各个桌面对应的消息浮层可以获取有关各自桌面的相关的消息并显示，例如，智能电视中的信号源桌面可以播放传统的有线电视，那么信号源桌面对应的消息浮层就可以获取与有线电视节目相关的消息并显示，而智能电视的点播桌面可以进行节目的点播和播放，那么点播桌面对应的消息浮层就可以获取与点播的节目相关的消息，如电影消息、视频相关消息等。当然智能电视的多个不同桌面也可以具有同样的消息浮层，在不同的桌面都会获取所有桌面相关的消息并显示，如智能电视具有不同功能的桌面，但不同桌面的消息浮层可以相同，可以获取并显示相同的消息，即将所有有关不同桌面的所有消息都在消息浮层中获取并显示，还比如智能手持设备的桌面，由于智能手持设备的桌面不具有明确的功能划分，只是不同桌面页面的划分，比如智能手机的桌面具有3个页面或称为分屏，智能手持设备的不同的桌面对应的消息浮层就可以是同样的，即不同的桌面的消息浮层都会获取并显示相同的消息。当然用户可以依据自身使用习惯设置消息浮层的获取范围，既可以针对不同功能的桌面设置不同的对应的消息浮层以获取显示不同的消息，也可以将各个不同的桌面的消息浮层设置成统一的以获取显示所有的相同的消息。
消息浮层中的消息一般都是有关智能电视的硬件***、软件***或显示内容的消息，以智能电视为例，消息浮层可以获取有关智能电视操作***更新的消息、智能电视中安装的各种应用的消息、智能电视硬件***的相关参数变化消息、或有关不同桌面相关显示内容的消息等，还可以包括其他设备主动发送给智能电视的消息。手持智能设备的消息浮层中的消息也可以是有关设备的硬件***、软件***的消息。
当智能电视的当前桌面对应的快捷入口是消息浮层时，所述快捷入口的触发信号包括：消息浮层获取到新消息的信号、消息浮层的启动信号或者当前桌面的启动信号。
由于消息浮层可以获取消息并显示，当消息浮层获取到新的消息时，即 实现了快捷入口的触发，此时就可以在当前桌面前端显示消息浮层，消息浮层中可以将获取到的消息依获取到的时间先后顺序排列显示，方便用户选择，这样实现了消息浮层由新消息的自动触发和显示。
消息浮层的触发信号还可以是当获取到消息浮层的启动命令后，实现消息浮层的触发并显示，即可以在智能电视或相关联的设备上设置一固定按键，该按键即快捷入口按键，当该按键被按下时，即实现了快捷入口的触发，在本申请实施例中就可以是消息浮层的触发并显示，可以在用户需要启动消息浮层收取消息时启动。
消息浮层的触发信号还可以随智能电视当前桌面的启动而触发，即当智能电视的某一桌面被启动后，消息浮层就可以显示，例如在智能电视中，当电视被启动，电视可以默认打开一个桌面作为当前桌面，此时，当前桌面的启动信号就是快捷入口的触发命令，该当前桌面对应的消息浮层就可以随桌面的启动而显示。
在本申请实施例中，消息浮层的触发还可以依据消息的预设属性，消息预设属性可以包括消息显示的时间、消息的优先级，即获取到的消息预设属性可以包括在何时显示该消息，那么在到达该时间点或一时间段时，就触发消息浮层来显示消息，或者获取到的消息预设属性可以包括消息的优先级别，通过确定消息的显示优先级确定消息浮层的触发，有的消息较为重要，如***的升级消息、用户感兴趣的节目的消息，这样的消息显示优先级较高，就可以优先触发消息浮层并显示，而其他优先级较低的消息就可以在消息浮层被启动时再显示，或者优先级较高的消息可以触发全屏的消息浮层展示，而显示优先级较低的消息可以触发消息浮层占用屏幕的一部分显示。
消息预设的属性还可以包括消息对应的桌面，即消息本身属性中包括应该在哪个或哪些桌面显示，当预设的桌面被启动时，则对应的消息就触发消息浮层，进而显示消息。另外，消息浮层获取的消息还可以因智能电视显示内容的不同而不同，例如智能电视在某一时刻播放某一节目，此时消息浮层可以从网络侧获取有关该节目的相关信息并显示。
本申请实施例通过消息的预设属性来有区别的触发消息浮层，可以使不同属性的消息触发消息浮层显示的时间和方式有所区别，使用户可以适时的 了解到相关的消息，提高对智能电视的使用体验。
本申请实施例中可以通过快捷入口启动至少一个功能，由于消息浮层可以显示获取到的消息，当消息浮层在智能电视屏幕上显示后，还可以通过选择所述消息浮层中的消息，启动所述消息对应的功能。
具体的，消息浮层中的消息都是有自身的主要内容的，用户在选择消息后，由消息的内容建立与消息对应功能的连接关系。以智能电视为例，例如一条***升级消息其内容可以是：您的***有可用更新，或类似的表述，用户在选择了这一条消息后，该消息就可以建立与***更新功能模块的连接关系，进而启动***更新功能。再比如，一条影视消息内容是：最新上映XXX电影。用户在选择了这一条影视消息时，该影视消息就可以建立与该电影播放页面的连接，启动电影播放页面，进而可以直接选择播放电影。这样就实现了通过消息浮层直接打开消息对应的功能，不需要用户在阅读了消息后，先关闭消息浮层，再从其他桌面中寻找消息对应的功能模块，再启动相应功能，通过消息浮层直接打开功能的方式是更快捷方便的。
同样的，本申请实施例中的快捷入口还可以包括通知栏，本申请实施例中的通知栏中可以包括至少一个功能的快捷方式，通知栏内的功能的快捷方式可以因不同的桌面而不同，也可以不同的桌面而相同。当智能手机和PAD打开某一应用程序时，并不影响快捷入口的启动。
本申请实施例中的通知栏的触发信号可以包括：通知栏的启动信号、通知栏中快捷方式对应的功能状态改变的信号或者当前桌面的启动信号。通知栏被触发后即在智能电视的显示屏上显示。通知栏的启动信号可以是由智能电视上的某一个按键或命令启动的，即智能电视具有一特定的命令来启动通知栏，当对应通知栏的某一按键被按下或对应命令触发，即启动了通知栏，将通知栏在智能电视的显示屏上进行显示。或者，由于通知栏中集合了智能电视中一些功能的快捷方式，当这些快捷方式对应的功能的状态发生了改变，例如，天气快捷方式对应的天气功能中的当前天气发生了改变，这一改变的信号就是通知栏的触发信号。又例如，智能电视中的外接连接情况的快捷方式对应的接口连接了外接存储设备，即外接连接功能的状态发生了改 变，这一状态改变的信号也就是通知栏的触发信号，即在连接了外接存储设备时触发了通知栏。
如前所述，本申请实施例中通知栏可以包括至少一个功能的快捷方式，通过选择其中的快捷方式可以直接启动相应的功能，例如通知栏可以包括时间程序的快捷方式，在显示时显示当前时间，通过对当前时间的选择，可以直接启动时间功能的程序，进而在时间程序中设置时间、闹钟、时区及其他有关时间的功能；通知栏还可以包括天气程序的快捷方式，天气程序的快捷方式在通知栏中显示时，可以显示当前地区的温度和天气，用户可以通过直接选择天气程序的快捷方式，打开天气程序，进而在其中设置需要显示天气的地区，改变天气程序的显示方式等。
智能电视的通知栏还可以包括电视的外接连接情况，当电视连接有外接存储设备时，通知栏上可以显示外接连接情况的快捷方式，用户可以直接选择外接连接情况的快捷方式，打开外接连接的程序，进而在外接连接程序中选择打开外接存储设备上的数据资源；还可以包括智能电视的网络连接情况的快捷方式，将智能电视的当前网络连接情况显示在通知栏中，用户可以选择该快捷方式，打开网络连接的设置程序，具体的程序设置是现有技术，在此不再赘述。
由于智能电视的应用程序都包含在应用桌面中，一些常用的设置功能，如上述网络连接设置、外接存储设置都包含在电视的设置页面中，用户如果有一些常用的应用程序，如上述的天气应用、时间应用，这些应用和功能设置是经常需要被用户使用的，例如，如果电视的当前桌面是信号源桌面，而用户需要打开天气应用了解天气，在现有技术中，用户需要先切换到应用桌面，从应用桌面中找到天气的应用程序，打开天气应用程序才可以了解到天气，而应用本申请实施例中的快捷入口，将天气应用的快捷方式包含在快捷入口中，就可以在信号源桌面启动快捷入口并直接选择天气应用的快捷方式，进而打开天气应用，无需退出当前的桌面再进入到应用桌面，显然这样的通过快捷入口打开功能或应用是较为快速和简便的。
智能电视的快捷入口还可以同时包括消息浮层和通知栏，消息浮层用于获取并显示消息，通知栏包括至少一个功能的快捷方式。
通知栏可以将用户常用功能的快捷方式集合起来，用户可以在通知栏中 建立快捷方式指向一个具体的功能，通知栏在显示快捷方式时可以显示快捷方式的图标和名称，方便用户选择。
为叙述方便，上述实施例描述了智能电视的一个桌面对应的快捷入口将消息浮层和通知栏分开描述，当然一个桌面的快捷入口可以只有消息浮层或只有通知栏，本领域技术人员可以理解的是，一个桌面对应的快捷入口可以同时是消息浮层和通知栏，两者的触发并不互相干扰，当然一个桌面的快捷入口也可以将消息浮层和通知栏结合起来，即在显示消息浮层的同时，显示通知栏中的功能的快捷方式，结合上面的描述，即消息浮层的触发信号触发了消息浮层的显示，但由于消息浮层和通知栏的结合，在显示消息浮层的同时也显示了通知栏，同理，通知栏的触发信号可以触发通知栏显示，也由于消息浮层和通知栏的结合使得通同时显示了消息浮层和通知栏。
在本申请实施例中，可以通过消息浮层快捷的打开消息对应的功能，通过通知栏中的快捷方式也可以快捷的打开某一功能，本领域技术人员可以理解的是，消息浮层中的消息指向的功能和通知栏中快捷方式指向的功能可以相同也可以不同，两者并不影响，例如，在智能电视中，如果服务器向智能电视发送了一条有关天气变化的消息，希望用户提前注意天气变化，用户可以通过消息浮层中的该条天气消息快捷的进入到天气应用中，而通知栏中如果也包含了天气应用的快捷方式，用户也可以通过通知栏中天气应用的快捷方式进入到天气应用，通知栏和消息浮层快捷进入功能的方式并不干扰。在本申请中消息和快捷方式对应的功能可以是具体的一个应用功能、也可以是智能电视的设置页面、或其他的对应形式。
通过上面的描述，可以为智能电视的桌面设置快捷入口，在本申请实施例中快捷入口可以是消息浮层和通知栏，可以通过消息浮层快捷的启动消息对应的功能，也可以通过通知栏中功能的快捷方式快捷的启动对应的功能，从而使得在当前桌面启动其他功能的操作更为简便快捷，用户的使用体验也更加自然。
本申请实施例还提供了一种消息显示方法，如图2所示，包括：
步骤21，确定满足第一条件的第一桌面；
本申请实施例中消息推送方法应用于具有显示屏的智能电视，智能电视可以在显示屏上显示消息，本申请实施例中的消息可以是与智能电视相关联的网络侧配置并发送的，消息的形式可以是文字、图片、视屏、音频等，可以由网络侧配置好后发送给智能电视。智能电视可以具有至少一个桌面，以智能电视为例，智能电视可以具有多个不同功能的桌面，例如，信号源桌面、轮播桌面、点播桌面、应用桌面和搜索桌面，信号源桌面用于传统电视信号的播放，外接存储设备中的视频内容的播放也是在信号源桌面下进行的，轮播桌面用于网络电视节目的播放，点播桌面可以显示可供点播的节目内容供用户选择，应用桌面包括电视中已经安装的各种应用程序，应用程序的使用状态也相当于电视的桌面是应用桌面，搜索桌面包括一搜索程序，可以对用户需要的节目内容、电视设置参数等进行搜索并展示。由于希望消息可以被用户较容易的看到，本申请实施例中并不是将消息推送到所有的桌面上显示，而是在获取到所述消息时，先确定满足第一条件的第一桌面，只在第一桌面上显示消息，本申请实施例中第一条件可以是桌面的历史显示总时间最长，即智能电视可以统计多个桌面各自的显示总时间，将历史显示总时间最长的桌面确定为符合第一条件的第一桌面，历史显示总时间最长表示用户在该桌面上停留的时间最长，在这一停留时间最长的桌面上显示消息也可以获得更好的展示效果，使用户观看到消息的几率也更大。本申请中第一条件并不限于显示总时间最长，还可以是其他条件，例如第一条件可以是显示总时间最长和次之，即可以在两个桌面上显示消息。
步骤22，在获取到所述消息时，建立所述消息与所述第一桌面的对应关系；
在确定了符合第一条件的第一桌面后，建立所述消息与所述第一桌面的对应关系，由上述可知，本申请中的第一桌面可以因第一条件的不同而不同，符合条件的第一桌面可以不是单独的一个，而可以是多个桌面，只要符合第一条件的桌面都是第一桌面，消息都会建立与所有的第一桌面的对应关系，本申请实施例中的第一桌面仅是为叙述方便定义的，并不限制桌面的数量，本申请实施例中建立所述消息与所述第一桌面的对应关系是指将消息与第一桌面对应，只有符合条件的第一桌面才会建立与消息的对应关系。

在上述消息建立了与第一桌面的对应关系后，智能电视在显示第一桌面时，就会依据该对应关系在第一桌面中加载对应的消息，将消息在桌面中进行显示。如果电视在当前时刻显示的不是第一桌面，那么就会在切换到第一桌面时，才触发消息的显示。
本申请实施例通过在获取到所述消息时，确定满足第一条件的第一桌面，建立起所述消息与所述第一桌面的对应关系，从而在显示所述第一桌面时显示所述消息。这种方式可以将消息在符合预设第一条件的桌面中显示。而且，在智能电视具有多个桌面时，可以使消息的显示更有针对性，用户获取消息的途径也更灵活。此外，消息的显示也可以随预设第一条件的不同而显示在不同的桌面上，用户对设备的使用体验也更好。
本申请实施例中还提供了一种消息显示方法，如图3所示，包括：
步骤31，确定满足第一条件的第一桌面；
步骤32，在获取到所述消息时，建立所述消息与所述第一桌面的对应关系；
步骤33，在显示所述第一桌面时根据所述对应关系显示所述消息；
步骤31、32、33与上述实施例中的步骤相似，在此不再赘述。
步骤34，在选择所述消息时，依据所述消息的固定字段和可变字段确定所述消息对应的内容，并启动对应的内容。
本申请实施例中的消息的格式包括固定字段和可变字段，所述固定字段可以包括消息的名字、内容、图片地址和类型等，所述可变字段可以包括所述消息的具体标识。通过所述标识可确定所述消息对应的内容，通过消息中的固定字段可以确定消息的类型。在本申请实施例中，消息可以是有关应用的消息、有关影视的消息等，对于有关应用的消息，首先选择消息，选择后通过消息的固定字段可以确定该消息的类型是应用类型，而应用类型的消息的可变字段中会包含应用的具体的报名，通过该报名可以查找到该应用并在用户选择了该应用消息时，启动该应用。对于有关影视的消息，首先选择消息，在实际应用中，选择消息的具体实现方式可以是用户可以通过与智能电视相关联的设备选择消息，例如智能电视可以通过遥控器做出消息的选择动作。在选择了消息后，就可以根据消息的固定字段先确定该消息是影视类消 息，在确定了消息是影视类消息后，可以从消息的可变字段中获取消息中包含的影视的具体ID号，利用该ID号可以启动对应影视的播放。
本实施例通过将消息的格式设定为具有固定字段和可变字段，并在选择了消息时，启动消息对应的内容，使用户不仅可以观看到消息，还可以通过消息直接启动消息对应的内容，而不必在观看了消息后，再去其他桌面或应用中搜索消息对应的内容，消息的针对性更强，用户获取消息中包含的信息的过程也更便捷快速，用户体验更好。
本申请实施例中还提供了一种消息推送方法，如图4所示，包括：
步骤41，确定满足第一条件的第一桌面；
步骤42，在获取到所述消息时，建立所述消息与所述第一桌面的对应关系；
步骤43，在显示所述第一桌面时根据所述对应关系显示所述消息；
步骤41、42、43与上述实施例中的步骤相似，在此不再赘述。
步骤44，在选择所述消息，依据所述消息的固定字段和可变字段确定所述消息对应的内容时，确定所述智能电视是否存储有所述消息对应的内容；
步骤45，如果所述智能电视存储有所述消息对应的内容，启动所述智能电视中与所述消息对应的内容；
例如，消息涉及了某一个应用，那么在选择了消息后，通过确定智能电视中已经存储有该应用，则直接启动对应的应用，启动速度更快。
步骤46，如果所述智能电视中没有存储所述消息对应的内容，依据所述可变字段从网络侧获取所述内容。
如果智能电视中没有存储有消息对应的内容，那么，可以通过消息中的可变字段从网络侧获取具体的内容。例如消息涉及一部影视剧，用户在选择了该消息后，希望通过该消息播放该影视剧，而通过可变字段确定智能电视中并没有事先存储该影视剧的数据内容，那么就依据消息中可变字段包括的影视剧具体信息从网络侧获取该影视剧的信息，并启动播放器播放该影视剧。
本实施例通过在启动消息对应的内容前先确定消息对应的内容是否在智能电视中存储，如果存储有该内容可以直接启动，如果没有则从网络侧获 取对应的内容，这样使得通过消息启动对应的内容的范围更广泛，由于网络侧一般存储有大量的内容，通过消息的展示和选择，使用户可以直接通过消息启动网络侧对应的内容，用户获取到的内容更加丰富。
本申请实施例中的消息在第一桌面中显示时，可以以预设形式在所述第一桌面的预设位置显示所述消息，例如在第一桌面的中间某一位置展示消息，当然，这里的预设形式和预设位置可以根据实际情况具体设置，本申请实施例并不限定，例如，在智能电视中，上述第一条件是历史显示总时间最长，在符合第一条件的第一桌面的一预设位置上就可以显示获取到的消息。
本申请实施例还提供了一种实现智能电视快捷入口的装置，应用于具有显示屏的智能电视，所述智能电视具有至少一个桌面，所述显示屏当前显示的桌面为当前桌面，并且所述智能电视的当前桌面为所述桌面中的一个，不同的所述桌面可显示对应的至少一个快捷入口，通过所述快捷入口可启动至少一个功能，如图5所示，所述装置包括：
桌面确定模块100，确定所述智能电视的当前桌面；
快捷入口模块200，在获取到所述快捷入口的触发信号时，依据所述当前桌面显示对应的所述快捷入口。
所述快捷入口模块包括消息浮层单元，所述消息浮层单元用于获取并显示消息，所述消息浮层单元的触发信号包括：
所述消息浮层单元获取到新消息的信号、所述消息浮层的启动信号、或者所述当前桌面的启动信号；
所述快捷入口模块依据所述当前桌面状态显示对应的快捷入口，包括：
依据所述当前桌面在所述显示屏上显示对应的所述消息浮层；
通过所述快捷入口启动至少一个功能包括：
通过选择所述消息浮层中的消息，启动所述消息对应的功能。
通过选择所述消息浮层中的消息，启动所述消息对应的功能具体为：
在选择所述消息时，建立所述消息与所述消息对应功能的连接关系，启动所述消息对应的功能。
当所述快捷入口为消息浮层时，获取到所述快捷入口的触发信号还包括：
由所述获取到的消息的预设属性获取所述消息浮层的触发信号。
所述获取到的消息的预设属性包括：所述消息的预设的显示优先级；
所述快捷入口的触发信号包括：
依据所述消息的显示优先级获取所述消息浮层的触发信号。
所述快捷入口还包括通知栏，所述通知栏包括至少一个功能的快捷方式，所述通知栏的触发信号包括：
所述通知栏的启动信号、所述通知栏中功能的状态改变信号或者所述当前桌面的启动信号；
依据所述当前桌面状态显示对应的快捷入口，包括：
依据所述当前桌面状态在所述显示屏上显示所述通知栏；
通过所述快捷入口启动至少一个功能包括：
通过选择所述通知栏中功能的快捷方式，启动所述快捷方式对应的功能。
当所述当前桌面的快捷入口为所述消息浮层和通知栏，所述快捷入口的触发信号包括：
所述消息浮层获取到新消息的信号，或者所述消息浮层和通知栏同时启动的信号；
依据所述当前桌面状态显示对应的快捷入口，包括：
依据所述当前桌面在所述显示屏上显示所述消息浮层和通知栏。
所述快捷入口模块依据所述当前桌面显示对应的快捷入口包括：
依据所述当前桌面以预设的显示方式显示对应的所述快捷入口。
本申请实施例还提供了一种消息显示装置，应用于智能电视，所述智能电视可显示消息，所述智能电视具有至少一个桌面，如图6所示，所述装置包括：
桌面确定模块300，用于在获取到所述消息时，确定满足第一条件的第一桌面，所述第一桌面为所述桌面中的一个；
消息关系建立模块400，用于建立所述消息与所述第一桌面的对应关系；
消息显示模块500，用于在显示所述第一桌面时显示所述消息。
所述消息包括固定字段和可变字段，所述固定字段包括消息的名字、内 容、图片地址和类型，所述可变字段包括所述消息的具体标识，通过所述标识可确定所述消息对应的内容；
所述装置还包括：
消息启动模块，在选择所述消息时，依据所述消息的固定字段和可变字段确定所述消息对应的内容，并启动所述对应的内容。
所述消息启动模块依据所述消息的固定字段和可变字段确定所述消息对应的内容包括：
确定所述智能电视是否存储有所述消息对应的内容，如果所述智能电视存储有所述消息对应的内容，启动所述智能电视中与所述消息对应的内容；
如果所述智能电视中没有存储所述消息对应的内容，依据所述可变字段从网络侧获取所述内容。
所述第一条件为历史显示总时间最长。
所述消息显示模块在显示所述第一桌面时显示所述消息包括：

本申请实施例还提供了一种智能电视，包括上述的装置，所述智能电视包括智能电视或智能无线设备。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到，为描述的方便和简洁，仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明，实际应用中，可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成，即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块，以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。上述描述的装置的具体工作过程，可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程，在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中，应该理解到，所揭露的装置和方法，可以通过其它的方式实现。例如，以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的。
所述的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的，作为单元显示的部件可以是一个物理单元或多个物理单元，即可以位于一个地方，或者也可以分布到多个不同地方。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实 现本实施例方案的目的。
另外，在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中，也可以是各个单元单独物理存在，也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现，也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时，可以存储在一个可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解，本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来，该软件产品存储在一个存储介质中，包括若干指令用以使得一个设备(可以是单片机，芯片等)或处理器(processor)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括：U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM，Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM，Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述，仅为本申请的具体实施方式，但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内，可轻易想到变化或替换，都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此，本申请的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
通过本申请提供的启动智能电视功能的快捷方法、装置及智能电视，可以将功能的快捷方式集合成快捷入口，由于各个桌面都具有对应的快捷入口，通过快捷入口可以直接快速的启动对应的功能，而不必通过再切换到功能对应的桌面中查找需要的功能，用户可以将常用的功能的快捷方式集合到快捷入口中，可以在快捷入口中直接打开功能，简化用户操作，提升用户体验。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种启动智能电视功能的快捷方法，其特征在于，应用于智能电视中，所述智能电视具有至少一个桌面，所述智能电视的显示屏当前显示的桌面为当前桌面，并且所述智能电视的当前桌面为所述至少一个桌面中的一个，不同的所述桌面可显示对应的至少一个快捷入口，所述方法包括：
    确定所述智能电视的当前桌面；
    在获取到快捷入口的触发信号时，依据所述当前桌面显示对应的快捷入口，通过所述快捷入口启动所述快捷入口中包含的所述智能电视中的功能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述快捷入口包括消息浮层，所述消息浮层用于获取并显示消息，所述消息浮层的触发信号包括：
    所述消息浮层获取到新消息的信号、或所述消息浮层的启动信号、或者所述当前桌面的启动信号；
    依据所述当前桌面显示对应的快捷入口包括：
    依据所述当前桌面在所述显示屏上显示对应的所述消息浮层；
    通过所述快捷入口启动所述快捷入口中包含的所述智能电视中的功能：
    通过选择所述消息浮层中的消息，启动所述消息对应的功能。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于，通过选择所述消息浮层中的消息，启动所述消息对应的功能具体为：
    在选择所述消息时，建立所述消息与所述消息对应功能的连接关系，启动所述消息对应的功能。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于，获取到所述快捷入口的触发信号具体包括：
    获取所述消息的预设属性；
    根据所述获取到的消息的预设属性获取所述消息浮层的触发信号。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法，其特征在于，所述获取到的消息的预设属性包括：所述消息的预设的显示优先级；
    所述根据所述获取到的消息的预设属性获取所述消息浮层的触发信号具体包括：
    依据所述消息的显示优先级获取所述消息浮层的触发信号。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述快捷入口包括通知 栏，所述通知栏包括至少一个功能的快捷方式，所述通知栏的触发信号包括：
    所述通知栏的启动信号、所述通知栏中功能的状态改变信号或者所述当前桌面的启动信号；
    依据所述当前桌面显示对应的快捷入口包括：
    依据所述当前桌面在所述显示屏上显示所述通知栏；
    通过所述快捷入口启动所述快捷入口中包含的所述智能电视中的功能包括：
    通过选择所述通知栏中功能的快捷方式，启动所述快捷方式对应的功能。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述智能电视可显示消息，所述方法还包括：
    确定满足第一条件的第一桌面，所述第一桌面为所述至少一个桌面中的一个；
    在获取到所述消息时，建立所述消息与所述第一桌面的对应关系；
    在显示所述第一桌面时根据所述对应关系显示所述消息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法，其特征在于，所述消息包括固定字段和可变字段，所述固定字段包括消息的名字、内容、图片地址和/或类型，所述可变字段包括所述消息的具体标识，通过所述标识可确定所述消息对应的内容；
    所述方法还包括：
    在选择所述消息时，依据所述消息的固定字段和可变字段确定所述消息对应的内容，并启动所述对应的内容。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法，其特征在于，依据所述消息的固定字段和可变字段确定所述消息对应的内容包括：
    确定所述智能电视是否存储有所述消息对应的内容，如果所述智能电视存储有所述消息对应的内容，启动所述智能电视中与所述消息对应的内容；
    如果所述智能电视中没有存储所述消息对应的内容，依据所述可变字段从网络侧获取所述内容。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法，其特征在于，所述第一条件为桌面的历史显示总时间最长。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的方法，其特征在于，在显示所述第一桌面时根据所述对应关系显示所述消息包括：
    以预设形式在所述第一桌面的预设位置显示所述消息。
  12. 一种在其上记录有用于执行权利要求1-11中任一项所述启动智能电视功能的快捷方法的程序的计算机可读记录介质。
  13. 一种实现快捷启动智能电视功能的装置，其特征在于，应用于具有显示屏的智能电视，所述智能电视具有至少一个桌面，所述显示屏当前显示的桌面为当前桌面，并且所述智能电视的当前桌面为所述桌面中的一个，不同的所述桌面可显示对应的至少一个快捷入口，所述装置包括：
    桌面确定模块，确定所述智能电视的当前桌面；
    快捷入口模块，在获取到所述快捷入口的触发信号时，依据所述当前桌面显示对应的所述快捷入口，通过所述快捷入口启动所述快捷入口中包含的所述智能电视中的功能。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置，其特征在于，所述快捷入口模块包括消息浮层单元，所述消息浮层单元用于获取并显示消息，所述消息浮层单元的触发信号包括：
    所述消息浮层单元获取到新消息的信号、所述消息浮层的启动信号、或者所述当前桌面的启动信号；
    所述快捷入口模块依据所述当前桌面状态显示对应的快捷入口，包括：
    依据所述当前桌面在所述显示屏上显示对应的所述消息浮层；
    通过所述快捷入口启动所述快捷入口中包含的所述智能电视中的功能：
    通过选择所述消息浮层中的消息，启动所述消息对应的功能。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置，其特征在于，通过选择所述消息浮层中的消息，启动所述消息对应的功能具体为：
    在选择所述消息时，建立所述消息与所述消息对应功能的连接关系，启动所述消息对应的功能。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的装置，其特征在于，当所述快捷入口为消息浮层时，获取到所述快捷入口的触发信号具体包括：
    获取所述消息的预设属性；
    根据所述获取到的消息的预设属性获取所述消息浮层的触发信号。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置，其特征在于，所述获取到的消息的预设属性包括：所述消息的预设的显示优先级；
    所述快捷入口的触发信号包括：
    依据所述消息的显示优先级获取所述消息浮层的触发信号。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的装置，其特征在于，所述快捷入口包括通知栏，所述通知栏包括至少一个功能的快捷方式，所述通知栏的触发信号包括：
    所述通知栏的启动信号、所述通知栏中功能的状态改变信号或者所述当前桌面的启动信号；
    依据所述当前桌面状态显示对应的快捷入口，包括：
    依据所述当前桌面状态在所述显示屏上显示所述通知栏；
    通过所述快捷入口启动所述快捷入口中包含的所述智能电视中的功能：
    通过选择所述通知栏中功能的快捷方式，启动所述快捷方式对应的功能。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的装置，其特征在于，所述智能电视可显示消息，所述装置还包括：
    桌面确定模块，用于确定满足第一条件的第一桌面，所述第一桌面为所述至少一个桌面中的一个；
    消息关系建立模块，用于在获取到所述消息时，建立所述消息与所述第一桌面的对应关系；
    消息显示模块，用于在显示所述第一桌面时根据所述对应关系显示所述消息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置，其特征在于，所述消息包括固定字段和可变字段，所述固定字段包括消息的名字、内容、图片地址和类型，所述可变字段包括所述消息的具体标识，通过所述标识可确定所述消息对应的内容；
    所述装置还包括：
    消息启动模块，在选择所述消息时，依据所述消息的固定字段和可变字段确定所述消息对应的内容，并启动所述对应的内容。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置，其特征在于，所述消息启动模块依 据所述消息的固定字段和可变字段确定所述消息对应的内容包括：
    确定所述智能电视是否存储有所述消息对应的内容，如果所述智能电视存储有所述消息对应的内容，启动所述智能电视中与所述消息对应的内容；
    如果所述智能电视中没有存储所述消息对应的内容，依据所述可变字段从网络侧获取所述内容。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的装置，其特征在于，所述第一条件为历史显示总时间最长。
  23. 根据权利要求19所述的装置，其特征在于，所述消息显示模块在显示所述第一桌面时显示所述消息包括：
    以预设形式在所述第一桌面的预设位置显示所述消息。
  24. 一种智能电视播放装置，其特征在于，包括如权利要求13至23任一项所述的装置。
  25. 一种智能电视，其特征在于，包括如权利要求7至23任一项所述的装置。
