一种带投影功能的汽车后视装置,包括后视镜和投影仪,所述后视镜包括外 壳、 以及设于外壳内的显示模组和控制模组, 所述投影仪包括投影主机和投影屏 幕, 所述投影屏幕设置于汽车挡风玻璃上, 所述投影主机与控制模组以及显示模 组电联接。
所述投影主机设置于外壳内。
所述外壳内还设有投影仪固定座, 所述投影主机上设有夹球装置, 所述投影 主机外置于后视镜外部, 通过夹球装置与后视镜内部的投影仪固定座活动连接。

本实用新型采用上述结构, 投影主机既可内置于后视镜外壳内, 也可以通过 一个夹球装置连接在后视镜外面, 拆装方便, 可灵活调节角度; 投影仪内置在后 视镜内部, 可通过调整后视镜和镜头, 将图片投射到挡风玻璃上, 操作方便。 屏 幕既可贴在汽车挡风玻璃的里面, 也可贴在汽车挡风玻璃的外面, 投影仪通过投 射图像到挡风玻璃上的投影, 显示在屏幕上, 既可让车里的驾驶员看到投影的图 像, 也可让外面的人看到, 显示画说面大而且亮度高, 便于驾驶员观察行车周边的 情况。 另外, 普通的投影仪由于体积很大, 价格昂贵, 很难与后视镜做成一个一 体化产品, 本发明所采用的微型投影仪, 它不但体积小, 而且价格相对便宜, 即
通常所说的口袋式投影仪, 通过与后视镜巧妙地搭配在一起, 从而形成一个新的 一体化的具有图像投影功能的多功能后视镜产品。

微型投影仪主要的工作原理都是由光源发出光, 通过一系列的光学照明系 统, 将光源的光均匀的照射到显示芯片上, 而信号通过电路***在显示芯片上实 现色阶以及灰阶, 显示出图像, 此后由投影前端的投影镜头将显示芯片上的图象 放大投射到相应的屏幕上。在投影***里面, 光学主要分为成像光学系以及照明 光学系, 而其中最为关键的元器件则为显示芯片以及照明组件(即光源)。本发明 的工作原理: 倒车摄像头与后视镜前置摄像头通过光电感应, 将图像画面传输给 后视镜, 投影仪中的光源通过对图像的照射, 将图像画面放大显示在挡风玻璃上 投影仪显示屏幕上, 从而被人眼所看到。 如图 6所示, 当汽车在行进中或在倒车 时, 按下后视镜按键, 后视镜开始工作, 后视镜显示器通过外置投像头, 将图案 显示在显示屏上, 此时画面很小, 由于车在行进中, 驾驶员不易看到显示屏上的 细节。 采用本实用新型的设计后, 打开投影仪功能, 如图 7所示, 微型投影仪主 机将显示屏上的图像放大投射到挡风玻璃上的投影屏幕上, 图像大而清晰, 行车 周边情况一目了然。 当微型投影仪组件内置时, 通过扭转后视镜显示器, 投影方 向可随着后视镜显示器的角度变化而变化, 从而调整到最佳投影角度; 如图 8所 示, 当微型投影仪组件外置时, 由于微型投影仪通过夹球装置与后视镜相连, 且 说
