Claims (11)
- 多型腔轮胎的制造模具,其特征在于,包括上固定板及下固定板,所述上固定板与所述下固定板呈平行相间布置,两者之间具有间隔;所述间隔中设有多个轮胎外圆周成型滑块、上模块、下模块及中心模柱,所述轮胎外圆周成型滑块沿所述间隔的高度方向布置,且多个所述轮胎外圆周成型滑块依序连接,呈环形布置,所述中心模柱呈环形,沿所述间隔的高度方向布置,置于多个所述轮胎外圆周成型滑块内侧,且与所述多个轮胎外圆周成型滑块相间布置,所述中心模柱的内侧设有成型件,所述成型件沿中心模柱环绕布置;所述上固定板的下端连接有多个上模块,多个所述上模块环绕布置,所述下固定板的上端连接有多个下模块,多个所述下模块环绕布置,多个所述上模块、多个所述下模块、成型件以及多个轮胎外圆周成型滑块之间形成封闭的型腔;所述型腔中设有多个轮胎内型腔成型滑块,多个所述轮胎内型腔成型滑块依序连接,环绕所述型腔布置;所述轮胎内型腔成型滑块包括周向圈,所述周向圈沿周向环绕布置,外侧抵接于所述轮胎外圆周成型滑块,其内侧设有多个相间布置凸台,所述相邻的凸台之间具有间隙;所述轮胎内型腔成型滑块的凸台与所述成型件、上模块以及下模块之间形成用于充填成型弹性体的弹性体腔;所述相邻的轮胎内型腔成型滑块之间具有连通所述上模块、下模块以及成型件且充填成型分割筋板以使所述弹性体中形成多个相互隔离的隔离腔的分隔腔,所述分隔腔具有朝外的开口;所述分隔墙的开口处设有当分隔腔中填充成型弹性体且移除所述轮胎内型腔成型滑块后、抵接于所述分隔腔开口处的开口封闭板,所述开口封闭板与所述轮胎外圆周成型滑块之间形成用于填充成型外层体的外层腔,所述外层腔呈环绕布置。
- 如权利要求1所述的多型腔轮胎的制造模具,其特征在于,所述凸台的外表面呈凸凹不平状。
- 所述多型腔轮胎的制造模具,其特征在于,多个所述轮胎外圆周成型滑块或多个所述轮胎内型腔成型滑块一体成型。
- 如权利要求1所述的多型腔轮胎的制造模具,其特征在于,所述轮胎内型腔成型滑块的周向圈中设有多个径向布置的锥柱,所述锥柱抵接于所述成型件。
- 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的多型腔轮胎的制造模具,其特征在于,所述中心模柱的中间部位的内侧设有凸环,所述上模块及下模块分别抵接于所述凸环和内侧成型件的上端及下端,所述成型件抵接于所述凸环上,其中设有多个充气头,所述充气头上套设有固定有金属环,所述充气头抵接于所述轮胎内型腔成型滑块。
- 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的多型腔轮胎的制造模具,其特征在于,所述凸台之间的间隙包括分别连通弹性体腔及分隔腔且用于充填成型周向筋板的周向槽。
- 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的多型腔轮胎的制造模具,其特征在于,所述凸台的间隙还包括分别连通所述弹性体腔及分隔腔且充填成型辅助周向板的辅助周向槽。
- 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的多型腔轮胎的制造模具,其特征在于,所述上固定板及下固定板分别延伸出所述轮胎外圆周成型滑块外,且其上分别设有固定块,所述固定块上设有连接于所述轮胎外圆周成型滑块且使所述轮胎外圆周成型滑块移动的锁紧结构。
- 如权利要求8所述的多型腔轮胎的制造模具,其特征在于,所述锁紧结构包括分别穿设于所述固定块及外腔滑块中的螺杆。
- 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的多型腔轮胎的制造模具,其特征在于,所述上固定板与所述下固定板之间穿设有螺柱,所述螺柱呈轴向布置。
- 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的多型腔轮胎的制造模具,其特征在于,所述上固定板上设有多个第一导磁体,多个所述第一导磁体呈环绕布置。
