一种按键结构及应用其的键盘 技术领域
本实用新型属于计算机周边设备领域,尤其涉及输入设备键盘。
背景技术
计算机键盘目前已经普遍适用到各个领域,人们在追求简便价廉的同时也逐渐开始追求使用手感,现有技术中有一种机械键盘,比较长的按键诸如空格键、上档键等按键,在使用过程中为了防止按键下压过程中发生不平衡状态,通常使用平衡杆的结构,成本比较高,需要使用将按键开关置于中央,而两边使用两个支架,每个支架内设有可上下活动的平衡键,该平衡键下端连接平衡杆的端部,该平衡键的上端连接键帽,键帽内设有十字凹槽三个,分别与按键开关、两个平衡键相连接,当键帽任意位置受压向下运行时,平衡键在平衡杆的联动作用下保持相同的下压动作,故此能够使按键开关正常导通。但上述现有技术的存在一定不足之处,第一,平衡杆安装置于开孔铁板下方,这样给安装带来众多不便,提高了人工工作成本;第二,支架和平衡键的设计也增加了组件开模费用,也提高了成本。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种按键结构,旨在解决现有技术中生产成本较高的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种按键结构,其包括键帽,开关,平衡杆,至少两个支架,所述支架呈开口朝上的腔体,所述支架上方一端设有可支撑所述平衡杆的轴孔,所述平衡杆呈“U”型,所述键帽内设有可与所述平衡杆端部活动连接的卡榫,所述卡榫置于所述支架的空腔内,所述开关置于两个所述支架之间,所述开关上端按钮与所述键帽内部配合连接。
优选地,所述卡榫侧表面上下分布两个凸起,所述平衡杆端部卡于所述凸起之间。
优选地,所述支架前后两个垂直表面设有用于卡住键盘铁板开孔边缘的卡扣。
优选地,所述支架其中一个垂直面的卡扣呈弹性卡扣。
优选地,所述支架呈纵向左右对称设计,所述轴孔左右两边各分布一个。
优选地,所述平衡杆“U”字型横向连接部向外部凸出。

依借上述技术方案,本实用新型所提供的按键结构相对于现有技术具有以下有益效果,空腔支架的设计减少了现有技术中平衡键的设置,故此将节约了成本,同时,现有技术中,平衡杆是安置在支架的下方,而本实用新型是在所述支架上方,在生产装配过程中极大的简化了工作量,提高了工作效率。
本实用新型还提供一种键盘,可以解决超长按键安装不便的问题。
所述键盘包括底板,上盖,PCB板,开孔铁板,其特征在于,所述键盘使用上述技术方案所述的按键结构,所述支架通过其卡扣卡入所述开孔铁板的开孔边缘,所述开关底部焊接在所述PCB板上,所述平衡杆折弯处置入所述支架的轴孔中,所述平衡杆端部置于所述键帽卡榫的凸起之间,所述上盖置于所述支架上方并进行固定连接。
生产过程中,将焊接后开关的PCB板置入所述底板内后,套装上所述开孔铁板,然后安装所述支架,再将平衡杆安装在所述支架上方,最后装配所述键帽,这样的生产方式简单方便。

参照图1-6所示,本实用新型实施例提供一种按键结构,其包括键帽1,开关4,平衡杆2,至少两个支架3,所述支架3呈开口朝上的腔体,所述支架3上方一端设有可支撑所述平衡杆的轴孔31,所述平衡杆2呈“U”型,所述键帽1内设有可与所述平衡杆2端部活动连接的卡榫11,所述卡榫11置于所述支架3的空腔内,所述开关4置于两个所述支架3之间,所述开关4上端按钮与所述键帽1内部配合连接,所述开关4下端与PCB板6连接,依借上述技术方案组装的按键结构,当键帽1下压时,所述键帽1向下施加的力通过所述卡榫11传递给所述平衡杆2,而所述平衡杆2以所述轴孔31为支点联动所述平衡杆2另一端的卡榫11,致使所述键帽1保持水平下压对所述开关4施力,本实用新型所提供的按键结构相对于现有技术具有以下有益效果,空腔支架的设计减少了现有技术中平衡键的设置,故此将节约了成本,同时,现有技术中,平衡杆是安置在支架的下方,而本实用新型是在所述支架3上方,在生产装配过程中极大的简化了工作量,提高了工作效率。
所述卡榫11侧表面上下分布两个凸起110,所述平衡杆2端部卡于所述凸起110之间,所述键帽1上下运用过程中,所述平衡杆2的端部会在所述凸起110之间滑动,同时还以两个凸起110为支点达到促使联动的作用。
进一步地,所述支架3前后两个垂直表面设有用于卡住键盘铁板5开孔边缘的卡扣32,所述卡扣32是为了固定所述支架3。
更进一步地,所述支架3其中一个垂直面的卡扣33呈弹性卡扣,方便将所述支架3卡入到键盘开孔铁板5的开孔51中。
所述支架3呈纵向左右对称设计,所述轴孔31左右两边各分布一个,虽然在具体装配过程中,所述平衡杆2的转弯处只需与所述支架3上的一个轴孔31配装即可,但所述支架3体积较小,如果只设计一个轴孔31的话就需要用两个模具生产,成本提升,另外在装配过程中需要分左右支架,也会给装配工作带来效率的降低,所以设计为对称的双轴孔,可以既节省了开模的费用,而且还能提高生产效率,一举两得。
所述平衡杆2“U”字型横向连接部向外部凸出,以绕开所述开关4的位置。
本实用新型还提供一种键盘,可以解决超长按键安装不便的问题。
所述键盘包括底板(未示出),上盖(未示出),PCB板6,开孔铁板5,所述键盘使用上述技术方案所述的按键结构,所述支架3通过其卡扣32、33卡入所述开孔铁板5的开孔51边缘,所述开关4底部焊接在所述PCB板6上,所述平衡杆2折弯处置入所述支架3的轴孔31中,所述平衡杆2端部置于所述键帽1卡榫11的凸起110之间,所述上盖置于所述支架3上方并进行固定连接。
生产过程中,将焊接开关4的PCB板6置入所述底板内后,套装上所述开孔铁板5,然后安装所述支架3,再将平衡杆2安装在所述支架3上方,最后装配所述键帽1,这样的生产方式简单方便。

  1. 一种按键结构,其特征在于,其包括键帽,开关,平衡杆,至少两个支架,所述支架呈开口朝上的腔体,所述支架上方一端设有可支撑所述平衡杆的轴孔,所述平衡杆呈“U”型,所述键帽内设有可与所述平衡杆端部活动连接的卡榫,所述卡榫置于所述支架的空腔内,所述开关置于两个所述支架之间,所述开关上端按钮与所述键帽内部配合连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述卡榫侧表面上下分布两个凸起,所述平衡杆端部卡于所述凸起之间。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述支架前后两个垂直表面设有用于卡住键盘铁板开孔边缘的卡扣。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述支架其中一个垂直面的卡扣呈弹性卡扣。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述支架呈纵向左右对称设计,所述轴孔左右两边各分布一个。
