如图 3-4 所示为本发明的第二优选实施例,与第一实施例的不同之处在于,本实施例的雾化组件 30 与电池 40 之间预设了第二间隙(未示出)。所述第二间隙与雾化组件 30 相连通。雾化组件 30 通过延长下来的电线实现与电池 40 的电性连接。对应于所述第二间隙,所述第一套件 10A 及第二套件 10B 上分别对应设置了至少一个支撑件 102 ,用于将所述雾化组件 20 固定在距离所述电池 40 所述第二间隙的位置。可以理解,所述第二间隙的距离为 2-7 毫米。
所述第一实施例相同地,所述雾化组件 30 包括与所述吸嘴盖 20 相连通的雾化通道。进一步地,所述雾化组件 30 从下至上包括中空的雾化座 301 和套接在所述雾化座 301 上的通气管 302 。通气管 302 与吸嘴盖 20 相连通。通气管 302 内设置了用于加热烟油并使之雾化的电热丝组件 303 ,该电热丝组件 303 由电池 40 进行供电。通气管 302 外侧设置了储油棉用于储存烟油,为了防止烟油向下渗入电池 40 对电池 40 造成损坏,本实施例中的雾化组件 30 与电池 40 之间还设置了环形的隔油片(未示出)。所述雾化通道由中空的雾化座 301 及通气管 302 组成。
此外,在所述第一套件 10A 和 / 或第二套件 10B 上,与所述第二间隙对应的位置处开设了至少一个第三进气孔 101 。至少一个第三进气孔 101 与所述第二间隙、所述雾化通道、以及所述吸嘴盖 20 共同形成用于通气的气道。空气从所述至少一个第三进气孔 102 进入电子烟内,并经所述第二间隙,向上进入所述雾化通道,最终到达所述吸嘴盖 20 。
明显地,所述第二间隙大于第一实施例中的所述第一间隙 401 ,并且本实施例中的用于通气的气道相对于第一实施例的气道较短,通气效率较高。并且通过设置所述支撑件 102 也有助于雾化组件 30 在电子烟中的固定。
为了电子烟的整体效果和第一套件 10A 第二套件 10B 的拼接固定,本发明的电子烟还在所述外套管外侧贴附了至少一层贴纸(未示出)。应当理解,针对第二实施例而言,所述至少一层贴纸上开设了对应于所述至少一个第三进气孔 101 的孔隙。
参考图 5,本实施例中的第一套件 10A 和第二套件 10B 各对应设置了两个支撑件 102 。设置在上方的所述支撑件用于与雾化座 302 抵接,支撑雾化组件 30 ,设置在下方的所述支撑件可与电池 40 抵接用于对电池 40 进行限位,而此时雾化组件 30 与电池 40 之间的距离即为所述第二间隙。而在第一套件 10A 及第二套件 10B 内壁设置的支撑件 102 除了用于支撑限位之外,也利于组装过程中的相关部件的准确定位。
此外,本发明的所述电子烟的所述第一套件 10A 、第二套件 10B 的连接结构并不限于上述实施例的内容,如图6 所示,所述连接结构还可以为啮合连接结构, 所述第一套件 10A 、第二套件 10B 的所述轴向接触面上均设置了齿状连接件。两两接触拼接的所述轴向接触面的所述齿状连接结构互相啮合。
所述连接结构还可以为粘接结构,所述第一套件 10A 、第二套件 10B 中至少一个的所述轴向接触面上涂覆有粘接剂。两两接触拼接的所述轴向接触面通过所述粘接剂互相粘接在一起。
所述连接结构还可以为磁性连接,所述第一套件 10A 、第二套件 10B 的所述轴向接触面包含磁性材料。两两接触拼接的所述轴向接触面通过所述磁性材料互相连接。应当理解,所述第一套件 10A 、第二套件 10B 也可以设置成成互相吸引的磁性套件。
具有上述连接结构的电子烟的雾化组件及电池的结构特征与所述第一第二实施例相同,在此不作赘述。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种 电子烟,具有雾化组件( 30 )、电池( 40 ),以及套设在所述雾化组件( 30 )和 / 或电池( 40 )***的外套管,其特征在于,所述外套管包括第一套件( 10A )及第二套件( 10B ),所述第一套件( 10A )及第二套件( 10B )通过连接结构拼接形成所述外套管。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一套件( 10A )及第二套件( 10B )通过两者轴向接触面的连接结构拼接形成所述外套管。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接结构为嵌合连接结构,包括设置在所述第一套件( 10A )上的所述轴向接触面的凹槽和设置在所述第二套件( 10B )上的所述轴向接触面的凸起,所述凹槽与所述凸起互相匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接结构为啮合连接结构, 所述第一套件( 10A )、第二套件( 10B )的所述轴向接触面上均设置了齿状连接件。
  5. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接结构为粘接结构,所述第一套件( 10A )、第二套件( 10B )中至少一个的所述轴向接触面上涂覆有粘接剂。
  6. 根据权利要求 2 所述电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接结构为磁性连接,所述第一套件( 10A )、第二套件( 10B )的所述轴向接触面包含磁性材料。
  7. 根据权利要求 3-6 任一所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一套件( 10A )与所述第二套件( 10B )相对于所述电子烟的中轴线对称。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管靠近所述雾化组件( 30 )的一端连接有吸嘴盖( 20 ),所述外套管靠近所述电池( 40 )的一端连接有灯帽( 60 )。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 30 )包括与所述吸嘴盖( 20 )相连通的雾化通道,所述雾化组件( 30 )底部开设了至少一个第一进气通道( 304 )。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池( 40 )与所述外套管内壁之间存在第一间隙( 401 )。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池( 40 )与所述灯帽( 60 )之间设置了气流传感组件( 50 ),所述气流传感组件( 50 )上开设了通孔( 501 ),所述通孔( 501 )与所述第一间隙 (401) 连通。
  12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述灯帽( 60 )与所述外套管的连接处开设了至少一个与所述通孔 (501) 相连通的第二进气通道 (601) ,所述第二进气通道 (601) 、所述通孔 (501) 、所述第一间隙 (401) 、所述第一进气通道( 304 )、所述雾化通道、以及所述吸嘴盖( 20 )共同形成用于通气的气道。
  13. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一套件( 10A )及第二套件( 10B )上分别对应设置了至少一个支撑件( 102 ),用于将所述雾化组件( 30 )固定在距离所述电池( 40 )预设的第二间隙的位置。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,在所述第一套件( 10A )和 / 或第二套件( 10B )上,与所述第二间隙对应的位置处开设了至少一个第三进气孔( 101 ),所述第三进气孔 (101) 、所述第二间隙、所述雾化通道、以及所述吸嘴盖( 20 )共同形成用于通气的气道。
  15. 根据权利要求 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一间隙 (401) 的宽度为 0.1-3 毫米。
  16. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管外侧贴附了至少一层贴纸。
