Description

电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。目前市场上的电子烟的结构包括外套管、电池组件,以及雾化器组件,通过电池组件为雾化器组件供电以产生烟雾供使用者吸食,模拟吸烟。
现有技术中,电子烟的外套管通常采用钢管等硬质材料制成,其外壁通常粘贴有贴纸或者喷漆、丝印,与现有的雪茄烟差别较大,在使用过程中触摸电子烟时的手感和质感均较差、用户体验效果差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟中的外套管在使用时手感和质感较差的缺陷,提供一种在使用过程中手感较好、提高用户体验的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括外套管, 所述外套管的外壁包覆有植物叶。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述外套管包括雾化套管,以及可拆卸地连接在所述雾化套管上的电池套管。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述植物叶包括第一植物叶和/或第二植物叶;所述第一植物叶包覆于所述雾化套管的外壁;所述第二植物叶包覆于所述电池套管的外壁。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述电子烟还包括安装在所述外套管一端的吸嘴;所述吸嘴为扁平状结构。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述植物叶为烟叶、薄荷叶、绞股蓝叶,以及草珊瑚叶中的任意一种。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述电子烟还包括用于将所述植物叶粘接在所述外套管上的粘接层。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述植物叶的外侧包覆有透明的保护膜。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述保护膜的外侧设置有呈凹凸状的防滑部。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述电子烟还包括用于将所述植物叶捆绑在所述外套管上的捆绑绳。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述植物叶的厚度为0.05mm~2mm。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
所述电子烟采用植物叶包覆于外套管外壁的结构,该植物叶用于模仿雪茄烟的构造,用户在使用过程中触摸所述电子烟时手感较好,能够有与触摸雪茄烟时类似的感觉,从而提高了用户体验;其次,采用植物叶包覆于外套管外壁的结构,在使用过程中能够起到隔热的效果,避免因所述电子烟发热而产生烫手的问题;再者,植物叶采用烟叶、薄荷叶、绞股蓝叶,以及草珊瑚叶中的任意一种时,所述电子烟可散发出该植物叶的香味,使得所述电子烟更具多样性。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一 提供一种电子烟,其包括外套管1,以及植物叶2。外套管1内部设置有雾化器组件5与电池组件6。植物叶2包覆于外套管1的外壁。该植物叶2用于模仿雪茄烟的构造,用户在使用过程中触摸所述电子烟时的手感较好,从而能够提高所述电子烟的用户体验;再者,植物叶2可以起到隔热的作用,能够解决在使用过程中因外套管1过热而产生烫手的问题。
如图3所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二 提供一种电子烟,其与实施例之一的不同之处在于外套管1与植物叶2的结构。本实施例中,外套管1包括雾化套管11,以及电池套管12。雾化器组件5安装在雾化套管11的内部。电池组件6安装在电池套管12的内部,且电池组件6可拆卸地连接在雾化套管11上。该实施例中采用螺纹连接的方式将电池组件6可拆卸地连接在雾化套管11上。植物叶2包括第一植物叶21,以及第二植物叶22。该第一植物叶21包覆于雾化套管11的外壁。该第二植物叶22包覆于电池套管12的外壁。外套管1采用分离式的雾化套管11以及电池套管12的结构,且雾化套管11以及电池套管12分别对应设置第一植物叶21以及第二植物叶22的结构,上述结构同样可以提高所述电子烟的用户体验,以及起到隔热的效果。可以理解的是,在本发明的其它实施例中,所述电子烟可以采用仅仅雾化套管11中包覆第一植物叶21的结构,亦可以采用仅仅电池套管12中包覆第二植物叶22的结构。
如图4所示,本发明的较佳实施例之三 提供一种电子烟,所述电子烟还包括安装在外套管1一端的吸嘴3,其与实施例之一的不同之处在于吸嘴3的结构。该实施例中,吸嘴3为扁平状结构,其远离外套管1的端部开设有供烟雾流通的通气孔,该通气孔亦可以设计在吸嘴3的侧壁上。吸嘴3与外套管1可以为一体成型的结构,亦可以与外套管1形成可拆卸连接的结构。吸嘴3采用上述结构,使得所述电子烟的形状趋于多样化,同时可以提高使用所述电子烟时的用户体验。
可以理解的是,本发明的上述实施例中植物叶2可包覆于外套管1的整个外壁上,亦可以包覆于外套管1的局部外壁上。
在本发明的上述实施例中,植物叶2包括烟叶、薄荷叶、绞股蓝叶,以及草珊瑚叶中的任意一种。优选地,该植物叶2的厚度为0.05mm~2mm。植物叶2采用上述烟叶、薄荷叶、绞股蓝叶,以及草珊瑚叶中的任意一种时,所述电子烟能够散发出与植物叶2对应的气味,使得所述电子烟更具多样性。植物叶2采用烟叶时,使得所述电子烟具有真实香烟相同的气味,使所述电子烟更具有真实感。可以理解的是,植物叶2并不局限于上述植物的叶子。
为了使植物叶2能够牢固地包覆于外套管1的外壁上,本发明的上述实施例中,可采用多种方式将植物叶2连接在外套管1上。第一种是可以采用粘接的方式,所述电子烟还包括粘接层(图未示),该粘接层用于将植物叶2粘接在外套管1上,其可以采用胶水、双面胶或树脂胶等。第二种是可以采用保护膜包覆的方式,请参阅图1、图2所示,植物叶2的外侧包覆有透明的保护膜4,通过该保护膜4同样能够稳固地将植物叶2包覆于外套管1的外壁上。该保护膜4的外侧设置有呈凹凸状的防滑部,可以有效地防止所述电子烟从用户的手中滑落。第三种是可以采用捆绑绳捆绑的方式,请参阅图1所示,所述电子烟还包括捆绑绳7,该捆绑绳7通常采用较细的绳子,可采用麻绳、尼龙绳等。采用捆绑绳7的结构能够将植物叶2牢固地捆绑在外套管1的外壁上。该实施例中,捆绑绳7设置有两条,分别捆绑在植物叶2的两端。可以理解的是,捆绑绳7亦可以设置一条或多条,只需能够将植物叶2稳固地捆绑在外套管1的外壁上即可。植物叶2与外套管1并不局限于上述连接方式。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括外套管(1),其特征在于:所述外套管(1)的外壁包覆有植物叶(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外套管(1)包括雾化套管(11),以及可拆卸地连接在所述雾化套管(11)上的电池套管(12)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述植物叶(2)包括第一植物叶(21)和/或第二植物叶(22);所述第一植物叶(21)包覆于所述雾化套管(11)的外壁;所述第二植物叶(22)包覆于所述电池套管(12)的外壁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括安装在所述外套管(1)一端的吸嘴(3);所述吸嘴(3)为扁平状结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述植物叶(2)为烟叶、薄荷叶、绞股蓝叶,以及草珊瑚叶中的任意一种。
  6. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括用于将所述植物叶(2)粘接在所述外套管(1)上的粘接层。
  7. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述植物叶(2)的外侧包覆有透明的保护膜(4)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述保护膜(4)的外侧设置有呈凹凸状的防滑部。
  9. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括用于将所述植物叶(2)捆绑在所述外套管(1)上的捆绑绳(7)。
  10. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述植物叶(2)的厚度为0.05mm~2mm。
