Abstract

一种广角度发光LED球泡灯,包括灯头(1)、灯体(2)以及固定在灯体(2)上的LED灯板(3),其中灯头(1)与灯体(2)连接,在LED灯板(3)上盖接有将LED灯板(3)发出的部分光集中反射向灯头(1)周圈方位的反光元件(8),所述反光元件(8)为前后呈贯通状的反光罩(4),在反光罩(4)的内、外都设有LED发光源(3-1),解决了现有LED灯灯头周围会出现光照死区的技术问题,其发光角度和传统白炽灯的发光角度几乎一样。

Description

广角度发光LED球泡灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明技术领域的广角度发光LED球泡灯。
背景技术
随着社会、科技的不断发展与进步,人们的生活水平也在不断地提升,对照明的要求同样也越来越高了。如今人类通过自己聪明的智慧发明了LED灯,LED灯由于具有节能、环保等一些列优点,因此其逐步取代了传统的白炽灯,成为现代人们日常生活中必不可少的照明用具。
LED灯的光源为发光二极管(LED),发光二极管(LED)本身的发光角度存在明显缺陷,一般光照角度在120°左右,因此现有LED灯往往不能达到传统白炽灯的光照范围,在日常使用中在LED灯的灯头周圈会出现光照死区。
技术问题
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种利用光的反射增大发光角度的广角度发光LED球泡灯。
技术解决方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的广角度发光LED球泡灯,包括灯头、灯体以及固定在灯体上的LED灯板,其中灯头与灯体连接,在LED灯板上盖接有将LED灯板发出的部分光源集中反射向灯头周圈方位的反光元件,所述反光元件为前后呈贯通状的反光罩,在呈贯通状的反光罩的内外都设有LED发光源。
作为优选,所述灯体包括塑胶底座、电源组件、散热体和灯罩,其中该塑胶底座的一端与灯头旋接,其另一端***散热体上的型腔内形成容置腔,电源组件至于该容置腔内,灯罩旋接在散热体的型腔外端面周圈的侧壁上,LED灯板固定在散热体的型腔外端面上,反光罩固定在LED灯板上,该反光罩的外表面为将LED灯板发出的部分光源反射向灯头周圈方位的曲面,并且反光罩和LED灯板均位于灯罩内。该优选方案中灯体的结构、反光元件的结构以及发光元件与灯体之间的连接关系均较为简单,方便本发明所提供广角度发光LED球泡灯在具体使用中的拆装及检修。
为了方便LED灯板、反光罩和散热体三者相互之间的固定,本发明所提供发光角度广的LED灯中反光罩的窄口外口沿上设有与相配合LED灯板形似的座板,并且在该座板上分布有与相配合LED灯板上的多个LED发光源对称的发光孔以及固定机构。
上述所述的曲面可以是符合曲面公式:Z=0.34(X2+Y2)-3   其中:0≤Z≤5。符合该曲面公式所形成的反光罩,当LED发光光源的光照射在反光罩上后,能使光线经折光后从灯罩的各方向射出,以保证了最大范围的光照角度。
有益效果
本发明得到的广角度发光LED球泡灯,其结构中在LED灯板上盖接有反光元件,反光元件将LED灯板发出的部分光源集中反射向灯头周圈方位,从而使得本发明所提供广角度发光LED球泡灯的发光角度和传统白炽灯的发光角度几乎完全一样,在日常使用中其灯头周圈不会存在光照死区,打开上述LED灯,整个房间没有黑暗的地方,会让人一种温馨舒适的感觉;同时本发明中发光元件选用反光罩,并且在该反光罩的窄口外口沿上设有与相配合LED灯板形似的座板,并且在该座板上分布有与相配合LED灯板上的多个LED发光源对称的发光孔以及固定机构,因此本发明中的反光元件不但结构简单,与灯体之间的拆装也比较方便。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供一种广角度发光LED球泡灯,包括灯头1、由塑胶底座2-1、电源组件2-2、散热体2-3和灯罩2-4组成的灯体2以及固定在灯体2上的LED灯板3,其中该塑胶底座2-1的一端与灯头1旋接,其另一端***散热体2-3上的型腔内形成容置腔,电源组件2-2至于该容置腔内,灯罩2-4旋接在散热体的型腔外端面5周圈的侧壁6上,LED灯板3固定在散热体的型腔外端面5上,在LED灯板3上盖接有反光罩4,如图3所示,该反光罩4的外表面为将LED灯板3发出的部分光源反射向灯头1周圈方位的曲面4-1,同时反光罩4和LED灯板3均位于灯罩2-4内,上述所述的曲面4-1是符合曲面公式:Z=0.34(X2+Y2)-3   其中:0≤Z≤5。符合该曲面公式所形成的反光罩,当LED发光光源的光照射在反光罩上后,能使光线经折光后从灯罩的各方向射出,以保证了最大范围的光照角度。
本实施例在具体使用中:反光罩4上的曲面4-1对LED灯板3发出的部分光源进行聚光处理后形成强光,上述强光就有力射出灯罩2-4,此时由于该曲面4-1的曲率是经过精密的光学计算得出来,其能保证此强光的射出方向正好是灯头1方向,而LED灯具在日常使用中其灯头1方位也是最难处理的光照死区,所以用强光来照亮灯头1方位的暗区,这样的方式增大了传统LED灯的发光角度。
本发明的实施方式
如图4和图5所示,本实施例提供的广角度发光LED球泡灯,其大体结构与实施例1一致,但是为了方便LED灯板3、反光罩4和散热体2-3三者相互之间的固定,本实施例所提供广角度发光LED球泡灯中反光罩4的窄口外口沿上设有与相配合LED灯板3形似的座板7,并且在该座板7上分布有与相配合LED灯板3上的多个LED发光源3-1对称的发光孔7-1以及预设螺栓孔。
本实施例所提供广角度发光LED球泡灯中LED灯板3、反光罩4和散热体2-3三者相互之间的安装方式如下:首先将LED灯板3安装到散热体的型腔外端面5上,接着将带有座板7的反光罩4安装到LED灯板3上,并且要确保LED灯板3上的所有LED发光源3-1都要对应的贯穿座板7上的发光孔7-1,最后将上述三者通过螺栓紧固即可。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种广角度发光LED球泡灯,包括灯头(1)、灯体(2)以及固定在灯体(2)上的LED灯板(3),其中灯头(1)与灯体(2)连接,其特征是在LED灯板(3)上盖接有将LED灯板(3)发出的部分光源集中反射向灯头(1)周圈方位的反光元件(8),所述反光元件(8)为前后呈贯通状的反光罩(4),在呈贯通状的反光罩(4)的内外都设有LED发光源(3-1)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的广角度发光LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述灯体(2)包括塑胶底座(2-1)、电源组件(2-2)、散热体(2-3)和灯罩(2-4),其中该塑胶底座(2-1)的一端与灯头(1)连接,其另一端***散热体(2-3)上的型腔内形成容置腔,电源组件(2-2)至于该容置腔内,灯罩(2-4)连接在散热体的型腔外端面(5)周圈的侧壁(6)上,LED灯板(3)固定在散热体的型腔外端面(5)上,反光罩(4)固定在LED灯板(3)上,该反光罩(4)的外表面为将LED灯板(3)发出的部分光源反射向灯头(1)周圈方位的曲面(4-1),并且反光罩(4)和LED灯板(3)均位于灯罩(2-4)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的广角度发光LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述反光罩(4)的窄口外口沿上设有与相配合LED灯板(3)形似的座板(7),并且在该座板(7)上分布有与相配合LED灯板(3)上的多个LED发光源(3-1)对称的发光孔(7-1),在该座板(7)上还设有固定机构(7-2)。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的广角度发光LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述的曲面(4-1)是符合曲面公式:Z=0.34(X2+Y2)-3,其中0≤Z≤5。
