Abstract

【課題】図形及び知育表示の組み合わせを理解することができない低月齢児等の発育を促進する。 【解決手段】本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ（１）では、吸収層（１０）の背側（Ｂ）の端部（１０Ｅ１）と吸収体本体（２）の背側（Ｂ）の端部（２Ｅ）との間に、製品幅方向（Ｗ）に伸縮可能な背側ウェストギャザー（７）が設けられており、背側ウェストギャザー（７）の製品幅方向Ｗの長さ（Ｌ４）は、吸収層（１０）の製品幅方向（Ｗ）の長さ（Ｌ５）以上になるように構成されており、パッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態において、第１部分の製品幅方向（Ｗ）の長さ（Ｌａ）＞第２部分の製品幅方向（Ｗ）の長さ（Ｌｂ）及び第３部分の製品幅方向（Ｗ）の長さ（Ｌｃ）＞第４部分の製品幅方向（Ｗ）の長さ（Ｌｄ）の関係が成立するように構成されている。

Description

使い捨ておむつ
　本発明は、使い捨ておむつに関する。
　従来、幼児等に対する知育効果を期待して、動物等の特定の観念を想起させる図形、及び、かかる図形からの観念に関連して知育効果を付与できる知育表示（文字や記号等）の組み合わせを、外面に設けた使い捨ておむつが知られている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

　しかしながら、上述のような使い捨ておむつでは、幼児等が、上述の図形及び知育表示の組み合わせを理解できることができない限り、かかる幼児等に対して知育効果を期待することができないという問題点があった。
　そこで、本発明は、上述の課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、図形及び知育表示の組み合わせを理解することができない低月齢児等の発育を促進することができる使い捨ておむつを提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の第１の特徴は、製品長手方向と、前記製品長手方向と直交する製品幅方向とを有し、トップシートと、バックシートと、前記トップシートと前記バックシートとの間に配置されている吸収層とを有する吸収体本体を具備している使い捨ておむつであって、展開された状態の前記使い捨ておむつでは、前記製品長手方向は、腹側及び背側を有しており、パッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態の前記使い捨ておむつでは、前記製品長手方向は、胴回り側及び股下側を有しており、前記吸収層の前記背側の端部と前記吸収体本体の前記背側の端部との間に、前記製品幅方向に伸縮可能な背側ウェストギャザーが設けられており、前記背側ウェストギャザーの前記製品幅方向の長さは、前記吸収層の前記製品幅方向の長さ以上になるように構成されており、パッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態の前記使い捨ておむつにおいて、第１部分の前記製品幅方向の長さ＞第２部分の前記製品幅方向の長さ及び第３部分の前記製品幅方向の長さ＞第４部分の前記製品幅方向の長さの関係が成立するように構成されており、前記第１部分は、前記状態の前記使い捨ておむつにおいて前記製品幅方向の長さが最も長い部分であり、前記第２部分は、前記状態の前記使い捨ておむつにおける前記股下側の端部であり、前記第３部分は、前記状態の前記使い捨ておむつにおける前記吸収層の前記背側の端部であり、前記第４部分は、前記状態の前記使い捨ておむつにおける前記背側ウェストギャザーの前記背側の端部であることを要旨とする。
　以上説明したように、本発明によれば、図形及び知育表示の組み合わせを理解することができない低月齢児等の発育を促進することができる使い捨ておむつを提供することができる。

　図１乃至図３を参照して、本発明の第１の実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１について説明する。
　なお、以下の図面の記載において、同一又は類似の部分には、同一又は類似の符号を付している。ただし、図面は模式的なものであり、各寸法の比率等は現実のものとは異なることに留意すべきである。
　したがって、具体的な寸法等は、以下の説明を参酌して判断すべきである。また、図面相互間においても互いの寸法の関係や比率が異なる部分が含まれ得る。
　図１は、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１のパッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態を示す図であり、図２は、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１の肌当接面側から見た平面図であり、図３は、図２におけるＸ-Ｘ断面図である。
　図１及び図２に示すように、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１は、製品長手方向Ｌと、製品長手方向Ｌと直交する製品幅方向Ｗとを有している。
　また、図１に示すように、パッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態の使い捨ておむつ１では、製品長手方向Ｌは、胴回り側Ｄ１及び股下側Ｄ２を有しており、図２に示すように、展開された状態の使い捨ておむつ１では、製品長手方向Ｌは、腹側Ｆ及び背側Ｂを有している。
　また、図３に示すように、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１は、トップシート１１と、バックシート１２と、トップシート１１とバックシート１２との間に配置されている吸収層１０とを有する吸収体本体２を具備している。
　トップシート１１は、不織布、織布、有孔プラスチックシート、メッシュシート等、液体を透過する構造のシート状の材料であれば、特に限定されない。織布や不織布の素材としては、天然繊維、化学繊維のいずれも使用できる。
　天然繊維の例としては、粉砕パルプ、コットン等のセルロースが挙げられる。化学繊維の例としては、レーヨン、フィブリルレーヨン等の再生セルロース、アセテート、トリアセテート等の半合成セルロース、熱可塑性疎水性化学繊維、又は親水化処理を施した熱可塑性疎水性化学繊維等が挙げられる。熱可塑性疎水性化学繊維の例としては、ポリエチレン（ＰＥ）、ポリプロピレン（ＰＰ）、ポリエチレンテレフタレート（ＰＥＴ）等の単繊維、ポリエチレンとポリプロピレンをグラフト重合してなる繊維、芯鞘構造等の複合繊維が挙げられる。例えば、トップシート１１は、目付２３ｇ/ｍ２のポイントボンド不織布である。
　不織布を作成する方法としては、乾式（カード法、スパンボンド法、メルトブローン法、エアレイド法等）及び湿式のいずれか一つの方法を用いることができる。乾式法と湿式法のうち、複数の方法を組み合わせてもよい。また、サーマルボンディング、ニードルパンチ、ケミカルボンディング等の方法が挙げられる。不織布を作成する方法は、上述の方法に限定されない。
　バックシート１２は、液不透過性で、かつ、透湿又は非透湿性のフィルムからなる。例えば、バックシート１２は、目付１６ｇ/ｍ２の非通気性フィルムである。
　なお、バックシート１２と吸収層１０との間に、バックフィルムが設けられていてもよい。
　吸収層１０は、コアラップ１０Ａと、液体を吸収する吸収性コア１０Ｂとを有する。吸収性コア１０Ｂは、親水性繊維、高吸収性ポリマーを含む。親水性繊維の例としては、粉砕パルプ、コットン等のセルロース、レーヨン、フィブリルレーヨン等の再生セルロース、アセテート、トリアセテート等の半合成セルロース、粒子状ポリマー、繊維状ポリマー、熱可塑性疎水性化学繊維、又は、親水化処理を施した熱可塑性疎水性化学繊維等を単独又は混合して用いることができる。これらの中でも、低コストと吸収体の成形し易さとを考慮すると、粉砕パルプを使用することが好ましい。親水性繊維に高分子吸収体を混合したものを使用してもよい。
　吸収性コア１０Ｂは、コアラップ１０Ａによって包まれている。例えば、コアラップ１０Ａは、ティッシュである。
　また、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１では、背側Ｂ（後胴回り域）において、吸収体本体２の製品幅方向Ｗの側縁部から延出するように伸縮可能な一対のサイドフラップ３が設けられている。
　サイドフラップ３は、疎水性の不織布、透湿又は非透湿性のフィルム若しくは疎水性の不織布と透湿又は非透湿性のフィルムとを貼り合わせた複合シートからなる。ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等を主体としたフィルム、通気性のある樹脂フィルム、スパンボンド、又は、スパンレース等の不織布に通気性の樹脂フィルムが接合されたシート等を用いることができる。
　さらに、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１では、かかる一対のサイドフラップ３の各々の製品幅方向Ｗの側縁部から延出するようにファスニングテープ４が設けられている。ここで、吸収体本体２の腹側Ｆの非肌当接面側に、ファスニングテープ４に係止可能なターゲットテープ６が設けられていてもよい。
　例えば、ファスニングテープ４は、いわゆる面ファスナーの雄部材であり、ターゲットテープは、雌部材である。
　ファスニングテープ４には、複数の鉤状の突起群（フックという）を有する係合面が形成される。ファスニングテープ４の素材としては、例えば、ＰＰＳＢ（ポリプロピレンスパンボンド不織布）が挙げられ、例えば、目付８０ｇ/ｍ２のＰＰＳＢを用いることが好ましい。かかるフックの目付は、１００ｇ/ｍ２であることが好ましい。
　ファスニングテープ４が係止されるターゲットテープは、フックが係合可能な不織布や編み物である。不織布を構成する繊維質材としては、芯鞘構造を有する複合繊維が用いられる。繊維質材としては、芯成分/鞘成分が、例えば、ＰＰ（ポリプロピレン）/ＰＥ（ポリエチレン）、ＰＰ/低融点ＰＰ、ＰＥＴ（ポリエチレンテレフタレート）/低融点ＰＥＴ、ＰＥＴ/ＰＥの組み合わせを用いる。繊維質材に、レーヨン、ＰＥＴ、ＰＰ、ナイロン等のポリアミド、アクリル、ウレタン、コットン等の繊維を混合してもよい。例えば、雌部材の目付は、３８ｇ/ｍ２である。
　ここで、図２に示すように、サイドフラップ３の製品幅方向Ｗの側縁部における製品長手方向の長さＬ２は、サイドフラップ３の根元部における製品長手方向の長さＬ３よりも短くなるように構成されていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、使い捨ておむつ１の装着時に、着用補助者がファスニングテープ４を製品幅方向Ｗの外側に引っ張る力の延長線が、吸収層１０上を通過するため、吸収層１０に対して、かかる力が伝わりやすくなり、サイドフラップ３と吸収層１０との連動性が向上する。
　また、図２及び図３に示すように、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１には、吸収層１０の製品長手方向Ｌの背側Ｂの端部１０Ｅ１と吸収体本体２の製品長手方向Ｌの背側Ｂの端部２Ｅとの間に、製品幅方向Ｗに伸縮可能な背側ウェストギャザー７が設けられている。
　かかる背側ウェストギャザー７は、ウレタンフォームによって構成されていてもよいし、糸ゴムによって構成されていてもよい。例えば、かかる背側ウェストギャザー７としては、２８ｇｓｍで、転写後の幅が１５５ｍｍで、かつ、伸張率が１.６倍の３Ｍ社製の伸縮フィルムを用いることができる。
　ここで、図２に示すように、吸収層１０及び背側ウェストギャザー７は、重ならないように構成されていてもよい。具体的には、図２に示すように、吸収層１０と背側ウェストギャザー７との間に隙間が存在するように構成されていてもよい。
　例えば、製品幅方向Ｗの中央領域において、吸収層１０の腹側Ｆの端部と背側ウェストギャザー７の背側Ｂの端部の間の距離Ｌ１は、３０ｍｍ以下、より好ましくは、５ｍｍ～２５ｍｍとなるように構成されていてもよい。
　また、図２に示すように、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１には、吸収層１０の製品幅方向Ｗの両側に、製品長手方向Ｌに伸縮可能な液不透過性の一対のレッグサイドギャザー５が設けられている。
　なお、図１に示すように、レッグサイドギャザー５は、不織布５Ａと、製品長手方向Ｌに伸縮可能な所定長の弾性部材５Ｂとによって構成されている。ここで、不織布５Ａは、自由端５Ｃと、トップシート１１に接合されている固定端５Ｄとを有している。
　例えば、かかる不織布５Ａとしては、１７ｇｓｍで１７５ｍｍ幅のＳＭＳ不織布を用いることができ、弾性部材５Ｂとしては、４７０ｄｔｅｘで、伸張率が２.６倍の片側２本の弾性部材を用いることができる。
　ここで、レッグサイドギャザー５は、吸収層１０が存在する位置においてトップシート１１に接合されている。具体的には、図２に示すように、レッグサイドギャザー５の固定端５Ｄは、吸収層１０の製品幅方向Ｗにおける最も外側の端部１０Ｅ２よりも、製品幅方向Ｗの内側でトップシート１１に固定されている。
　また、吸収体本体２の製品幅方向Ｗの外側の端部周辺に、製品長手方向Ｌに伸縮可能な一対のレッグギャザー８が設けられている。
　かかるレッグギャザー８としては、７８０ｄｔｅｘで、伸張率が２.４倍の片側２本の弾性部材を用いることができる。
　また、図２に示すように、背側ウェストギャザー７の製品幅方向Ｗの長さＷ１は、吸収層１０の製品幅方向Ｗの長さＷ２よりも長くなるように構成されている。
　図２及び図３に示すように、吸収層１０のトップシート１１側に、格子形状の圧搾溝１００が形成されていてもよい。ここで、圧搾溝１００は、連続している形状であってもよいし、非連続の形状であってもよい。圧搾溝１００を非連続の形状にすることによって吸収層１０を柔らかく仕上げることができる。　
　なお、図２に示すように、圧搾溝１００の延在方向Ｄ１/Ｄ２は、製品長手方向Ｌ及び製品幅方向Ｗとは異なるように構成されている。
　かかる構成によれば、吸収層１０が、レッグサイドギャザー５を構成する弾性部材５Ｂによって製品長手方向Ｌの内側に向かう方向に引っ張られることによって、吸収層１０が、製品長手方向Ｌに立ち上がる。
　その結果、吸収層１０が、着用者のお尻の形状に沿ってフィットし、着用者の***物が製品長手方向Ｌから漏れ難くなる。
　また、吸収層１０と背側ウェストギャザー７との間に存在する隙間の剛性が、背側ウェストギャザー７の剛性及び吸収層１０の剛性よりも低いため、吸収層１０が、製品長手方向Ｌに立ち上がると、吸収層１０と背側ウェストギャザー７との間に存在する隙間によってポケット構造が形成される。
　かかるポケット構造によって、着用者の***物を一時的に留めることができ、着用者の***物の製品長手方向Ｌからの漏れを更に防止することができる。
　また、かかる構成によれば、吸収層１０が、レッグサイドギャザー５を構成する弾性部材５Ｂによる製品長手方向Ｌの内側方向Ｉに向かう力及び背側ウェストギャザー７による製品幅方向Ｗの内側方向に向かう力によって、圧搾溝１００を折り基点として立ち上がる。
　その結果、かかる吸収層１０が、製品幅方向Ｗにおける着用者の***物の漏れを防ぐ面（防波堤）としての役割を果たすことができる。
　また、かかる構成によれば、圧搾溝１００の延在方向Ｄ１/Ｄ２が、製品長手方向Ｌ及び製品幅方向Ｗと異なるため、背側ウェストギャザー７による吸収層１０の製品幅方向Ｗに縮む力を分散することができる。
　また、レッグサイドギャザー５の背側Ｂの端部Ｅ１は、レッグギャザー８の背側Ｂの端部Ｅ２と背側ウェストギャザー７の中心とを結ぶ仮想線Ａ１よりも、吸収層１０の背側Ｂに配置されているように構成されている。
　ここで、複数のレッグサイドギャザー５が設けられている場合、レッグサイドギャザー５の背側Ｂの端部Ｅ１は、複数のレッグサイドギャザー５の製品幅方向Ｗの中央における背側Ｂの端部である。
　同様に、複数のレッグギャザー８が設けられている場合、レッグサイドギャザー５レッグギャザー８の背側Ｂの端部Ｅ２は、複数のレッグギャザー８の製品幅方向Ｗの中央における背側Ｂの端部である。
　かかる構成によれば、上述の仮想線Ａ１上に吸収層１０が存在し、レッグサイドギャザー５を構成する弾性部材５Ｂの応力が格子形状の圧搾溝１００に沿って掛かり、吸収層１０が、圧搾溝１００Ａを基点として肌当接面側に立ち上がると共に、製品長手方向Ｌの内側に向けて肌当接面側に立ち上がるため、三次元的なドーム上の構造となり、着用者の臀部の丸みに沿うことができる。
　また、図２に示すように、レッグギャザー８の背側Ｂの端部Ｅ２よりも背側Ｂに位置する吸収層１０において、圧搾溝１００は、一対のレッグサイドギャザー５の両方を横断しないように形成されている。
　ここで、レッグギャザー８の背側Ｂの端部Ｅ２よりも背側Ｂに位置する吸収層１０において、圧搾溝１００は、一対のレッグサイドギャザー５の両方を横断するように形成されていると、吸収層１０が、圧搾溝１００を基点として立ち上がることが困難になる。
　また、圧搾溝１００の延在方向Ｄ１/Ｄ２と製品長手方向Ｌとがなす角度θ１は、上述の仮想線Ａ１と製品長手方向Ｌとがなす角度θ２よりも小さくなるように構成されていてもよい。
　また、背側ウェストギャザー７の製品幅方向Ｗの長さＬ４は、吸収層１０の製品幅方向Ｗの長さＬ５以上になるように構成されていてもよい。
　また、サイドフラップ３は、製品長手方向Ｌに延びる接合部３Ａにおいて吸収体本体２に接合されており、レッグギャザー８は、ファスニングテープ４の腹側Ｆの端部Ｅ５とサイドフラップの製品幅方向Ｗの外側の端部Ｅ６との交点Ｃ１と、上述の接合部３Ａの腹側Ｆの端部Ｅ３とを結ぶ直線の延長線Ａ２と交わるように配置されていてもよい。
　また、上述の接合部３Ａの背側Ｂの端部Ｅ４同士を結ぶ直線Ａ３は、背側ウェストギャザー７と重ならないように構成されていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、背側ウェストギャザー７が縮み、着用者の胴回りにフィットする力によりレッグギャザー８を引き上げることができ、着用者の股間部において使い捨ておむつ１を引き上げることで、着用者の臀部の形状に沿って使い捨ておむつ１をフィットさせ、着用者の脚回りからの漏れを防ぐことができる。
　さらに、ファスニングテープ４の腹側Ｆの端部Ｅ５同士を結ぶ直線Ａ４は、吸収層１０と重なるように構成されていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、着用者の胴回りに対応する部分に掛かる力が、吸収層１０を通過することで、吸収層１０を着用者の肌に押し当てる力及び背側ウェストギャザー７が着用者の身体にフィットする力によって、使い捨ておむつ１をより着用者の身体にフィットさせることができる。
　また、レッグギャザー８の背側Ｂの端部Ｅ２よりも背側Ｂに位置する吸収層１０内のパルプの目付は、２００～３５０ｇｓｍとなるように構成されていてもよい。
　なお、圧搾溝１００が形成されている場合には、圧搾溝１００で吸収層１０を圧縮することにより、吸収層１０の体剛性を補助するため、かかるパルプの目付が、２００ｇｓｍ以上であれば、動きの少ない低月齢児等では、変形を防止しながら、薄型及び低コスト設計が可能となる。
　一方、使い捨ておむつ１の設計目標としては、圧搾溝１００を形成しても、吸収層１０及び使い捨ておむつ１自身の柔軟性を求めているため、上述のパルプの目付を３５０ｇｓｍより大きくすると、吸収層１０にハードスポットが生じてしまい、かかる使い捨ておむつ１の固さが、消費者に受け入れらず、消費者の薄型化の要求に対して応えられなくなる。
　上述の構成によれば、吸収層１０に剛性を付与することにより、上述のパルプの目付けを下げた低コストでの設計ができる。また、パルプの量を削減することによる薄型設計が実現できる。また、圧搾溝１００を形成することにより、吸収層１０の肌当接面側及び非肌当接面側が圧搾溝１００で繋がることから液吸収後も膨らまず、吸収層１０が崩れないため、長時間の使用に耐えうる。さらに、圧搾溝１００に沿っての液拡散吸収がよい。
　また、レッグギャザー８の背側Ｂの端部Ｅ２よりも背側Ｂに位置する吸収層１０のＳＡＰ比率は、３５～５０％となるように構成されていてもよい。ここで、ＳＡＰ比率は、吸収層１０の全重量に帯するＳＡＰの重量の割合を示す。
　なお、パルプ及びＳＡＰを混ぜて吸収層１０を形成する一般的な設備仕様では、上述のＳＡＰ比率を５０％よりも大きくすることができない。ここで、上述のＳＡＰ比率を５０％よりも大きくするためには、ＳＡＰを固定化する特別の手段を採用する必要がある。ただし、上述のＳＡＰ比率を上げると、吸収層１０内のパルプの比率が下がり、吸収層１０が変形しやすくなり、体液が漏れやすくなるので、かかる手段を採用していないケースが多い。
　また、上述のＳＡＰ比率が、３５％よりも小さいと、消費者に見えるレベルの圧搾溝１００を形成することができない。かかる状況において、無理やり吸収層１０を圧縮すると消費者に見えるレベルにはなるが、嵩が削減されるため薄くなりすぎ、使い捨ておむつ１の柔軟性及び吸収性が目標レベルに到達しない。 
　また、図１に示すように、パッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態の使い捨ておむつ１において、第１部分の製品幅方向Ｗの長さＬａ＞第２部分の製品幅方向Ｗの長さＬｂ及び第３部分の製品幅方向Ｗの長さＬｃ＞第４部分の製品幅方向Ｗの長さＬｄの関係が成立するように構成されている。
　ここで、第１部分は、パッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態の使い捨ておむつ１において製品幅方向Ｗの長さが最も長い部分である。
　また、第２部分は、パッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態の使い捨ておむつ１における股下側Ｄ２の端部である。
　また、第３部分は、パッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態の使い捨ておむつ１における吸収層１０の背側Ｂの端部１０Ｅ１である。
　さらに、第４部分は、パッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態の使い捨ておむつ１における背側ウェストギャザー７の背側Ｂの端部７Ｅ１である。
　なお、第２部分の製品幅方向Ｗの長さＬｂは、第３部分の製品幅方向Ｗの長さＬｃよりも長くなるように構成されていてもよいし、第３部分の製品幅方向Ｗの長さＬｃよりも短くなるように構成されていてもよいし、第３部分の製品幅方向Ｗの長さＬｃと同じになるように構成されていてもよい。
　本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１によれば、上述の構成によって、丸みを帯びた外観形状とすることができ、人間の五感である触覚及び視覚を組み合わせて、低月齢者等に対しても知育効果を期待することができる。
　なお、上述の構成によれば、図２に示すように、仮想線Ａ１の製品長手方向Ｌ又は製品幅方向Ｗの外側に位置する吸収層１０Ｘが、圧搾溝１００を基点に立ち上がり、仮想線Ａ５よりも腹側Ｆの領域では、吸収層１０を製品幅方向Ｗに縮める力が付与されないため、パッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態の使い捨ておむつ１は、図１に示すような丸みを帯びた外観形状を維持することができる。
（変更例）
　以下、図４乃至図８を参照して、本発明の変更例に係る使い捨ておむつ１について、上述の第１の実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１との相違点に着目して説明する。
　図４に示すように、本発明の変更例に係る使い捨ておむつ１では、吸収層１０に付与されている色は、背側ウェストギャザー７に付与されている色と異なるように構成されていてもよい。
　具体的には、本発明の変更例に係る使い捨ておむつ１において、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける吸収層１０に対応する領域に印刷する色と、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける背側ウェストギャザー７に対応する領域に印刷する色とを変えるように構成されていてもよい。
　また、本発明の変更例に係る使い捨ておむつ１において、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける圧搾溝１００に対応する領域を所定の色に印刷するように構成されていてもよい。
　例えば、本発明の変更例に係る使い捨ておむつ１において、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける吸収層１０に対応する領域を黄色に印刷し、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける背側ウェストギャザー７に対応する領域を緑色に印刷し、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける圧搾溝１００に対応する領域を緑色に印刷することで、低月齢児等に対して、パイナップルを連想させることができる。
　また、本発明の変更例に係る使い捨ておむつ１において、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける吸収層１０に対応する領域を黄緑色に印刷し、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける背側ウェストギャザー７に対応する領域を緑色に印刷し、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける圧搾溝１００に対応する領域を黄色に印刷することで、低月齢児等に対して、メロンを連想させることができる。
　また、本発明の変更例に係る使い捨ておむつ１において、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける吸収層１０に対応する領域をオレンジ色に印刷し、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける背側ウェストギャザー７に対応する領域を緑色に印刷することで、低月齢児等に対して、キャロットを連想させることができる。
　かかる構成によれば、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける吸収層１０や背側ウェストギャザー７や圧搾溝１００に対応する領域を、低月齢児等が口にする果実や野菜等の食物を連想させる配色設定とすることで、低月齢児等に対する知育効果を期待することができる。
　なお、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける所定領域において、本発明の変更例に係る使い捨ておむつ１の外観形状により連想される食物等を記載するための空欄を設けるように構成されていてもよい。
　また、図５及び図６に示すように、本発明の変更例に係る使い捨ておむつ１において、非肌当接面側から視認可能となるように、人間の目を表す絵柄２００Ａ、人間の鼻を表す絵柄２００Ｂ、及び、人間の口を表す絵柄２００Ｃが印刷されるように構成されていてもよい。
　具体的には、本発明の変更例に係る使い捨ておむつ１では、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける吸収層１０に対応する領域において、人間の目を表す絵柄２００Ａ、人間の鼻を表す絵柄２００Ｂ、及び、人間の口を表す絵柄２００Ｃが印刷されるように構成されていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、低月齢児等に対して人間の顔を連想させることで、低月齢児等に対する知育効果を期待することができる。
　さらに、図５に示すように、本発明の変更例に係る使い捨ておむつ１において、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける吸収層１０に対応する領域において、人間の髭を表す絵柄を印刷することによって、低月齢児等に対して、父親を連想させることができる。
　また、図６に示すように、本発明の変更例に係る使い捨ておむつ１において、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける吸収層１０に対応する領域において、メッセージ２００Ｅを印刷するように構成されていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、親が、低月齢児等に対して使い捨ておむつ１を装着する際に、子供の成長を実感することができ、また、辛い育児に対してくじけそうになっている親に対して奮起を促すことができる。
　なお、かかるメッセージ２００Ｅは、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける吸収層１０に対応する領域の他、バックフィルム１２Ａにおける背側ウェストギャザー７に対応する領域に印刷されるように構成されていてもよい。
　また、上述の人間の目を表す絵柄２００Ａ、人間の鼻を表す絵柄２００Ｂ、及び、人間の口を表す絵柄２００Ｃは、パッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態の使い捨ておむつ１において、両面に印刷されるように構成されていてもよいし、片面のみに印刷されるように構成されていてもよい。
　また、パッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態の使い捨ておむつ１の両側で、異なる印刷が施されていてもよい。
　さらに、図７（ａ）及び図７（ｂ）に示すように、本発明の変更例に係る使い捨ておむつ１は、上述の第１の実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１におけるサイドフラップ３及びファスニングテープの代わりに、親の手の形状を有するファスニングテープ４Ｘを具備するように構成されていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、使い捨ておむつ１におけるファスニングテープ４の係止によって締め付けるイメージを解消し、ファスニングテープ４Ｘで優しく包み込むようなイメージを訴求することができる。
　また、かかる構成によれば、ファスニングテープ４Ｘを係止することにより、人間の目を表す絵柄２００Ａを覆うことができるため、低月齢児等をあやす際の動作である「いないいないばあ」を行うことができ、ゲーム感覚で低月齢児等の発育を促すことができる。
　図８に示すように、本変更例１に係る使い捨ておむつ１では、吸収層１０は、パルプ層２１とＳＡＰ層２２とによって構成されている。
　ここで、図８に示すように、圧搾溝１００は、パルプ層２１が重複していないＳＡＰ層２２の領域においてのみ設けられるように構成されていてもよい。
　或いは、圧搾溝１００は、パルプ層２１が重複していないＳＡＰ層２２の領域及びにパルプ層２１の両方に設けられるように構成されていてもよい。
　以上、上述の実施形態を用いて本発明について詳細に説明したが、当業者にとっては、本発明が本明細書中に説明した実施形態に限定されるものではないということは明らかである。本発明は、特許請求の範囲の記載により定まる本発明の趣旨及び範囲を逸脱することなく修正及び変更態様として実施することができる。従って、本明細書の記載は、例示説明を目的とするものであり、本発明に対して何ら制限的な意味を有するものではない。

　図形及び知育表示の組み合わせを理解することができない低月齢児等の発育を促進することができる使い捨ておむつを提供することができる。

Claims (9)

  1. 　製品長手方向と、前記製品長手方向と直交する製品幅方向とを有し、
    　トップシートと、バックシートと、前記トップシートと前記バックシートとの間に配置されている吸収層とを有する吸収体本体を具備している使い捨ておむつであって、
    　展開された状態の前記使い捨ておむつでは、前記製品長手方向は、腹側及び背側を有しており、
    　パッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態の前記使い捨ておむつでは、前記製品長手方向は、胴回り側及び股下側を有しており、
    　前記吸収層の前記背側の端部と前記吸収体本体の前記背側の端部との間に、前記製品幅方向に伸縮可能な背側ウェストギャザーが設けられており、
    　前記背側ウェストギャザーの前記製品幅方向の長さは、前記吸収層の前記製品幅方向の長さ以上になるように構成されており、
    　パッケージから取り出されて圧力や力が加えられていない状態の前記使い捨ておむつにおいて、第１部分の前記製品幅方向の長さ＞第２部分の前記製品幅方向の長さ及び第３部分の前記製品幅方向の長さ＞第４部分の前記製品幅方向の長さの関係が成立するように構成されており、
    　前記第１部分は、前記状態の前記使い捨ておむつにおいて前記製品幅方向の長さが最も長い部分であり、
    　前記第２部分は、前記状態の前記使い捨ておむつにおける前記股下側の端部であり、
    　前記第３部分は、前記状態の前記使い捨ておむつにおける前記吸収層の前記背側の端部であり、
    　前記第４部分は、前記状態の前記使い捨ておむつにおける前記背側ウェストギャザーの前記背側の端部であることを特徴とする使い捨ておむつ。
  2. 　前記吸収層の前記製品幅方向の両側に、前記製品長手方向に伸縮可能な液不透過性の一対のレッグサイドギャザーが設けられており、
    　前記吸収体本体の前記製品幅方向の外側の端部周辺に、前記製品長手方向に伸縮可能な一対のレッグギャザーが設けられており、
    　前記レッグサイドギャザーは、前記吸収層が存在する位置において前記トップシートに接合されており、
    　前記レッグサイドギャザーを構成する弾性部材の前記背側の端部は、前記レッグギャザーの前記背側の端部と前記背側ウェストギャザーの中心とを結ぶ仮想線よりも、前記吸収層の前記背側に配置されているように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  3. 　前記吸収層に、格子形状の圧搾溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  4. 　前記吸収層に、格子形状の圧搾溝が形成されており、
    　前記レッグギャザーの前記背側の端部よりも前記背側に位置する前記吸収層において、前記圧搾溝は、前記一対のレッグサイドギャザーの両方を横断しないように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項２に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  5. 　前記製品幅方向の中央領域において、前記吸収層の前記腹側の端部と前記背側ウェストギャザーの前記背側の端部の間の距離は、３０ｍｍ以下となるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１乃至４のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  6. 　前記レッグギャザーの前記背側の端部よりも前記背側に位置する前記吸収層内のパルプの目付は、２００～３５０ｇｓｍとなるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項２に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  7. 　前記レッグギャザーの前記背側の端部よりも前記背側に位置する前記吸収層におけるＳＡＰ比率は、３５～５０％となるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項２に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  8. 　前記吸収層に付与されている色は、前記背側ウェストギャザーに付与されている色と異なるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１乃至７のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  9. 　前記使い捨ておむつの非肌当接面側から視認可能となるように、人間の目を表す絵柄、人間の鼻を表す絵柄、及び、人間の口を表す絵柄が印刷されていることを特徴とする請求項１乃至８のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
