- the second sheet used in the present invention has a structure in which a plurality of convex portions 8 are formed in a dot shape on the first surface and the second surface is formed flat. (Hereafter, it may be called a "second sheet with a convex portion").
- the shape of the convex portion 8 is not particularly limited, and it may be any shape such as a cylindrical shape, a prismatic shape, a truncated cone shape or the like even in a hemispherical shape as shown in FIGS.
- the dot-like pattern of the convex portions 8 is unevenly distributed in a specific region (that is, It may be formed so that distance between each convex part in a specific field may become short.
- the method for producing the convex second part sheet is not particularly limited, and any production method known in the technical field can be employed, and for example, the production method disclosed in JP-A-2014-004490, etc.
- flat refers to a flat surface in a state where a process (for example, embossing or vacuum forming) giving a specific shape such as unevenness is not performed, and for example, a sheet-like fiber structure such as nonwoven fabric It is assumed that the surface of the sheet-like fiber structure is flat if the surface of the body has a fine uneven shape due to the constituent fibers but has not been subjected to the treatment for giving the above specific shape.
- the light incontinence pad 1 (absorbent article) shown in FIGS. 19 and 20 is an embodiment using the convex portion-attached second sheet 3 'described above.
- the lug second sheet 3 of the deployed folded state 'includes a surface facing the top sheet 2 of the reference section S P, facing the absorbent body 4 of the convex fold division area unit A MF
- a plurality of convex portions 8 are located on the surface, respectively.
- the pressure applied from the top sheet 2 side of the product due to the wearer's operation or wearing condition is the reference part S in the second sheet 3' with a protrusion.
- the plurality of convex portions 8 of P are transmitted to the plurality of convex portions 8 of the mountain fold division area portion A MF , and further, each convex portion 8 of the mountain fold division area portion A MF is the surface of the absorber 4 By pressing locally, a plurality of high density parts can be formed on the surface of the absorber 4.
- the body fluid remaining in the top sheet 2 and the convex portion-attached second sheet 3 ' is actively drawn. Also, even when the body fluid is discharged at a high speed from the wearer, the body fluid can be temporarily stored in the low density part other than the high density part, so that the user can wear it. The body fluid discharged from the subject can be absorbed by the absorber 4 more efficiently.
- the present invention can be applied to various absorbent articles such as, for example, panty liners, sanitary napkins and disposable diapers, in addition to the light incontinence pads of the above-described embodiments.
- the absorbent article of this invention can be suitably changed in the range which does not deviate from the objective of this invention, and the meaning, without being limited to embodiment mentioned above.
