본 발명은 화장용 튜브용기에 관한 것으로서, 화장품을 담을 수 있고, 손으로 누르면 눌려지는 재질의 용기(10)와; 상기 용기(10)의 상측 입구(11)에 나사 결합된 화장품 배출부재(20)와, 상기 화장품 배출부재(20)의 외측에 끼워지고, 그 내부에 설치된 스프링(30)의 탄성력에 의해 상하이동되며, 그 상면에 브러쉬(41)가 고착된 원통형의 브러쉬캡(40)과; 상기 원통형의 브러쉬캡(40)의 상측으로부터 커버되고, 상기 화장품 배출부재(20)의 최하부 단차면(21)과 나사 결합되는 상부캡(50)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 본 발명은 개폐돌기가 배출홀 내에 밀착 삽입되고, 화장품 배출부재의 상부 단차면의 외주면에 오링을 삽입하여 하부 원통형돌기의 내주면과 밀봉되도록 하여 화장품이 누유되지 않도록 하는 효과를 가지고 있다.

Description

화장용 튜브용기
본 발명은 화장용 튜브용기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 화장품이 누유되지 않도록 개폐돌기가 배출홀 내에 밀착 삽입되고, 화장품 배출부재의 상부 단차면의 외주면에 오링을 삽입하여 하부 원통형돌기의 내주면과 밀봉되도록 한화장용 튜브용기에 관한 것이다.
대한민국 특허 출원 제2009-83088호에 개시된 바와 같이, 종래에 용기의 내부에 저장된 화장액을 유출시키는 화장품용기에 있어서는 용기의 상부에 미끄럼방지돌기와 나사산을 형성하는 입구부를 형성하여 중앙부에 삽입홀이 뚫린 플랜지형 패킹체를 삽착한 다음, 상면부에 중앙홀이 뚫린 가이드홈이 형성되고, 내부에 나사골과 미끄럼방지돌기가 형성된 위치제어부재와 상부에 유출홀이 뚫린 축봉의 둘레부에 걸림홈을 형성한 결합링이 입설되고, 저부에 상기 축봉의 유출홀과 연통되는 유출구가 형성되고, 스토퍼 및 안내돌기가 형성된 회전체를 결합하여 브러쉬가 매입고정된 매입관을 홀더에 삽착시켜 하단둘레부에 끼움홈이 형성되고, 상단부에 걸림돌기가 형성되는 고정부재의 수납홈에 삽착하여 결합된 구성으로서, 사용시에는 용기의 상부에 패킹체 및 위치제어부재가 고정 결합되고, 회전체는 상기 위치제어부재에 형성된 가이드홈 크기의 거리만큼 회전가능하도록 결합된 상태의 회전체를 회전시켜 줌에 따라서 회전체의 상부에 입설된 축봉의 하단부인 유출구가 패킹체의 중앙부에 형성된 삽입홈의 하단부의 개구부를 개폐하여 용기내부에 저장된 화장액을 유출 및 차단시키면서 사용하는 화장품용기가 선행되었다.
이와 같은 종래의 화장품용기는 구조가 복잡하여 제작비가 많이 들며, 부품수가 많아 각 부품을 조립 결합하는 인건비가 높아지게 되어 비경제적인 결점이 있으며, 사용시에는, 용기내부에 저장된 화장액이 패킹체에 형성된 삽입홈의 개구부를 통과하여 회전체의 유출홀을 통하여 유출되는 단계적 라인을 통과하여야 되므로 화장액이 단계적 유출라인에서 정체되어 화장액의 유출상태가 원활하지 못하거나 밀폐성이 불안전하여 휴대중에 화장액이 누유되는 결점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기한 바와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 화장품이 누유되지 않도록 개폐돌기가 배출홀 내에 밀착 삽입되고, 화장품 배출부재의 상부 단차면의 외주면에 오링을 삽입하여 하부 원통형돌기의 내주면과 밀봉되도록 한 화장용 튜브용기를 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 제1 실시예에 의한 화장용 튜브용기는, 화장품을 담을 수 있고, 손으로 누르면 눌려지는 재질의 용기와; 상기 용기의 상측 입구에 나사 결합된 화장품 배출부재와, 상기 화장품 배출부재의 외측에 끼워지고, 그 내부에 설치된 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 상하이동되며, 그 상면에 브러쉬가 고착된 원통형의 브러쉬캡과; 상기 원통형의 브러쉬캡의 상측으로부터 커버되고, 상기 화장품 배출부재의 최하부 단차면과 나사 결합되는 상부캡으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 화장용 튜브용기에 의하면, 개폐돌기가 배출홀 내에 밀착 삽입되고, 화장품 배출부재의 상부 단차면의 외주면에 오링을 삽입하여 하부 원통형돌기의 내주면과 밀봉되도록 하여 화장품이 누유되지 않도록 하는 효과를 가지고 있다.

본 발명은, 화장품을 담을 수 있고, 손으로 누르면 눌려지는 재질의 용기와; 상기 용기의 상측 입구에 나사 결합된 화장품 배출부재와, 상기 화장품 배출부재의 외측에 끼워지고, 그 내부에 설치된 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 상하이동되며, 그 상면에 브러쉬가 고착된 원통형의 브러쉬캡과; 상기 원통형의 브러쉬캡의 상측으로부터 커버되고, 상기 화장품 배출부재의 최하부 단차면과 나사 결합되는 상부캡으로 이루어진 화장용 튜브용기를 제공한다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 아울러 본 발명을 설명함에 있어서, 관련된 공지 구성 또는 기능에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명을 생략한다.

도 1 내지 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 화장용 튜브용기는 화장품을 담을 수 있고, 손으로 누르면 눌려지는 재질의 용기(10)와, 상기 용기(10)의 상측 입구(11)에 나사 결합된 화장품 배출부재(20)와, 상기 화장품 배출부재(20)의 외측에 끼워지고, 그 내부에 설치된 스프링(30)의 탄성력에 의해 상하이동되며, 그 상면에 브러쉬(41)가 고착된 원통형의 브러쉬캡(40)과, 상기 원통형의 브러쉬캡(40)의 상측으로부터 커버되고, 상기 화장품 배출부재(20)의 최하부 단차면(21)과 나사 결합되는 상부캡(50)으로 이루어진다.
상기 화장품 배출부재(20)는 원통형상으로서, 최하부 단차면(21)으로부터 상부 단차면(22)으로 갈수록 내경이 작아지도록 형성된 제1 및 제2 단차면(23, 24)과, 상기 상부 단차면(22)의 하부면에 끼워져 용기(10)의 화장품이 누수되지 않도록 하는 환형의 패킹(25)과, 상기 상부 단차면(22)의 내부 하단면으로부터 중앙 상부로 돌설된 원형봉 형상의 개폐돌기(26)와, 상기 개폐돌기(26)의 주변에 화장품이 배출되도록 서로 대칭되게 형성된 다수의 홀(27)로 이루어진다.
상기 원통형의 브러쉬캡(40)은 상부면 중앙에 고착된 브러쉬(21)의 하단 중앙에 화장품이 배출되어 브러쉬(21)로 스며들도록 형성된 배출홀(42)과, 그 하단 내주면에 형성되어 상기 화장품 배출부재(20)의 제1 단차면(23)의 상부 테두리에 원주형으로 돌설된 외주돌기(23a)에 걸리는 원주형 돌기(43)와, 상기 브러쉬(41)가 고착된 상부면의 하부에 원통형으로 돌설되어 상기 화장품 배출부재(20)의 상부 단차면(22)이 삽입되는 하부 원통형돌기(44)와, 하부 외주면이 일부 돌설되어 상기 상부캡(50)으로 커버될 때 상부캡(50)의 내주면에 형성된 단차홈(51)에 의해 하강되도록 하는 외주단차면(45)으로 이루어진다.
상기 상부 단차면(22)의 상부 외주면에는 상기 하부 원통형돌기(44)의 내주면과 밀봉되도록 오링(28)이 삽입되어 있다.
다음에, 상기한 바와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 화장용 튜브용기의 작동을 설명한다.
먼저, 상부캡(50)을 열면, 상부캡(50)의 내주면에 형성된 단차홈(51)에 의해 눌려져 있던 원통형의 브러쉬캡(40)이 스프링(30)의 탄발력에 의해 상승하게 되고, 상승하면서 배출홀(42)에서 개폐돌기(26)가 빼지게 된다.
이와 같은 상태에서 용기(10)을 누르게 되면, 그 내의 화장품이 배출홀(42)로 배출되어 브러쉬(41)에 스며들게 되고, 브러쉬(41)를 이용하여 얼굴에 화장품을 바르게 된다.
이와 같이, 브러쉬(41)를 이용하여 화장을 하게 됨으로써 종래 손으로 화장품을 바르는 경우, 먼저 화장품이 손에 스며들어 화장품을 얼굴에 바르기도 전에 소모되며, 손에 의해 오염되지 않고, 개폐돌기가 배출홀 내에 밀착 삽입되고, 화장품 배출부재의 상부 단차면의 외주면에 오링을 삽입하여 하부 원통형돌기의 내주면과 밀봉되도록 하여 화장품이 누유되지 않도록 하는 효과가 있다.
이상에서와 같이, 본 발명의 상세한 설명에서 구체적인 실시예에 관해 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 기술이 당업자에 의하여 용이하게 변형 실시될 가능성이 자명하며, 이러한 변형된 실시예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 기재된 기술사상에 포함된다할 것이다.

  1. 화장품을 담을 수 있고, 손으로 누르면 눌려지는 재질의 용기(10)와;
    상기 용기(10)의 상측 입구(11)에 나사 결합된 화장품 배출부재(20)와;
    상기 화장품 배출부재(20)의 외측에 끼워지고, 그 내부에 설치된 스프링(30)의 탄성력에 의해 상하이동되며, 그 상면에 브러쉬(41)가 고착된 원통형의 브러쉬캡(40)과;
    상기 원통형의 브러쉬캡(40)의 상측으로부터 커버되고, 상기 화장품 배출부재(20)의 최하부 단차면(21)과 나사 결합되는 상부캡(50)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용 튜브용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 화장품 배출부재(20)는 원통형상으로서, 최하부 단차면(21)으로부터 상부 단차면(22)으로 갈수록 내경이 작아지도록 형성된 제1 및 제2 단차면(23, 24)과;
    상기 상부 단차면(22)의 하부면에 끼워져 용기(10)의 화장품이 누수되지 않도록 하는 환형의 패킹(25)과;
    상기 상부 단차면(22)의 내부 하단면으로부터 중앙 상부로 돌설된 원형봉 형상의 개폐돌기(26)와;

  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 원통형의 브러쉬캡(40)은 상부면 중앙에 고착된 브러쉬(21)의 하단 중앙에 화장품이 배출되어 브러쉬(21)로 스며들도록 형성된 배출홀(42)과;
    그 하단 내주면에 형성되어 상기 화장품 배출부재(20)의 제1 단차면(23)의 상부 테두리에 원주형으로 돌설된 외주돌기(23a)에 걸리는 원주형 돌기(43)와;
    상기 브러쉬(41)가 고착된 상부면의 하부에 원통형으로 돌설되어 상기 화장품 배출부재(20)의 상부 단차면(22)이 삽입되는 하부 원통형돌기(44)와;
    하부 외주면이 일부 돌설되어 상기 상부캡(50)으로 커버될 때 상부캡(50)의 내주면에 형성된 단차홈(51)에 의해 하강되도록 하는 외주단차면(45)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용 튜브용기.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 단차면(22)의 상부 외주면에는 상기 하부 원통형돌기(44)의 내주면과 밀봉되도록 오링(28)이 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용 튜브용기.
