- the ratio (-log (G / R)) is calculated. Since the first and second signal ratios are normalized by the G signal and the R signal, respectively, they are hardly affected by the distance from the observation target, the brightness of the observation area, and the like.
- the first and second signal ratios include B and G signals that are correlated with changes in the concentration of the absorption component (hemoglobin) in the mucous membrane and changes in the internal structure of the mucosa.

- the first signal ratio correlates with the blood vessel depth (the position of the blood vessel in the depth direction of the mucous membrane)
- the first signal ratio of a portion where there is a thick blood vessel such as a deep blood vessel increases as the position is deeper.
- the shallower the position the smaller the value.

- the enhancement processing level of the area determined as the high luminance / low luminance area by the high luminance / low luminance area determination unit 80a is suppressed as compared with other areas. .
- it since it is the R signal that changes in conjunction with the amount of reflected light in the reflectance linear RGB signal, it is preferable to discriminate the high luminance / low luminance area based on the R signal.

- the fourth range includes many first and second signal ratios where BA is present (in FIG. 6, BA is indicated by “ ⁇ ”), and this fourth range is diagonally above and to the right of the first range. positioned.
- the fifth range includes many first and second signal ratios where redness is present (in FIG. 6, redness is indicated by “ ⁇ ”), and this fifth range is located on the right side of the first range. ing.
- the average value calculation unit 82a calculates an average value of the first and second signal ratios in the first range. And the 1st range average value (rm, (theta) m) after polar coordinate conversion is obtained by carrying out polar coordinate conversion of the calculated average value.
- the atrophic mucosa region emphasizing unit 82b performs polar coordinate conversion on the first and second signal ratios in the second range to obtain a second range signal (ri, ⁇ i) that has been subjected to polar coordinate conversion. Then, a first expansion process for expanding the radial difference ⁇ r between the first range average value (rm, ⁇ m) after the polar coordinate conversion and the second range signal (ri, ⁇ i) shown in FIG. 7 is performed. This first extension process is performed according to the following equation (1). As a result, the enhanced second range signal (Eri, ⁇ i) is obtained.
- the first expansion process in the atrophic mucosa region emphasizing unit 82b is to expand the radial difference ⁇ r in the direction of decreasing the saturation while maintaining the hue.
- the color change due to the first expansion processing is matched with the color change of the mucous membrane that fades as the atrophic gastritis progresses as shown in FIG.
- progression 2 shows that the progression of atrophic gastritis is progressing more than progression 1, and in the case of progression 1, the difference from the normal mucosa region is small, whereas in the case of progression 2 It can be seen that the difference from the normal mucous membrane region is increased by decreasing the saturation only, with the hue almost unchanged.
- the atrophic mucosa region is clearly displayed in a color different from the normal mucosa region, and the atrophic mucosa region The color is displayed almost the same as the color of the mucous membrane during atrophic gastritis.
- the first expansion process is particularly effective when the color difference between the normal mucosal area and the atrophic mucosal area is slight (for example, when atrophy is in progress and is included in group B or group C by ABC screening). Is.
- the deep blood vessel region emphasizing unit 82c performs polar coordinate conversion on the first and second signal ratios in the third range to obtain a third range signal (rv, ⁇ v) that has been subjected to polar coordinate conversion. Then, a second expansion process for expanding the deviation angle ⁇ between the first range average value (rm, ⁇ m) after the polar coordinate conversion and the third range signal (rv, ⁇ v) shown in FIG. 7 is performed. This second expansion process is performed according to the following equation (2). Thereby, the emphasized third range signal (rv, E ⁇ v) is obtained.
- the second expansion process in the deep blood vessel region emphasizing unit 82c is to expand the declination difference ⁇ in the hue direction while maintaining the saturation.
- the color change due to the second expansion process is matched to the color change in which the color of the deep blood vessel becomes obvious as atrophic gastritis progresses.
- progression 2 shows that the progression of atrophic gastritis is progressing more than progression 1, and in the case of progression 1, the difference from the normal mucosa region is small, whereas in the case of progression 2 It can be seen that the difference from the normal mucous membrane region is increased by changing only the hue with the saturation almost unchanged.
- the deep blood vessel region is clearly displayed in a color different from the normal mucosa region, and the color of the deep blood vessel As a result, the deep blood vessels are surely seen through. Thereby, the boundary between the normal mucous membrane region and the deep blood vessel region can be reliably determined.
- the second dilation process is particularly effective when the deep blood vessels are not so transparent (for example, when atrophy is progressing and included in the B group or the C group by ABC screening).
- the BA area is clearly displayed in a color different from the normal mucosa area. This makes it possible to reliably determine the boundary between the normal mucosa region and the BA region.
- the BA area emphasizing unit 82d instead of expanding both the radial difference ⁇ r and the deviation angle ⁇ , either the radial difference ⁇ r or the deviation angle ⁇ may be expanded. Further, in the high luminance / low luminance area, the values of ⁇ and ⁇ are reduced to suppress expansion.
- the reddening area is clearly displayed in a color different from that of the normal mucous membrane area. This makes it possible to reliably determine the boundary between the normal mucous membrane area and the redness area.
- the reddening region emphasizing unit 82e may expand either the radial difference ⁇ r or the deviation angle ⁇ instead of expanding both the radial difference ⁇ r and the deviation angle difference ⁇ . Further, in the high luminance / low luminance area, the values of ⁇ and ⁇ are reduced to suppress expansion.
- the RGB converter 83 reconverts the color difference enhancement signal (enhanced atrophic mucosa signal, enhanced deep blood vessel signal, enhanced BA signal, enhanced redness signal) obtained by the color difference enhancement unit 82 into RGB image data.
- the RGB conversion unit 83 a process of converting a color difference enhancement signal expressed by a value in the polar coordinate space into an RGB value is performed.
- the gamma conversion unit 84 performs gamma conversion on the RGB image data with the color difference enhanced. Thereby, color difference enhanced RGB image data having gradation suitable for an output device such as the monitor 18 can be obtained.
- the normal observation mode is set, and the insertion portion 21 of the endoscope 12 is inserted into the specimen.
- the distal end portion 24 of the insertion portion 21 reaches the stomach, it is diagnosed whether atrophic gastritis has occurred.
- the mucous membrane is fading, or the boundary between the part where the dendritic deep blood vessels are transparent and the part where it is not transparent (referred to as the endoscopic gland boundary)
- the endoscopic gland boundary Can be read as a pathological finding that a lesion such as gastric cancer has occurred due to atrophic gastritis (determination method based on Kimura and Takemoto classification). It is also known that such gastric cancer is caused by atrophy of the gastric mucosa caused by Helicobacter pylori infection.
- the mode switching SW 22b is operated in order to make a more reliable diagnosis.
- Switch to special observation mode By switching the special observation mode, special light including both blue laser light and blue-violet laser light is emitted.
- the first and second signal ratios are calculated from the RGB image signals obtained during the special light emission.
- the mucous membrane is displayed in the normal color when there is no stomach atrophy.
- the doctor determines that the findings are normal with no lesions such as gastric cancer due to atrophic gastritis.
- the atrophy of the stomach progresses even slightly, the color of the atrophic mucosa is displayed in a fading tone, and the deep blood vessels are displayed through. Thereby, an endoscopic gland boundary can be clearly displayed. Therefore, in the actual stomach, the color of the atrophic mucous membrane is not displayed so fading, and even if the deep blood vessels are not so transparent, the doctor can It can be determined that the pathological findings are causing the lesion.
- special light including a blue narrow band component (blue laser light and blue violet laser light) that has high light absorbability with respect to the absorbing material of the mucous membrane is used.
- a blue narrow band component blue laser light and blue violet laser light
- the color difference between the atrophic mucosa, deep blood vessel region, BA region and normal mucous membrane region in the abnormal region on the observation region is increased for the following reasons. ing.
- FIG. 11 shows the positions of the second to fifth ranges on a two-dimensional space when special light including blue narrow band components (blue laser light and blue-violet laser light) is used, as in the above embodiment.
- the position of the first range on a two-dimensional space when illumination light including a blue broadband component (for example, 400 to 520 nm) is used is shown.
- the second range Mn is obtained when special light including a blue narrow band component is used, and indicates a range including a large amount of signals of the atrophic mucosa.
- the second range Mb is obtained when illumination light including a blue broadband component is used, and indicates a range including a large amount of atrophy mucosa signal.
- the third range Vn, the fourth range Xn, and the fifth range Yn are obtained when special light including a blue narrow band component is used, and signals of a deep blood vessel portion, a BA portion signal, and a red portion portion are obtained.
- Each of the ranges includes a large amount of.
- the third range Vb, the fourth range Xb, and the fifth range Yb are obtained when illumination light including a blue broadband component is used, and include a lot of deep blood vessel portion signals, BA portion signals, and redness portion signals. Each range is shown.
- the second range Mn, the third range Vn, and the fourth range Xn have a large difference from the first range, whereas the second range Mb, the third range Vb, and the fourth range
- the range Xb is not much different from the first range. Therefore, by using special light including a blue narrow band component, the difference between the first range and the second to fourth ranges Mn, Vn, and Xn can be sufficiently provided. In addition to this, the difference between the first range and the second to fourth ranges Mn, Vn, and Xn is further increased due to the expansion of the radial difference or declination difference in the color difference enhancement unit 82.
- the first range and the second to fourth areas attached with the blue narrow band component are compared with the case where the illumination light including the blue wide band component is used.
- the color difference between the normal mucosa, the atrophic mucosa region, the deep blood vessel region, and the BA is increased by the difference between the ranges Mn, Vn, and Xn.
- the difference between the fifth range Yn and the first range is almost the same even when compared with the fifth range Yb. Therefore, the color difference between the normal mucous membrane and the reddish region does not change much even when special light including a blue narrow band component or illumination light including a blue broadband component is used.
- the magnitude of the color difference from the normal area differs depending on whether the special light contains a blue narrow band component or not, mainly due to the distribution density of the absorbing substance in the mucous membrane such as the blood density.
- the distribution density There are many factors to depend on.
- FIG. 12A the relationship between the reflection density, the absorption coefficient of the light-absorbing substance in the mucous membrane (mainly hemoglobin in the digestive organ) (see FIG. 12B for the distribution of the absorption coefficient of hemoglobin) and the distribution density is used.
- the reflection density is ( ⁇ log (Bch (reflectance of light incident on Bch of the sensor)
- the first signal ratio varies due to the variation of the reflection density.
- the reflection density increases nonlinearly with respect to the extinction coefficient and distribution density of the light-absorbing substance. Therefore, the magnitude of the reflection density increases as the light absorption and distribution density in the mucous membrane increases.
- the amount of increase in the reflection density when the light absorption is weak or the distribution density is small, even if the absorption or density increases slightly, the reflection density increases greatly while the light absorption is strong.
- the distribution density is large, the reflection density does not increase much even if the absorption or density increases.
- the mixed color narrow band light (hereinafter, “narrow band light 445 nm + 405 nm”) of blue laser light (445 nm) and blue violet laser light (405 nm) is applied to Bch of the image sensor 48.
- narrowband light 405 nm Reflected light of blue laser beam (405 nm)
- reflected light of blue laser light (445 nm) hereinafter referred to as “narrowband light 445 nm”
- the color difference between the normal mucous membrane and the abnormal region when blue reflected light hereinafter referred to as “broadband B light” having a wavelength range in the blue band covering a wide band (for example, 400 to 500 nm) is described.
- the reflection density R1 of the narrowband light 405 nm is the highest, and the lower one is the reflection density R2 of the narrowband light 445 nm + 405 nm.
- the reflection density R3 of the narrowband light 445 nm is lower than R1 and R2, and the lowest is the reflection density R4 of the broadband B light.
- This magnitude relationship is because the intensity of light absorption has a relationship of “narrowband light 405 nm> narrowband light 445 nm + 405 nm> narrowband light 445 nm> broadband B light” (see FIG. 12B). .
- the difference between the reflection densities R1 to R3 of narrow band B light such as narrow band light 405 nm, narrow band light 445 nm + 405 nm, and narrow band light 445 nm and the reflection density R4 of broadband B light is relatively large. This is because the reflection density R4 of the broadband B light is particularly low. That is, it can be seen that the difference in reflection density between the normal mucous membrane and the BA region when using narrow band B light is larger than when using broadband B light. Thus, the reflection density R4 of the broadband B light is low, as shown in FIG. 14, BA is distributed narrowly only at a relatively shallow position in the mucous membrane, and the blood density on the light penetration path is relatively low.
- the wavelength around 500 nm where the absorption of hemoglobin is weak is mixed with the broadband B light.
- the difference in reflection density due to the difference in wavelength (for example, the difference between reflection density R1 and reflection density R2) is relatively large compared to the case of the red region. This is because, since the blood density on the light penetration path in the BA region is low, if there is a difference in light absorption due to a difference in wavelength, the difference is greatly reflected in the difference in reflection density.
- the difference in the first signal ratio between the fourth range Xn and the first range when the narrow-band B light is used is It is larger than the fourth range Xb when the broadband B light is used.
- the first range of the fourth range Xn (445 nm) when the narrow band light 445 nm is used the difference between the first range and the light with a shorter wavelength is compared. You can see that it is getting bigger. Therefore, by using the narrow band B light, the difference from the first range can be increased, so that the color difference between the normal mucosa region and the BA region can be further increased.
- the blood density on the light penetration path is lower than the redness region as in the BA region.
- the first range is obtained by using shorter wavelength light as in the BA region.
- the difference between the second and third ranges can be increased. Accordingly, since the difference from the first range can be increased by using the narrow band B light, the color difference between the atrophic mucosa region, the deep blood vessel region and the normal mucosa region can be further increased.
- the reflection density R1 to R4 has the same magnitude relationship as the BA area, but the narrow band B light reflection density R1 to R3 and the broadband B light are similar.
- the difference between the reflection densities R4 is relatively small as compared with the BA area or the like. This is because the reflection density R4 of the broadband B light is higher than that in the BA region or the like.
- the reflection density R4 of the broadband B light is relatively high, as shown in FIG. 17, the redness is widely distributed from a shallow position to a deep position in the mucous membrane, and the blood density on the light penetration path. Is relatively high.
- the difference in reflection density due to the difference in wavelength (for example, the difference between reflection density R1 and reflection density R2) is not very large compared to the BA region. This is because the blood density on the light penetration path in the red region is higher than that in the BA region, etc. Even if there is a difference in light absorption due to the difference in wavelength, the difference is reflected in the difference in reflection density. Because it is not done.
- the difference between the fifth range Yn and the first range when the narrow band B light is used is the broadband B light. Even if compared with the red region Yb in the case, there is not much change.
- the first range of the fifth range Yn (445 nm) when the narrow-band light 445 nm is used there is not much difference between the first range and the fifth range. Accordingly, even if narrow band B light is used, the difference between the first range and the first range is not so large, so that the color difference between the normal mucosa region and the reddish region cannot be increased so much.
- the normal mucous membrane area and the mild redness when using narrow band B light are used.
- the difference in the reflection density of the region is larger than that in the case where broadband B light is used. Therefore, the use of the narrow band B light can increase the color difference between the normal region and the light red region.
- the change in the first signal ratio when the B light incident on Bch of the image sensor 48 is narrowed (when the wavelength is narrowed, the positions of the second to fifth ranges are two-dimensional space.
- the case where the G light incident on the Gch of the image sensor 48 is narrowed can also be explained for the same reason as described above. That is, the difference between the first range and the second range is larger when narrow band G light (G light having a wavelength with high light absorption to blood) is used than when broadband G light is used. (If the wavelength is narrowed, the second to fifth ranges shift in the horizontal axis direction in a two-dimensional space).
- either one of the B light incident on the Bch of the image sensor 48 and the G light incident on the Gch of the image sensor 48 is narrowed, but both light may be narrowed.
- the second to fifth ranges shift in the vertical axis direction and the horizontal axis direction in the two-dimensional space due to the narrowing of the wavelength band.
- the shift amount in the vertical axis direction is smaller than in the case where only the B light incident on Bch of the image sensor 48 is narrowed. This is because the absorption coefficients of Bch and Gch both increase due to the narrowing of the B light and G light bands, and therefore the difference in the reflection density of Bch and Gch becomes smaller than when only the Bch is narrowed. .
- the first and second signal ratios are converted into polar coordinates, and the radial difference or declination difference between the first range average value after the polar coordinate conversion and the signal values in the second to fifth ranges is expanded.
- the color difference between the normal mucous membrane area and the abnormal area is emphasized, but not limited to this, the color difference between the normal mucosa area and the abnormal area is emphasized using other coordinate conversion methods and color difference enhancement methods. Also good. Note that, in the enhanced image obtained by using the color difference enhancement method that expands the radial difference or the declination difference on the polar coordinates as in the above embodiment, the color of the normal mucosa region is the same as the color of the normal light image. There is no sense of incongruity.
- the color of the atrophic mucosal area and deep blood vessel area on the enhanced image is the same as the color of the mucosa when atrophic gastritis occurs and the color when the blood vessels are seen through.
- Diagnosis can be performed by the same method as diagnosis (for example, ABC screening).
- the first range average value is used for the color difference enhancement between the normal mucous membrane area and the abnormal area, but instead, the pixel value average value of the entire image signal may be used.
- the color of the atrophic mucosa and deep blood vessels may vary from image to image, but the merit of being able to expand the slight difference between the color of the normal mucosa region and the abnormal region according to the distribution of each region on the image There is.
- the first and second signal ratios are subjected to the polar coordinate conversion, and the expansion process for expanding the radial difference or the declination difference is performed on the signal after the polar coordinate conversion.
- the expansion process may be performed in advance, and the processing result may be stored in the color difference enhancement LUT.
- the first and second signal ratios considered to belong to the second to fifth ranges are calculated in advance using the above equations (1) to (6).
- the first and second signal ratios in the second to fifth ranges and the calculation results obtained using the signal ratios are stored in association with the color difference enhancement LUT.
- the same values as those signal ratios are stored in association with the color difference enhancement LUT.
- the color difference enhancement unit 82 performs the color difference enhancement process for enhancing the color difference between the abnormal region and the normal region.
- a normal mucosa region and an abnormal region (atrophic mucosa region, deep blood vessel region, BA region, redness region) can be obtained without performing color difference emphasis processing in the color difference emphasizing unit 82. ) Color difference can be highlighted.
- color difference enhancement processing is performed by the color difference enhancement unit 82 by using light containing a green narrowband component (for example, a wavelength component of 540 to 560 nm) that has high light absorbability with respect to the mucous membrane absorbing substance. Even without this, the color difference between the normal mucosa region and the abnormal region (atrophic mucosa region, deep blood vessel region, BA region, red region) can be highlighted.
- the phosphor 44 is provided at the distal end portion 24 of the endoscope 12, but the phosphor 44 may be provided in the light source device 14 instead. In this case, it is preferable to provide a phosphor 44 between the light guide 41 and the blue laser light source 34.
- RGB image signals are simultaneously acquired by a color imaging sensor.
- RGB image signals are sequentially acquired by a monochrome imaging sensor.
- the light source device 14 of the endoscope system 200 includes a broadband light source 202 and a rotary filter 204 instead of the blue laser light source 34, the blue-violet laser light source 36, and the light source control unit 40.
- a filter switching unit 205 is provided.
- the phosphor 44 is not provided in the illumination optical system 24a of the endoscope 12.
- the imaging optical system 24b is provided with a monochrome imaging sensor 206 without a color filter, instead of the color imaging sensor 48. Other than that, it is the same as the endoscope system 10 of the first embodiment.
- the broadband light source 202 is a xenon lamp, a white LED, or the like, and emits white light having a wavelength range from blue to red.
- the rotary filter 204 includes a normal observation mode filter 208 provided inside and a special observation mode filter 209 provided outside (see FIG. 20).
- the filter switching unit 205 moves the rotary filter 204 in the radial direction.
- the filter switching unit 205 inserts the normal observation mode filter 208 of the rotary filter 204 into the white light path.
- the special observation mode filter 209 of the rotation filter 204 is inserted into the optical path of white light.
- the normal observation mode filter 208 includes a B filter 208 a that transmits blue light of white light, a G filter 208 b that transmits green light of white light, and white light along the circumferential direction. Among them, an R filter 208c that transmits red light is provided. Therefore, in the normal observation mode, the rotating filter 204 rotates, and blue light, green light, and red light are alternately irradiated into the specimen.
- the special observation mode filter 209 includes, along the circumferential direction, a Bn filter 209a that transmits blue narrow-band light having a center wavelength of 415 nm among white light, a G filter 209b that transmits green light among white light, and white light. Among them, an R filter 209c that transmits red light is provided. Therefore, in the special observation mode, the rotating filter 204 is rotated so that blue narrow band light, green light, and red light are alternately irradiated into the specimen.
- the inside of the specimen is imaged by the monochrome imaging sensor 206 every time blue light, green light, and red light are irradiated into the specimen. Thereby, RGB image signals of three colors are obtained. Based on the RGB image signals, a normal light image is generated by the same method as in the first embodiment.
- the special observation mode every time blue narrow-band light, green light, or red light is irradiated into the specimen, the inside of the specimen is imaged by the monochrome imaging sensor 206. Thereby, a Bn image signal, a G image signal, and an R image signal are obtained. A special light image is generated based on the Bn image signal, the G image signal, and the R image signal. For the generation of the special light image, a Bn image signal is used instead of the B image signal. Other than that, the special light image is generated by the same method as in the first embodiment.
- the B image signal which is a narrowband signal including narrowband wavelength information of the blue laser light and the blue-violet laser light
- the second embodiment is used.
- a Bn image signal that is a narrowband signal including narrowband wavelength information of blue narrowband light is used to create a special light image.
- a white image or the like is used.
- a blue narrow-band image signal is generated by spectral calculation based on the broadband image, and a special light image is generated using the blue narrow-band image.
- the spectral calculation unit 300 provided between the receiving unit 54 and the inverse gamma conversion unit 76 performs spectral calculation processing based on RGB image signals obtained by light emission and imaging of white light. Thereby, a blue narrow-band image signal is generated.
- the method described in JP-A-2003-093336 is used as the spectroscopic calculation method.
- a special light image is generated in the same procedure as in the first embodiment.
- the white light in addition to the white light obtained by the phosphor 44, broadband light emitted from a broadband light source such as a xenon lamp may be used.
- examples of mucosa fading due to atrophic gastritis and examples in which deep blood vessels under the atrophic mucosa are seen through are shown.
- the mucous membrane may be faded due to the lesions.
- the present invention can emphasize the color difference from the normal region even for such fading mucosa other than the atrophic mucosa. Further, the present invention can also highlight the see-through of the deep blood vessels under the fading mucosa other than the atrophic mucosa.
- the first to fourth expansion processes shown in the above embodiment increase the difference between abnormal areas such as atrophic mucosa, deep blood vessels, BA, and redness and normal mucosa, but do not change the color of normal mucous membrane. That is, according to the above-described embodiment, it is possible to display images that maintain the color of the normal mucous membrane before and after the first to fourth expansion processes.
- the first range is defined as “rm ⁇ r1” to “rm + ⁇ r2” as shown in FIG. 22A.
- the moving radius r in the first range is converted into a moving radius Er that is not different from the moving radius r (identity conversion) (for example, when the moving radius r is rm).
- the moving radius Er is rm).
- the moving radius ri in the second range smaller than the first range average value rm is converted into a moving radius Eri smaller than the moving radius ri as shown in FIG. .
- the radius rk, rj of the fourth and fifth ranges which are mostly larger than the first range average value rm
- the radius rk, rj is changed from the radius rk, rj. Is converted to a larger radius vector Erk, Erj.
- FIG. 23 shows the correspondence relationship between the moving radius r and the moving radius Er in the declination ⁇ in a certain range including the first to fifth ranges. However, different correspondence relationships are set for each declination angle ⁇ . Also good.
- the first range is defined as “ ⁇ m ⁇ 1” to “ ⁇ m + ⁇ 2” as shown in FIG. 24A.
- the declination angle ⁇ in the first range is converted into an declination angle E ⁇ that is not different from the declination angle ⁇ (identity conversion) (for example, when the declination angle ⁇ is ⁇ m).
- the declination angle E ⁇ is ⁇ m).
- the deflection angle ⁇ v in the third range smaller than the first range average value ⁇ m is converted into the deflection angle E ⁇ v smaller than the deflection angle ⁇ v as shown in FIG.
- the fourth range of deflection angle ⁇ k which is largely larger than the first range average value ⁇ m, is converted to a deflection angle E ⁇ k larger than the deflection angle ⁇ k, as shown in FIG. .
- the deflection angle ⁇ j in the fifth range which is mostly smaller than the first range average value ⁇ m, is converted to a deflection angle E ⁇ j smaller than the deflection angle ⁇ j, as shown in FIG. .
- ⁇ m is an angle defined in the range of 0 ° to 90 °. Therefore, “ ⁇ m ⁇ 90” is a negative angle, and “ ⁇ m + 90” is a positive angle. Therefore, the angle is larger as the horizontal axis is located on the right side, and the angle is larger as the horizontal axis is located on the upper side.
- the present invention is performed during the diagnosis of the endoscope.
- the present invention is not limited thereto, and the endoscope is recorded in the recording unit of the endoscope system after the endoscope diagnosis.
- the present invention may be performed based on the image, or the present invention may be performed based on the capsule endoscope image acquired by the capsule endoscope.

Abstract
