Abstract

Um Littering zu vermeiden respektive zu minimalisieren wird ein Kunststoffverschluss (1) mit Erstöffnungsgarantieelement vorgeschlagen, welches ein möglichst kleines Erstöffnungsgarantieelement aufweist und weitgehend gegen Verlust gesichert ist. Das Erstöffnungsgarantieelement besteht aus einer Platte (50) die über Sollbruchstellenbrücken (51, 52) als Teil der Mantelwand (30) des Deckels (3) gestaltet ist und im geschlossenen Zustand vor der Erstöffnung hinter einer ersten Schürze (25) liegt und mit einem Arretierhaken in ein Fenster (26) der ersten Schürze einrastet. Nach der Erstöffnung ist die Platte (50) vom Deckel getrennt und zwischen der ersten Schürze (25) und einer zweiten, inneren Schürze (27) gefangen gehalten.
