本发明实施例提供一种融合即时通讯和邮箱通讯的通讯方法及通讯装 置, 能更好地解决用户处于离线状态时无法及时可靠地获取通讯消息的问题 和用户量增加且离线消息增多时即时通讯服务器的存储压力问题。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面, 提供了一种融合即时通讯和邮箱通讯的 通讯方法, 包括:
接收方接收来自发送方的通讯消息, 并通过接收方的登陆状态判断接收 方是否处于在线状态;
若所述接收方处于在线状态, 则将所述通讯消息以即时通信形式发送至 接收方; 以及
若所述接收方处于离线状态, 则将所述通讯消息以邮件形式发送至接收 方。

若所述接收方处于在线状态, 则将所述通讯消息以即时通信形式发送至 接收方; 以及
若所述接收方处于离线状态, 则将所述通讯消息以邮件形式发送至接收 方。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述通讯消息是即时通讯消息, 即时通讯服务器收到所述即时通讯消息后, 若所述接收方处于在线状态, 则 将所述即时通讯消息直接发送至接收方, 若所述接收方处于离线状态, 则将 所述即时通讯消息发送至邮件服务器, 在接收方在线后, 获取所述消息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 在接收方在线后, 利用邮箱进程 获取存储在邮件服务器上的所述即时通讯消息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述通讯消息是邮件消息, 邮件 服务器收到所述邮件消息后, 若所述接收方处于在线状态, 则通过邮件接口 将所述邮件消息发送至即时通讯服务器, 由所述即时通讯服务器将所述邮件 消息发送至接收方。
5、 根据权利要求 2-4任意一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述即时通讯服务器 通过接收方的登陆状态判断接收方是否处于在线状态。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述邮件服务器通过所述邮件服 务器的邮件接口, 从所述即时通讯服务器获取用于确认接收方处于在线状态 或离线状态的信息。
7、 一种融合即时通讯和邮箱通讯的通讯装置, 包括:
消息接收模块, 其设置成接收来自发送方的通讯消息;
判断模块, 其设置成通过接收方的登陆状态判断接收方是否处于在线状 态; 以及 消息发送模块, 其设置成在所述接收方处于在线状态时, 将所述通讯消 息以即时通信形式发送至接收方, 在所述接收方处于离线状态时, 将所述通 讯消息以邮件形式发送至接收方。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述消息接收模块和所述消息发 送模块设置在即时通讯服务器, 在所述消息接收模块收到的所述通讯消息是 即时通讯消息时, 若所述接收方处于在线状态, 则所述消息发送模块将所述 即时通讯消息直接发送至接收方, 若所述接收方处于离线状态, 将所述即时 通讯消息发送至邮件服务器, 在接收方在线后, 利用邮箱进程获取存储在邮 件服务器上的所述即时通讯消息。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述消息接收模块和所述消息发 送模块设置在邮件服务器, 所述消息接收模块收到的所述通讯消息是邮件消 息时, 若所述接收方处于在线状态, 则所述消息发送模块通过邮件接口将所 述邮件消息发送至即时通讯服务器, 由所述即时通讯服务器将所述邮件消息 发送至接收方。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述判断模块设置在所述即时 通讯服务器, 邮件服务器通过所述邮件服务器的邮件接口, 从所述即时通讯 服务器获取用于确认接收方处于在线状态或离线状态的信息。
