Description

具有充气包装袋的箱体 技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有充气包装袋的箱体, 尤指一种将一充气包装袋一体设 于一箱体的内壁上, 该充气包装袋可随该箱体直接被折叠收纳成扁平状态, 并 可随该箱体直接被折叠成一装载物品的具緩沖作用的中空容器, 以装载并保护 物品。 背景技术
易碎物品, 例如瓷器、 玻璃物品、 笔记本电脑等, 在运送过程中, 由于容 易受到外力撞击而受损伤, 因此需要更严谨的包装结构。 目前较为常见的作法 是在包装盒中, 提供多个緩沖装置, 例如: 保丽龙块、 塑胶填充泡棉、 隔板、 纸类或塑胶类村料、 泡状緩沖垫等緩冲材, 以避免该复数个产品于运送期间产 生晃动而撞击包装盒内壁, 进而保护包装盒内的易碎物品。
然而, 上述传统包装易碎物品的方式, 却是得分为二个阶段来执行, 第一 阶段为包装人员必须于包装前先准备好包装盒后, 第二阶段才在包装盒中提供 足够量的緩沖材, 且在包装时也必须注意緩沖材的安装位置, 緩冲材必须填满 易碎物品的上、 下、 左、 右四周围, 方能使该易碎物品受到保护, 避免该易碎 物品于运送期间产生晃动而撞击包装盒内壁。 如此一来, 将造成整体包装流程 时间会被拉长, 进而浪费人力及成本。
由此可见, 上述现有物品在整体包装做法上仍有不尽完善之处, 并非一完 善的设计, 而亟待加以改良。 发明内容
本案设计人有鉴于前述背景技术的缺点, 乃依其从事包装箱的制造经验和 技术累积, 针对上述缺失悉心研究各种解决的方法, 在经过不断的研究、 实验 与改良后, 终于开发设计出本发明的一种全新具有充气包装袋的箱体实用新型, 以期能摒除背景技术所产生的缺失。
本发明的一目的, 在提供一种具有充气包装袋的箱体, 是令一充气包装袋 一体设于一箱体的内壁上, 使该充气包装袋可随该箱体直接被折叠收纳成扁平 状态, 并可随该箱体直接被折叠成一装栽物品的具緩沖作用的中空容器, 以装 载并保护物品。
本发明的另一目的, 在提供一种具有充气包装袋的箱体, 由于该充气包装 袋是一体被设在箱体的内壁上, 故可随箱体直接被折叠收纳成扁平状态一起运 送出, 满足使用者包装前不须再费心准备緩冲材的条件, 且于包装时也不须注 意緩冲材的安装位置, 令整体包装流程时间缩减, 达成节省人力及成本的目的。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种具有充气包装袋的箱体, 其特征在于, 包括:
一箱体, 能够被折叠收纳成扁平状态, 并能够被折叠成一装载物品的中空 容器; 及
一作为緩冲材的充气包装袋, 由复数个缓冲壁相互连接所构成, 并将緩沖 壁的一面以接设方式一体设在该箱体的各内侧壁上, 该复数个緩沖壁之间设有 一可供弯折的转折线, 各緩冲壁上分别具有复数个相接在一起的气柱, 该复数 个气柱之间设有相通的充气通道, 该充气包装袋能够随该箱体直接被折叠成扁 平收纳状态, 并能够随该箱体直接被折叠成一装载物品的中空容器, 该充气包 装袋设有一接着于止气阀的充气口, 通过该充气口对该充气包装袋充入气体, 使该气体经由各充气通道而充满各气柱中, 即形成该箱体内部的整体緩冲包装。

与现有技术相比较, 本发明具有的有益效果是: 使用时, 是将该箱体折叠 成一装栽物品的中空容器, 该充气包装袋会随该箱体直接被折叠成一装载物品 的中空容器; 接着, 将一被包装物置入该充气包装袋之中, 再盖覆该充气包装 袋的上緩冲壁, 及该箱体的上盖; 之后, 通过该充气口对该充气包装袋充入气 体, 待充气完成即完成被包装物的装载及緩冲保护的整体包装; 如此, 即可达 到快速整体緩冲包装的经济效益。 附图说明

本发明乃有关一种 "具有充气包装袋的箱体" , 请参阅图 1、 图 2所示, 其 主要包括: 一箱体 10及一作为緩冲材的充气包装袋 20。
其中, 该箱体 10可被折叠成扁平状态 (如图 5所示) , 而供收纳堆叠, 并 可被折叠成一装栽物品的中空容器 (如图 1所示) , 而以装载物品。
该充气包装袋 20由复数个緩冲壁 21相互连接所构成, 并将緩沖壁 21的一 面以部分接设方式 (如: 以粘贴方式)一体设在该箱体 10的各内侧壁 1 1上(如图 6所示), 该复数个緩沖壁 21之间设有一可供弯折的转折线 22(如: 以热封方式 热封转折线), 各緩冲壁 21上分别具有复数个相接在一起的气柱 23, 该复数个 气柱 23之间设有一相通的充气通道 23 1 , 又, 该充气包装袋 20设有一接着于止 气阀 241的充气口 24 , 该充气口 24可外露于该箱体 10外的一边缘, 也可设在 充气包装袋 20的上缓沖壁 21上 (如图 3所示) , 通过该充气口 24对该充气包 装袋 20充入气体(或利用一充气工具经由该充气口 24对该充气包装袋 20充入 气体) , 使该气体经由各充气通道 23 1而充满各气柱 23中; 前述止气阀 241是 选自单一止气阀及复数止气阀的其中一种。
凭借上述构件的组成, 请参阅图 2、 图 3、 图 4所示, 当进行包装时, 是将 该箱体 10折叠成一装栽物品的中空容器, 此时该充气包装袋 20因是一体被设 在该箱体 10的各内側壁 1 1上, 故也将直接会随该箱体 10通过该转折线 22被 折叠成一装栽物品的中空容器 (如图 2所示) ; 接着, 将一被包装物 30置入该 充气包装袋 20之中, 再盖覆该充气包装袋 20的上缓沖壁 21 , 及该箱体 10的上 盖; 之后, 经由谊充气口 24对该充气包装袋 20充入气体, 待充气完成即完成 被包装物 30的装载及緩冲保护的整体包装 (如图 3、 图 4所示) 。
本发明的充气包装袋 20的上、 下緩沖壁 21并未接设在该箱体 10的上、 下 盖上 (如图 1、 图 2所示) , 其主要是考虑该箱体 10在折叠成装载物品的中空 容器时, 该上、 下緩沖壁 21能分别盖覆在被包装物 30的上、 下位置, 而后再 将该箱体 10的上盖覆其上.
如此,位于该箱体 10中的被包装物 30可被充满气体的充气包装袋 20包覆, 利用各气柱 23中气体的緩冲作用, 以避免该被包装物 30于运送期间产生晃动 而撞击该箱体 10内壁, 进而保护该箱体 10内的易碎物品, 同时可达到快速整 体緩沖包装的经济效益。
在本发明中, 该充气包装袋 20的緩沖壁 21由前緩冲壁、 后緩冲壁、 左緩 冲壁、 右緩冲壁、 上緩沖壁、 下緩冲壁相互连接所构成。
在本发明中, 该充气包装袋 20可为一塑胶材质。
在本发明中, 该箱体 10可为一纸箱。
本发明所提供的具有充气包装袋的箱体, 与前述现有技术相互比较时, 更 具有下列的优点:
1、 是令充气包装袋一体设于箱体的内壁上, 使该充气包装袋可随该箱体直 接被折叠收纳成扁平状态而可供堆叠, 并可随该箱体直接被折叠成一装载物品 的具緩冲作用的中空容器, 以装载并保护物品。
2、 由于该充气包装袋是一体被设在箱体的内壁上, 故可随箱体直接被折叠 收纳成扁平状态一起运送出, 满足使用者包装前不须再费心准备緩沖材的条件, 且于包装时也不须注意緩冲材的安装位置, 令整体包装流程时间缩减, 达成节 省人力及成本的目的。

一箱体, 能够被折叠收纳成扁平状态, 并能够被折叠成一装载物品的中空 容器; 及
一作为緩沖材的充气包装袋, 由复数个緩沖壁相互连接所构成, 并将緩冲 壁的一面以接设方式一体设在该箱体的各内侧壁上, 该复数个緩冲壁之间设有 一可供弯折的转折线, 各緩冲壁上分别具有复数个相接在一起的气柱, 该复数 个气柱之间设有相通的充气通道, 该充气包装袋能够随该箱体直接被折叠成扁 平收纳状态, 并能够随该箱体直接被折叠成一装栽物品的中空容器, 该充气包 装袋设有一接着于止气阀的充气口, 通过该充气口对该充气包装袋充入气体, 使该气体经由各充气通道而充满各气柱中, 即形成该箱体内部的整体緩冲包装。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的具有充气包装袋的箱体, 其特征在于: 该充气口 露于该箱体之外。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的具有充气包装袋的箱体, 其特征在于: 该充气包 装袋的上、 下緩沖壁并未接设在该箱体的上、 下盖上。
