本发明的技术方案,可以应用于移动蜂窝通信网络中各种无线通信***, 例如: 全球移动通信*** ( Global System for Mobile Communications, 简称 GSM ) 、 第三代移动通信技术(3rd-generation, 简称 3G ) ***、 ***移动 通信技术( 4rd-generation, 简称 4G )***、通用分组无线业务 ( General Packet Radio Service, 简称 GPRS ) ***、 码分多址( Code Division Multiple Access, 简称 CDMA )***、 CDMA2000***、宽带码分多址( Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, 简称 WCDMA ) ***或长期演进 ( Long Term Evolution, 简 称 LTE ) ***等。
本文中结合用户设备和 /或基站和 /或基站控制器来描述各种方面。
用户设备, 可以是无线终端也可以是有线终端, 无线终端可以是指向用 户提供语音和 /或数据连通性的设备, 具有无线连接功能的手持式设备、 或连 接到无线调制解调器的其他处理设备。 无线终端可以经无线接入网 (例如, RAN, Radio Access Network )与一个或多个核心网进行通信, 无线终端可以 是移动终端, 如移动电话(或称为"蜂窝"电话)和具有移动终端的计算机, 例如, 可以是便携式、 袖珍式、 手持式、 计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置, 它们与无线接入网交换语言和 /或数据。 例如, 个人通信业务(PCS , Personal Communication Service ) 电话、 无绳电话、 会话发起协议( SIP )话机、 无线 本地环路( WLL, Wireless Local Loop )站、个人数字助理( PDA, Personal Digital Assistant )等设备。 无线终端也可以称为***、 订户单元( Subscriber Unit ) 、 订户站( Subscriber Station ) , 移动站( Mobile Station ) 、 移动台 (Mobile ) 、 远程站( Remote Station )、接入点( Access Point )、远程终端( Remote Terminal )、 接入终端( Access Terminal ) 、 用户终端( User Terminal ) 、 用户代理 ( User Agent ) 、 用户设备 ( User Device ) 、 或用户装备 ( User Equipment ) 。
基站(例如, 接入点)可以是指接入网中在空中接口上通过一个或多个 扇区与无线终端通信的设备。基站可用于将收到的空中帧与 IP分组进行相互 转换, 作为无线终端与接入网的其余部分之间的路由器, 其中接入网的其余 部分可包括网际协议(IP ) 网络。 基站还可协调对空中接口的属性管理。 例 如, 基站可以是 GSM或 CDMA中的基站 ( BTS, Base Transceiver Station ) , 也可以是 WCDMA中的基站( NodeB ),还可以是 LTE中的演进型基站( NodeB 或 eNB或 e-NodeB, evolutional Node B ) , 本申请并不限定。
基站控制器, 可以是 GSM或 CDMA中的基站控制器( BSC, base station controller ) , 也可以是 WCDMA中的无线网络控制器( RNC , Radio Network Controller ) , 本申请并不限定。
另外, 本文中术语"***,,和"网络"在本文中常被可互换使用。 本文中术 语"和 /或", 仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系, 表示可以存在三种关系, 例如, Α和 /或 Β, 可以表示: 单独存在 A , 同时存在 A和 B, 单独存在 B这 三种情况。 另外, 本文中字符 " , —般表示前后关联对象是一种 "或" 的 关系。
图 1为本发明实施例一提供的一种 WLAN状态上报方法的流程图,如图 1所示, WLAN状态上报方法可以如下所述。

需要说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 接入网设备具体可以是 GSM***、 GPRS ***或 CDMA ***中的基站控制器(Base Station Controller, 简称 BSC ) , 还可以是 CDMA2000 ***或 WCDMA ***中的无线网络控制器 ( Radio Network Controller, 简称 RNC ) , 也可以是 LTE***中的演进型基 站( Evolved NodeB , 简称 eNB )等网元, 本实施例对此不进行限定。
另外, 本实施例中的 UE是一种多模终端, 即既可以工作在移动蜂窝通 信网络中, 也支持 WLAN的功能、 可以工作在 WLAN中。
在本发明实施例中, 当 UE通过接入网设备与移动蜂窝通信网络建立连 接后, 接入网设备则可以接收 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息, 从而根据 UE 当前的 WLAN 状态信息对 UE 进行无线资源管理 (Radio Resource Management, 简称 RRM ) 。
举例来说, UE当前的 WLAN状态信息可以包括 UE当前的 WLAN的状 态、 状态变化原因和接入点 AP信息中的至少一种, 例如, 可以只有 WLAN 的状态、 或状态变化原因、 或接入点 AP信息中的一种, 也可以包括上述三 种信息的任意组合, 例如可以包括 WLAN 的状态和状态变化原因的组合信 息; 或当前的 WLAN的状态和接入点 AP信息的组合; 或状态变化原因和接 入点 AP信息的组合; 或当前的 WLAN的状态和状态变化原因和接入点 AP 信息的组合, 因此, 接入网设备可以根据 UE上报的上述各种策略的当前的 WLAN 的状态信息而对该 UE 进行无线资源管理。 在本发明实施例中, UE 当前的 WLAN的状态可以包括空闲态或连接态, 在本实施例中, 空闲态可以 是 UE和 WLAN AP未建立连接的状态; 连接态则可以是 UE和 WLAN AP 已建立连接的状态。
具体的, UE当前的 WLAN的状态为空闲态时还可以包括关闭空闲态或 开启空闲态, 关闭空闲态可以是 UE的 WLAN射频模块处于关闭状态, 即此 时不接收任何 WLAN信号; 开启空闲态可以是 UE的 WLAN射频模块处于 开启状态, 但是并没有关联到任何 WLAN AP; UE当前的 WLAN的状态为 连接态时还可以包括受限连接态或正常连接态, 受限连接态可以是 UE 的 WLAN射频模块处于开启状态, 且关联到某个 WLAN AP, 但是由于关联的 该 WLAN AP设置了访问权限, 而该 UE不具备权限,从而使得 UE无法通过 该 WLAN AP访问网络; 正常连接态则可以是 UE的 WLAN射频模块处于开 启状态, 且关联到某个 WLAN AP, 并可以通过该 WLAN AP访问网络。 接 入点 AP信息则可以是 UE测量的 AP信息或接入的 AP信息, 其中, UE测 量的接入点 AP信息可以是 UE处于射频开启状态所测量的 AP的标识, 如 AP的 MAC地址或者 AP的服务集标示 SSID; UE接入的 AP信息则可以是 UE处于受限连接态或正常连接态所关联的 AP的标识。进一步, WLAN状态 信息可以包括 UE测量的 AP或接入的 AP对应的信号质量、 负载信息、 或信 号质量和负载信息, 其中, 负载信息可以包括 AP 的带宽使用情况或者是接 入的用户数等表征 AP带宽被占用的指标。 通常, UE可以通过扫描 AP而得 到该 AP的负载信息和该 AP的信号质量, 比如从扫描的 AP信标信道中直接 读取,或者从与扫描的 AP相关的服务器上获取,接入网可以根据 UE上报的 AP的信号质量、 负载信息、 或信号质量和负载信息确定允许 UE接入的 AP, 比如选择信号质量较好、 负载较轻、 或信号质量和负载信息均衡的 AP通知 UE接入。 进一步的, 接入网设备根据 UE上报的上述各种策略的当前的 WLAN的 状态信息而对该 UE进行无线资源管理,可以包括:接入网设备根据 UE上报 的当前的 WLAN的状态对 UE进行无线资源管理; 或接入网设备根据 UE上 报的当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因对 UE进行无线资源管理; 或接入网设备 根据 UE上报的当前的 AP信息对 UE进行无线资源管理; 或接入网设备根据 UE上 4艮的当前的 WLAN的状态和 WLAN的状态变化原因对 UE进行无线资 源管理;或接入网设备根据 UE上报的当前的 WLAN的状态和 AP信息对 UE 进行无线资源管理; 或接入网设备根据 UE上报的当前的状态变化原因和 AP 信息对 UE进行无线资源管理; 或接入网设备根据 UE上报的当前的 WLAN 的状态、 状态变化原因和 AP信息对 UE进行无线资源管理。
举例来说, 接入网设备根据 UE上报的当前的 WLAN的状态对 UE进行 无线资源管理可以包括: 若接入网设备根据当前的 WLAN状态信息确定 UE 当前的 WLAN的状态为连接态,且接入网设备确定该 UE的下行数据量为空, 则可以向该 UE返回 WLAN连接译放消息,以使该 UE可以根据 WLAN连接 译放消息释放与 WLAN AP的连接, 从而节约了 UE的电池能量, 延长了 UE 的工作时间; 或者, 若接入网设备根据当前的 WLAN状态信息确定 UE当前 的 WLAN的状态为空闲态, 且接入网设备确定该 UE的下行数据量不为空, 则可以向该 UE返回 WLAN连接指示消息,以使该 UE可以根据 WLAN连接 指示消息建立与 WLAN AP的连接,从而使得 UE可以通过 WLAN传输数据, 以提高数据传输速率。 接入网设备根据 UE上报的当前的 WLAN的状态变化 原因对 UE进行无线资源管理可以包括:若接入网设备根据 UE当前的 WLAN 的状态变化原因确定 UE当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因为应用介入、 硬件故 障、 拥塞或无 WLAN信号覆盖, 则可以向 UE返回 WLAN连接释放消息, 以使 UE可以根据 WLAN连接释放消息译放与 WLAN AP的连接 , 从而节约 了 UE的电池能量, 延长了 UE的工作时间; 或者, 接入网设备在接收 UE再 次上报当前的 WLAN状态信息之前,也可以不再向 UE发送 WLAN连接释放 消息或 WLAN连接指示消息。 接入网设备根据 UE上报的当前的 WLAN的 状态变化原因和 UE当前的 WLAN的状态对该 UE进行无线资源管理可以包 括: 若接入网设备根据 UE 当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因确定 UE 当前的 WLAN 的状态变化原因为拥塞或无 WLAN信号覆盖, 且根据 UE 当前的 WLAN状态信息确定 UE当前的 WLAN为开启空闲态或受限连接态 ,则可以 向 UE返回 WLAN连接译放消息,以使 UE可以根据 WLAN连接释放消息关 闭 WLAN射频模块, 从而节约了 UE的电池能量, 延长了 UE的工作时间; 或者,若接入网设备根据 UE当前的 WLAN状态信息确定 UE当前的 WLAN 为关闭空闲态, 且根据 UE 当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因确定 UE 当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因为应用介入或硬件故障导致的, 如用户手动关闭 UE 的 WLAN射频模块或由于 UE本身的故障而使得 WLAN射频模块关闭, 此 时, 接入网设备可以确定 UE暂时无法使用 WLAN射频模块, 因此, 接入网 设备则可以将 UE在移动蜂窝通信网络的状态配置为工作状态,从而使得 UE 可以正常通信。 上述实施例只是为了说明接入网设备可以根据获取的 UE 当 前的 WLAN状态信息而对 UE进行无线资源管理, 具体的管理策略可以根据 实际情况进行设定, 本实施例对此不进行限定。
进一步的, 接入网设备还可以接收 UE上报的当前的数据緩存信息, 其 中, 当前的数据緩存信息可以包括 UE当前的緩存数据量,如 UE总的应用数 网络发送。 举例来说, 当前的数据緩存信息可以是 UE 当前的緩存数据量大 于预设阈值或小于预设阈值、或 UE当前的緩存数据量为空、或 UE当前的緩 存数据量发生改变时向接入网设备上报的, 即 UE 当前的緩存数据量从空改 变为不为空、 或 UE 当前的緩存数据量从不为空改变为空。 则接入网设备还 可以根据 UE上报的当前的数据緩存信息对 UE进行无线资源管理, 或根据 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息和数据緩存信息对 UE进行无线资源管理。
具体来说, 根据 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息和数据緩存信息对 UE进行无线资源管理可以包括: 接入网设备根据 UE上报的当前的 WLAN 的状态和数据緩存信息对 UE进行无线资源管理;或接入网设备根据 UE上报 的当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因和数据緩存信息对 UE进行无线资源管理; 或接入网设备根据 UE上报的当前的 AP信息和数据緩存信息对 UE进行无线 资源管理; 或接入网设备根据 UE上报的当前的 WLAN的状态、 WLAN的状 态变化原因和数据緩存信息对 UE进行无线资源管理; 或接入网设备根据 UE 上报的当前的 WLAN的状态、 AP信息和数据緩存信息对 UE进行无线资源 管理; 或接入网设备根据 UE上报的当前的状态变化原因、 AP信息和数据緩 存信息对 UE进行无线资源管理;或接入网设备根据 UE上报的当前的 WLAN 的状态、 状态变化原因、 AP信息和数据緩存信息对 UE进行无线资源管理。

在本实施例的一个可选实施方式中, 当 UE接收到移动蜂窝通信网络的 寻呼或 UE要发起新的业务请求时, UE可以通过接入网设备向核心网发起业 务请求, 并在该过程中向接入网设备上报当前的 WLAN状态信息, 接入网设 备则一方面接收 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息, 另一方面接收核心网根 据 UE的业务请求发送的业务传输指示信息, 其中, 业务传输指示信息用于 指示是否允许 UE通过 WLAN传输与 UE的业务请求对应的业务数据,因此, 接入网设备还可以根据 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息以及核心网发送的 业务传输指示信息, 对 UE进行无线资源管理。
举例来说, 若接入网设备根据核心网发送的业务传输指示信息确定业务 请求对应的业务数据不允许通过 WLAN传输, 且根据 UE当前的 WLAN状 态信息确定 UE当前的 WLAN的状态为连接态,则可以向 UE返回 WLAN连 接释放消息, 以使 UE可以根据 WLAN连接释放消息译放与 WLAN的连接, 从而节约了 UE的电池能量, 延长了 UE的工作时间; 或者,接入网设备可以 根据核心网发送的业务传输指示信息确定业务请求对应的业务数据允许通过 WLAN传输, 且根据 UE当前的 WLAN状态信息确定 UE当前的 WLAN的 状态为空闲态或受限连接态, 则可以向 UE返回 WLAN连接指示消息, 以使 UE根据 WLAN连接指示消息建立与 WLAN的连接,从而使得 UE可以通过 WLAN传输与业务请求对应的业务数据, 以提高数据传输速率。
在本实施例的另一个可选实施方式中, 在接入网设备接收 UE上报的当 前的 WLAN状态信息之前,如果接入网设备希望获取 UE当前的 WLAN状态 信息时, 接入网设备可以主动向 UE发送用于请求上报当前的 WLAN状态信 息的请求消息, 从而使得 UE可以根据接入网设备的请求消息向接入网设备 上报当前的 WLAN 状态信息, 进而使得接入网设备可以根据 UE 当前的 WLAN状态信息对 UE进行无线资源管理。
在本实施例的又一个可选实施方式中, UE可以在当前的 WLAN的状态 发生改变、 当前的緩存状态发生改变、 接入的 AP发生改变、 与移动蜂窝通 信网络建立连接、 已建立连接的移动蜂窝通信网络发生切换或者小区重选时 主动上报当前的 WLAN状态信息。 所述接入的 AP发生改变包括 UE从一个 接入的 AP切换到另一个接入的 AP或者 UE的 WLAN从空闲态切换到连接 态。 因此, 接入网设备还可以接收 UE主动上 4艮的当前的 WLAN状态信息, 从而根据 UE主动上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息对 UE进行无线资源管理。
在本发明实施例中, 接入网设备可以接收 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态 信息, 从而根据 UE当前的 WLAN状态信息对 UE进行无线资源管理, 进而 节约了 UE的电池能量,延长了 UE的工作时间,提高了 UE的数据传输速率。
在本发明的再一个优选实施方式中, 接入网设备还可以接收 UE上报的 当前的数据緩存信息,并根据 UE上报的当前的数据緩存信息对 UE进行无线 资源管理。 其中, UE上报的当前的数据緩存信息可以包括 UE当前的緩存数 据量, 举例来说, 若接入网设备根据当前的数据緩存信息确定 UE 当前的緩 存数据量为空,则向 UE返回 WLAN连接译放消息,以使 UE根据 WLAN连 接释放消息译放与 WLAN AP的连接; 或者, 若接入网设备根据当前的数据 緩存信息确定 UE当前的緩存数据量不为空, 则向 UE返回 WLAN连接指示 消息, 以使 UE根据 WLAN连接指示消息建立与 WLAN AP的连接。

在本发明实施例中, UE可以确定其自身当前的 WLAN状态信息, 当 UE 通过接入网设备与移动蜂窝通信网络建立连接后, 可以向接入网设备发送其 当前的 WLAN状态信息,从而使得接入网设备可以根据 UE当前的 WLAN状 态信息对 UE进行无线资源管理。
具体的, 当前的 WLAN状态信息可以包括 UE当前的 WLAN的状态、状 态变化原因和 AP信息中的至少一种, 例如, 可以只有 WLAN的状态、 或状 态变化原因、 或接入点 AP信息中的一种, 也可以包括上述三种信息的任意 组合, 例如可以包括 WLAN 的状态和状态变化原因的组合信息; 或当前的 WLAN的状态和接入点 AP信息的组合; 或状态变化原因和接入点 AP信息 的组合; 或当前的 WLAN的状态和状态变化原因和接入点 AP信息的组合。 UE则可以根据预设策略确定需要向接入网设备上报的当前的 WLAN状态信 息, 并发送给接入网设备, 从而使得接入网设备可以根据 UE上报的上述各 种策略的当前的 WLAN的状态信息而对该 UE进行无线资源管理。 在本发明 实施例中, UE当前的 WLAN的状态可以包括空闲态或连接态, 在本实施例 中, 空闲态可以是 UE和 WLAN AP未建立连接的状态; 连接态则可以是 UE 和 WLAN AP已建立连接的状态。
进一步的, UE确定当前的 WLAN的状态信息可以包括: UE确定当前的 WLAN的状态 , 举例来说, UE可以检测当前和 WLAN AP是否已建立连接, 从而确定当前的 WLAN为空闲态或连接态的状态, UE当前的 WLAN的状态 为空闲态时还可以包括关闭空闲态或开启空闲态, 关闭空闲态可以是 UE 的 WLAN射频模块处于关闭状态, 即此时不接收任何 WLAN信号; 开启空闲 态可以是 UE 的 WLAN射频模块处于开启状态, 但是并没有关联到任何 WLAN AP; UE当前的 WLAN的状态为连接态时还可以包括受限连接态或正 常连接态, 受限连接态可以是 UE的 WLAN射频模块处于开启状态, 且关联 到某个 WLAN AP, 但是由于关联的该 WLAN AP设置了访问权限, 而该 UE 不具备权限, 从而使得 UE无法通过该 WLAN AP访问网络; 正常连接态则 可以是 UE的 WLAN射频模块处于开启状态, 且关联到某个 WLAN AP , 并 可以通过该 WLAN AP访问网络。
UE可以确定状态变化原因, 举例来说, 若 UE当前的 WLAN状态发生 变化, 则 UE可以确定当前 WLAN的状态变化原因具体是应用介入、 硬件故 障、 拥塞还是无 WLAN信号覆盖。 UE还可以确定 AP信息, 举例来说, AP 信息可以是 UE测量的 AP信息或接入的 AP信息, 其中, UE测量的接入点 AP信息可以是 UE处于受限连接态或正常连接态所测量的 AP的标识,如 AP 的 MAC地址或者 AP的服务集标示 SSID; UE接入的 AP信息则可以是 UE 处于受限连接态或正常连接态所关联的 AP的标识。 进一步, WLAN状态信 息可以包括 UE测量的 AP或接入的 AP对应的信号质量、 负载信息、 或信号 质量和负载信息, 其中, 负载信息可以包括 AP 的带宽使用情况或者是接入 的用户数等表征 AP带宽被占用的指标。 通常, UE可以通过扫描 AP而得到 该 AP的负载信息和该 AP的信号质量, 比如从扫描的 AP信标信道中直接读 取, 或者从与扫描的 AP相关的服务器上获取, 接入网可以根据 UE上报的 AP的信号质量、 负载信息、 或信号质量和负载信息确定允许 UE接入的 AP, 比如选择信号质量较好、 负载较轻、 或信号质量和负载信息均衡的 AP通知 UE接入。
进一步的, UE还可以确定其自身当前的数据緩存信息, 并向接入网设备 发送其自身当前的数据緩存信息, 其中, 当前的数据緩存信息可以是 UE 当 前的緩存数据量, 从而使得接入网设备可以根据 UE 当前的数据緩存信息对 UE进行无线资源管理。
优选地, 当 UE向接入网设备发送 UE当前的数据緩存信息之前, UE可 以根据当前的数据緩存信息确定当前的緩存数据量是否满足预设条件, 举例 来说, 预设条件可以是 UE当前的緩存数据量大于预设阈值或小于预设阈值、 或 UE当前的緩存数据量为空、 或 UE当前的緩存数据量发生改变, 即 UE当 前的緩存数据量从空改变为不为空、 或 UE 当前的緩存数据量从不为空改变 为空等条件, 只有当条件满足时, 则触发 UE向接入网设备发送当前的数据 緩存信息。
进一步的,当 UE接收到移动蜂窝通信网络的寻呼或 UE要发起新的业务 请求时, UE可以通过接入网设备向核心网发起业务请求, 并在该过程中向接 入网设备上报当前的 WLAN状态信息, 从而使得核心网可以根据 UE的业务 请求向接入网设备发送业务传输指示信息, 其中, 业务传输指示信息用于指 示是否允许 UE通过 WLAN传输与 UE的业务请求对应的业务数据, 进而使 得接入网设备可以根据 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息以及核心网发送的 业务传输指示信息对 UE进行无线资源管理。

具体的, 确定模块可以用于: 获取 UE的签约信息, 根据 UE的签约信息 确定业务请求对应的业务数据是否允许 UE通过 WLAN传输; 或者, 根据
WLAN发现辅助服务器的信息确定业务请求对应的业务数据是否允许 UE通 过 WLAN传输。
本实施例的核心网设备可以用于执行图 3 所示方法实施例的技术方 案, 其实现原理和技术效果类似, 此处不再贅述。

具体的, 处理器可以用于: 获取 UE的签约信息, 根据 UE的签约信息确 定业务请求对应的业务数据是否允许 UE通过 WLAN传输;或者,根据 WLAN 发现辅助服务器的信息确定业务请求对应的业务数据是否允许 UE 通过 WLAN传输。

若所述接入网设备根据所述当前的 WLAN状态信息确定所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态为空闲态, 且所述接入网设备确定所述 UE的下行数据量不为 空, 则向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接指示消息 , 以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN 连接指示消息建立与 WLAN AP的连接。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设备根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因对所述 UE进行无线资源管理, 包 括:
若所述接入网设备根据所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因确定所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因为应用介入、 硬件故障、 拥塞或无 WLAN 信号覆盖, 则向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接译放消息, 以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接译放消息释放与 WLAN AP的连接; 或,
所述接入网设备在接收所述 UE再次上报当前的 WLAN状态信息之前, 不再向所述 UE发送所述 WLAN连接译放消息或所述 WLAN连接指示消息。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设备根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN的状态和所述 WLAN的状态变化原因对所述 UE进 行无线资源管理, 包括:
若所述接入网设备根据所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因确定所述
UE当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因为拥塞或无 WLAN信号覆盖,且根据所述 当前的 WLAN状态信息确定所述 UE当前的 WLAN为开启空闲态或受限连 接态 ,则向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接译放消息 ,以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN 连接译放消息关闭 WLAN射频模块。
6、 根据权利要求 1 ~ 5任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述接入网设备接收所述 UE上报的当前的数据緩存信息;
所述接入网设备根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息对所述 UE 进行无线资源管理, 包括:
所述接入网设备根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息和所述数据 緩存信息对所述 UE进行无线资源管理。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设备根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息和所述数据緩存信息对所述 UE进行无线 资源管理, 包括:
若所述接入网设备根据所述当前的数据緩存信息确定所述 UE 当前的緩 存数据量小于预设门限值, 且根据所述当前的 WLAN状态信息确定所述 UE 当前的 WLAN的状态为连接态, 则向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接译放消息, 以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接译放消息译放与 WLAN AP的连接, 所述 连接态包括受限连接态或正常连接态; 或,
若所述接入网设备根据所述当前的数据緩存信息确定所述 UE 当前的緩 存数据量大于预设门限值, 且根据所述当前的 WLAN状态信息确定所述 UE 当前的 WLAN的状态为空闲态或受限连接态, 则向所述 UE返回 WLAN连 接指示消息, 以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接指示消息建立与 WLAN AP 的连接, 所述空闲态包括关闭空闲态或开启空闲态。
8、 根据权利要求 1 ~ 5任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述接入网设备接收核心网发送的业务传输指示信息, 所述业务传输指 示信息是核心网在接收到所述 UE的业务请求后发送的, 用于指示是否允许 通过 WLAN传输所述业务请求对应的业务数据;
所述接入网设备根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息对所述 UE 进行无线资源管理, 具体包括:
所述接入网设备根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息、 所述核心 网发送的业务传输指示信息对所述 UE进行无线资源管理。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设备根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息、 所述核心网发送的业务传输指示信息对 所述 UE进行无线资源管理, 包括:
若所述接入网设备根据所述核心网发送的业务传输指示信息确定所述业 务请求对应的业务数据不允许通过 WLAN传输, 且根据所述当前的 WLAN 状态信息确定所述 UE 当前的 WLAN的状态为连接态, 则向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接译放消息, 以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接译放消息译放与 WLAN AP的连接; 或,
若所述接入网设备根据所述核心网发送的业务传输指示信息确定所述业 务请求对应的业务数据允许通过 WLAN传输, 且根据所述当前的 WLAN状 态信息确定所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态为空闲态或受限连接态, 则向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接指示消息, 以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接指示消息 建立与 WLAN AP的连接。
10、 根据权利要求 1 ~ 9任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设 备接收 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息之前, 还包括:
所述接入网设备向所述 UE发送用于请求上报当前的 WLAN状态信息的 请求消息;
所述接入网设备接收 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息, 包括: 所述接入网设备接收所述 UE根据所述请求消息上报的当前的 WLAN状 态信息。
11、 根据权利要求 1 ~ 9任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设 备接收 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息, 包括:

12、 一种数据緩存信息上报方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接入网设备接收用户设备 UE上报的当前的数据緩存信息;
所述接入网设备根据所述 UE上报的当前的数据緩存信息对所述 UE进行 无线资源管。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE上报的当前的 数据緩存信息包括所述 UE当前的緩存数据量, 所述接入网设备根据所述 UE 上报的当前的数据緩存信息对所述 UE进行无线资源管理, 包括:
若所述接入网设备根据所述当前的数据緩存信息确定所述 UE 当前的緩 存数据量为空, 则向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接译放消息, 以使所述 UE根据 所述 WLAN连接释放消息译放与 WLAN AP的连接; 或,
若所述接入网设备根据所述当前的数据緩存信息确定所述 UE 当前的緩 存数据量不为空, 则向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接指示消息, 以使所述 UE根 据所述 WLAN连接指示消息建立与 WLAN AP的连接。
14、 一种 WLAN状态上 方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户设备 UE确定当前的 WLAN状态信息;
所述 UE向接入网设备发送所述当前的 WLAN状态信息, 以使所述接入 网设备根据所述 UE当前的 WLAN状态信息对所述 UE进行无线资源管理。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述当前的 WLAN状 态信息包括所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态、 状态变化原因和接入点 AP信息 中的至少一种, 其中, 所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态包括空闲态或连接态, 所述空闲态为所述 UE和 WLAN AP未建立连接的状态, 所述连接态为所述 UE和 WLAN AP已建立连接的状态;
所述 UE确定当前的 WLAN状态信息, 包括:
所述 UE确定所述当前的 WLAN状态信息为所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状 态; 或,

所述 UE确定测量的 AP信息或接入的 AP信息, 所述 AP信息包括 AP 的标识、 AP的负载信息和 AP的信号质量信息中的至少一种。

所述 UE向所述接入网设备发送所述 UE当前的数据緩存信息, 包括: 若所述 UE 当前的緩存数据量满足预设条件, 则向所述接入网设备发送 所述 UE当前的数据緩存信息。
21、 根据权利要求 14 ~ 18任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述 UE向核心网发送业务请求, 以使所述核心网根据所述业务请求向 所述接入网设备发送业务传输指示信息; 所述业务传输指示信息用于指示是 否允许通过 WLAN传输所述业务请求对应的业务数据。
22、 根据权利要求 15 ~ 22任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述 UE接收所述接入网设备发送的 WLAN连接释放消息或 WLAN连 接指示消息;
所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接释放消息译放与 WLAN AP的连接, 或根 据所述 WLAN连接指示消息建立与 WLAN AP的连接。
23、 根据权利要求 14 ~ 22任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE向 接入网设备发送所述当前的 WLAN状态信息之前, 还包括:

核心网设备接收用户设备 UE发送的业务请求;
所述核心网设备根据所述业务请求, 确定是否允许所述 UE通过 WLAN 传输所述业务请求对应的业务数据;
所述核心网设备向接入网设备发送业务传输指示信息, 以使所述接入网 设备根据所述业务传输指示信息对所述 UE进行无线资源管理, 所述业务传 输指示信息用于指示是否允许所述 UE通过 WLAN传输所述业务请求对应的 业务数据。
26、 根据权利要求 25所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述核心网设备根据所 述业务请求, 确定是否允许所述 UE通过 WLAN传输所述业务请求对应的业 务数据, 包括:

若根据所述当前的数据緩存信息确定所述 UE当前的緩存数据量不为空, 则向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接指示消息 ,以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接 指示消息建立与 WLAN AP的连接; 或,
若根据所述当前的数据緩存信息确定所述 UE 当前的緩存数据量小于预 设门限值, 且根据所述当前的 WLAN状态信息确定所述 UE 当前的 WLAN 的状态为连接态, 则向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接译放消息, 以使所述 UE根 据所述 WLAN连接译放消息译放与 WLAN AP的连接,所述连接态包括受限 连接态或正常连接态; 或,
若根据所述当前的数据緩存信息确定所述 UE 当前的緩存数据量大于预 设门限值, 且根据所述当前的 WLAN状态信息确定所述 UE 当前的 WLAN 的状态为空闲态或受限连接态, 则向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接指示消息, 以 使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接指示消息建立与 WLAN AP的连接, 所述空 闲态包括关闭空闲态或开启空闲态。
32、 根据权利要求 27 ~ 31任一项所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述 接收模块还用于: 接收核心网发送的业务传输指示信息, 所述业务传输指示信息是核心网 在接收到所述 UE的业务请求后发送的, 用于指示是否允许通过 WLAN传输 所述业务请求对应的业务数据;
所述管理模块则用于: 根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息、 所 述核心网发送的业务传输指示信息对所述 UE进行无线资源管理。
33、 根据权利要求 32所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述管理模块具 体用于:
若根据所述核心网发送的业务传输指示信息确定所述业务请求对应的业 务数据不允许通过 WLAN传输, 且根据所述当前的 WLAN状态信息确定所 述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态为连接态,则向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接译放消 息, 以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接译放消息译放与 WLAN AP的连接; 或,
若根据所述核心网发送的业务传输指示信息确定所述业务请求对应的业 务数据允许通过 WLAN传输, 且根据所述当前的 WLAN状态信息确定所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态为空闲态或受限连接态, 则向所述 UE返回 WLAN 连接指示消息,以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接指示消息建立与 WLAN AP 的连接。
34、 根据权利要求 27 ~ 33任一项所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
发送模块, 用于向所述 UE发送用于请求上报当前的 WLAN状态的请求 消息;
所述接收模块则用于, 接收所述 UE根据所述请求消息上报的当前的 W LAN状态信息。
35、 根据权利要求 27 ~ 33任一项所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述 接收模块具体用于:
接收所述 UE在当前的 WLAN的状态发生改变、 当前的緩存状态发生改 变、 接入的 AP发生改变、 与移动蜂窝通信网络建立连接、 已建立连接的移 动蜂窝通信网络发生切换或者小区重选时上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息。
36、 一种用户设备 UE, 其特征在于, 包括:
确定模块, 用于确定当前的 WLAN状态信息; 发送模块, 用于向接入网设备发送所述当前的 WLAN状态信息, 以使所 述接入网设备根据所述当前的 WLAN状态信息对用户设备 UE进行无线资源 管理。
37、 根据权利要求 36所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述当前的 WLAN 状态信息包括所述当前的 WLAN的状态、 状态变化原因和接入点 AP信息中 的至少一种, 其中, 所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态包括空闲态或连接态, 所 述空闲态为所述 UE和 WLAN AP未建立连接的状态,所述连接态为所述 UE 和 WLAN AP已建立连接的状态;
所述确定模块则用于, 确定所述当前的 WLAN状态信息为所述当前的 WLAN的状态; 或,
确定所述当前的 WLAN状态信息为所述当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因; 或,
确定所述当前的 WLAN状态信息为所述当前的 AP信息; 或,
确定所述当前的 WLAN状态信息为所述当前的 WLAN 的状态和所述 WLAN的状态变化原因; 或,
确定所述当前的 WLAN状态信息为所述当前的 WLAN的状态和所述 AP 信息; 或,
确定所述当前的 WLAN状态信息为所述当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因 和所述 AP信息; 或,
确定所述当前的 WLAN状态信息为所述当前的 WLAN 的状态和所述
WLAN的状态变化原因和所述 AP信息。
38、 根据权利要求 37所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述确定模块具体 用于:
检测当前和 WLAN AP是否已建立连接; 或,
若所述 UE当前的 WLAN状态发生变化, 确定当前 WLAN的状态变化 原因为应用介入、 硬件故障、 拥塞或无 WLAN信号覆盖; 或,
确定测量的 AP信息或接入的 AP信息, 所述 AP信息包括 AP的标识、 AP的负载信息和 AP的信号质量信息中的至少一种。
39、 根据权利要求 36 ~ 38任一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述确 定模块还用于, 确定所述 UE当前的数据緩存信息; 则所述发送模块还用于, 向所述接入网设备发送所述 UE 当前的数据緩 存信息。
40、 根据权利要求 39所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述当前的数据緩 存信息包括所述 UE当前的緩存数据量, 则所述用户设备还包括:
判断模块, 用于确定所述 UE当前的緩存数据量是否满足预设条件; 所述发送模块具体用于, 若满足, 则向所述接入网设备发送当前的数据 緩存信息。
41、根据权利要求 36 ~ 38任一项所述的用户设备,所述发送模块还用于: 向核心网发送业务请求, 以使所述核心网根据所述业务请求向所述接入 网设备发送业务传输指示信息; 所述业务传输指示信息用于指示是否允许通 过 WLAN传输所述业务请求对应的业务数据。
42、根据权利要求 36 ~ 41任一项所述的用户设备,其特征在于,还包括: 接收模块, 用于接收所述接入网设备发送的 WLAN 连接释放消息或
WLAN连接指示消息;
WLAN管理模块,用于根据所述 WLAN连接译放消息释放与 WLAN AP 的连接, 或根据所述 WLAN连接指示消息建立与 WLAN AP的连接。
43、 根据权利要求 42所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块还用 于, 接收所述接入网设备发送的请求上报当前的 WLAN状态的请求消息; 所述发送模块则用于, 根据所述请求消息向所述接入网设备发送所述当 前的 WLAN状态信息。
44、 根据权利要求 36 ~ 42任一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述发 送模块具体用于:
若所述 UE当前的緩存状态发生改变、 当前的 WLAN的状态发生改变、 接入的 AP发生改变、 与移动蜂窝通信网络建立连接、 已建立连接的移动蜂 窝通信网络发生切换或者小区重选, 则向所述接入网设备发送当前的 WLAN 状态信息。
45、 一种核心网设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收用户设备 UE发送的业务请求;
确定模块, 用于根据所述业务请求, 确定是否允许所述 UE通过 WLAN 传输所述业务请求对应的业务数据; 发送模块, 用于向接入网设备发送业务传输指示信息, 以使所述接入网 设备根据所述业务传输指示信息对所述 UE进行无线资源管理, 所述业务传 输指示信息用于指示是否允许所述 UE通过 WLAN传输所述业务请求对应的 业务数据。
46、 根据权利要求 45所述的核心网设备, 其特征在于, 所述确定模块具 体用于:
获取所述 UE的签约信息,根据所述 UE的签约信息确定所述业务请求对 应的业务数据是否允许所述 UE通过 WLAN传输; 或,
根据 WLAN发现辅助服务器的信息确定所述业务请求对应的业务数据 是否允许所述 UE通过 WLAN传输。
47、 一种接入网设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收器, 用于接收用户设备 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息; 处理器, 用于根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息对所述 UE进 行无线资源管理。
48、根据权利要求 47所述的接入网设备,其特征在于,所述当前的 WLAN 状态信息包括所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态、 状态变化原因和接入点 AP信 息中的至少一种,其中,所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态包括空闲态或连接态, 所述空闲态为所述 UE和 WLAN AP未建立连接的状态, 所述连接态为所述 UE和 WLAN AP已建立连接的状态;
所述处理器, 具体用于: 根据所述 UE上报的所述当前的 WLAN的状态 对所述 UE进行无线资源管理; 或,
根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因对所述 UE进行无线 资源管理; 或,
根据所述 UE上报的当前的 AP信息对所述 UE进行无线资源管理; 或, 根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN的状态和所述 WLAN的状态变化原 因对所述 UE进行无线资源管理; 或,
根据所述 UE上 ^艮的当前的 WLAN的状态和所述 AP信息对所述 UE进 行无线资源管理; 或,
根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因和所述 AP信息对所 述 UE进行无线资源管理; 或, 根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN的状态、 所述 WLAN的状态变化原 因和所述 AP信息对所述 UE进行无线资源管理。
49、 根据权利要求 48所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设备 还包括发送器, 其中,
所述处理器, 还用于根据所述当前的 WLAN状态信息确定所述 UE当前 的 WLAN的状态为连接态,且确定所述 UE的下行数据量为空,所述发送器, 用于向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接译放消息 ,以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连 接释放消息译放与 WLAN AP的连接; 或,
所述处理器, 还用于根据所述当前的 WLAN状态信息确定所述 UE当前 的 WLAN的状态为空闲态, 且确定所述 UE的下行数据量不为空, 所述发送 器,用于向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接指示消息,以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN 连接指示消息建立与 WLAN AP的连接; 或,
所述处理器, 还用于根据所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因确定所 述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因为应用介入、硬件故障、拥塞或无 WLAN 信号覆盖, 所述发送器, 用于向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接释放消息, 以使所 述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接译放消息释放与 WLAN AP的连接; 或,
所述处理器, 还用于在所述接收器接收所述 UE再次上报当前的 WLAN 状态信息之前,不再向所述 UE发送所述 WLAN连接译放消息或所述 WLAN 连接指示消息; 或,
所述处理器, 还用于根据所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因确定所 述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因为拥塞或无 WLAN信号覆盖, 且根据 所述当前的 WLAN状态信息确定所述 UE当前的 WLAN为开启空闲态或受 限连接态, 所述发送器, 用于向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接释放消息, 以使所 述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接译放消息关闭 WLAN射频模块。
50、 根据权利要求 47 ~ 49任一项所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述 接收器还用于接收所述 UE上报的当前的数据緩存信息;
所述处理器还用于根据所述 UE 上报的当前的数据緩存信息对所述 UE 进行无线资源管理; 或, 根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息和数据 緩存信息对所述 UE进行无线资源管理。
51、 根据权利要求 50所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设备 还包括发送器, 其中,
所述处理器, 还用于根据所述当前的数据緩存信息确定所述 UE 当前的 緩存数据量为空, 所述发送器, 用于向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接译放消息, 以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接译放消息译放与 WLAN AP的连接; 或, 所述处理器, 还用于根据所述当前的数据緩存信息确定所述 UE 当前的 緩存数据量不为空,所述发送器,用于向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接指示消息, 以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接指示消息建立与 WLAN AP的连接; 或, 所述处理器, 还用于根据所述当前的数据緩存信息确定所述 UE 当前的 緩存数据量小于预设门限值, 且根据所述当前的 WLAN状态信息确定所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态为连接态,所述发送器,用于向所述 UE返回 WLAN 连接译放消息,以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接译放消息译放与 WLAN AP 的连接, 所述连接态包括受限连接态或正常连接态; 或,
所述处理器, 还用于根据所述当前的数据緩存信息确定所述 UE 当前的 緩存数据量大于预设门限值, 且根据所述当前的 WLAN状态信息确定所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态为空闲态或受限连接态, 所述发送器, 用于向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接指示消息, 以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接指示消息 建立与 WLAN AP的连接, 所述空闲态包括关闭空闲态或开启空闲态。
52、 根据权利要求 47 ~ 51任一项所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述 接收器还用于接收核心网发送的业务传输指示信息, 所述业务传输指示信息 是核心网在接收到所述 UE 的业务请求后发送的, 用于指示是否允许通过 WLAN传输所述业务请求对应的业务数据;
所述处理器还用于根据所述 UE上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息、 所述核 心网发送的业务传输指示信息对所述 UE进行无线资源管理。
53、 根据权利要求 52所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设备 还包括发送器, 其中,
所述处理器还用于根据所述核心网发送的业务传输指示信息确定所述业 务请求对应的业务数据不允许通过 WLAN传输, 且根据所述当前的 WLAN 状态信息确定所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态为连接态, 所述发送器, 用于向 所述 UE返回 WLAN连接译放消息 ,以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN连接释放 消息释放与 WLAN AP的连接; 或, 所述处理器还用于根据所述核心网发送的业务传输指示信息确定所述业 务请求对应的业务数据允许通过 WLAN传输, 且根据所述当前的 WLAN状 态信息确定所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态为空闲态或受限连接态, 所述发送 器,用于向所述 UE返回 WLAN连接指示消息,以使所述 UE根据所述 WLAN 连接指示消息建立与 WLAN AP的连接。
54、 根据权利要求 47 ~ 53任一项所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
发送器, 用于向所述 UE发送用于请求上报当前的 WLAN状态的请求消 息;
所述接收器还用于接收所述 UE根据所述请求消息上报的当前的 WLAN 状态信息。
55、 根据权利要求 47 ~ 53任一项所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述 接收器还:
接收所述 UE在当前的 WLAN的状态发生改变、 当前的緩存状态发生改 变、 接入的 AP发生改变、 与移动蜂窝通信网络建立连接、 已建立连接的移 动蜂窝通信网络发生切换或者小区重选时上报的当前的 WLAN状态信息。
56、 一种用户设备 UE, 其特征在于, 包括:
处理器, 用于确定当前的 WLAN状态信息;
发送器, 用于向接入网设备发送所述当前的 WLAN状态信息, 以使所述 接入网设备根据所述当前的 WLAN状态信息对用户设备 UE进行无线资源管 理。
57、 根据权利要求 56所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述当前的 WLAN 状态信息包括所述当前的 WLAN的状态、 状态变化原因和接入点 AP信息中 的至少一种, 其中, 所述 UE当前的 WLAN的状态包括空闲态或连接态, 所 述空闲态为所述 UE和 WLAN AP未建立连接的状态,所述连接态为所述 UE 和 WLAN AP已建立连接的状态;
所述处理器还用于: 确定所述当前的 WLAN 状态信息为所述当前的 WLAN的状态; 或,
确定所述当前的 WLAN状态信息为所述当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因; 或, 确定所述当前的 WLAN状态信息为所述当前的 AP信息; 或, 确定所述当前的 WLAN状态信息为所述当前的 WLAN 的状态和所述 WLAN的状态变化原因; 或,
确定所述当前的 WLAN状态信息为所述当前的 WLAN的状态和所述 AP 信息; 或,
确定所述当前的 WLAN状态信息为所述当前的 WLAN的状态变化原因 和所述 AP信息; 或,
确定所述当前的 WLAN状态信息为所述当前的 WLAN 的状态和所述 WLAN的状态变化原因和所述 AP信息。
58、根据权利要求 57所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于: 检测当前和 WLAN AP是否已建立连接; 或,
若所述 UE当前的 WLAN状态发生变化, 确定当前 WLAN的状态变化 原因为应用介入、 硬件故障、 拥塞或无 WLAN信号覆盖; 或,
确定测量的 AP信息或接入的 AP信息, 所述 AP信息包括 AP的标识、 AP的负载信息和 AP的信号质量信息中的至少一种。
59、 根据权利要求 56 ~ 58任一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述处 理器还用于, 确定所述 UE当前的数据緩存信息;
则所述发送器还用于, 向所述接入网设备发送所述 UE 当前的数据緩存 信息。
60、 根据权利要求 59所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述当前的数据緩 存信息包括所述 UE当前的緩存数据量,所述处理器还用于确定所述 UE当前 的緩存数据量是否满足预设条件;
所述发送器还用于, 若所述 UE 当前的緩存数据量满足预设条件, 向所 述接入网设备发送当前的数据緩存信息。
61、 根据权利要求 56 ~ 58任一项所述的用户设备, 所述发送器还用于: 向核心网发送业务请求, 以使所述核心网根据所述业务请求向所述接入 网设备发送业务传输指示信息; 所述业务传输指示信息用于指示是否允许通 过 WLAN传输所述业务请求对应的业务数据。
62、根据权利要求 56 ~ 61任一项所述的用户设备,其特征在于,还包括: 接收器,用于接收所述接入网设备发送的 WLAN连接释放消息或 WLAN 连接指示消息;
所述处理器,还用于根据所述 WLAN连接释放消息译放与 WLAN AP的 连接, 或根据所述 WLAN连接指示消息建立与 WLAN AP的连接。
63、根据权利要求 62所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述接收器还用于, 接收所述接入网设备发送的请求上报当前的 WLAN状态的请求消息;
所述发送器还用于根据所述请求消息向所述接入网设备发送所述当前的 WLAN状态信息。
64、 根据权利要求 56 ~ 62任一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述发 送器还用于:
若所述 UE当前的緩存状态发生改变、 当前的 WLAN的状态发生改变、 接入的 AP发生改变、 与移动蜂窝通信网络建立连接、 已建立连接的移动蜂 窝通信网络发生切换或者小区重选, 向所述接入网设备发送当前的 WLAN状 态信息。
65、 一种核心网设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收器, 用于接收用户设备 UE发送的业务请求;
处理器, 用于根据所述业务请求, 确定是否允许所述 UE通过 WLAN传 输所述业务请求对应的业务数据;
发送器, 用于向接入网设备发送业务传输指示信息, 以使所述接入网设 备根据所述业务传输指示信息对所述 UE进行无线资源管理, 所述业务传输 指示信息用于指示是否允许所述 UE通过 WLAN传输所述业务请求对应的业 务数据。
66、 根据权利要求 65所述的核心网设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理器还用 于:
获取所述 UE的签约信息,根据所述 UE的签约信息确定所述业务请求对 应的业务数据是否允许所述 UE通过 WLAN传输; 或,
根据 WLAN发现辅助服务器的信息确定所述业务请求对应的业务数据 是否允许所述 UE通过 WLAN传输。
