一种 WLAN接入方法和装置
技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种 WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network, 无线局域网)接入方法和装置。
背景技术
UE(User Equipment , 用户设备)在需要接入 WLAN时, 不停地 扫描附近的 WLAN网络, 获得附近的 WLAN AP(Access Point , 接 入点)列表, 然后选择其中一个 WLAN AP接入 WLAN网络, 实现 WLAN网络访问。
在上面的过程中, UE需要一直打开 WLAN网络接口, 且需要 不停扫描 WLAN网络, 这样一来, 会导致 UE的电能消耗比较大。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种 WLAN接入方法和装置, 能够节省 UE的 电能。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案:
一方面, 提供一种 WLAN接入方法, 所述方法包括:
获取 UE的接入位置;
获取所述 UE在所述接入位置处的 AP接入信息; 根据所述获取的接入点接入信息选择接入点进行无线局域网接入; 向所述 UE发送所选择的 AP的 AP接入信息。 另一方面, 提供一种 WLAN接入方法, 所述方法包括:
接收网络侧网元发送的 AP接入信息; 根据所接收的 AP接入信息进行 WLAN接入。 另一方面, 提供一种 WLAN接入装置, 所述装置包括:
获取单元, 用于获取 UE的接入位置; 所述获取单元,还用于获取所述 UE在所述接入位置处的 AP接入信 息;
处理单元, 用于根据所述获取的接入点接入信息选择接入点进行无 线局 i或网接入;
发送单元, 用于向所述 UE发送所述处理单元所选择的 AP的 AP接 入信息。

采用上述技术方案后, 本发明实施例提供的 LAN 接入方法、 LAN 接入装置和 UE, 通过网络侧网元获取 UE的接入位置和 AP接入信息, 进而从获取的 AP接入信息中选择 AP进行 WLAN接入,并向所述 UE发 送所选择的 AP的 AP接入信息, 因而, 所述 UE能够根据收到的 AP接 入信息打开 WLAN接口 , 进而接入 WLAN, 而无需一直扫描 WLAN网 络, 实现了节省 UE电能的目的。 附图说明

图 1为本发明实施例提供的 WLAN接入方法的流程图。 参照图 1 , 本发明实施例提供一种 WLAN接入方法,所述 WLAN接入方法基于网络 侧接入选择控制网元而描述, 在本文中, 所述网络侧接入选择控制网元 是指网络侧具有接入选择和控制功能的一类网元, 举例而言可以为 ANDSF(Access Network Discovery and Selection Function, 接入网络发现 和选择功能)、 PCRF ( Policy and Charging Rule Function, 策略和计费规 则功能实体) 、 SDP ( Service Delivery Platform, 服务交付平台) 或者开 放平台等网元。 所述方法可包括:
1 1、 获取 UE的接入位置。 在本发明实施例中, 网络侧接入选择控制网元可通过各种方式获取 UE的接入位置。 具体地, 所述获取 UE的接入位置可包括: 接收接入网元或核心网网元发送的 UE 的接入位置信息, 根据所述 接入位置信息, 获取所述 UE的接入位置; 或者, 向接入网元或核心网网元发送所述 UE 的位置查询请求, 接收所述 接入网元或所述核心网网元发送的所述 UE的接入位置信息,根据所述接 入位置信息, 获取所述 UE的接入位置。 特别指出的是, 在本发明实施例中, 接收接入网元或核心网网元发 送的 UE的接入位置信息可包括以下情形:接收由接入网元或核心网网元 直接发送过来的 UE的接入位置信息;接收由接入网元或核心网网元发送 给接入网元或核心网网元与接入选择控制网元之间的中间网元(如 PCRF 网元) , 再由所述中间网元发送过来的 UE的接入位置信息(如, 接入网 元或核心网网元发送 UE的接入位置信息到 PCRF , 再由 PCRF将 UE的 接入位置信息发送给网络侧接入选择控制网元) 。 其中, 所述接入网元可以为: BTS(Base Transceiver Station, 基站收 发台)、 NodeB (基站)、 eNodeB ( Evolved Node B ,演进型基站)、 BSC ( Base Station Controller, 基站控制器)或者 RNC(Radio Network Controller,无线 网络控制器)等网元。
所述核心网网元可以为: SGSN(Serving GPRS Support Node,服务 GPRS支持节点)、 MME ( Mobility Management Entity,移动性管理网元 )、 GGSN(Gateway GPRS Support Node,网关 GPRS支持节点)或者 PDN GW ( Packet Data Network Gateway,分组数据网络网关) 等网元。
12、 获取所述 UE在所述接入位置处的 AP接入信息。
其中,所述 AP接入信息包括标识 AP的信息,如,可包括 AP的 SSID ( Service Set Identifier,服务集标识符)或者 AP的 AP ID (接入点标识符)。 在本发明实施例中, 网络侧接入选择控制网元可通过各种方式获取 所述 UE在所述接入位置处的 AP接入信息。 具体地, 所述获取所述 UE 在所述接入位置处的 AP接入信息可包括: 接入选择控制网元接收所述接入网元发送的 AP 接入信息, 并根据 获取的所述 UE 的接入位置信息和接收到的接入网元发送的 AP接入信 息, 获取所述 UE在所述接入位置处的 AP接入信息; 或者, 接入选择控制网元向所述接入网元发送 AP 接入信息查询请求, 所 述 AP接入信息查询请求包括所述 UE的接入位置信息, 接收所述接入网 元发送的所述 UE在所述接入位置处的 AP接入信息; 或者,
接入选择控制网元接收配置的 AP接入信息, 并根据获取的所述 UE 的接入位置信息和所述配置的 AP接入信息, 获取所述 UE在所述接入位 置处的 AP接入信息。 可选地, 在所述网络侧接入选择控制网元不为 ANDSF 的一个实施 例中, 步骤 12中所述获取所述 UE在所述接入位置处的 AP接入信息还 可包括:

可选地, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 网络侧接入选择控制网元可对 所述 UE接入 WLAN设定条件, 只有当所述 UE满足接入 WLAN的条件 时, 才对所述 UE进行 WLAN接入。 此时, 所述根据所述获取的 AP接 入信息选择 AP进行无线局域网接入可包括:
在所述 UE 满足以下规定条件中的任意一条时, 对所述 UE 进行 WLAN接入:
UE的网络计费套餐中包含 WLAN接入;
UE请求的业务允许通过 WLAN接入;
UE的用户等级高于指定等级。
其中, 所述指定等级可以为网络运营商根据自身规则而划定的各种 不同等级, 例如金牌等级、 银牌等级等。
14、 向所述 UE发送所选择的 AP的 AP接入信息。 其中, 所述 AP 接入信息可包括 AP的 SSID或者 AP的 AP ID。
可选地, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 网络侧接入选择控制网元根据 所述获取的 AP接入信息选择一个 AP进行 WLAN接入, 此时, 步骤 14 中所述向所述 UE发送所选择的 AP的 AP接入信息可包括: 向所述 UE 发送所选择的该 AP的 AP接入信息, 以使所述 UE根据该 AP的接入信 息接入所述 AP。 这样一来, 由于网络侧接入选择控制网元已指定了所述 UE接入的 AP , 无需用户再进行选择, 因而, 能够简化用户操作, 避免 了用户选择 AP的麻烦, 增强了用户体验。
可选地, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 网络侧接入选择控制网元可根 据所述获取的 AP接入信息, 选择多个 AP进行 WLAN接入, 此时, 所 述向所述 UE发送所选择的 AP的接入信息可包括: 向所述 UE发送所选 择的所述多个 AP的 AP接入信息列表, 以使所述 UE从所述 AP接入信 息列表中选择一个 AP进行接入。
所述 UE在接收到网路侧接入选择控制网元发送的 AP接入信息之 后, 即可打开相应的 WLAN接口, 接入 WLAN。 在此过程中, 所述 UE 可以不用扫描其附近 WLAN AP接入信息, 而是可以直接使用 WLAN接 入请求中携带的 WLAN AP接入信息接入 WLAN网络。 本发明实施例提供的 WLAN接入方法,通过网络侧接入选择控制网 元获取 UE的接入位置和 AP接入信息, 进而从获取的 AP接入信息中选 择 AP进行 WLAN接入,并向所述 UE发送所选择的 AP的 AP接入信息 , 因而, 所述 UE能够根据收到的 AP接入信息打开相应的 WLAN接口, 进而接入 WLAN, 而无需一直扫描 WLAN网络, 实现了节省 UE电能的 目的。
相应地, 本发明实施例还提供一种 WLAN接入方法, 所述 WLAN 接入方法基于 UE而描述。 参照图 2, 所述方法可包括:
21、 接收网络侧网元发送的 AP接入信息。 其中 , 所述 AP接入信息可包括 AP的 SSID或者 AP的 AP ID。 所 述 AP接入信息可以是一个 AP的 AP接入信息,当然也可以是多个 AP(包 括全部 AP)的 AP接入信息列表。
22、 根据所接收的 AP接入信息进行 WLAN接入。
UE可根据所述 AP接入信息中包含的 SSID接入相应的 AP ,从而实 现 WLAN接入。 本发明实施例提供的 WLAN接入方法, UE能够根据接收到网络侧 发送过来的 AP接入信息而打开相应的 WLAN接口 , 进而接入 WLAN, 而无需一直扫描 WLAN网络, 实现了节省 UE电能的目的。
其中, 当所述 UE仅收到一个 AP 的 AP接入信息时, 即可直 接根据该 AP的 AP接入信息接入 WLAN。 当所述 UE接收到多个 AP 的 AP接入信息列表时, 所述接收网络侧网元发送的 AP接入信息 可包括: 接收网络侧网元发送的多个 AP的 AP接入信息列表。 此时, 所 述根据所接收的 AP接入信息进行 WLAN接入可包括: 根据所述多个 AP的 AP接入信息列表, 选择一个 AP进行 WLAN接入。
可选地, 当所述 UE接收到多个 AP 的 AP接入信息列表时, 所述 UE可根据需要选择所述多个 AP中的一个 AP接入 WLAN网络。具体地, 所述 UE从所述多个 AP的 AP接入信息列表中选择一个 AP进行 WLAN 接入可包括:
根据所述多个 AP的 AP接入信息列表, 获得所述 AP接入信息列 表对应的 AP的信号强度或者负荷;
根据所述获得的 AP的信号强度或者负荷, 从所述多个 AP的 AP 接入信息列表中选择一个信号最强的 AP接入 WLAN网络, 或者, 从所 述多个 AP的 AP接入信息列表中选择一个负荷最轻的 AP接入 WLAN网 络。
这样一来, 能够使 AP的选择更具针对性。 当选择信号最强的 AP接 入 WLAN网络时,能够保证稳定地接入 WLAN网络,网络连接不易中断; 当选择负荷最轻的 AP接入 WLAN网络时, 能够减轻其它 AP的负荷, 实现负荷的均匀化。

1、 UE接入 3GPP 网络, 所述 3GPP 网络举例而言可以为 GERAN ( GSM/EDGE Radio Access Network, GSM/EDGE无线接入网) 网络、
UTRAN(UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network , UMTS陆地无线接入 网)网络或 E-UTRAN ( Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network, 演进的 UMTS陆地无线接入网 ) 网络。
UE接入 3 GPP 网络后, 3GPP接入网元或者 3GPP核心网网元即可 获取所述 UE的接入位置信息并通知接入选择控制网元。
2、 3GPP接入网元或者 3GPP核心网网元将 UE的接入位置信息通 知给接入选择控制网元(例如, ANDSF、 PCRF、 SDP或者开放平台等网 元)。通知的格式可以是消息格式,也可以为 API(Application Programming Interface,应用程序接口)格式。 可选地, 在本步骤中, 3GPP接入网元还可 以将 UE接入位置附近的 WLAN AP接入信息通知给接入选择控制网元。 其中, 3GPP接入网元可以是 BTS、 NodeB、 eNodeB、 BSC或者 RNC 等网元。 3GPP核心网网元可以是 SGSN、 MME、 GGSN或者 PDN GW等 网元。
WLAN AP接入信息可以包括 WLAN SSID。
3、 应用服务器向接入选择控制网元发送业务请求信息。 所述业务请 求信息中可以包括业务的类型(如,视频业务类型、语音业务或者 FTP(File Transfer Protocol, 文件传输协议)文件下载等业务类型) 等信息。
4、 如果接入选择控制网元中没有 UE的接入位置信息, 则接入选择 控制网元通过查询获知 UE的接入位置信息。 具体步骤如下: 接入选择控制网元发送位置查询请求到 3GPP 接入网元或者 3GPP 核心网网元;
3GPP接入网元或者 3GPP核心网网元返回 UE的接入位置信息到接 入选择控制网元。
当然, 如果接入选择控制网元中已有 UE的接入位置信息(例如, 在 步骤 2中已得到 UE的接入位置信息), 则本步骤可略。
5、 接入选择控制网元在获知 UE的接入位置信息之后, 获取 UE在 接入位置处的 WLAN AP接入信息, 根据所述 WLAN AP接入信息选择 AP, 并向 UE发送 WLAN接入请求, 其中, 所述 WLAN接入请求中包 含有所选择的 WLAN AP的 AP接入信息。
具体地, 接入选择控制网元可以通过如下方法获取 UE在接入位置 处的 WLAN AP接入信息:
所述接入选择控制网元接收 3GPP接入网元上报的 WLAN AP接入 信息,并根据获取的所述 UE的接入位置信息和接收到的接入网元发送的 WLAN AP接入信息 ,获取所述 UE在接入位置处的 WLAN AP接入信息; 或者,
接入选择控制网元发送 WLAN AP接入信息查询请求到 UE接入的 3GPP接入网元, 所述接入信息查询请求包括所述 UE的接入位置信息, 根据所述 UE的接入位置信息, UE接入的 3GPP接入网元将 UE接入位 置处的 WLAN AP接入信息通知给接入选择控制网元; 或者, 接入选择控制网元中配置 WLAN AP接入信息, 所述接入选择控制 网元根据获取的所述 UE的接入位置信息和配置的 AP接入信息, 获取所 述 UE在接入位置处的 WLAN AP接入信息。
在本步骤中, 如果 UE接入位置附近存在 WLAN AP , 则接入选择控 制网元选择 UE接入位置附近的 WLAN AP, 并发送 WLAN接入请求到 UE , 所述 WLAN接入请求中携带网络侧选定的 WLAN AP接入信息 (如 SSID或者 AP ID )。具体地,接入选择控制网元能以下列方式选择 WLAN AP:

• 接入选择控制网元选择 UE接入位置附近的 WLAN AP中的几个 或所有 WLAN AP ,发送它们的 ΑΡ接入信息列表到 UE, 由 UE从中选择 一个 WLAN AP接入。 在本发明实施例中, 接入选择控制网元选择 WLAN 接入可以参考 UE用户的等级、 UE用户的网络计费套餐或者请求的业务类型等信息。 如: • UE 的用户等级高于指定等级, 则接入选择控制网元可以选择 WLAN接入。 如, 在指定等级为铜牌用户时, 如果 UE用户为金牌用户 或者银牌用户, 接入选择控制网元对该 UE可以选择 WLAN接入, 而对 铜牌用户不可以选择 WLAN接入; 或者,
• UE的网络计费套餐中包括 WLAN接入,则接入选择控制网元对 该 UE可以选择 WLAN接入, 如果该 UE用户的网络计费套餐中不包括 WLAN接入, 则不可以选择 WLAN接入; 或者,
• 请求的业务允许通过 WLAN网络接入, 则接入选择控制网元选 择 WLAN 网络接入。 如, UE请求的业务类型为视频业务且视频业务允 许通过 WLAN网络接入 , 则接入选择控制网元对该 UE可以选择 WLAN 接入, 如果该 UE 请求的业务类型为语音业务且语音业务不允许通过 WLAN网络接入 , 则不可以选择 WLAN接入。
6、 UE接收到 WLAN接入请求后, 打开 WLAN网络接口, 自动选 择一个 WLAN AP接入 WLAN网络。 其中, 所述 UE能以各种方式进行 选择 , 例如所述 UE选择一个信号最强的 WLAN AP接入 WLAN网络 , 或者, 所述 UE选择一个负荷最轻的 WLAN AP接入 WLAN网络。 在这个过程中, UE可以不用扫描附近的 WLAN AP接入信息, UE 可以直接使用 WLAN接入请求中携带的 WLAN AP接入信息接入 WLAN 网络; 而且, UE也不需要扫描附近 WLAN AP的信号或者负荷, UE可 以直接探测 WLAN接入请求中携带的 WLAN AP接入信息对应的 WLAN AP的信号或者负荷, 从而选择一个信号最强或者负荷最轻的 WLAN AP 接入 WLAN网络。
7、 UE接入 WLAN网络后告知接入选择控制网元, 从而, 接入选择 控制网元获知 UE接入 WLAN网络。 其中 , 接入选择控制网元可以通过如下方式获知 UE接入 WLAN网 络:
• UE直接通知接入选择控制网元其已接入 WLAN网络。
• WLAN接入网元或者核心网中的网关设备(如, GGSN或者 PDN GW ) 获知 UE接入 WLAN网络, 并由 WLAN接入网元或者核心网中的 网关设备通知接入选择控制网元所述 UE已接入 WLAN网络。 各个网元之间的接口既可以是消息接口, 也可以是 API接口。 本实施例提供的 WLAN接入方法, 通过网络侧为 UE选择 WLAN 网络接入,并指示 UE打开 WLAN网络接口,实现按需打开 WLAN接入, 避免了 UE—直打开 WLAN网络接口, 节省 UE的电能, 实现节能减排 的目的; 同时, 网络侧可以指定 UE选择相应的 WLAN AP接入 , 避免了 用户手工选择 WLAN AP的麻烦, 增强用户的用户体验。

6、接入选择控制网元选择 UE接入位置处的 WLAN AP ,发送 WLAN 接入请求给 UE , 所述 WLAN接入请求中携带网络侧选定的 WLAN AP 接入信息 (如 SSID或者 AP ID ) 。
具体地, 与实施例 1相类似, 接入选择控制网元可根据以下列方式 选择 WLAN AP:
• 接入选择控制网元选择 WLAN AP中的一个 WLAN AP , 发送这 个 WLAN AP接入信息到 UE。

• UE用户的网络计费套餐中包括 WLAN接入,则接入选择控制网 元对该 UE可以选择 WLAN接入, 如果该 UE的网络计费套餐中不包括 WLAN接入, 则不可以选择 WLAN接入; 或者,

若网络侧网元仅发送一个 AP的 AP接入信息给 UE, 则 UE使用该 AP的 AP接入信息进行 WLAN接入。 本发明实施例提供的 UE, 能够根据接收到网络侧发送过来的 AP接 入信息而打开相应的 WLAN 接口, 进而接入 WLAN, 而无需一直扫描 WLAN网络, 实现了节省电能的目的。
可选地, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 所述接入点接入信息为多个 接入点的接入信息列表, 此时, 所述接收单元 51 , 用于接收网络侧网元 发送的多个 AP的 AP接入信息列表;

19、 根据权利要求 17或 18所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取单 元还用于:
接收所述接入选择控制网元发送的、 所述接入选择控制网元获取的 用户设备的接入位置。
20、 根据权利要求 15或 16所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取单 元还用于:
接收接入网元或核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入位置信息, 根据 所述接入位置信息, 获取所述用户设备的接入位置; 或者, 向接入网元或核心网网元发送所述用户设备的位置查询请求, 接收 所述接入网元或所述核心网网元发送的所述用户设备的接入位置信息, 根据所述接入位置信息, 获取所述用户设备的接入位置。
21、 根据权利要求 14-20 中任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述 处理单元用于: 根据所述获取的接入点接入信息, 选择一个或多个接入点进行无线 局 i或网接入。
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的装置, 其特征在于, 在所述处理单元选择一个接入点进行无线局域网接入时, 所述发送 单元用于: 向所述用户设备发送所选择的所述接入点的接入点接入信息 , 以使所述用户设备接入所述接入点; 或者, 在所述处理单元选择多个接入点进行无线局域网接入时, 所述发送 单元用于: 向所述用户设备发送所选择的所述多个接入点的接入点接入 信息列表, 以使所述用户设备从所述接入点接入信息列表中选择一个接 入点进行接入。
23、 根据权利要求 14-20 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述处理单元 用于:
如果所述 UE 的用户等级高于指定等级, 则选择接入点进行无线局 域网接入; 或者, 如果所述 UE 的计费套餐中包括无线局域网接入, 则选择接入点进 行无线局域网接入; 或者,
如果请求的业务允许通过无线局域网接入, 则选择接入点进行无线 局 i或网接入。
24、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备包括: 接收单元, 用于接收网络侧网元发送的接入点接入信息;
接入单元, 用于根据所述接收单元所接收的接入点接入信息进行无 线局 i或网接入。
25、 根据权利要求 24所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述接入点接 入信息为多个接入点的接入点接入信息列表,
所述接收单元, 用于接收网络侧网元发送的多个接入点的接入信息 列表;
所述接入单元, 用于从所述接收单元接收的所述多个接入点的接 入点接入信息列表中选择一个接入点进行无线局域网接入。
26、 根据权利要求 25 所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述接入单 元具体用于:
根据所述多个接入点的接入点接入信息列表, 获得所述接入点接入 信息列表对应的接入点的信号强度或者负荷;
从所述多个接入点的接入点接入信息列表中选择一个信号最强的 接入点接入无线局域网网络, 或者, 从所述多个接入点的接入点接入信 息列表中选择一个负荷最轻的接入点接入无线局域网网络。
