组装式包装箱 技术领域
本发明涉及包装技术,更具体地说,涉及一种组装式包装箱。
背景技术
在液晶显示模组的制作过程中需要使用各种不同的玻璃板,而玻璃板是一种易碎易损材料,需要用特殊的包装技术对玻璃板进行保护,避免在运输过程中产生的碰撞、振动、摩擦等对玻璃板的损坏。现有的玻璃板包装方式一般是利用缓冲材料例如聚丙烯塑料发泡材料(Expanded polypropylene,EPP)填充到玻璃板之间,以此来避免玻璃板的损坏。但是这种包装方式需要使用大量的缓冲材料,价格较高。而且当多层玻璃板包装在一起时,由于每两块相邻的玻璃板之间都填充有缓冲材料,整体的体积也较大,占用较多的空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有的玻璃板包装箱体成本较高、占用体积较大的缺陷,提供一种结构简单紧凑并且成本较低的包装箱体。
本发明解决上述问题的方案是:构造一种组装式包装箱,包括底面形状为十字形的底部组件和卡接在底部组件空缺顶角位置的角落件;在底部组件和角落件的卡接位置设置有限位孔,组装式包装箱还包括***限位孔的扣件,该扣件用于限定底部组件和角落件的相对位置,角落件和底部组件在接合处设置成卡榫结构,角落件和底部组件通过卡榫结构卡接成箱体。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1所示为本发明较佳实施例提供的组装式包装箱的结构示意图,图2为该实施例的***结构示意图。在本实施例中,组装式包装箱 包括底部组件100和卡接在底部组件100顶角位置的角落件200;底部组件100和角落件200的卡接位置设置有限位孔,组装式包装箱还包括***限位孔的扣件300,当***扣件300后,底部组件100和角落件200的相对位置就被限定。底部组件100的底面为十字形,角落件200与十字形的四个空缺角的形状一致,当底部组件100和角落件200组装好之后,形成一个长方形的具有容纳空间的箱体,能够放置各种物体。
采用本实施例的组装式包装箱尤其适合对玻璃板等板状易碎材料进行包装运输:在底部组件100上设置有箱体挡墙400,角落件200上设置有角落挡墙500,箱体挡墙400和角落挡墙500形成容纳空间,该容纳空间与需要放置的玻璃板的大小完全一致,使得放入玻璃板后,玻璃板不会在包装箱内任意移动,造成损坏。
为了进一步保护玻璃板,在箱体挡墙400和角落挡墙500上贴设有垫片,垫片一般采用缓冲效果较好的塑料材料制成,例如EPP、可发性聚乙烯(Expandable Polyethylene,EPE)、聚苯乙烯(Expanded Polystyrene,EPS)等。
在本实施例中,底部组件100可以设置成镂空形式,如图2所示。具有镂空结构的底部组件100能够在放入玻璃板的时候减少底部组件100与玻璃板的板面接触,避免划伤玻璃板,同时还能减轻包装箱的整体重量。
在本实施例中, 箱体挡墙400和角落挡墙500可以通过卡嵌的方式,分别设置在底部组件100和角落件200上;也让可以分别与底部组件100、角落件200一体成型。在通过卡嵌方式设置的时候,在底部组件100和角落件200上需要预先设置好卡槽,如图1和图2所示。在本发明中,卡嵌方式为较佳的选择:当需要包装不同大小的玻璃板时,可以首先尝试更换具有不同尺寸的箱体挡墙400、角落挡墙500,使得玻璃板能够在包装箱内固定。
以下结合图1至图3,具体说明本发明是如何实现将底部组件100和角落件200组合成箱体的。在组装式包装箱的侧边,底部组件100和角落件200的接合处,分别设置成卡榫结构,使得底部组件100的'榫'位可以卡嵌到角落件200的'卡'位中(对应的,角落件200的'榫'位也可以卡嵌到底部组件100的'卡'位中)。在底部组件100和角落件200的卡接位置上,开设限位孔,即底部组件100和角落件200各有半个限位孔,当组合好之后形成一个完整的限位孔。此后将扣件300***到限位孔中,如图3所示。本发明并不限定卡榫的数量,例如在图3中,底部组件100和角落件200的一个接合处上各有一个'卡'位和'榫'位,只要卡榫能够限制底部组件100和角落件200在竖直方向上的相对位移即可。
在图3的侧视图中,由于卡榫的相互作用,底部组件100和角落件200无法在竖直方向上发生位移,而在水平方向上,由于扣件的卡入,导致底部组件100和角落件200同样无法发生位移。而在垂直于纸面的方向上,则由另一个扣件进行限位。这样,每一个角落件200通过两个扣件300完全固定在底部组件100上,整个结构无需螺纹、铆定、焊接。
由于整个包装箱是由底部组件100和角落件200卡接而成,我们可以制作多种尺寸的底部组件100,在需要包装不同尺寸的物体时,对应更换即可。从而提高了组合式包装箱的通用性。
本发明并不限定扣件300的形状,例如在图2、图3中,扣件为圆顶的方形立柱,但也可以更换为其他的形状,只要其能够限制底部组件100和角落件200即可。
以下结合图4详细说明本发明如何装配液晶面板。一般的液晶面板700为长方形的液晶盒,并在其一侧延伸出PCB板,在搬运保存液晶面板的时候,既要保证液晶盒不会受到碰撞损伤,又要保证PCB板不弯折。在底部镂空的底部组件100上方嵌入衬板110,衬板110的底面形状与底部组件100的底面形状相匹配。在衬板110上,设置有挡块111,挡块111与衬板110一体成型,用于限制液晶面板700上的PCB板,防止PCB板发生弯折,挡块111的具***置可以依据液晶面板700的具体型号进行选定。在本实施例中,衬板110可以同时包装两块相同规格的较小面积的液晶面板700,而当我们需要包装运输较大的液晶面板的时候,可以通过仅更换具有适配挡块111的衬板110来实现,这样同一个包装箱就能适配多种尺寸规格的液晶面板的包装需求,从而提高包装箱的通用性,节省了成本。
在镂空的底部组件100上卡入衬板110,再将箱体挡墙400卡嵌到底部组件100,此时组成的底部组件100尚未构成完整的容纳空间,需要将角落件 200卡嵌到底部组件100的四个角落,形成完整的长方体的包装箱,最后将扣件300***限位孔中,保证角落件200不会相对底部组件100发生位移。此时,整个包装箱体内形成与液晶面板700相匹配的容纳空间,当放入液晶面板700后,液晶面板700不会发生移动,并且自身的PCB板也不会发生弯折,从而实现了在运送的过程中对液晶面板700的保护。
针对需要包装的液晶面板的大小、PCB板的位置以及包装运输需求,可以任意组合不同的底部组件100、衬板110和角落件200,使得包装箱的适用性增强。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的组装式包装箱,其中,所述底部组件上设置有箱体挡墙,所述角落件上设置有角落挡墙,所述箱体挡墙和角落挡墙形成容纳空间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的组装式包装箱,其中,所述箱体挡墙和角落挡墙上贴设有垫片。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的组装式包装箱,其中,所述垫片为聚丙烯塑料发泡材料、可发性聚乙烯或聚苯乙烯中任意一种材料制成的缓冲片。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的组装式包装箱,其中,所述箱体挡墙卡嵌在所述底部组件上或者与底部组件一体成型。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的组装式包装箱,其中,所述角落挡墙卡嵌在所述角落件上或者与角落件一体成型。
  9. 一种组装式包装箱,其中,所述组装式包装箱包括底面形状为十字形镂空结构的底部组件和卡接在所述底部组件空缺顶角位置的角落件;在所述底部组件和所述角落件的卡接位置设置有限位孔;所述组装式包装箱还包括***所述限位孔的扣件,用于限定所述底部组件和角落件的相对位置,所述角落件和底部组件在接合处设置成卡榫结构,所述角落件和底部组件通过卡榫结构卡接成箱体。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的组装式包装箱,其中,所述组装式包装箱还包括衬板,所述衬板的底面形状与所述底部组件的底面形状相匹配,所述衬板卡嵌在所述底部组件的上方;所述衬板上设置有用于限制被包装物***置的挡块,所述挡块与所述衬板一体成型。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的组装式包装箱,其中,所述底部组件上设置有箱体挡墙,所述角落件上设置有角落挡墙,所述箱体挡墙和角落挡墙形成容纳空间;所述箱体挡墙和角落挡墙上贴设有垫片。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的组装式包装箱,其中,所述垫片为聚丙烯塑料发泡材料、可发性聚乙烯或聚苯乙烯中任意一种材料制成的缓冲片。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的组装式包装箱,其中,所述箱体挡墙卡嵌在所述底部组件上或者与底部组件一体成型。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的组装式包装箱,其中,所述角落挡墙卡嵌在所述角落件上或者与角落件一体成型。
