53、 闸门驱动组件 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明, 但是本发明可以由权利要求限定 和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。 图 2为根据本发明第一实施例的票据回收机构的结构轴测图, 图 3为根据本发明 第一实施例的票据回收机构的结构剖面图。 如图 2、 图 3所示, 票据回收机构包括箱 体、 票据托盘 1、 双门驱动组件 2, 以及检测组件 3。 箱体包括前壁 81、 左壁 82、 右壁 83、 后壁 84, 以及底板 85, 其中, 左壁 82和 右壁 83沿箱体的宽度方向相对平行且间隔预定距离设置,前壁 81与后壁 84沿箱体的 长度方向相对且间隔预定距离设置, 底板 85位于前壁 81、 左壁 82、 右壁 83, 以及后 壁 84四者的下方且与四者垂直固定连接, 前壁 81、 左壁 82、 右壁 83、 后壁 84, 以及 底板 85共同组成上面敞口的容纳空间, 票据由箱体的上方由后至前的方向 (如图 2、 图 3中箭头所示方向) 进入容纳空间。 其中, 前壁 81包括面板 811和挡板 812, 面板 811的左右两侧分别与左壁 82和右壁 83连接, 面板 811的下方与底板 85连接, 在面 板 811上开设有出票口 A; 挡板 812与面板 811上的出票口 A的临近底板 85的一边 固定连接,且向容纳空间内部延伸,挡板 812包括与底板 85呈夹角设置的挡纸部 812a; 后壁 84包括垂直地与底板 85连接的垂直部 842和与底板 85成夹角设置的倾斜部 841, 其中, 倾斜部 841位于后壁 84的上部, 与挡板 812的挡纸部 812a平行地间隔预定距 离设置。 票据托盘 1位于后壁 84的倾斜部 841与挡板 812的挡纸部 812a之间, 用于承接 并引导票据至出票口 A处。 票据托盘 1包括对开设置的第一门 11和第二门 12, 以形 成对开门, 第一门 11和第二门 12沿箱体的宽度方向并列设置在左壁 82与右壁 83之 间, 两者均沿垂直于箱体的挡纸部 812a方向延伸, 前低后高地设置在箱体的挡纸部 812a与后壁 84的倾斜部 841之间。 其中, 第一门 11 的宽度与第二门 12 的宽度之和与容纳空间的宽度 (即左壁 82 与右壁 83之间的距离)相适配。 优选地, 第一门 11的宽度、 第二门 12的宽度均与容 纳空间的宽度的一半相适配。 在第一门 11的临近左壁 82的一侧设置有同轴的第一门 枢 111 (见图 4)和第二门枢 112 (见图 5 ), 第一门 11通过第一门枢 111与后壁 84的 倾斜部 841枢接, 第一门 11通过第二门枢 112与挡板 812的挡纸部 812a枢接, 第一 门 11可以绕第一门枢 111、 第二门枢 112的轴线在设定角度范围内旋转, 具有打开位 置和封闭位置;在第二门 12的临近右壁 83的一侧设置有同轴的第三门枢 121 (见图 4) 和第四门枢 122 (见图 4),第二门 12通过第三门枢 121与后壁 84的倾斜部 841枢接, 第二门 12通过第四门枢 122与挡板 812的挡纸部 812a枢接,第二门 12可以绕第三门 枢 121、 第四门枢 122的轴线在设定角度范围内旋转, 具有打开位置和封闭位置。 当第一门 11和第二门 12均处于封闭位置时, 第一门 11和第二门 12并列对接地 位于底板 85的上方, 与左壁 82、 右壁 83、 前壁 81的挡板 812、 后壁 84, 以及底板 85共同组成封闭的回收票据的存储空间;当第一门 11和第二门 12均处于打开位置时, 两者偏转至回收票据的存储空间的内部, 回收票据的存储空间的顶部敞开, 票据可以 进入存储空间。 优选地, 第一门 11和第二门 12均呈 L型, 其中, 第一门 11上设置有 第一止挡侧板 113, 第二门 12上设置有第二止挡侧板 123, 第一止挡侧板 113和第二 止挡侧板 123两者相对设置, 与前壁 81的挡板 812以及后壁 84的倾斜部 841共同组 成上面开口的盒体, 可以承接票据。 图 4为根据本发明第一实施例的票据回收机构的双门处于封闭位置时的第一局部 视图, 图 5为根据本发明第一实施例的票据回收机构的双门处于封闭位置时的第二局 部视图。 如图 4、 图 5所示, 双门驱动组件 2用于驱动第一门 11和第二门 12在设定 角度范围内同步反向旋转, 同时处于打开位置或者封闭位置。 双门驱动组件 2包括电机 21、 齿轮 22、 传动轴 23、 第一蜗轮蜗杆副 24, 以及第 二蜗轮蜗杆副 25。 其中, 电机 21固定设置在箱体上, 在电机 21的输出轴上固定设置 有电机齿轮 211 ; 传动轴 23由箱体的左壁 82和右壁 83支撑, 可以绕自身轴线自由转 动; 齿轮 22固定在传动轴 23上, 与电机齿轮 211啮合连接, 当电机 21的输出轴转动 时, 通过电机齿轮 211、 齿轮 22可以驱动传动轴 23绕其轴线转动。 第一蜗轮蜗杆副 24用于驱动第一门 11在打开位置与封闭位置之间转动, 第一蜗 轮蜗杆副 24包括第一蜗杆 241和第一蜗轮 242, 其中, 第一蜗杆 241固定设置在传动 轴 23的临近第一门 11的一端上, 第一蜗轮 242固定设置在第一门 11的第一门枢 111 上,第一蜗杆 241与第一蜗轮 242两者啮合连接; 第二蜗轮蜗杆副 25用于驱动第二门 12在打开位置与封闭位置之间转动, 第二蜗轮蜗杆副 25包括第二蜗杆 251和第二蜗 轮 252, 其中, 第二蜗杆 251固定设置在传动轴 23临近第二门 12的一端, 其螺旋线 旋向与第一蜗杆 241的螺旋线旋向相反,第二蜗轮 252固定设置在第二门 12的第三门 枢 121上, 第二蜗杆 251与第二蜗轮 252两者啮合连接。 当电机 21 驱动传动轴 23绕自身轴线沿设定方向转动时, 固定设置在传动轴 23 上的第一蜗杆 241、 第二蜗杆 251随之同步转动, 第一蜗杆 241驱动与其啮合的第一 蜗轮 242及第一门枢 111绕第一门枢 111的轴线沿设定方向转动,使第一门 11随第一 门枢 111同步沿设定方向转动, 第二蜗杆 251驱动与其啮合的第二蜗轮 252及第三门 枢 121绕第三门枢 121的轴线沿与设定方向相反的方向转动,使第二门 12随第三门枢 121同步沿与设定方向相反的方向转动, 即第二门 12相对于第一门 11同步反向转动, 与第一门 11同时处于打开位置或者封闭位置。 检测组件 3设置在票据托盘 1上,用于检测票据托盘 1上是否存在票据。优选地, 检测组件 3位于票据托盘 1的临近出票口 A的一端。检测组件 3可以是光电式传感器 也可以是机械式传感器, 本实施例中检测组件 3 为光电式传感器, 设置在第一门 11 上临近第二门 12的一侧,当票据托盘 1上存在票据时,检测组件 3输出第一检测信号, 如低电平, 当票据托盘 1上没有票据时, 检测组件 3输出第二检测信号, 如高电平。 下面介绍本发明提供的票据回收机构的工作过程。 初始时, 第一门 11和第二门 12均处于封闭位置, 当票据由票据回收机构的后上 方输送进入容纳空间时, 票据落在票据托盘 1上, 在自重的作用下, 票据的前端抵接 在挡板 812的挡纸部 812a上, 等待用户从出票口 A取走票据。 经过预定时间后票据回收机构的控制器 (图中未示出) 检测检测组件 3的输出信 号, 如果检测组件 3输出第一检测信号, 表明在票据托盘 1上存在票据, 即存放在第 一门 11和第二门 12上的票据没有被取走, 如图 6所示, 控制器控制双门驱动组件 2 的电机 21沿设定方向转动, 通过电机齿轮 211、 齿轮 22以及传动轴 23、 第一蜗轮蜗 杆副 24, 以及第二蜗轮蜗杆副 25带动第一门 11和第二门 12同步反向沿进入存储空 间内的方向转动, 使第一门 11和第二门 12均转动至打开位置, 票据随之落入回收票 据的存储空间内。 接着, 控制器控制电机 21沿与设定方向相反的方向转动, 通过电机齿轮 211、 齿 轮 22以及传动轴 23、 第一蜗轮蜗杆副 24, 以及第二蜗轮蜗杆副 25带动第一门 11和 第二门 12同步反向沿退出存储空间的方向转动,第一门 11和第二门 12均转动至封闭 位置, 将回收票据的存储空间封闭。 本发明提供的票据回收机构的双门采用蜗轮蜗杆驱动双门转动至打开位置, 票据 然后依靠其自重落入箱体内, 与现有技术相比, 本发明提供的票据回收机构在双门打 开时票据直接落入箱体内, 因此提高了票据回收的速度, 另外, 只需一个电机即可实 现票据回收功能, 因此降低了票据回收机构的成本, 进一步地, 由于第一门和第二门 均与蜗轮连接, 而蜗轮蜗杆传动具有自锁性, 非法分子不能通过按动第一门或者第二 门将双门打开取走箱体内回收的票据, 因此本发明提供的票据回收机构安全性高。 图 7为根据本发明第二实施例的票据回收机构的结构轴测图。 如图 7所示, 本实 施例与上一实施例相比, 不同之处在于, 本实施例中票据回收机构还包括拨轮组件 4。 拨轮组件 4包括至少一个拨轮 41、 转轴 42和拨轮驱动组件, 其中, 转轴 42由箱 体的左壁 82和右壁 83支撑, 位于票据托盘 1的上方, 沿票据托盘 1的长度方向居中 设置,可以绕自身轴线自由转动;拨轮驱动组件包括驱动齿轮 43和电机(图中未示出), 其中, 驱动齿轮 43固定设置在转轴 42的一端, 与电机传动连接, 当电机驱动驱动齿 轮 43转动时, 可带动转轴 42随之转动; 至少一个拨轮 41固定套接在转轴 42上, 拨 轮 41由耐磨的柔性材料制成, 拨轮 41的自由端抵接在票据托盘 1的上表面上, 当转 轴 42沿票据输送方向转动时, 拨轮 41 随之转动, 拨轮 41 的自由端驱动票据托盘 1 上的票据向前壁 81的挡纸部 812a移动, 并沿挡纸部 812a对齐。本实施例中拨轮组件 4包括两个拨轮 41, 关于箱体的宽度中心对称设置在转轴 42上。 本实施例通过设置拨轮, 当落入票据回收机构中的票据长短不一时, 通过拨轮转 动拨动票据移动并沿票据前端对齐, 在落入回收票据的存储空间内时也能过沿票据前 端对齐, 因此能够整齐地回收票据。 图 8为根据本发明第三实施例的票据回收机构的结构剖面图。 如图所示, 本实施 例与上述实施例相比, 不同之处在于, 本实施例提供的票据回收机构还包括闸门组件
具体地, 面板 811上设置外开口 A, 在其的四周边设有左侧壁 811a、 右侧壁 (图 中未示出)、 上侧壁 811b和下侧壁 811c , 其中左侧壁 811a和右侧壁相对平行地向容 纳空间内部延伸, 两者远离外开口 A的一边呈圆弧形; 上侧壁 811b和下侧壁 811c均 位于左侧壁 811a与右侧壁之间, 分别与左侧壁 811a与右侧壁的弧形边两端连接, 左 侧壁 811a、 右侧壁、 上侧壁 811b和下侧壁 811c远离外开口 A的一端形成内开口 B, 该外开口 A和内开口 B贯通形成出票口。 优选地, 外开口为矩形开口, 内开口为弧形 开口。 闸门组件 5包括闸门 51、 枢接轴 52, 以及闸门驱动组件 53, 其中闸门 51呈圆弧 面, 该圆弧面的形状与面板 811的内开口 B形状相匹配, 闸门 51通过枢接轴 52与箱 体的左壁 82和右壁 83枢接, 可以绕枢接轴 52转动, 打开或者封闭内开口 B; 闸门驱 动组件 53用于驱动闸门 51绕枢接轴 52转动, 由于该部分内容与本发明关联性不大, 在此不再赘述。 下面介绍本实施例提供的票据回收机构的工作过程。 初始时, 第一门 11和第二门 12均处于封闭位置, 闸门 51封闭内开口 B。 当票据一张接一张地由票据回收机构的后上方输送进入容纳空间时, 被堆叠在第 一门 11和第二门 12上, 当票据堆叠完成后, 控制器控制闸门驱动组件 53驱动闸门 51打开内开口 B, 等待用户通过出票口取走堆叠的票据。 经过预定时间后票据回收机 构的控制器 (图中未示出) 检测检测组件 3的输出信号, 如果检测组件 3输出第一检 测信号, 说明在票据托盘 1上存在票据, 即存放在第一门 11和第二门 12上的票据没 有被取走, 此时, 控制器控制闸门驱动组件 53驱动闸门 51封闭内开口 B, 然后控制 双门驱动组件 2的电机 21沿设定方向转动,驱动第一门 11和第二门 12均转动至打开 位置, 堆叠的票据随之落入回收票据的存储空间内。接着, 控制器控制电机 21沿与设 定方向相反的方向转动, 驱动第一门 11和第二门 12转动至封闭位置, 将回收票据的 存储空间封闭。 本实施例通过在票据回收机构的开口处设置闸门, 可以实现多张票据堆叠后一次 性取走或者回收。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种票据回收机构, 其特征在于, 包括- 机架, 设有出票口 (A);
票据托盘(1), 包括对开设置的第一门 (11)和第二门 (12), 用于承接并 引导票据至所述出票口 (A); 以及
双门驱动组件 (2), 用于驱动所述第一门 (11) 和第二门 (12) 开启或闭 合,
其中, 所述第一门 (11) 和第二门 (12) 在回收所述票据时枢转打开并枢 转至位于其下方的票据存储空间内。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的票据回收机构, 其特征在于, 所述双门驱动组件(2)包 括传动轴 (23)、 在所述传动轴 (23) 上沿轴向排列的第一蜗杆 (241) 和第二 蜗杆(251), 其中, 所述第一门 (11) 的门枢上设有与所述第一蜗杆(241)形 成第一蜗轮蜗杆副 (24) 的第一蜗轮 (242), 所述第二门 (12) 的门枢上设有 与所述第二蜗杆(251)形成第二蜗轮蜗杆副 (25) 的第二蜗轮(252), 所述第 一蜗杆 (241) 的旋向与所述第二蜗杆 (251) 的旋向相反。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的票据回收机构, 其特征在于, 所述双门驱动组件(2)还 包括与所述传动轴 (23) 固定连接的齿轮 (22) 及与所述齿轮传动连接的电机
(21)。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的票据回收机构, 其特征在于, 所述票据托盘(1)倾斜设 置, 所述双门驱动组件 (2) 位于所述票据托盘 (1) 的上端侧, 所述票据托盘
(1) 的下端侧与所述出票口 (A) 连通。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的票据回收机构, 其特征在于, 所述票据托盘(1)具有在 所述第一门 (11)上设置的第一止挡侧板(113)和在所述第二门 (12)上设置 的第二止挡侧板 (123)。
6. 根据权利要求 1或 5所述的票据回收机构, 其特征在于, 所述机架还包括在所 述票据托盘 (1) 的靠近所述出票口 (A) 的一侧的挡板 (812), 其中, 所述挡 板 (812)和所述出票口 (A) 之间形成闸门滑道, 沿所述闸门滑道设有启闭所 述出票口 (A) 的闸门 (51)。 根据权利要求 6所述的票据回收机构,其特征在于,所述闸门滑道为弧形滑道, 所述闸门为弧形闸门, 所述出票口 (A)包括在所述机架的面板 (811 ) 上形成 的外开口、 自所述外开口的四边向内延伸的通道壁、 以及在所述通道壁末端形 成的由所述弧形闸门封闭的内开口。 根据权利要求 1所述的票据回收机构, 其特征在于, 还包括设置在所述票据托 盘 (1 ) 上的检测票据的检测机构 (3 )。 根据权利要求 1所述的票据回收机构, 其特征在于, 还包括设置在所述票据托 盘( 1 )上方的转轴(42)、设置在所述转轴(42)上的用于拨动票据的拨轮(41 )、 以及与所述转轴 (42) 传动连接的拨轮驱动组件。 根据权利要求 1所述的票据回收机构, 其特征在于, 所述票据存储空间由具有 敞口的箱体形成, 所述票据托盘(1 ) 的第一门 (11 )和第二门 (12)用于封闭 所述箱体的敞口。
