具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和效果更便于理解,以下将结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。应该理解的是,以下实施例仅用以解释本发明,而不对本发明做任何限制。
本发明提供了一种在多卡模式下可智能选择***的智能手机。如图 1 所示,该智能手机包括处理器 11 以及分别与处理器连接的存储器 12 、支撑输入输出界面的输入输出单元 13 。其中,所述输入输出界面下配置的输入输出单元 13 可以是具有显示和输入功能的 触摸屏,也可以是显示屏与按键的组合。 所述输入输出界面进一步包括拨号界面、编辑界面、拨号盘界面、联系人界面和短信界面等。所述 拨号界面不仅具有现有技术中显示已拨叫号码正在接通的功能,而且还优选配置有第一切换单元,可在拨号过程中、本文尤其指在弹出拨号至拨号接通过程中实现***间的切换。编辑界面为具有短信编辑功能的交互界面,另外其也配置有第二切换单元,从而对发送信息的***进行切换。拨号盘界面、联系人界面和短信界面为现有技术中已知的界面单元,此处略去描述。另外,虽然未图示,但本领域技术人员应该了解,本申请的智能手机必然包括通信单元、 GPS 单元等智能手机的常见组件。
在实施本发明的拨号和信息发送的方法时,存储器 18 内存储有使用历史记录列表(以下或可简称为列表),该使用历史记录列表内配置有各个使用历史记录与***间的对应关系。具体地,使用历史记录列表分为拨号历史记录列表和信息发送历史记录列表。
一、拨号历史记录列表
在使用智能手机拨号通话的过程中,本发明的处理器在存储器内生成上述拨号历史记录列表,其内配置有各个拨号历史记录与***间的对应关系,也即配置有所拨打的号码与***间的对应关系。拨号历史记录列表记录有用户在拨打各个联系人(或描述为拨打各个号码)时使用的***、拨打次数和拨打时间点。换言之,使用智能手机拨打过的电话号码在该拨号历史记录列表中均具有对应使用的***、拨打次数和拨打时间点。当使用智能手机完成一次拨打时,处理器将与该次拨打对应的号码、***和时间点存入拨号历史记录列表,同时拨打次数加 1 。
二、信息发送历史记录列表
在使用智能手机发送信息的过程中,本发明的处理器在存储器内生成上述信息发送历史记录列表,其内配置有各个信息发送历史记录与***间的对应关系,也即配置有向其发送信息的号码与***间的对应关系。信息发送历史记录列表记录有用户在发送信息到各个联系人(或描述为发送信息到各个号码)时使用的***、发送次数和发送时间点。换言之,使用智能手机向其发送过信息的电话号码在该信息发送历史记录列表中均具有对应使用的***、发送次数和发送时间点。当使用智能手机完成一次信息发送时,处理器将与该次信息发送对应的号码、***和时间点分别存入信息发送历史记录列表中,发送次数对应加 1 。
需要说明的是,在上述两种列表中,拨号历史记录和信息发送历史记录与***间的对应配置优选、但并不限于号码与***的对应配置,也可采用联系人姓名与***的对应配置,或采用上述两种方式的组合。由于手机号码自身的独一性,因此可确保基于号码的对应配置的精确性。以下在输入输出界面下接收用户输入确定号码时,用户同样可直接输入号码、或输入联系人姓名或为该号码设置的快捷键。基于智能手机内号码与联系人信息的已有匹配性,在接收到上述不同输入的情况下均可有效实现本发明的智能拨号和信息发送方法。
特别有益的是,本发明可通过处理器 11 对上述拨号历史记录列表和信息发送历史记录列表进行备份和还原,主要用于***的升级、或者卡和 / 或手机更换时的数据转移和恢复。如果用户更换其中某张或者某些卡时,***在保留原列表的情况下再生成一张新的列表,新生成列表用于当前***所拥有卡的统计。而当用户再次换回原卡使用时(即当多卡模式下的所述智能手机的某张或者某些卡在经卸除后重新被检测到时),则处理器可调用并恢复使用保留的对应列表。上述列表的备份和还原(也即保留和恢复)使得本发明的方法可应用于多张不同手机卡,进一步提高本发明的拨号和信息发送方法的智能性。
在优选实施方式中,本发明可基于用户输入通过处理器 11 清空存储器 12 内存储的至少一份列表。清空的方式不限于:完全清空某一列表、清空某一时间段内的列表、清空列表内与某一***对应的列表记录等。列表清空处理便于对智能手机内部资源的可用性进行有效配置,智能避免过多无效信息占用内部资源。列表清空处理进一步适用于以下场景:例如,当用户停止使用某张卡 B 又新办一张卡 C 后,智能手机内另一张原卡 A (原来的未被停用卡)与新卡 C 的组合可能会产生新的使用习惯,例如在使用原卡 A 和原卡 B 时原卡 A 对某些号码(例如号码 P )的使用频率更高,但使用新卡 C 后用户改变了原卡 A 所对应的套餐、并希望以新卡 C 对号码 P 进行呼叫,此时将 A 中的记录清空,重新生成新的规则,方便用户在原卡 A 与新卡 C 组合下形成新历史记录数据,排除之前使用原卡 A 和原卡 B 的组合下原卡 A 的历史记录对新的使用历史记录列表的影响。当然,在上述情形下列表清空处理也可以是清空不存在原卡 B 的历史记录。
本发明的拨号和信息发送方法是分别结合上述拨号历史记录列表和信息发送历史记录列表,智能选择拨号和发送信息的***的方法。智能手机的处理器采用列表分析算法使用上述拨号历史记录列表和信息发送历史记录列表。具体地,当使用智能手机拨号和发送信息时,处理器通过查询上述列表分析出与待拨打的或待向其发送信息的号码对应的***;若仅存在一个***,则将该***设置为默认***,并在拨号和发送信息时使用;若存在多个对应***,则进一步分析每个***的使用概率,尤其是分析预设的时间段下各***的使用概率,最后选择使用频率最高的***作为默认***。例如,当号码 P 在拨号历史记录列表中同时对应卡 D 、卡 E 和卡 F ,且各卡的拨打次数分别为 5 、 20 和 17 时,智能拨号过程中则设定卡 E 为与号码 P 对应的默认***(该处理同样适用于信息发送过程)。当每次有新的拨号记录或信息发送记录产生时,相应记录存入各列表。这样在下一次使用时,处理器基于上述分析算法会根据当前列表信息推算出可能使用的***。例如,当用户第一次拨打甲联系人(号码为 M )时,用户选择***为 N 的卡进行拨号;该方法的拨号历史记录列表中则生成下述记录:号码: M ;对应***: N ;拨打次数: 1 ;拨打时间: ***1 。当用户第二次拨打甲联系人时,由于拨号历史记录列表中已经存在号码 M ,因此直接使用或默认使用*** N 进行拨号。该次拨号完成后,拨号历史记录列表的记录更新为:号码: M ;对应***: N ;拨打次数: 2 ;拨打时间: ***1 、 ***2 。
以下结合流程图对本发明的拨号和信息发送方法予以说明。
如图 2 所示,本发明的拨号和信息发送方法开始于步骤 S10 ,该步骤中完成智能手机的启动和其他初始化设置。在下一步骤 S11 中,在输入输出界面下确定待拨打的号码或待向其发送信息的号码。换言之,接收用户输入确定待拨打的号码或待向其发送信息的号码。例如,在拨号盘界面、短信界面、联系人界面下输入需要拨打或向其发送信息的联系人信息,包括但不限于姓名、对应号码和与特定号码相关的快捷键。步骤 S12 、查询使用历史记录列表,确定其内是否包含待拨打的号码或待向其发送信息的号码的历史记录。步骤 S13 、若存在相关历史记录,则采用使用历史记录列表中对应的***进行拨号或发送信息。步骤 S14 、若不存在相关历史记录,则该次拨打或信息发送过程应该为首次拨打和信息发送,此时在输入输出界面下通过接收用户输入确定将进行拨号和发送信息的***。步骤 S15 、根据 S11-S14 的拨号和信息发送过程,更新使用历史记录列表。结合上述描述,更新的内容包括拨打次数、拨打时间点等。
如图 3 所示,本发明的拨号和信息发送方法开始于步骤 S20 ,其步骤 S21-S24 与图 2 所示的方法 S11-S14 相同,此处不再重复叙述。在步骤 S25 中,确定是否需要切换当前使用的***。若是,则执行步骤 S26a ,否则在步骤 S26b 中继续使用步骤 S24 中确认的***。步骤 S26a 、当 S21-S24 中是使用智能手机拨号时,在弹出拨号界面至拨号接通的时间内,在拨号界面下切换将进行拨号的***;或者当 S21-S24 中是使用智能手机发送信息时,在编辑界面下切换将发送信息的***。该步骤 S27 可在上述智能选择***的基础上进一步提供灵活切换功能,有效结合手机智能性和人工可调配性,更适宜于用户在不同使用场景下的需求。
介于用户第二次或者第 n 次拨打同一个联系人时,不一定会完全按照***给出的默认***进行拨号或发送信息,用户可以在智能拨号过程中、以及可以在编辑短信过程中进行多卡之间的切换。用户可通过与拨号界面和编辑界面下第一切换单元和第二切换单元的交互实现上述切换操作。具体地:当智能拨号后,***会弹出拨号界面,在弹出拨号界面到拨号接通这段时间内,若用户希望采用其他***拨号,则可通过第一切换单元(例如,硬件实现为切换按钮)进行切换,整个操作过程拨号界面一直存在,在切换成功后,会提示已经切换到另一***,并将本次使用信息--包括***、拨号时间、对应联系人(即对应号码)等信息记录到拨号历史记录列表中,同时赋值拨号次数。当在信息发送时需要进行切换时,则可在编辑界面下通过第二切换单元切换到另一***进行发送;例如,通过变更按键进行切换。
S26 、根据 S21-S25 的拨号和信息发送过程,更新使用历史记录列表。结合上述描述,更新的内容包括拨打次数、拨打时间点等,还可能新增使用的联系人信息。
如图 4 所示,本发明的拨号和信息发送方法开始于步骤 S30 ,该步骤中完成智能手机的启动和其他初始化设置。在下一步骤 S31 中,在输入输出界面下确定待拨打的号码或待向其发送信息的号码。步骤 S32 、查询使用历史记录列表,确定其内是否包含待拨打的号码或待向其发送信息的号码的历史记录。步骤 S33a 、若存在相关历史记录,基于使用历史记录列表,分析与待拨打的号码或待向其发送信息的号码对应的***的使用频率,将使用频率最高的***作为默认***,并在步骤 S34a 使用默认***拨号或发送信息。步骤 S33b 、若不存在相关历史记录,则该次拨打或信息发送过程应该为首次拨打和信息发送,此时在输入输出界面下通过接收用户输入确定将进行拨号和发送信息的***。步骤 S35a 中,确定是否要切换当前使用的***。若是,则执行步骤 S36a2 ,否则在步骤 S36a1 中继续使用默认***。步骤 S36a2 、当上述步骤是使用智能手机拨号时,在弹出拨号界面至拨号接通的时间内,在拨号界面下切换将进行拨号的***;或者当上述步骤是使用智能手机发送信息时,在编辑界面下切换将发送信息的***。步骤 S37 ,根据上述拨号和信息发送过程,更新使用历史记录列表。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并不用以对本发明进行限制。凡在本发明的范围内所做的任何调整和改变均应包含在所附权利要求的保护范围内

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多卡模式的智能手机的拨号和信息发送方法,所述智能手机包括处理器以及分别与处理器连接的存储器、支撑输入输出界面的输入输出单元,其特征在于,所述存储器内存储有使用历史记录列表,该使用历史记录列表内配置有各个使用历史记录与***间的对应关系;
    在使用所述智能手机拨号时,所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    A1 、在输入输出界面下确定待拨打的号码;
    A2 、若所述使用历史记录列表中存在所述待拨打的号码的历史记录,则采用所述使用历史记录列表中与待拨打的号码对应的***进行拨号;否则,在所述输入输出界面下确定将进行拨号的***;
    A3 、更新所述使用历史记录列表;
    在使用所述智能手机发送信息时,所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    B1 、在输入输出界面下确定待向其发送信息的号码;
    B2 、若所述使用历史记录列表中存在所述待向其发送信息的号码的历史记录,则采用所述使用历史记录列表中与待向其发送信息的号码对应的***发送信息;否则,在所述输入输出界面下确定将发送信息的***;
    B3 、更新所述使用历史记录列表。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的多卡模式的智能手机的拨号和信息发送方法,其特征在于,所述输入输出界面包括拨号界面和编辑界面,
    在使用所述智能手机拨号时,所述处理器在步骤 A2 与 A3 之间还执行以下步骤:若需要切换进行拨号的***,则在弹出所述拨号界面至拨号接通的时间内,在所述拨号界面下切换将进行拨号的***;
    在使用所述智能手机发送信息时,所述处理器在步骤 B2 与 B3 之间还执行以下步骤:若需要切换发送信息的***,在所述编辑界面下切换将发送信息的***。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的多卡模式的智能手机的拨号和信息发送方法,其特征在于:
    在步骤 A2 中,若所述使用历史记录列表中存在所述待拨打的号码的历史记录,所述处理器基于所述使用历史记录列表分析与所述该待拨打的号码对应的***的使用频率,采用使用频率最高的***进行拨号;
    在步骤 B2 中,若所述使用历史记录列表中存在所述待向其发送信息的号码的历史记录,所述处理器基于所述使用历史记录列表分析与该待向其发送信息的号码对应的***的使用频率,采用使用频率最高的***发送信息。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的多卡模式的智能手机的拨号和信息发送方法,其特征在于,与所述待拨打的号码对应的***的使用频率、以及与所述待向其发送信息的号码对应的***的使用频率指预设时间段内所述***的使用频率。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的多卡模式的智能手机的拨号和信息发送方法,其特征在于,所述使用历史记录列表分为拨号历史记录列表和信息发送历史记录列表;所述拨号历史记录列表中配置有各个拨号历史记录与所述***间的对应关系,所述信息发送历史记录列表中配置有各个信息发送历史记录与所述***间的对应关系。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的多卡模式的智能手机的拨号和信息发送方法,其特征在于,所述拨号历史记录列表包括与拨打的号码对应的***、拨打次数和拨打时间点;所述信息发送历史记录列表包括与向其发送信息的号码对应的***、发送次数和发送时间点。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的多卡模式的智能手机的拨号和信息发送方法,其特征在于,当使用所述智能手机完成一次拨打或一次信息发送时,所述处理器将与该次拨打或该次信息发送对应的号码、***和时间点分别存入拨号历史记录列表或信息发送历史记录列表中。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的多卡模式的智能手机的拨号和信息发送方法,其特征在于,当多卡模式下的所述智能手机的至少一张卡在经卸除后重新被检测到时,所述处理器恢复使用所述存储器中保留的与该卡对应的使用历史记录列表。
  9. 根据权利要求 5 所述的多卡模式的智能手机的拨号和信息发送方法,其特征在于,当更换多卡模式下的所述智能手机的至少一张卡时,所述处理器在存储器中保留被更换的卡的使用历史记录列表,并同时为新使用的卡生成新的使用历史记录列表。
  10. 一种多卡模式的智能手机,其特征在于,所述智能手机使用权利要求1-9 中任一权利要求的拨号和信息发送方法。
