综上所述,现有的分离式壳体的配合结构往往在安装和 /或拆卸中比较复杂, 或者受结构限制拆装次数不宜过多等, 导致对于可能需要经常拆装的壳体而言 使用比较麻烦。 实用新型内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便拆装的卡扣配合结构及通 过该卡扣配合结构连接的分离式壳体。
本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是: 提供一种卡扣配合结构, 包括第一构 件和第二构件, 所述第一构件上设置有卡钩部和凸块部, 所述第二构件包括卡 扣部和骨位部; 所述卡扣部与骨位部之间的距离小于所述卡钩部与凸块部的距 离; 所述卡钩部与所述卡扣部适配; 所述第一构件与第二构件相对运动使卡钩 部与卡扣部分离后, 所述骨位部从凸块部的一侧移至另一侧并与凸块部抵接。

本实用新型的有益效果是: 本实用新型提供的卡扣配合结构中, 通过卡钩 部与卡扣部的配合进行扣合, 安装方便, 而在卡钩部与卡扣部脱离后, 骨位部 与凸块部相抵接形成一暂停回位结构即卡钩部与卡扣部不再能回复卡接状态, 方便第一构件和第二构件的最终分离。
对于采用了本实用新型卡扣配合结构的分离式壳体而言, 由于该卡扣配合 结构提供了暂停功能, 使得盖体和座体的分离方便快捷; 而通过回位弹簧使得 在盖体分离后, 第一构件可以自动回位。 附图说明

第一构件 10包括基座 13,从基座 13上表面向上凸伸形成卡钩部 11和凸块 部 12, 且卡钩部 11和凸块部 12之间具有一定间距, 其中凸块部 12所在的基座 13位置为一弹臂结构, 使凸块部 12在垂直方向上具有一定的弹性位移, 凸块部 12在面向卡钩部 11的一侧设置为斜面, 而背向卡钩部 11的一侧则设置为竖直 面。 基座 13侧面还设置有手柄 14, 方便人握住手柄使第一构件 10移动。
第二构件 20外形大致为块状, 其一端设置为卡扣部 21 , 另一端设置有向下 突出的平片状的骨位部 22;卡扣部 21与骨位部 22之间的距离小于卡钩部 11与 凸块部 12之间的距离; 卡扣部 21与第一构件 10的卡钩部 11适配。
如图 1所示, 第一构件 10和第二构件 20扣合时, 卡扣部 21限位于卡钩部 11内, 骨位部 22位于卡钩部 11与凸块部 12之间, 即凸块部 12的斜面侧与所 述骨位部 22相对。 当握住手柄 14按箭头指示方向移动第一构件 10使第一构件 10与第二构件 20分离后, 两者位置关系如图 2所示, 此时卡扣部 21脱离卡钩 部 11 , 而骨位部 22则越过凸块部 12到达凸块部 12的另一侧并与凸块部 12抵 接, 即凸块部 12的竖直面侧与骨位部 22相对且两者接触。
由于凸块部 12所在的基座 13具有一定弹性, 因此, 在第一构件 10移动的 过程中, 骨位部 22可以下压凸块部 12而越过凸块部 12, 凸块部 12面向卡钩部 11的一侧设置为斜面, 骨位部 22可以对凸块部 12逐步使力, 方便两者进行相 对位置关系的正常改变。 两构件分离后, 两构件所在的部件即可上下分离, 卡 钩部 11上表面设置为斜面, 则是方便在安装时卡扣部 21在下行时对第一构件 10施力,使卡钩部 11让位而最终使卡扣部 21进入卡钩部 11的钩状结构内限位 固定。

该分离式壳体中, 由于该卡扣配合结构提供了暂停功能, 使得盖体和座体 的分离方便快捷; 而通过回位弹簧使得在盖体分离后, 第一构件可以自动回位。
当座体和盖体均为圓形结构时, 可以在座体和盖体上设计多个绕圓周分布 的卡扣配合结构, 且多个第一构件联动, 可以只在其中一个第一构件上设置手 柄, 手柄突出于座体, 这样座体上只需要设置一个用于手柄伸出的孔, 外表上 比较美观, 当通过该手柄移动第一构件时, 所有的第一构件均相应移动。 设计 多个卡扣配合结构, 可以使座体跟盖体之间在安装和分离时更加稳定。
