Description

一种电子吸烟装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及烟具技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子吸烟装置。
背景技术
当前,仍有很多烟民喜欢直接抽烟叶,各种烟斗烟锅等烟具成了烟民的最爱,但目前常见的烟斗等烟具,其结构非常简单,而且烟民在使用时,需要极为复杂的准备工作才能吸上烟,这给烟民造成了很大的不便。目前的吸烟器多为辅助成品烟具多为辅助成品烟卷的烟具,针对散装的烟,并没有相应的装置,无法满足喜爱直接抽烟丝的烟民的要求,此外,现有的烟斗多采用明火,其安全性很低,极易引起火灾,而且这类烟具都是采用直接点火燃烧方式,既污染环境又对人体有害,而且直接燃烧后产生的烟雾中含有一氧化碳和焦油等4000多种有害的化学物质。
为了克服上述缺陷,现有很多技术提出通过传导、对流和辐射的方式将热量传递至烟丝,将烟丝内的尼古丁蒸发出来吸食,这样通过加热烟丝的方式产生的烟雾不会含有一氧化碳和焦油等有害物质,而且还不失口感。例如,美国普洛姆公司公开了一种专利号为026317.6的中国申请,上述专利公开了一种新的吸烟装置,包括烟嘴和壳体,壳体具有加热器、低温雾化室、燃料罐和具有控制装置的点火器,在壳体上设置有与雾化室连通的空气入口,这样可以引入新鲜的外界空气与雾化室内产生的烟雾混合。还有一种已经在市场上销售的电子吸烟装置,是通过在烟丝容器内设置加热丝来加热烟丝,其加热丝通常呈螺旋塔簧状,且烟丝容器通常为一封闭腔体。
上述技术均是直接将外界空气引入烟丝容器(即雾化室),即外界空气没有预先加热直接与烟雾进行混合,这样做很容易降低吸烟者的口感。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的缺陷,提出了一种能预加热吸入空气的电子吸烟装置。

具体实施方式
为了下面描述的方便,定义壳体10和加热组件20朝向烟嘴40一端分别为壳体10的上端和加热组件20的上端,壳体10和加热组件20远离烟嘴40一端分别为壳体10的下端和加热组件20的下端。

进一步如图1所示,位于隔热装置23的上端设置有圆筒状的固定架80,固定架80设置于隔热装置23与壳体10之间,固定架80与壳体10采用过盈配合,在本实施例中,在固定架80上可设置凸环81,凸环81顶住壳体10的内壁实现固定架80与壳体10的紧密配合。固定架80的上端垂直延伸形成固定架顶壁82,固定架顶壁82的内孔直径与烟丝容器21的内径相当,固定架顶壁82的端部顶住烟丝容器21、电加热装置22和隔热装置23的上端部。

吸烟者按下设置于壳体10外表面的电源组件开关34,烟丝容器21表面的电加热装置22通电进而加热烟丝容器21内的烟丝。烟丝加热到一定温度会产生尼古丁烟雾,吸烟者可以通过烟嘴40进行吸烟,当吸烟者吸烟时,壳体10的空气会依次通过进气口11、进气通道50和连通口211进入烟丝容器21内,空气与尼古丁烟雾混合后产生的烟雾与正常卷烟燃烧的烟雾口感相同。由于进气通道50设置于壳体10和电加热装置22之间,从外界进入烟丝容器21内的空气很容易达到所需的温度,这样可以使得空气与尼古丁烟雾混合后温度不会下降,进而降低烟雾的口感。且在吸烟过程中,空气在壳体10与电加热装置22之间不断流动,可以使壳体10保持在一个较低的温度值。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种电子吸烟装置(100),包括,
    壳体(10),所述壳体(10)一端与烟嘴(40)相连;
    筒状的加热组件(20),所述加热组件(20)包括烟丝容器(21)和用于加热所述烟丝容器(21)内烟丝的电加热装置(22),所述加热组件(20)设置于所述壳体(10)内;
    烟嘴(40),所述烟嘴(40)与所述加热组件(20)靠近所述烟嘴(40)的一端密封连接,所述烟嘴(40)设置有吸气孔(44),所述吸气孔(44)与所述烟丝容器(21)相通;
    电源组件(30),设置于所述壳体(10)内部或外部并与所述电加热装置(22)电性连接;
    其特征在于,所述壳体(10)和所述加热组件(20)之间设置有进气通道(50),所述烟嘴(40)或所述壳体(10)上设置有进气口(11),所述进气口(11)用于连通外界大气和所述进气通道(50),所述进气通道(50)和所述烟丝容器(21)之间设置有连通口(211),所述连通口(211)设置于所述烟丝容器(21)远离烟嘴(40)的一端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子吸烟装置(100),其特征在于,所述电源组件(30)可拆卸地安装于所述壳体(10)远离所述烟嘴(40)的一端,所述电源组件(30)与所述加热组件( 20)之间设置有绝缘体(33),所述电源组件(30)包括第一电极(31)和第二电极(32),所述第一电极(31)和所述第二电极(32)与所述电加热装置(22)相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子吸烟装置(100),其特征在于,所述电加热装置(22),所述电加热装置(22)设置于所述烟丝容器(21)的外表面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子吸烟装置(100),其特征在于,所述电加热装置(22)设置于所述烟丝容器(21)的内部。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子吸烟装置(100),其特征在于,所述加热组件还包括隔热装置(23),所述隔热装置(23)设置于所述烟丝容器(21)与所述壳体(10)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子吸烟装置(100),其特征在于,所述壳体(10)内设置有固定架(80),所述固定架(80)固定于所述壳体(10)内,所述加热组件(20)固定于所述固定架(80)上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子吸烟装置(100),其特征在于,所述电源组件(30)设置于所述壳体(10)的侧边,所述电源组件(30)和所述加热组件(20)之间设置有隔离层(70),所述隔离层(70)内填充有隔热材料,所述加热组件(20)底部设置有密封塞(90)。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的电子吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述电子吸烟装置(100) 还设置有指示灯(50),所述指示灯(50)用于显示所述电加热装置(22)的加热状态和非加热状态。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的电子吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述电子吸烟装置(100)还设置有用于给所述电源组件(30)充电的充电接口(60)。
