Abstract

A machine is disclosed for threshing, husking, aspirating and separating indehiscent, semi-indehiscent and dehiscent castor seeds, as well as other seeds such as peanuts, green beans, pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan), fava beans, physic nut (Jatropha curcas); it is mounted in a metal structure, is robust and resistant, for use in agriculture, processing grains quickly and efficiently, ensuring greater productivity and decreasing production costs, time and labour. The equipment can be easily transported and serviced; it can be coupled to and pulled by a tractor, or even mounted on a trailer and moved by a stationary electric motor or stationary diesel engine; the preliminary cleaning system makes it possible to separate the grains from impurities, and to provide a product that is ready for selling and crushing.

A Batedeira de Mamona, objeto deste pedido de patente de invenção, é versátil e de fácil operacionalidade, após completada a secagem no terreiro, a mamona é jogada diretamente na boca de alimentação da máquina, onde através de um eixo com pinos é puxada, os talos são quebrados por pinos do eixo, com impacto dos pinos ocorre à abertura dos capotes e a separação deste dos caroços. Io - Patente de invenção da MÁQUINA DE BATER, DESCASCAR, ASPIRAR, SEPARAR GRÃOS DE MAMONAS INDEISCENTES, SEMI- INDEISCENTES E DEISCENTES, caracterizada por ser montada sobre um chassi de metal (imagens 4,5,6), que possibilita ser acoplada a trator ou sobre uma carretinha, tendo na parte superior a boca de alimentação onde são colocados as sementes ainda em cascas acompanhadas ou não de talos, após a alimentação da boca da maquina o eixo principal com pinos (imagem 10) faz giros a uma velocidade controlada quebrando os talos e descascando as sementes, ao redor deste eixo a peneira primaria (imagem 11) permite a passagem dos detritos juntamente com as sementes, na câmara de aspiração as sementes separadas das cascas e de talos por serem mais pesadas caem na peneira de pré limpeza (imagem 16), os detritos e cascas são puxados pela aspiração da ventoinha (imagem 10) e jogada fora através do exaustor (imagem 14,15), na peneira de pré limpeza (imagem 13) movimentos de vai e vem uniforme e sincronizado.
