本文中, 复合型中型散装容器 (IBC) 是一类在国际范围内被食品、 生化、 医 药、化工等行业广泛所使用的包装周转容器。由于 IBC集装桶可以被多次重复使用, 在灌装、 储运和运输时具备明显的优势, 并且与圆桶相比, IBC集装桶可以节约 35 %的储存空间, 尺寸符合 ISO标准, 不仅适用于无菌罐装而且箱体紧凑, 便于大批 量安全高效存储, 故而大量运用于液体、 颗粒和薄片等形态物料的运输、 包装、 存 储过程中。 目前, 现存规格有 820L、 1000 1250L 三种, 通常情况下, 其组成结 构包含塑料内胆、 灌装口、 排放阀门、 侧板、 底板及盖板。 由于存放于 IBC内的液 体或颗粒物大部分为医药中间体、 饮料浓缩液、 食品添加剂甚至危险物料等, 不仅 价值高昂而且关系到卫生和安全, 所以, 在使用过程中需要有防止未经授权擅自开 启或排放的保护功能。
图 1-9示出根据本发明的用于复合型中型散装容器中内置阀门安装通道口的盖 装置 100的第一实施例。 图 1示出设有本发明的盖装置 100的复合型中型散装容器 1。 如图 1所述, 容器 1包括侧板 2、 底座 3、 设置在底座 3处的用于容纳阀门的阀 门安装通道 31、 以及用于遮盖阀门安装通道的口部 32的盖装置 100。 盖装置 100 包括盖门 4和设置在容器 1上的与盖门 4配合的结构, 使得当盖门 4关闭时, 可完 全遮盖阀门安装通道口 32, 从而防止灰尘等异物进入阀门安装通道。 当盖门 4打开 时, 盖门可保持在侧板 2上, 使得操作者不需要在操作阀门的同时支撑盖门, 而 且当盖门放下时, 将自动地遮盖阀门安装通道口 32, 下文将更详细说明。
图 2示出根据本发明的盖装置 100的盖门 4的结构立体图。 如图 2所示, 盖门 4 为板状件, 包括装配部和盖门本体, 其外形可根据阀门安装通道口的具 体形状来设计。 盖门 4的装配部 40 (即板状件的上部) 左右两侧一体地设有用 于将盖门 4组装到底座 3上的装配销 42, 装配销 42可为圆形销, 或其他任何合 适形状的销, 也通过卡扣、 铆钉、 螺丝等方式安装在底座上。 盖门 4 的装配部 40和盖门的本体 41之间设有可使得盖门本体 41绕其翻转的旋转部 43, 旋转部 43的壁厚与装配部 40和本体 41相比较薄, 使得当盖门本体 41向上翻转时, 本 体 41以旋转部 43作为旋转轴线绕所述旋转轴线旋转。
在盖门本体 41的大致中间位置左右两侧设有翻盖锁定槽口 46,用于在盖门 4打开时, 与侧板 2上的凸筋配合 (下文将更详细描述) 将盖门 4锁定在侧板 2 上。
在盖门本体 41的下部设有金属片 5,金属片 5可与盖门本体 41模制在一起, 用于与位于容器底座上的磁铁吸合以在盖门 4关闭时锁定盖门。 金属片 5 的材 料为可与磁铁相吸的金属, 诸如铁、 钴、 镍等材料, 也可以是磁铁, 较佳地, 金属片材料为磁铁。 较佳地, 在盖门本体 41的适当地方处 (本实施例中在金属 片 5上方)还设有锁扣孔 45, 锁扣孔 45用于安装一次性锁扣以将盖门 4锁定到 容器上, 当需要打开盖门 4时, 需首先破坏该一次性锁扣才能进一步打开盖门, 由此实现防窃取, 下文将更详细描述。
图 3示出图 1中的容器的分解立体图, 为清楚起见, 仅示出与本发明的盖装置 的相关的部分。 如图 3所示, 在容器的底座 3的阀门安装通道 31上方的与侧板 2 接触的上边缘上设有凹槽 33, 凹槽 33用于容纳盖门 4上的装配销 42, 以将盖门 4 组装到底座 3上。 组装时, 首先, 侧板 2倒下, 然后将装配销 42***凹槽 33中。 当侧板站立后, 侧板 2对装配销 42限位并隐藏起来, 使得盖门 4无法脱离容器 1。 相反, 当要拆卸盖门 4时, 将侧板 2倒下即可取出盖门。
在底座 3上阀门安装通道 31下方设有凹槽 34 (如图 5b所更清楚示出的) , 凹 槽 34用于容纳磁铁 6。 凹槽 34的位置与安装后的盖门 4上的金属片 5相对应, 使 得磁铁 6和金属片 5能够相互吸引, 由此来使盖门 4保持盖在阀门安装通道口 31 上。 较佳地, 在底座 3上还设有锁扣槽 36 (如图 9所更清楚示出的) 。 同理, 锁扣 槽 36的位置与安装后的盖门 4上的锁扣孔 45的位置相对应,使得一次性锁扣 7 (如 9a-9c所示) 可***穿过锁扣孔 45进入锁扣槽 36, 并可卡扣在锁扣槽 36中, 从而 将盖门 4锁在容器上。 当需要打开盖门 4时, 需首先破坏锁扣 7才能进一步打开 盖门, 由此实现防窃取。
还如图 3所示, 在侧板 2上设有凹坑 21, 凹坑 21 的两侧设有凸筋 22。 当 盖门 4打开并向上翻转时, 盖门 4上的锁定槽口 46可在弹性变形的作用下卡入 凸筋 22以将盖门 4保持在侧板 2上。
图 4是盖门 4处于闭合状态时的容器立体图。图 5a-5b示出盖门 4处于闭合 状态时, 盖装置 100各组成部分的相对位置。 如图 5b所示, 盖门 4处于闭合状 态时, 锁扣孔 45与锁扣槽 36对准。 磁铁 6容纳在凹槽 34中, 而且金属片 5的 中心与磁铁 6的中心大致在同一直线上, 使得金属片 5和磁铁 6能够有效地相 互吸引, 进而稳固地锁定盖门 4。
图 6a-6b示出盖门 4处于打开状态时的容器的剖视图, 为清楚起见, 仅示出 与本发明相关部分的结构。 如图 6a-6b所示, 盖门 4打开时, 盖门本体 41可绕 旋转部 42旋转, 并可最终通过盖门 4上的锁定槽口 46与侧板 2上的凸筋 22配 合而保持在侧板 2上。
当需要放下盖门以盖住阀门安装通道口时, 只需用力向外拉即可由于槽口 46和凸筋 22的弹性变形而使得盖门 4与侧板 2分离。槽口 46和凸筋 22分离后, 盖门 4在重力和弹力的作用下向下翻转,并在金属片 5与磁铁 6的相互作用(磁 吸引) 下盖住阀门安装通道口 32。
或者, 当侧板 2倒下时, 盖门自动脱离与侧板 2的连接, 并在在重力和弹 力的作用下向下翻转, 并在金属片 5与磁铁 6 的相互作用 (磁吸引) 下盖住阀 门安装通道口 32。
图 7a-7c示出了可用于本发明的盖装置中的一次性锁扣的一个实施例。但应 理解, 除此之外, 本领域的技术人员也可采用其他任何合适的一次性锁扣。 如 图 7a-7c所示, 锁扣 7包括手柄 71、 撕裂部 72、 以及弹性卡扣 73。 较佳地, 手 柄 71、 撕裂部 72、 以及弹性卡扣 73形成为一体件。 手柄 71为板状件并通过撕 裂部 72与弹性卡扣 73连接。 撕裂部 72是易撕裂部分, 本实施例中为连接手柄 71和弹性卡扣 73的两根细杆。 当力作用在手柄 71上时, 即当沿垂直于手柄平 面的方向拉手柄 71 时, 撕裂部 72被撕裂, 从而使得手柄 71与弹性卡扣 73脱 开连接, 进而使得盖门 4与底座 3脱开连接。
图 8-9示出安装了图 7a-7c中的一次性锁扣 7的盖装置 100的结构示意图。 如图 9所示,当向下压锁扣 7时,锁扣 7上的卡扣 73卡入底座 3中的锁扣槽 36。 由此实现将盖门 4锁定到底座 3上。 当需要打开盖门 4时, 首先需要用力拉锁 扣 7, 使得锁扣 7上的撕裂部 72断裂, 才能进一步打开盖门 4。 由于一次性锁 扣 7的撕裂部 72的断裂不可恢复, 且撕裂后的锁扣仍预留在底座 3中的锁扣槽 36中, 因此如果在接收货物时, 发现一次性锁扣 7的撕裂部断裂, 则意味着可 能是运输过程中被窃启过, 货主可因此进一步调查以确定是否遭受窃启, 由此 实现了防窃启功能。 较佳地, 还可在一次性锁扣 7 上打防伪码, 使得防窃启效 果更佳。
图 10-15b 示出根据本发明的用于复合型中型散装容器中内置阀门安装通道口 的盖装置 100的第二实施例。 图 10示出设有本发明的盖装置 100的复合型中型散 装容器 1 的局部结构图。 如图 1所述, 容器 1包括侧板 2、 底座 3、 设置在底座 3 处的用于容纳阀门的阀门安装通道 31、 以及用于遮盖阀门安装通道的口部 32的盖 装置 100。 盖装置 100包括盖门 4和设置在容器 1上的与盖门 4配合的结构, 使得 当盖门 4关闭时, 可完全遮盖阀门安装通道口 32, 从而防止灰尘等异物进入阀门安 装通道。 当盖门 4打开时, 盖门可固定在侧板 2上, 使得操作者不需要在操作阀 门的同时支撑盖门, 而且当盖门放下时, 将自动地遮盖阀门安装通道口 32, 下 文将更详细说明。
图 1 1示出根据本发明的盖装置 100的盖门 8的结构立体图。 如图 1 1所示, 盖门 8为板状件, 其外形可根据阀门安装通道口的具体形状来设计。 盖门 8包 括装配部 80和本体 81, 装配部 80和本体 81通过铰链 83连接, 铰链由位于装 配部上的铰链孔和位于本体 81上的铰链销构成。 装配部 80与本体 81组装后, 当盖门本体 81 向上翻转时, 本体 81 以铰链 83作为旋转轴线绕铰链 83旋转。 装配部 80左右两侧一体地设有用于将盖门 8组装到底座 3上的装配销 82,装配 销 82可为圆形销, 或其他任何合适形状的销。
在盖门本体 81的大致中间位置设有从盖门本体表面一体凸出的盖门锁定卡 扣 86, 用于在盖门 8打开时, 与侧板 2上的卡扣孔配合 (下文将更详细描述) 将盖门 8锁定在侧板 2上。
在盖门本体 81的下部设有金属片 5,金属片 5可与盖门本体 81模制在一起, 用于与位于容器底座上的磁铁吸合以在盖门 8关闭时锁定盖门。 金属片 5 的材 料为可与磁铁相吸的金属, 也可以是磁体, 诸如铁、 钴、 镍等材料, 较佳地, 金属片材料为磁铁。 较佳地, 在盖门本体 81的适当地方处 (本实施例中在金属 片 5上方)还设有锁扣孔 85, 锁扣孔 85用于安装一次性锁扣以将盖门 8锁定到 容器上, 当需要打开盖门 8时, 需首先破坏该一次性锁扣才能进一步打开盖门, 由此实现防窃取, 下文将更详细描述。
图 12示出图 10中的容器的分解立体图, 为清楚起见, 仅示出与本发明的盖装 置的相关的部分。 如图 12所示, 在容器的底座 3的阀门安装通道 31上方的与侧板 2接触的上边缘上设有凹槽 33, 凹槽 33用于容纳盖门 8上的装配销 82, 以将盖门 8组装到底座 3上。 组装时, 首先将装配部 80与本体 81组装在一起, 然后侧板 2 倒下, 将装配销 82***凹槽 33中。 当侧板 2站立后, 侧板 2对装配销 82限位, 使得盖门 8无法脱离容器 1, 而且装配部 80不能够绕装配销 82转动。 相反, 当要 拆卸盖门 8时, 将侧板 2倒下即可取出盖门。
在底座 3上阀门安装通道 31下方设有凹槽 34 (如图 14b所更清楚示出的) , 凹槽 34用于容纳磁铁 6。 凹槽 34的位置与安装后的盖门 8上的金属片 5相对应, 使得磁铁 6和金属片 5能够相互吸引, 由此来使盖门 8保持盖在阀门安装通道口 31 上。 较佳地, 在底座 3上还设有锁扣槽 36 (与图 9所示的锁扣槽一样) 。 同理, 锁 扣槽 36的位置与安装后的盖门 8上的锁扣孔 85的位置相对应, 使得一次性锁扣 7
(如 9a-9c所示) 可***穿过锁扣孔 85进入锁扣槽 36, 并可卡扣在锁扣槽 36中, 从而将盖门 8锁在容器上。 当需要打开盖门 8时, 需首先破坏锁扣 7才能进一步 打开盖门, 由此实现防窃取。
还如图 12所示, 在侧板 2上设有卡扣孔 25。 当盖门 8打开并向上翻转时, 盖门 8上的锁定卡扣 86可***卡扣孔 25中以将盖门 8保持在侧板 2上。
图 13是盖门 8处于闭合状态时的容器 1 的局部立体图。 图 14a- 14b示出盖 门 8处于闭合状态时, 盖装置 100各组成部分的相对位置。 如图 14b所示, 盖 门 8处于闭合状态时, 锁扣孔 85与锁扣槽 36对准。 磁铁 6容纳在凹槽 34中, 而且金属片 5的中心与磁铁 6的中心大致在同一直线上,使得金属片 5和磁铁 6 能够有效地相互吸引, 进而稳固地锁定盖门 8。
图 15a- 15b示出盖门 8处于打开状态时的容器的剖视图, 为清楚起见, 仅示 出与本发明相关部分的结构。 如图 15a- 15b所示, 盖门 8打开时, 盖门本体 81 可绕铰链 83旋转, 并可最终通过盖门 8上的锁定卡扣 86与侧板 2上的卡扣孔 25配合而保持在侧板 2上。
当需要放下盖门以盖住阀门安装通道口时, 只需用力向外拉即可由于锁定 卡扣 86的弹性变形而使得盖门 8与侧板 2分离。 卡扣 86和卡扣孔 25分离后, 盖门 8在重力的作用下向下翻转, 并在金属片 5与磁铁 6的相互作用 (磁吸弓 I ) 下盖住阀门安装通道口 32。
或者, 当侧板 2倒下时, 盖门自动脱离与侧板 2的连接, 并在在重力和弹 力的作用下向下翻转, 并在金属片 5与磁铁 6 的相互作用 (磁吸引) 下盖住阀 门安装通道口 32。
同样, 本实施例中, 也可应用图 7a-7c所示的一次性卡扣 7或其他合适的一次 性卡扣以实现防窃启效果。 一次性卡扣 7与盖门 8和底座 3的连接方式和作用形式 与第一实施例相同, 在此不再详述。 而且, 同样地, 本实施例中, 较佳地, 在一次 性卡扣 7打防伪编码, 以实现更好的防窃启效果。
图 16-18b 示出根据本发明的用于复合型中型散装容器中内置阀门安装通道口 的盖装置的第三实施例。 本实施例与第二实施例的不同之处在于用于在盖门打开时 将盖门 4保持在侧板 2上的结构, 其余相同, 故在此不再详述。
第二实施例中, 用于在盖门打开时将盖门 4保持在侧板 2上的结构是位于盖门 本体 81上的卡扣 86和位于侧板 2上的卡扣孔 25。而本实施例中,如图 16-17所示, 用于在盖门打开时将盖门 4保持在侧板 2上的结构是位于盖门本体 81 中的另一金 属片 9和位于侧板 2中的另一磁铁 10。 金属片 9位于盖门本体 81的适当位置处, 本实施例中, 金属片 9位于本体 81大致中心位置处。 金属片 9的材料为可与磁铁 相吸的金属, 诸如铁、 钴、 镍等材料, 也可是磁铁, 较佳地, 金属片 9材料为 磁铁。
磁铁 10可一体模制到侧板上的与盖门 4向上翻转与侧板 2大致平行时金属片 9 位置相对应的位置处。 或者, 也可在侧板 2上设置用于容纳磁铁 10的凹槽。
图 18a-18b示出盖门 8处于打开状态时的容器的剖视图, 为清楚起见, 仅示 出与本发明相关部分的结构。 盖门 8打开时, 盖门本体 81可绕铰链 83旋转, 并可最终通过盖门 8上的金属片 9与侧板 2上的磁铁 10的相互吸合而保持在侧 板 2上。
同样, 本实施例中, 也可应用图 7a-7c所示的一次性卡扣 7或其他合适的一次 性卡扣以实现防窃启效果。 一次性卡扣 7与盖门 8和底座 3的连接方式和作用形式 与第一实施例相同, 在此不再详述。 而且, 同样地, 本实施例中, 较佳地, 在一次 性卡扣 7打防伪编码, 以实现更好的防窃启效果。
需要指出的是, 上述各实施例中, 金属片和磁铁的位置可互换, 即金属片设置 在容器的相应位置上, 而磁铁设置在盖门上, 也可以两边都采用磁铁, 且金属片和 磁铁的形状可根据需要设定。 此外, 盖门较佳地由韧性较佳的塑料材料制成。
本发明的用于遮盖复合型中型散装容器中内置阀门安装通道口的盖装置中,盖 装置结构简单, 操作方便, 外形与中型散装容器的用于安装内置阀门的通道的通 道口相符合, 防尘效果佳。 而且可与一次性锁扣相配合, 起到很好的防窃启效 果。 另外, 盖装置可以重复使用, 节约成本。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例, 但应理解到, 在阅读了本发明的 上述讲授内容之后, 本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改。 这些等 价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种用于遮盖复合型中型散装容器中内置阀门安装通道口的盖装置, 所述容 器包括侧板、底座、 以及位于所述底座中的用于安装内置阀门的通道, 其特征在于: 所述盖装置包括盖门、 以及用于将所述盖门与所述通道上方的侧板可分离地连 接的结构或构件; 且
所述盖门可安装在所述底座上与所述侧板相邻的位置处, 并可绕盖门自身上的 旋转轴线旋转以打开或遮盖所述通道口。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的盖装置, 其特征在于:
所述盖门为板状件, 包括装配部和盖门本体, 所述旋转轴线位于所述装配部与 所述盖门本体之间, 使得所述盖门本体可绕所述旋转轴线旋转;
所述装配部左右两侧设有用于将所述盖门组装到所述底座上的装配销; 以及 所述盖门本体上设有用于与侧板可分离连接的结构,所述侧板上设有相对应于 盖门本体上的所述结构的配合结构。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的盖装置, 其特征在于:
所述盖门本体上的用于与侧板可分离连接的结构是位于左右两侧上的锁定槽

所述侧板上的相应配合结构是凹槽和在该凹槽两侧上的凸筋; 以及 所述锁定槽口可在弹性变形的作用下卡入所述凸筋以将所述盖门保持在所 述侧板上, 并可从所述凸筋脱开以使所述盖门脱离所述侧板。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的盖装置, 其特征在于:
所述盖门本体上的用于与侧板可分离连接的结构是从所述盖门本体表面一体 凸出的锁定卡扣;
所述侧板上的相应配合结构是所述侧板上的卡扣孔; 以及
所述锁定卡扣可卡入所述卡扣孔以将所述盖门保持在所述侧板上, 并可从 所述卡扣孔脱离以使所述盖门脱离所述侧板。
5. 根据权利要求 2所述的盖装置, 其特征在于:
所述盖门本体上的用于与侧板可分离连接的结构是金属片;
所述侧板上的相应配合结构是磁铁; 以及
所述金属片和所述磁铁可相互吸合或分离以分别将所述盖门保持在所述侧 板上和从所述侧板脱离。
6. 根据权利要求 2所述的盖装置, 其特征在于:
在所述装配部和所述盖门本体之间设有旋转部, 所述装配部、 旋转部、 以及盖 门本体成一体; 且
所述旋转部的壁厚与所述装配部和盖门本体相比较薄, 使得当所述盖门本 体向上翻转时, 所述盖门本体以所述旋转部作为所述旋转轴线绕所述旋转轴线 旋转。
7. 根据权利要求 2所述的盖装置, 其特征在于: 所述装配部上设有铰链孔, 所述盖门本体设有铰链销, 所述铰链孔和所述铰链销构成铰链, 使得所述装配 部与所述盖门本体组装后, 当所述盖门本体向上翻转时, 所述盖门本体以所述 铰链作为所述旋转轴线绕所述旋转轴线旋转。
8.—种用于遮盖复合型中型散装容器中内置阀门安装通道口的盖装置, 所述容 器包括侧板、底座、 以及位于所述底座中的用于安装内置阀门的通道, 其特征在于: 所述盖装置包括盖门、 以及用于将所述盖门与所述通道上方的所述侧板可分离 地连接的结构或构件;
所述盖门可安装在所述底座上与所述侧板相邻的位置处, 并可绕盖门自身上的 旋转轴线旋转以打开或遮盖所述通道口; 以及
所述盖门还设有锁扣孔, 所述底座设有锁扣槽, 使得可通过一次性锁扣将所述 盖门锁定在所述底座上。
9. 根据权利要求 1或 8所述的盖装置,其特征在于:盖门本体下部还设有金属 片, 所述底座中设有磁铁, 所述金属片和所述磁铁可相互吸合或分离以分别将所 述盖门保持在所述底座上和从所述底座脱离。
10. 一种复合型中型散装容器, 所述容器包括侧板、 底座、 以及位于所述底座 中的用于安装内置阀门的通道, 其特征在于: 所述容器还包括权利要求 1-8中任一 项所述的盖装置。
