图 1示出一般的大型容器都具有的结构, 包括盖子 1, 底 2, 侧板 3、 4、 5、 6以及小门 7。 当盖子 1盖在箱体上时, 盖子 1的四周的护边接触 (包围) 侧板 3、 4、 5、 6的外侧, 由此来提高整个箱体的强度。
图 2a-5示出本发明的大型容器盖子锁定机构的第一实施例的结构示意图。 如图 2a-5所示, 盖子锁定机构包括位于盖子 1上的凹槽 12、 作为一个单独构件 的锁定件 8、 以及设置在侧板上的与锁定件 8和盖子 1配合的结构, 侧板上的配 合结构与盖子 1和锁定件 8互相配合以实现盖子的关闭和开启。
以下进一步详细描述盖子 1、侧板 6上的配合结构、锁定件 8的结构以及它 们之间的配合。 图 2a-2c示出本实施例中盖子 1的结构, 如图 2a-2c所示, 在盖 子 1 的下表面的一边 la左右两侧的位置具有凹槽 12, 凹槽 12的外侧为一个斜 坡 122以为锁定件提供导向 (下文将更详细描述) , 内部为一个凹坑 121, 凹坑 121 的下部具有一个小的弧形的轮廓。 同样, 虽然未示出, 但在盖子另一侧边 lb左右两侧也具有凹槽 12。 或者, 也可以在侧板 l a和 lb上各仅设一个凹槽。
图 3为锁定件 8 的立体图, 其上还具有一个扭簧 9。 锁定件 8具有旋转销
83, 承载销 81, 限位销 82和 84, 限位销 84上还具有一个凸台 841。 该凸台 841 的作用将会在下面描述。 扭簧 9则安装在旋转销 83上。
图 4a-4b为侧板 6的局部侧向视图, 侧板 6的上部两侧具有一个凹坑 61, 凹坑 61上还有圆孔 63和异形通孔 64,异形通孔 64还具有一个特殊的轮廓弧面 641。 挡边 65在其左侧, 当锁定件 8安装到侧板 6上时, 旋转销 83首先***到 圆孔 63中一部分, 限位销 84上的凸台 841对准弧面 641, 这时候锁定件 8才可 以完全装入。 锁定件 8装入后, 限位销 82位于限位孔 62中。 由于扭簧 9会对 锁定件 8—直保持逆时针向的一个扭矩, 使得锁定件 8保持和挡边 65相贴合。 此时, 由于凸台 841偏离弧面 641, 使得锁定件无法脱出, 也仅在限位销 84上 的凸台 841 对准弧面 641 时才可以脱出。 此外, 虽然未示出, 但是, 与侧板 6 相对的侧板 4上也设有相应的结构。
图 5示出盖子 1从正上方安放在容器箱体上时, 锁定件 8如何进入凹槽 12 的过程。 斜坡 122首先和锁定件 8的承载销 81接触, 由于斜坡 122的压力, 会 迫使锁定件 8 以其旋转销 83为轴心顺时针旋转一定角度, 使得承载销 81避开 了凹槽 12下移的位置。 当盖子 1 向下放置到位时, 承载销 81正好对应着凹槽 12的凹坑 121, 由于扭簧 9的复位作用, 使得锁定件 8以其旋转销 83为轴心逆 时针旋转,从而使得承载销 81进入到凹坑 121中, 由此限制了盖子 1 向上移动。
打开盖子时, 当盖子 1 被从右侧即侧板 4 的方向打开一定距离时, 盖子 1 也就相当于以其和侧板 6 的右上部接触的地方为支点旋转了一个角度。 此时继 续向前推动盖子 1, 锁定件 8的承载销 81从盖子 1的凹槽 12中脱出, 从而实现 盖子 1的开启。
图 6-12示出了根据本发明的大型容器盖子锁定机构的第二实施例的结构示 意图。如图 6所示, 盖子锁定机构包括设置在盖子的边缘的凹坑 14、左手柄 12、 右手柄 10以及弹簧 1 1。如图 7-7b所更清楚示出的,凹坑 14的侧壁上有方孔 141 (或多边形孔 141 ) , 凹坑 14的另一边有滑轨 143, 滑轨 143的横截面为工字 型, 但也可以是诸如横截面为 T型的其他类型滑轨。 滑轨 143和方孔 141之间 有一处 u形的凸筋 142用来容纳弹簧 1 1。
图 8a-8b示出盖子锁定机构的右手柄 10, 左手柄 12结构和作用方式与右手 柄相同, 在此不再详述。 如图 8a所示, 右手柄 10的一端有一个锁舌 103, 另一 端设有滑槽 101, 锁舌 103的背面为一个坡面 1031, 手柄 10的背面有长槽 102, 长槽 102的侧壁上具有一个小的凸销 1021。手柄 10的侧面还具有一个凹槽 104, 以方便人们抓握, 如图 8b所更清楚示出的。
图 9和 10显示了盖子 1放置到箱体上且未完全闭合时的状态, 其中, 图 10 为图 9中部位 D的放大图。 如图 10所示, 当手柄 10放置在盖子 1的凹坑 14中 时, 滑轨 143和滑槽 101相扣合, 锁舌 103穿过方孔 141。 弹簧 1 1被放置在右 手柄 10的长槽 102和盖子的凸筋 142所形成的空腔内, 凸销 1021辅助的来保 持装配时弹簧 1 1不至于轻易从右手柄 10的长槽 102 内脱出。 这样, 由于弹簧 的复位作用, 手柄 10的锁舌 103会始终趋于伸出的状态。
当进一步向下按压盖子 1时, 如图 1 1 -12所示, 盖子 1承受压力, 由于锁舌 103的坡面 1031的导向作用, 右手柄 10会向左移动, 使其锁舌 103能够越过侧 板 4的侧部, 继续施加压力到盖子 1上时, 盖子就会和箱体贴合, 此时锁舌 103 可以恰好的对应到侧板 4上侧面的凹坑 41, 弹簧 1 1驱使锁舌 103进入到凹坑 41中, 从而将盖子 1和侧板相锁定。
当需要打开盖子 1时, 仅需要使手柄 10沿滑轨移动, 使锁舌 103推出侧板 上的凹坑 41然后向上提起盖子 1就可实现盖子的开启。 需要指出的是, 可根据需要在盖子和侧板上设置适当数量的盖子锁定机构。 上述各实施例中, 锁定机构位于盖子的边缘或侧板的上部且结构小巧紧凑, 因此有利于减少箱体折叠后盖子的累加高度, 降低运输和仓储成本。 此外, 锁 定机构还具有复位构件和导向构件, 使得当盖子放在容器的箱体上时, 不管其 是处于闭合状态还是开启状态, 锁定机构都不会被轻易损坏, 而且盖子的开启 和闭合都非常方便。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种容器盖子锁定机构,所述容器具有底座、侧板、以及盖子,其特征在于: 所述锁定机构位于盖子的边缘和侧板的上部; 且
所述锁定机构具有锁定构件、 复位构件和导向构件; 其中,
所述锁定构件用于将盖子锁定在容器的侧板上,所述复位构件和导向构件用于 在关闭盖子时使得锁定构件将盖子锁定在容器的侧板上。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的锁定机构, 其特征在于:
所述锁定机构包括手柄、 弹簧、 位于盖子边缘的凹坑 (14 ) 、 以及位于侧板 上的凹坑 (41 ) ; 其中,
手柄和弹簧容纳在盖子上的凹坑 (14 ) 中, 手柄上设有锁舌, 所述锁舌用 于与侧板上的凹坑 (41 ) 配合以将盖子锁定到侧板上, 所述弹簧为手柄提供复 位力。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的锁定机构, 其特征在于:
所述盖子上的凹坑 (14 ) 的侧壁上有孔, 凹坑 (14 ) 的另一边有滑轨, 滑 轨和孔之间设有凸筋用来容纳所述弹簧。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的锁定机构, 其特征在于: 所述手柄的一端设有用于 与侧壁上的孔配合锁舌, 所述锁舌的背面有一个坡面, 且手柄的另一端设有用 于与滑轨配合的滑槽, 手柄的背面设有用于与盖子上的凸筋一起容纳弹簧的长 槽, 该长槽的侧壁上具有凸销。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的锁定机构, 其特征在于: 所述手柄的侧面还具有一 个凹槽。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的锁定机构, 其特征在于: 所述锁定构件为一锁定件, 所 述复位构件为扭簧, 所述导向构件包括位于盖子上的凹槽和位于侧板上的配合结 构; 其中, 所述锁定件可安装在所述配合结构中并可进入或离开所述凹槽以实现盖 子的关闭或开启。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的锁定机构, 其特征在于:
所述锁定件具有旋转销、 承载销、和两个限位销, 所述限位销之一上还具有 一个凸台, 且所述扭簧设置在所述锁定件上;
所述配合结构包括位于侧板上部两侧上的凹坑, 位于所述凹坑中的圆孔、 异形通孔和限位孔, 异形通孔还具有异形轮廓弧面; 其中
当锁定件安装到侧板上时, 所述旋转销***所述圆孔中, 所述两个限位销 分别***异形通孔和限位孔中, 从而使所述锁定件保持在所述配合构件上; 且 当盖子在侧板上滑动时, 所述承载销可进入或脱离凹槽以实现盖子的锁定 和移除。
8. 如权利要求 6所述的锁定机构,其特征在于:所述凹槽位于盖子的下表面的 左右两侧, 凹槽的外侧为一个斜坡, 内部为一个凹坑, 凹坑的下部具有弧形轮 廓。
9. 一种容器, 包括底座、 侧板、 以及盖子, 其特征在于: 所述容器还包括如权 利要求 1-8中任一项所述的容器盖子锁定机构。
