在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题:
( 1) 由于只能为点播的音频设置文字点播赠言信息, 而使用文字点播赠言信息, 用户需 要逐一输入, 当文字点播赠言信息篇幅较大, 用户输入需要占用很长时间, 特别是对于文字 识别力相对较差的中老年人, 输入文字无疑是一个挑战;
(2) 由于同一个语句根据阅读者语气的不同所表达的含义也有所差别, 所以仅仅依靠文 字点播赠言信息并不能准确的表达用户的情感。 发明内容

综上所述, 本发明实施例三提供的音视频点播方法通过接收第一终端发送的点播赠言信 息, 点播赠言信息为语音信息或者视频信息, 将点播赠言信息和音频或视频发送给第二终端 以播放, 解决了用户在第一终端输入文字信息时, 需要逐字输入的不方便的问题, 以及利用 文字信息作为点播赠言信息的表达不准确的问题, 达到了用户可以在第一终端输入语音信息 或者视频信息作为点播赠言信息从而实现点播赠言信息输入方便以及表达准确的效果。同时, 通过在服务器发送点播赠言信息和视频或音频给第二终端以播放之前, 第一终端对点播赠言 信息和音频或视频的播放方式进行预览, 实现了用户对点播赠言信息和音频或视频的内容和 播放方式可以预先查看的功能。 实施例四
请参考图 5, 其示出了实施例四提供的音视频点播服务器的结构方框图, 该音视频点播 服务器可以包括: 请求接收模块 510、 点播赠言接收模块 520、 信息发送模块 560。
请求接收模块 510 用于接收第一终端发送的对音频或视频的点播请求和对应的点播对 象, 点播对象对应于第二终端;
点播赠言接收模块 520用于接收第一终端发送的点播赠言信息, 点播赠言信息为语音信 息或者视频信息;
信息发送模块 560用于将点播赠言信息和音频或视频发送给第二终端以播放。 可选地, 信息发送模块 560在从第一终端接收到确认点播请求之后, 将点播赠言信息和音频或视频发 送给第二终端以播放。
优选地, 音视频点播服务器还包括预览请求接收模块 530、赠言发送模块 540、音视频发 送模块 550, 如图 6所示。 其中, 预览请求接收模块 530用于接收第一终端发送的预览请求; 赠言发送模块 540用于将点播赠言信息发送给第一终端以播放; 音视频发送模块 550用于将 点播赠言信息和音频或视频发送给第一终端以播放。
更为优选地, 音视频发送模块 550, 具体包括第一信息发送单元 552, 如图 7所示。第一 信息发送单元 552用于将点播赠言信息和音频或视频和对应的播放方式发送给第一终端, 以 便于第一终端根据播放方式对点播赠言信息和音频或视频进行播放; 播放方式包括先播放点 播赠言信息, 后播放音频或视频; 或者, 先播放点播赠言信息并以淡出方式结束, 后播放音 频或视频并以淡入方式开始。
更为优选地, 信息发送模块 560, 具体包括第二信息发送单元 562, 如图 8所示。 第二信 息发送单元 562用于将点播赠言信息和音频或视频和对应的播放方式发送给第二终端, 以便 于第二终端根据播放方式对点播赠言信息和音频或视频进行播放; 播放方式包括先播放点播 赠言信息, 后播放音频或视频; 或者, 先播放点播赠言信息并以淡出方式结束, 后播放音频 或视频并以淡入方式开始。
综上所述, 本发明实施例四提供的音视频点播服务器通过接收第一终端发送的点播赠言 信息, 点播赠言信息为语音信息或者视频信息, 将点播赠言信息和音频或视频发送给第二终 端以播放, 解决了用户在第一终端输入文字信息时, 需要逐字输入的不方便的问题, 以及利 用文字信息作为点播赠言信息的表达不准确的问题, 达到了用户可以在第一终端输入语音信 息或者视频信息作为点播赠言信息从而实现点播赠言信息输入方便以及表达准确的效果。 实施例五
请参考图 9, 其示出了本发明实施例五提供的终端的结构方框图, 所述终端可以是诸如 手机、 平板电脑、 电子书阅读器、 台式电脑和笔记本之类的终端。 该终端可以包括: 请求发 送模块 610和点播赠言发送模块 620。
请求发送模块 610用于向服务器发送对音频或视频的点播请求和对应的点播对象, 点播 对象对应于第二终端;
点播赠言发送模块 620用于向服务器发送点播赠言信息, 点播赠言信息为语音信息或者 视频信息。 优选地, 终端还可以包括预览请求发送模块 630、预览接收模块 640、预览播放模块 650, 如图 10所示。 其中, 预览请求发送模块 630用于向服务器发送预览请求; 预览接收模块 640 用于接收服务器发送的点播赠言信息和音频或视频和对应的播放方式, 播放方式包括先播放 点播赠言信息, 后播放音频或视频; 或者, 先播放点播赠言信息并以淡出方式结束, 后播放 音频或视频并以淡入方式开始; 预览播放模块 650用于根据播放方式播放点播赠言信息和音 频或视频。
可选地, 终端还可以包括收入模块, 用于由用户输入语音信息或者视频信息作为点播赠 言信息。 可选地, 请求发送模块 610还用于在预览播放模块 650播放点播赠言信息和 /或音频 或视频之后, 向服务器发送点播确认请求。
综上所述, 本发明实施例五提供的终端通过向服务器发送音频或视频的点播请求、 对应 的点播对象以及点播赠言信息, 点播赠言信息为语音信息或者视频信息, 解决了用户在第一 终端输入文字信息时, 需要逐字输入的不方便的问题, 达到了用户可以在第一终端输入语音 信息或者视频信息作为点播赠言信息从而实现点播赠言信息输入方便以及表达准确的效果。 实施例六

播放模块 720用于根据播放方式播放点播赠言信息和音频或视频。
综上所述, 本发明实施例六提供的终端通过接收服务器发送的点播赠言信息和音频或视 频和对应的播放方式, 点播赠言信息为语音信息或者视频信息, 并根据播放方式播放点播赠 言信息和音频或视频, 解决了利用文字信息作为点播赠言信息的表达不准确的问题, 达到了 接收到的点播赠言信息表达准确的效果。 实施例七
请参考图 12, 其示出了实施例七提供的音视频点播***的结构方框图, 该音视频点播系 统包括服务器 810、 终端 820和终端 830。 其中, 服务器 810的详细描述请参考实施例四, 终 端 820的详细描述请参考实施例五, 终端 830的详细描述请参考实施例六, 在此将不再赘述。 综上所述, 本发明实施例七提供的音视频点播***通过接收第一终端发送的点播赠言信 息, 点播赠言信息为语音信息或者视频信息, 将点播赠言信息和音频或视频发送给第二终端 以播放, 解决了用户在第一终端输入文字信息时, 需要逐字输入的不方便的问题, 以及利用 文字信息作为点播赠言信息的表达不准确的问题, 达到了用户可以在第一终端输入语音信息 或者视频信息作为点播赠言信息从而实现点播赠言信息输入方便以及表达准确的效果。 需要说明的是: 上述实施例提供的音视频点播服务器在音频或视频点播时, 仅以上述各 功能模块的划分进行举例说明, 实际应用中, 可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能 模块完成, 即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块, 以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功 能。 另外, 上述实施例提供的音视频点播服务器和音视频点播方法方法属于同一构思, 其具 体实现过程详见方法实施例, 这里不再赘述。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种音视频点播方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
接收第一终端发送的对音频或视频的点播请求和对应的点播对象, 所述点播对象对应于 第二终端;
接收所述第一终端发送的点播赠言信息, 所述点播赠言信息为语音信息或者视频信息; 将所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频发送给所述第二终端以播放。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的音视频点播方法, 其特征在于,所述接收所述第一终端发送的 点播赠言信息之后, 所述将所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频发送给所述第二终端以播放 之前, 还包括:
接收所述第一终端发送的预览请求;
将所述点播赠言信息发送给所述第一终端以播放;
或将所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频发送给所述第一终端以播放。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的音视频点播方法, 其特征在于,所述将所述点播赠言信息和所 述音频或视频发送给所述第一终端以播放, 具体包括- 将所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频和对应的播放方式发送给所述第一终端, 以便于 所述第一终端根据所述播放方式对所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频进行播放;
所述播放方式包括先播放所述点播赠言信息, 后播放所述音频或视频; 或者, 先播放所 述点播赠言信息并以淡出方式结束, 后播放所述音频或视频并以淡入方式幵始。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的音视频点播方法,其特征在于,所述将所述点播赠言信息 和所述音频或视频发送给所述第二终端以播放, 具体包括:
将所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频和对应的播放方式发送给所述第二终端, 以便于 所述第二终端根据所述播放方式对所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频进行播放;
所述播放方式包括先播放所述点播赠言信息, 后播放所述音频或视频; 或者, 先播放所 述点播赠言信息并以淡出方式结束, 后播放所述音频或视频并以淡入方式开始。
5 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的音视频点播方法, 其特征在于, 在从所述第一终端接收到 确认点播请求之后, 将所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频发送给所述第二终端以播放。
6、 一种音视频点播服务器, 其特征在于, 所述服务器包括:
请求接收模块, 用于接收第一终端发送的对音频或视频的点播请求和对应的点播对象, 所述点播对象对应于第二终端;
赠言接收模块, 用于接收所述第一终端发送的点播赠言信息, 所述点播赠言信息为语音 信息或者视频信息;
信息发送模块,用于将所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频发送给所述第二终端以播放。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的音视频点播服务器, 其特征在于, 所述音视频点播服务器还包 括:
预览请求接收模块, 用于接收所述第一终端发送的预览请求; .
点播赠言发送模块, 用于将所述点播赠言信息发送给所述第一终端以播放;
音视频发送模块, 用于将所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频发送给所述第一终端以播 放。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的音视频点播服务器, 其特征在于, 所述音视频发送模块, 具体 包括:
第一信息发送单元, 用于将所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频和对应的播放方式发送 给所述第一终端, 以便于所述第一终端根据所述播放方式对所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或 视频进行播放;
所述播放方式包括先播放所述点播赠言信息, 后播放所述音频或视频; 或者, 先播放所 述点播赠言信息并以淡出方式结束, 后播放所述音频或视频并以淡入方式开始。
9、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的音视频点播服务器, 其特征在于, 所述信息发送模块, 具 体包括:
第二信息发送单元, 用于将所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频和对应的播放方式发送 给所述第二终端, 以便于所述第二终端根据所述播放方式对所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或 视频进行播放;
所述播放方式包括先播放所述点播赠言信息, 后播放所述音频或视频; 或者, 先播放所 述点播赠言信息并以淡出方式结束, 后播放所述音频或视频并以淡入方式开始。
10、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的音视频点播服务器, 其特征在于, 所述信息发送模块在 从所述第一终端接收到确认点播请求之后, 将所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频发送给所 述第二终端以播放。
11、 根据权利要求 6所述的音视频点播服务器, 其特征在于, 所述服务器是高性能计算 机或者云计算中心。
12、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端具体包括:
请求发送模块, 用于向服务器发送对音频或视频的点播请求和对应的点播对象, 所述点 播对象对应于第二终端;
点播赠言发送模块, 用于向所述服务器发送点播赠言信息, 所述点播赠言信息为语音信 息或者视频信息。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端, 还包括:
预览请求发送模块, 用于向所述服务器发送预览请求;
预览接收模块, 用于接收所述服务器发送的所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频和对应 的播放方式, 所述播放方式包括先播放所述点播赠言信息, 后播放所述音频或视频; 或者, 先播放所述点播赠言信息并以淡出方式结束, 后播放所述音频或视频并以淡入方式开始; 预览播放模块, 用于根据所述播放方式播放所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端, 还包括:
输入模块, 用于由用户输入所述语音信息或者视频信息作为所述点播赠言信息。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述请求发送模块还用于在预览播放模 块播放所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频之后, 向服务器发送点播确认请求。
16、 根据权利要求 12所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端是手机、 平板电脑、 电子书阅 读器、 台式电脑或笔记本电脑。
17、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端具体包括:
信息接收模块, 用于接收服务器发送的所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频和对应的播 放方式, 所述播放方式包括先播放所述点播赠言信息, 后播放所述音频或视频; 或者, 先播 放所述点播赠言信息并以淡出方式结束, 后播放所述音频或视频并以淡入方式开始;
播放模块, 用于根据所述播放方式播放所述点播赠言信息和所述音频或视频。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端是手机、 平板电脑、 电子书阅 读器、 台式电脑或笔记本电脑。
19、 一种音视频点播***, 其特征在于, 其包括如权利要求 5至 11任一所述的服务器、 如权利要求 12至 16任一所述的终端, 和如权利要求 17或 18所述的终端。
