Abstract

L'invention porte sur un panneau modulaire (10) pour la constitution de planchers ou de parois ventilés, lequel panneau comprend une plaque polygonale (11) en matière plastique, qui forme des saillies de liaisons mécaniques périphériques (12) pour la liaison à d'autres panneaux modulaires similaires. Une première face (13) de la plaque a des creux (14) pour recevoir partiellement un certain nombre d'éléments d'espacement de support (15) qui font saillie à partir de la plaque de façon à porter sur un plancher sous-jacent ou une paroi verticale, laissant un espace ventilé entre le panneau et le plancher ou la paroi. Un substrat (19) ayant des propriétés d'isolation thermique et acoustique est appliqué sur une seconde face opposée (17) du panneau. Une couche de revêtement superficielle (18), visible lors de l'utilisation, est appliquée au substrat isolant (19).
