Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation thermique (1) de combustion de matière comportant une fraction d'eau liquide, l'installation comprenant un foyer (12) de combustion, un premier circuit (13) de fluide caloporteur alimenté en chaleur par le foyer (12) au niveau d'un premier échangeur (31 ), un séchoir (20) alimenté en chaleur par un deuxième circuit (21) de fluide caloporteur au niveau d'un deuxième échangeur (210), ladite matière comportant une fraction d'eau liquide circulant dans le séchoir (20) pour diminuer sa fraction d'eau liquide avant d'être introduite dans le foyer (12), l'installation étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre au moins un circuit de fluide à chauffer (120, 40, 41, 13) et un circuit (22) pour la circulation de buées depuis le séchoir (20) vers au moins un condenseur de buées (23a, 23b, 23c, 23d), chaque au moins un condenseur de buées (23a, 23b, 23c, 23d) étant en échange thermique avec un circuit de fluide à chauffer (120, 40, 41, 13), la température du fluide du deuxième circuit (21) en entrée du deuxième échangeur (210) étant supérieure à 100°C, la température dudit fluide à chauffer du ou des circuits (120, 40, 41, 13) en entrée du ou des condenseurs de buées (23a, 23b, 23c, 23d) étant inférieure à 80°C, le séchoir (20) étant configuré pour que les buées présentent un point de rosée supérieur à 80°C. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif d'amélioration des performances d'une installation thermique de combustion de matière comportant une fraction d'eau liquide.
