一种停车场管理方法及装置 技术领域
本发明属于信息管理技术领域,尤其涉及一种停车场管理方法及装置。
背景技术
在一些大型的酒店、度假村或者商圈,为了更好地利用停车场的车位资源,上述场所的停车场均实行商住混用,例如酒店中的住客与酒店中商户的客户共用同一停车场。然而,商住混用停车场存在如下缺陷:
酒店中的住客停车往往是免费的,而酒店商户的客户停车往往需要收取一定的费用,使得商住混用停车场在收费时需要凭借相关身份证明等手段来区分酒店住客与商户客户,进行分别管理和计费,降低了停车场的管理效率。
技术问题
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种 停车场管理方法 ,旨在解决现有的商住混用停车场需要对 酒店住客与商户客户进行分别管理和计费,降低了停车场的管理效率 的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种停车场管理方法,包括:
获取车主信息;
将所述车主信息转换成停车卡信息;
将所述停车卡信息写入车主的停车卡。
本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供 一种停车场管理装置,包括:
获取单元,用于获取车主信息;
转换单元,用于将所述车主信息转换成停车卡信息;
写入单元,用于将转所述停车卡信息写入车主的停车卡。
有益效果
在本发明实施例中,通过将停车卡对应的车主信息进行转换成相应的停车卡信息后写入该停车卡,从而根据停车卡持有者的实际情况变更该停车卡的收费策略,实现酒店住客与商户客户的分别管理和计费,提高了停车场的管理效率。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
在本发明实施例中,通过将停车卡对应的车主信息进行转换成相应的停车卡信息后写入该停车卡,从而根据停车卡持有者的实际情况变更该停车卡的收费策略,实现酒店住客与商户客户的分别管理和计费,提高了停车场的管理效率。
图 1 示出了本发明第一实施例提供的停车卡管理方法的实现流程,详述如下:
在步骤 S101 中,获取车主信息。
在本实施例中,所述车主信息包括车主的住宿标记、住宿时间或者消费金额。
在本实施例中,住宿标记用于标记车主当前处于酒店入住状态,住宿时间可以为车主在酒店内的预订住宿时间,而消费金额可以为车主在酒店商户的消费金额。
作为本发明的一个实施例,可以通过检测工作人员的输入来获取到车主的住宿标记、住宿时间或者消费金额。
作为本发明的另一实施例,也可以通过酒店的住宿管理***等能够获取到住客入住信息的***或者商户的消费管理***等能够获取到客户消费记录的***获取到相关的车主信息。
在步骤 S102 中,将所述车主信息转换成停车卡信息。
在本实施例中,停车卡信息包括停车卡的可用余额、免费停车时间、免费停车状态等,用于使相关设备通过相关的停车卡信息采用相应的收费策略对车辆进行收费和管理。
具体地,当车主信息为住宿标记时,则将住宿标记转换为相应的免费停车标记,所述免费停车标记用于标记相应的停车卡处于免收费状态,以使车主在酒店住宿期间使用该停车卡进行停车时,能够享用免费停车的权利。
当车主信息为住宿时间时,则将住宿时间转换为车主对应停车卡的免费停车时间,以使相应的停车卡在所述免费停车时间内处于免收费状态,以使车主在酒店住宿期间使用该停车卡进行停车时,能够享用免费停车的权利。
当车主信息为消费金额时,则将消费金额通过预设的规则转换为一定数量的优惠金额,使得车主在使用该停车卡进行停车时,能够利用该优惠金额进行停车费用的支付。
在步骤 S103 中,将所述停车卡信息写入车主的停车卡。
经过上述步骤,即使得停车场的相关计费及管理设备通过停车卡内的相关信息对酒店住客和商户客户进行区分,实现分别管理和计费,大大提高了停车场的管理效率。
作为本发明的一个实施例,当车主信息为住宿标记时,还包括:
取消停车卡中写入的所述停车卡信息,即取消停车卡中的免费停车标记,具体地,通过对停车卡进行写入,抹除停车卡中原先写入的免费停车标记,使得在住客在酒店退房后不再享用免费停车的权利。
在本发明实施例中,通过将停车卡对应的车主信息进行转换成相应的停车卡信息后写入该停车卡,从而根据停车卡持有者的实际情况变更该停车卡的收费策略,实现酒店住客与商户客户的分别管理和计费,提高了停车场的管理效率。
图 2 示出了本发明第二实施例提供的停车场管理装置的结构框图,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本实施例相关的部分。
参照图 2 ,该装置包括:
获取单元 21 ,获取车主信息。
转换单元 22 ,将将所述车主信息转换成停车卡信息。
写入单元 23 ,将转所述停车卡信息写入车主的停车卡。
具体地,所述车主信息包括车主的住宿标记,所述住宿标记用于标记车主当前处于酒店入住状态,所述转换单元 22 用于将所述住宿标记转换为免费停车标记,所述免费停车标记用于标记相应的停车卡处于免收费状态。当车主信息包括车主的住宿标记时,该装置还包括:
取消单元,用于取消停车卡中的所述停车卡信息。
具体地,所述车主信息包括车主的住宿时间,所述转换单元 22 用于将所述住宿时间转换为免费停车时间,以使相应的停车卡在所述免费停车时间内处于免收费状态。
具体地,所述车主信息包括消费金额,所述转换单元 22 用于将所述消费金额通过预设的规则转换为优惠金额,以使车主通过相应的停车卡利用所述优惠金额进行停车费用的支付。
在本发明实施例中,通过将停车卡对应的车主信息进行转换成相应的停车卡信息后写入该停车卡,从而根据停车卡持有者的实际情况变更该停车卡的收费策略,实现酒店住客与商户客户的分别管理和计费,提高了停车场的管理效率。

  1. 一种 停车场管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取车主信息;
    将所述车主信息转换成停车卡信息;
    将所述停车卡信息写入车主的停车卡。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车主信息包括车主的住宿标记,所述住宿标记用于标记车主当前处于酒店入住状态,所述将所述车主信息转换成停车卡信息包括:
    将所述住宿标记转换为免费停车标记,所述免费停车标记用于标记相应的停车卡处于免收费状态。
  3. 如权利要求 1 所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车主信息包括车主的住宿时间,所述将所述车主信息进行转换包括:
    将所述住宿时间转换为免费停车时间,以使相应的停车卡在所述免费停车时间内处于免收费状态。
  4. 如权利要求 1 所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车主信息包括消费金额,所述将所述车主信息进行转换包括:
    将所述消费金额通过预设的规则转换为优惠金额,以使车主通过相应的停车卡利用所述优惠金额进行停车费用的支付。
  5. 如权利要求 2 所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    取消停车卡中的所述停车卡信息。
  6. 一种停车场管理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取车主信息;
    转换单元,用于将所述车主信息转换成停车卡信息;
    写入单元,用于将转所述停车卡信息写入车主的停车卡。
  7. 如权利要求 6 所述的装置,其特征在于,所述车主信息包括车主的住宿标记,所述住宿标记用于标记车主当前处于酒店入住状态,所述转换单元用于将所述住宿标记转换为免费停车标记,所述免费停车标记用于标记相应的停车卡处于免收费状态。
  8. 如权利要求 6 所述的装置,其特征在于,所述车主信息包括车主的住宿时间,所述转换单元用于将所述住宿时间转换为免费停车时间,以使相应的停车卡在所述免费停车时间内处于免收费状态。
  9. 如权利要求 6 所述的装置,其特征在于,所述车主信息包括消费金额,所述转换单元用于将所述消费金额通过预设的规则转换为优惠金额,以使车主通过相应的停车卡利用所述优惠金额进行停车费用的支付。
  10. 如权利要求 7 所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    取消单元,用于取消停车卡中的所述停车卡信息。
