设置有可拆卸式休息平台的铁塔爬梯 技术领域 本实用新型涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种设置有可拆卸式休息平台的铁塔 爬梯。 背景技术 随着科技的创新, 通信网络建设的不断发展, 通信铁塔的应用也越来越广泛。 为 了方便在通信铁塔的顶部架设天线、 航标灯等设备, 必须在铁塔内部或外部设置供工 作人员攀爬使用的爬梯, 通信铁塔的高度一般在几十米以上, 工作人员在攀爬时需要 暂停休息。 目前, 通信铁塔一般采用在塔身横隔布置休息平台, 工作人员需要从爬梯 走到横隔平台处进行休息, 这样, 一旦铁塔安装后, 爬梯上的休息平台的高度和数量 便固定。 因此, 这种休息平台的高度、 数量均固定的爬梯由于其不可拆卸, 就无法以 灵活地增加休息平台个数或者调整休息平台位置的方式满足工作人员的休息需求。 针对相关技术中爬梯上的休息平台的高度、 数量均固定而导致工作人员休息不方 便的问题, 目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。 实用新型内容 本实用新型提供了一种设置有可拆卸式休息平台的铁塔爬梯, 以至少解决上述问 题之一。 根据本实用新型, 提供了一种设置有可拆卸式休息平台的铁塔爬梯, 包括: 爬梯 本体、 护圈、 可拆卸式休息平台, 以及休息平台转动连接装置; 护圈围绕连接于爬梯 本体, 可拆卸式休息平台通过休息平台转动连接装置与护圈连接, 其中, 可拆卸式休 息平台位于护圈内侧。 优选地, 休息平台转动连接装置包括: 休息平台旋转部件、 连接休息平台旋转部 件与护圈的连接部件, 以及阻止连接部件与休息平台旋转部件分离的防滑部件。 优选地, 休息平台旋转部件为 1个旋转轴。 优选地, 连接部件由 2个连接钢板构成。 优选地, 防滑部件由 2个防滑螺栓构成。 优选地, 2个连接钢板的一侧分别套置于旋转轴的两端, 2个防滑螺栓分别设置在 旋转轴的两端, 2个防滑螺栓与旋转轴的连接位置分别位于 2个连接钢板与旋转轴的 连接位置的外侧, 且防滑螺栓的长度大于旋转轴的直径。 优选地, 2个连接钢板的另一侧分别通过螺栓与护圈连接。 优选地, 可拆卸式休息平台的主体结构为以下之一: 网格型结构、 钢板结构、 板 条型结构。 优选地, 可拆卸式休息平台的承载面的形状为长方形或正方形。 通过本实用新型,采用在通信铁塔的爬梯上设置一个可以拆卸的休息平台的方式, 解决了传统通信铁塔的爬梯的休息平台设置个数、 高度都不可以调整而造成工作人员 不能在攀爬爬梯的过程中不能得到很好休息的问题, 进而达到了通信铁塔爬梯的休息 平台可拆卸、 可调整高度和个数以使得工作人员得到很好的休息的效果。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本实用新型的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本实用新型的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本实用新型, 并不构成对本实用新型的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1是根据本实用新型实施例的设置有可拆卸式休息平台的铁塔爬梯的局部结构 示意图; 图 2是根据本实用新型实施例的设置有可拆卸式休息平台的铁塔爬梯的使用状态 示意图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本实用新型。 需要说明的是, 在不冲 突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 图 1是根据本实用新型实施例的设置有可拆卸式休息平台的铁塔爬梯的局部结构 示意图, 如图 1所示, 设置有可拆卸式休息平台的铁塔爬梯主要包括: 爬梯本体 1、 护圈 2、 可拆卸式休息平台 3, 以及休息平台转动连接装置 4; 护圈 2围绕连接于爬梯 本体 1, 可拆卸式休息平台 3通过休息平台转动连接装置 4与护圈 2连接, 其中, 可 拆卸式休息平台 3位于护圈 2内侧。 在实际应用中, 对于爬梯本体 1与通信铁塔的连接方式而言, 爬梯 1可以通过螺 栓连接、 拼接连接或者夹具连接等固定在铁塔身上。 在本实施例中, 休息平台转动连接装置 4可以包括: 休息平台旋转部件 42、 连接 休息平台旋转部件 42与护圈 2的连接部件 44, 以及阻止连接部件 44与休息平台旋转 部件 42分离的防滑部件 46。 在本实用新型的一个优选实施方式中, 休息平台旋转部件 42可以为 1个旋转轴, 连接部件 44可以由 2个连接钢板构成, 防滑部件 46可以由 2个防滑螺栓构成。其中, 2 个连接钢板的一侧分别套置于旋转轴的两端, 2 个防滑螺栓分别设置在旋转轴的两 端, 2个防滑螺栓与旋转轴的连接位置分别位于 2个连接钢板与旋转轴的连接位置的 外侧, 且防滑螺栓的长度大于旋转轴的直径。 在实际应用中, 工作人员可以根据需要沿着旋转轴将可拆卸式休息平台 3设置为 不同的工作状态。 而设置防滑部件 (可以采用防滑螺栓) 的目的是方式因护圈 2在经 历长时间的工作后发生变形而影响可拆卸式休息平台 3的工作。 在实际应用中, 2个连接钢板的另一侧可以分别通过螺栓与护圈 2连接。 在本实用新型的一个优选实施方式中, 可拆卸式休息平台 3的主体结构可以为以 下之一: 网格型结构、 钢板结构、 板条型结构, 当然, 在实际应用中, 对该可拆卸式 休息平台 3的主体结构的外形和材料均不做具体限制, 只要能满足主体结构能够安全 地承载工作人员的重量这一严格要求的材料和外形设计都可以使用。 在本实施例中, 可拆卸式休息平台 3的承载面的形状可以设计为长方形或正方形, 当然, 只要能够使 可拆卸式休息平台的承载面符合安全要求, 其形状并不受到限制。 请参考图 2, 图 2是根据本实用新型实施例的设置有可拆卸式休息平台的铁塔爬 梯的使用状态示意图, 如图 2所示, 工作人员可以根据工作需要将可拆卸式休息平台 3设置为不同的工作状态, 如果工作人员在爬到可拆卸式休息平台 3的上方位置时感 到劳累的话,就完全可以将可拆卸式休息平台 3至于平放状态(SP,展开状态),这样, 工作人员就可以坐到或站在可拆卸式休息平台 3上方休息。 采用上述实施例提供的设置有可拆卸式休息平台的铁塔爬梯, 解决了传统通信铁 塔的爬梯的休息平台设置个数、 高度都不可以调整而造成工作人员不能在攀爬爬梯的 过程中不能得到很好休息的问题, 进而达到了通信铁塔爬梯的休息平台可拆卸、 可调 整高度和个数以使得工作人员得到很好的休息的效果。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本实用新型实现了如下技术效果:
1、 使用方便, 安全可靠。 工作人员在攀爬过程中可直接在爬梯护圈中休息, 不必 要从爬梯走到横隔平台处休息, 提高了作业安全性。
2、休息平台安装方便, 可以安装在铁塔的任意高度。休息平台安装高度不必受到 铁塔横隔面高度的限制, 可以方便地安装在铁塔任意高度, 安装时不需要对爬梯进行 拆卸。
3、 可根据需要任意增加休息平台数量, 通用性强。 休息平台安装方便, 可根据需 要在铁塔爬梯的不同高度处增加休息平台, 方便工作人员休息。 休息平台通用性强, 可重复利用。
4、休息平台可翻转折叠。休息平台可以翻转折叠, 既能够满足工作人员在攀爬爬 梯时具有足够的攀爬空间, 也能够满足工作人员休息的需要。 以上所述仅为本实用新型的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本实用新型, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本实用新型可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本实用新型的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围 之内。

2. 根据权利要求 1所述的铁塔爬梯, 其中, 所述休息平台转动连接装置包括: 休 息平台旋转部件、 连接所述休息平台旋转部件与所述护圈的连接部件, 以及阻 止所述连接部件与所述休息平台旋转部件分离的防滑部件。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的铁塔爬梯,其中,所述休息平台旋转部件为 1个旋转轴。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的铁塔爬梯, 其中, 所述连接部件由 2个连接钢板构成。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的铁塔爬梯, 其中, 所述防滑部件由 2个防滑螺栓构成。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的铁塔爬梯, 其中, 2个所述连接钢板的一侧分别套置于 所述旋转轴的两端, 2个所述防滑螺栓分别设置在所述旋转轴的两端, 2个所述 防滑螺栓与所述旋转轴的连接位置分别位于 2个所述连接钢板与所述旋转轴的 连接位置的外侧, 且所述防滑螺栓的长度大于所述旋转轴的直径。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的铁塔爬梯, 其中, 2个所述连接钢板的另一侧分别通过 螺栓与所述护圈连接。
8. 根据权利要求 1至 7中任一项所述的铁塔爬梯, 其中, 所述可拆卸式休息平台 的主体结构为以下之一:
网格型结构、 钢板结构、 板条型结构。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的铁塔爬梯, 其中, 所述可拆卸式休息平台的承载面的形 状为长方形或正方形。
