Abstract
Description
MSSの車両には、道路および道路周辺を測量するために、レーザスキャナ、カメラ、測位装置としてのGPS(Global Positioning System)アンテナなどの計測機器(センサ)が取り付けられ、これら計測機器のケーブルが複雑に配線される。また、これらの計測機器は車両に取り付けられた際に高い精度でキャリブレーションされる。
そこで、特殊な車両であることを隠すため、または車両および計測機器を保護するため、MMSの車両にカバーをかける必要がある。
しかし、MMSの車両にカバーをかけた際に、このカバーが計測機器に触れて計測機器の位置や傾きをずらしてしまい、計測精度を低下させてしまう可能性がある。
また、MMSの車両に取り付けられる各計測機器がずれないように、MMSの車両にカバーをかけられるようにすることが望まれている。
センサが取り付けられ車両のルーフキャリアに取り付けられるセンサ台と前記車両の天板との間に配置する。
前記配線ボックスは、
前記センサのケーブルが挿入される挿入穴を設けた挿入側部と、開口した開口底部とを有する本体部と、
前記本体部の前記開口底部の周囲に設けた鍔部とを備える。
前記鍔部が前記天板に設けられる天板穴の周囲に固定され、前記ケーブルが前記挿入穴から前記本体部に挿入されて前記開口底部に位置する前記天板穴から前記車両内へ引き込まれる。
モービルマッピングシステム(MMS)のセンサのケーブルをまとめる配線ボックスについて説明する。但し、MMSで使用する車両以外の車両に本実施の形態の配線ボックスをしようしてもよい。
図2は、実施の形態1における計測車両100に設置された中継ボックス200を示す側面図である。
実施の形態1における計測車両100について、図1および図2に基づいて説明する。
但し、計測ユニット110は、図1と異なる台数の計測機器を異なる配置で備えてもよい。
カメラ111Aは計測車両100の右前方を撮像し、カメラ111Bは計測車両100の左前方を撮像する。
カメラ111Cは計測車両100の右側方を撮像し、カメラ111Dは計測車両100の左側方を撮像する。
カメラ111Eは計測車両100の右後方を撮像し、カメラ111Fは計測車両100の左後方を撮像する。
レーザスキャナ112Aは計測車両100の前側下方を計測し、レーザスキャナ112Bは計測車両100の後ろ側上方を計測する。
レーザスキャナ112Cは計測車両100の前側上方を計測し、レーザスキャナ112Dは計測車両100の後ろ側下方を計測する。
但し、GPSは測位システム(GNSS:Global Navigation Satellite Systems)の一例である。GPS受信機113A-Cは、GPS以外の測位システム(GLONASS:Global Navigation Satellite System、Galileo、準天頂衛星システムなど)を利用する受信機であっても構わない。
中継ボックス200は、計測ユニット110と計測車両100の天板との間に配置され、各計測機器のケーブルをまとめる。
図4は、実施の形態1における計測車両100の天板103に設置した2つの中継ボックス200L・200Rを示す平面図である。
実施の形態1における2つの中継ボックス200の配置について、図3および図4に基づいて説明する。
以下、計測車両100の左側部分に設置する中継ボックス200を「中継ボックス200L」といい、計測車両100の右側部分に設置する中継ボックス200を「中継ボックス200R」という。
中継ボックス200Rの本体部210は、右側に配置される側面に3つの横長の長穴(図示省略)を横並びに有し、後ろ側に配置される側面に1つの大径の丸穴212を有する。また、本体部210の底部は開口している(図示省略)。
但し、長穴は左右反対側の側面または左右両側の側面に設けても構わず、長穴の個数は1つ、2つまたは4つ以上であっても構わず、長穴の代わりに1つまたは複数の丸穴(または角穴)を設けても構わない。
また、丸穴212は前側の側面または前後両側の側面に設けても構わない。
長穴と丸穴212との用途については後述する。
ケーブル受け片221と取っ手金具222との用途については後述する。
実施の形態1における中継ボックス200Rについて、図5に基づいて説明する。
グロメットプレート230は、計測装置のケーブルを挿入するための4つまたは5つの挿入穴231を有する。但し、グロメットプレート230に設ける挿入穴231の個数は1つ、2つから3つまたは6つ以上であっても構わない。
グロメットプレート230の各挿入穴231には本体部210への浸水の防止用およびケーブル破損の防止用にリング状のグロメット232を取り付ける。
また、本体部210の長穴211の周囲とグロメットプレート230との間に挟んでシート状(または板状)のパッキン233を設ける。パッキン233は、本体部210の長穴211と同程度の大きさの長穴234を有する。但し、本体部210およびパッキン233は、長穴234の代わりにグロメットプレート230と同様に複数の丸穴を有しても構わない。
グロメットプレート240は、レーザスキャナ112のケーブルを挿入するための挿入穴241を有する。
グロメットプレート240の挿入穴241には本体部210への浸水の防止用およびケーブル破損の防止用にリング状のグロメット242を取り付ける。
また、本体部210の丸穴212の周囲とグロメットプレート240との間に挟んでシート状(または板状)のパッキン243を設ける。パッキン243は、本体部210の丸穴212と同程度の大きさの丸穴244を有する。
ケーブル受け片221は、計測装置のケーブルを固定する結束バンドを取り付けるための複数の固定穴221aを有する。
実施の形態1における中継ボックス200Rの組み立て後の状態について、図6に基づいて説明する。但し、中継ボックス200Lの組み立て後の状態も中継ボックス200Rの組み立て後の状態と同様である。
中継ボックス200Rの本体部210に取り付けたグロメットプレート240にはレーザスキャナ112のケーブル253が挿入され、ケーブル253は結束バンド251によって取っ手金具222に固定される。
実施の形態1における中継ボックス200にレーザスキャナ112のケーブル253を挿入する作業方法について、図7に基づいて説明する。
(2)グロメット242は切れ込みと嵌め穴とを有する。作業者はケーブル253をグロメット242の切れ込みから嵌め穴に嵌め入れる。
グロメットプレート240は、上下に組み合わせる上段プレート240aと下段プレート240bとから構成される。上段プレート240aは挿入穴241の上半分を構成する半円状の切欠きを有し、下段プレート240bは挿入穴241の下半分を構成する半円状の切欠きを有する。作業者は、上段プレート240aの切欠きと下段プレート240bの切欠きとによって、ケーブル253を嵌め入れたグロメット242を上下から挟みこむ。そして、作業者は、上段プレート240aと下段プレート240bとをネジ255で固定する。
(3)作業者は、ケーブル253に付けたグロメット242を挿入穴241に配置したグロメットプレート240を中継ボックス200の丸穴212を有する側面にネジ255で固定する。
(4)作業者は、ケーブル253を結束バンド251で取っ手金具222に固定する。
実施の形態1における中継ボックス200に計測機器のケーブル250を挿入する作業方法について、図8に基づいて説明する。
作業者は、パッキン233を長穴211に合わせて中継ボックス200に取り付け、計測機器のケーブル250を中継ボックス200の長穴211に挿入する。
作業者は、切れ込みを有するグロメット232をケーブル250に取り付ける。
作業者は、上段プレート230aの切欠きと下段プレート230bの切欠きとでグロメット232を挟み、上段プレート230aと下段プレート230bとを中継ボックス200にネジ255で固定する。
作業者は、結束バンド251(図示省略)をケーブル受け片221の固定穴221aに通し、ケーブル250を結束バンド251でケーブル受け片221に固定する。
図9に示すように中継ボックス200の本体部210の底部は開口している。
作業者は、本体部210と鍔部220との継ぎ目などの中継ボックス200の隙間にシーリング剤256を塗布する。
作業者は、一つの中継ボックス200に対して計測車両100の天板103に2つの引込み穴103aを空ける(図10の(1)参照)。
作業者は、引込み穴103aに柔軟性のあるリング状のグロメット257(自在ブッシュともいう)を取り付け、グロメット257を車内側から接着剤で天板103に接着する(図10の(2)参照)。
作業者は、計測車両100の左右中央にテープなどを用いて車両中心線を基準線として記し、計測車両100のリアドアと天板103との境界にテープなどを用いてリア境界線を基準線として記す。
作業者は、車両中心線とリア境界線とから所定の第一の寸法だけ離れた位置に基準穴(リベット穴)を空け、基準穴から所定の第二の寸法だけ離れた位置に所定の大きさの引込み穴103aを空ける。
作業者は、計測車両100の天板103に複数のリベット穴を空け、各リベット穴にリベット258を取り付け、複数のリベット258を複数の位置決め穴223に挿入して中継ボックス200を位置決めする(図11参照)。
作業者は、計測車両100の左右中央にテープなどを用いて車両中心線を基準線として記し、計測車両100のリアドアと天板103との境界にテープなどを用いてリア境界線を基準線として記す。
作業者は、車両中心線とリア境界線とから所定の第一の寸法だけ離れた位置に基準のリベット穴を空け、基準のリベット穴に基準のリベット258を取り付ける。
作業者は、基準のリベット258を中継ボックス200の所定の位置決め穴223に挿入し、基準のリベット258を軸にして中継ボックス200の向きを調整する。
作業者は、中継ボックス200の残りの位置決め穴223が配置された部分にリベット穴を空ける。
作業者は、中継ボックス200を位置決めした各リベット258(図11参照)を上から押さえ込むことによって各リベット258をかしめる。
作業者は、中継ボックス200の鍔部220の縁部分とリベット258の部分とにシーリング剤256を塗布する(図12参照)。
作業者は、計測車両100の車内から天板103のリベット258の部分にシーリング剤256を塗布する(図13参照)。
作業者は、図6に示したように中継ボックス200に挿入した複数の計測機器のケーブル250(レーザスキャナ112のケーブル253を含む。以下同様)を天板103の引込み穴103aから計測車両100の車内に引き込み、車内に引き込んだ複数のケーブル250を結束バンド251で一つに束ねる(図14の(1)参照)。
作業者は、複数のケーブル250の束ねていない引込み部分を粘着テープ259(例えば、ガムテープと両面テープ)で天板103の内面に固定し、複数のケーブル250の束ねた先の部分にマスキングテープ260を巻き付けて複数のケーブル250を一本にまとめる。
作業者は、車内の内装シート261に設けた配線穴261aに一本化したケーブル250を通して内装シート261を計測車両100に取り付ける(図15の(1)(2)参照)。
図16に示すように、ボックスカバー262(例えば、ビニロン製の帆布カバー)を中継ボックス200(図6参照)に被せることによって計測車両100の車内への浸水の防止効果を高めることができる。
図17に示すように、ボックスカバー262の前後左右の面には2つずつベルト262aが設けられている。
作業者は、ボックスカバー262を中継ボックス200の本体部210に被せて、ボックスカバー262の各ベルト262aを中継ボックス200の鍔部220にある取っ手金具222に固定する(図16参照)。
また、ボックスカバー262、ケーブル受け片221またはシーリング剤256などにより、雨水がケーブルを介して中継ボックス200から計測車両100の車内に流入することを防ぐことができる。例えば、計測車両100の天板103に這わせたケーブルの中間部を中継ボックス200のケーブル受け片221に固定し、ケーブルの先端部を中継ボックス200の長穴211に挿入することにより、雨水がケーブルを伝って中継ボックス200に流入することを防ぐことができる。つまり、実施の形態1により、高い防水効果を得ることができる。
中継ボックス200は、前記センサのケーブルが挿入される挿入穴(挿入穴231、挿入穴241)を設けた挿入側部と、開口した開口底部とを有する本体部(本体部210)と、前記本体部の前記開口底部の周囲に設けた鍔部(鍔部220)とを備える。
前記鍔部220は、前記天板103に設けられる天板穴(引込み穴103a)の周囲に固定される。
前記ケーブルは、前記挿入穴から前記本体部に挿入されて前記開口底部に位置する前記天板穴から前記車両内へ引き込まれる。
前記上段のプレート部品は、前記挿入穴の上半分を構成する半円状の切欠きを前記切欠きとして有する。
前記下段のプレート部品は、前記挿入穴の下半分を構成する半円状の切欠きを前記切欠きとして有する。
前記グロメットは、前記ケーブルが前記切れ込みから前記嵌め穴に嵌め入れられ、前記複数のプレート部品それぞれの前記切欠き部に挟まれて前記挿入穴に配置される。
前記第一の挿入側部は、前記挿入穴として一つの挿入穴(挿入穴241)を有する。
前記第二の挿入側部は、前記挿入穴として複数の挿入穴(挿入穴231)を有する。
前記ケーブルは、前記ケーブル受け片の前記固定穴に取り付けた前記固定具によって前記ケーブル受け片に固定される。
前記ボックスカバーに有する複数のベルト(ベルト262a)が取っ手状の前記複数の取り付け具に固定される。
計測車両100に車両カバーを被せた際に計測ユニット110の計測機器が車両カバーによってずれないようにする形態について説明する。
計測車両100、計測ユニット110および中継ボックス200については、実施の形態1と同じである。
図19は、実施の形態2における計測車両100にカバーポール310f・310m・310rを取り付けた状態を示す部分拡大図である。
実施の形態2における計測車両100に取り付けるカバーポール310について、図18および図19に基づいて説明する。カバーポール310は、計測車両100に車両カバーを被せるために用いる部品である。
このとき、前方部分のカバーポール310fは前向きに傾けて取り付け、中間部分のカバーポール310mは真上に向けて取り付け、後方部分Nカバーポール310rは後ろ向きに傾けて取り付ける。
図20に示すように、カバーポール310を取り付けた計測車両100(図18参照)に車両カバー301を被せることによって、車両カバー301が持ち上げられた状態で計測車両100に被さる。これにより、車両カバー301は計測機器に接触せず、計測機器の位置や姿勢は車両カバー301によってずれることがない。
但し、作業者は、車両カバー301を計測車両100に被せる際に車両カバー301が計測機器にぶつかって計測機器の位置や姿勢をずらしてしまわないように注意する。例えば、作業者は、脚立を用いて車両カバー301を計測車両100に丁寧に被せる。
作業者は、車両カバー301が風で飛ばされないようにカバー紐302を用いて車両カバー301を計測車両100に固定する。
計測車両100から車両カバー301を取り外す際、作業者は、車両カバー301のカバー紐302を解き、車両カバー301を計測車両100の中央に集める(図21参照)。
そして、作業者は、計測車両100の前方(または後方)から車両カバー301をゆっくりと引っ張って車両カバー301を取り外す。このとき、作業者は、車両カバー301が計測機器に引っかからないように注意する。車両カバー301が計測機器に引っかかってしまう場合、作業者は、車両カバー301の位置を調整しながら車両カバー301を取り外す。作業者は、必要に応じて脚立を用いるとよい。
計測車両100を走行させる場合、カバーポール310は不要であるためルーフレール設置ベース320から取り外す(図22参照)。ルーフレール設置ベース320については後述する。
図23に示すように、2種類の長さのカバーポール310A・Bを用いる。カバーポール310A・Bは筒状の部品である。各カバーポール310A・Bの先端には車両カバー301を計測車両100から取り外し易くするためにキャップ311を取り付ける。
長い方のカバーポール310Aは、計測車両100のルーフレール101の前側部分および後ろ側部分に取り付けるカバーポール310f・310rとして用いる。
短い方のカバーポール310Bは、計測車両100のルーフレール101の中間部分に取り付けるカバーポール310mとして用いる。
例えば、カバーポール310Aの長さは60センチメートル程度の長さであり、カバーポール310Bの長さは45センチメートル程度の長さである。但し、カバーポール310A・Bの長さは計測機器が大きいほど長いものを使用する。
実施の形態2におけるルーフレール設置ベース320について、図24に基づいて説明する。
(2)のルーフレール設置ベース320mはルーフレール101の中間部分に設置する部品である。
(3)ルーフレール設置ベース320rはルーフレール101の後ろ側部分に設置する部品である。
ベース本体321は上段本体321aと下段本体321bとに分かれる。上段本体321aと下段本体321bとでルーフレール101を上下から挟み、上段本体321aと下段本体321bとをネジ323で連結することにより、ベース本体321はルーフレール101に固定される。
(2)のルーフレール設置ベース320mのベースポール322は上向きである。
(3)のルーフレール設置ベース320rのベースポール322は後方上向きに傾いている。
図25に示すように、ルーフレール設置ベース320fおよびルーフレール設置ベース320rは上段本体321aと下段本体321bとでルーフレール101を挟み込むための設置穴321cを有する。ルーフレール設置ベース320mも同様に設置穴321cを有する(図示省略)。
ルーフレール設置ベース320fとルーフレール設置ベース320rとを区別するため、ルーフレール設置ベース320fのベース本体321の外形とルーフレール設置ベース320rのベース本体321の外形とが異なっていてもよい。例えば、ルーフレール設置ベース320fの下段本体321bの角よりルーフレール設置ベース320rの下段本体321bの角を丸めてもよい(図25参照)。
実施の形態2における計測車両100に設置したルーフレール設置ベース320について、図26に基づいて説明する。
(3)(4)ルーフレール設置ベース320mはルーフレール101の中間部分に設置する。ルーフレール設置ベース320mのベースポール322の向きは上向きである。ルーフレール設置ベース320mのベースポール322にカバーポール310mを取り付けることにより、カバーポール310を上向きに取り付けることができる。
(5)(6)ルーフレール設置ベース320rはルーフレール101の後ろ側部分に設置する。ルーフレール設置ベース320rのベースポール322の向きは後方上向きである。ルーフレール設置ベース320rのベースポール322にカバーポール310rを取り付けることにより、カバーポール310を後方上向きに傾けることができる。
実施の形態2におけるマグネット設置ベース330について、図27に基づいて説明する。
マグネット設置ベース330は、ベース本体331のマグネットの吸引力で計測車両100の天板103に固定する。マグネット設置ベース330のベースポール332には、長い方のカバーポール310A(図23参照)を取り付ける。
図28において、点線の丸枠はルーフレール設置ベース320を設置する位置を示し、太線の丸枠(レーザスキャナ112B・112Cの間)はマグネット設置ベース330を設置する位置を示している。マグネット設置ベース330を設置する位置は、計測ユニット110の中央部分に近い方が好ましい。但し、マグネット設置ベース330は、計測ユニット110のいずれの隙間部分に設置しても構わない。
マグネット設置ベース330に取り付けるカバーポール310により、計測車両100に対して車両カバー301を山型に被せることができる。このため、車両カバー301に雨水が溜まって車両カバー301が落ち窪んでしまうことを抑止することができる。これにより、雨の日であっても車両カバー301に雨水が溜まって車両カバー301が計測機器に接触してしまうことを防ぐことができる。
カバーポールユニットは、前記車両の左右のルーフレール(ルーフレール101)のうち左側のルーフレールの前部に設置する第一の設置ベース(ルーフレール設置ベース320)と、前記第一の設置ベースに取り付ける第一のカバーポール(カバーポール310)とを備える。
カバーポールユニットは、前記左右のルーフレールのうち右側のルーフレールの前部に設置する第二の設置ベースと、前記第二の設置ベースに取り付ける第二のカバーポールとを備える。
カバーポールユニットは、前記左側のルーフレールの中間部に設置する第三の設置ベースと、前記第三の設置ベースに取り付ける第三のカバーポールとを備える。
カバーポールユニットは、前記右側のルーフレールの中間部に設置する第四の設置ベースと、前記第四の設置ベースに取り付ける第四のカバーポールとを備える。
カバーポールユニットは、前記左側のルーフレールの後部に設置する第五の設置ベースと、前記第五の設置ベースに取り付ける第五のカバーポールとを備える。
カバーポールユニットは、前記右側のルーフレールの後部に設置する第六の設置ベースと、前記第六の設置ベースに取り付ける第六のカバーポールとを備える。
前記車両カバーは、前記第一から前記第六のカバーポールに被さる。
前記第二の設置ベースは、前記右側のルーフレールの前記前部に固定する第二のベース本体と、前記第二のカバーポールを前方上向きに傾けて取り付ける第二のポール取り付け部とを備える。
前記第三の設置ベースは、前記左側のルーフレールの前記中間部に固定する第三のベース本体と、前記第三のカバーポールを上向きに取り付ける第三のポール取り付け部とを備える。
前記第四の設置ベースは、前記右側のルーフレールの前記中間部に固定する第四のベース本体と、前記第四のカバーポールを上向きに取り付ける第四のポール取り付け部とを備える。
前記第五の設置ベースは、前記左側のルーフレールの前記後部に固定する第五のベース本体と、前記第五のカバーポールを後方上向きに取り付ける第五のポール取り付け部とを備える。
前記第六の設置ベースは、前記右側のルーフレールの前記後部に固定する第六のベース本体と、前記第六のカバーポールを後方上向きに取り付ける第六のポール取り付け部とを備える。
前記第一のポール取り付け部は前方上向きに傾いた棒材であり、前記第一のカバーポールが前記第一のポール取り付け部に嵌め込まれる。
前記第二のポール取り付け部は前方上向きに傾いた棒材であり、前記第二のカバーポールが前記第二のポール取り付け部に嵌め込まれる。
前記第三のポール取り付け部は上向きの棒材であり、前記第三のカバーポールが前記第三のポール取り付け部に嵌め込まれる。
前記第四のポール取り付け部は上向きの棒材であり、前記第四のカバーポールが前記第四のポール取り付け部に嵌め込まれる。
前記第五のポール取り付け部は後方上向きに傾いた棒材であり、前記第五のカバーポールが前記第五のポール取り付け部に嵌め込まれる。
前記第六のポール取り付け部は後方上向きに傾いた棒材であり、前記第六のカバーポールが前記第六のポール取り付け部に嵌め込まれる。
前記第七の設置ベースは、前記車両の天板にマグネットで固定される。
前記車両カバーは、前記第一から前記第七のカバーポールに被さる。
Claims (16)
- センサが取り付けられ車両のルーフキャリアに取り付けられるセンサ台と前記車両の天板との間に配置する配線ボックスであって、
前記センサのケーブルが挿入される挿入穴を設けた挿入側部と、開口した開口底部とを有する本体部と、
前記本体部の前記開口底部の周囲に設けた鍔部とを備え、
前記鍔部が前記天板に設けられる天板穴の周囲に固定され、前記ケーブルが前記挿入穴から前記本体部に挿入されて前記開口底部に位置する前記天板穴から前記車両内へ引き込まれる
ことを特徴とする配線ボックス。 - 前記挿入側部は、前記挿入穴を有するプレートを前記本体部の側面のうち側面穴を設けた側面に取り付けて構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の配線ボックス。 - 前記プレートは、前記挿入穴の一部を構成する切欠きを有する複数のプレート部品を組み合わせて構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の配線ボックス。 - 前記プレートは、前記複数のプレート部品として上下に組み合わさる上段のプレート部品と下段のプレート部品とによって構成され、
前記上段のプレート部品は、前記挿入穴の上半分を構成する半円状の切欠きを前記切欠きとして有し、
前記下段のプレート部品は、前記挿入穴の下半分を構成する半円状の切欠きを前記切欠きとして有する
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の配線ボックス。 - 前記挿入側部は、前記ケーブルを嵌め入れる嵌め穴と前記ケーブルを前記嵌め穴に嵌め入れるための切れ込みとを有するグロメットを備え、
前記グロメットは、前記ケーブルが前記切れ込みから前記嵌め穴に嵌め入れられ、前記複数のプレート部品それぞれの前記切欠き部に挟まれて前記挿入穴に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の配線ボックス。 - 前記挿入側部は、前記プレートと前記本体部の前記側面との間に挟むパッキンを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の配線ボックス。 - 前記本体部は、前記本体部の側面のうち前記車両の前後いずれかを向いた第一の側面に前記挿入側部として第一の挿入側部を有し、前記本体部の側面のうち前記車両の左右いずれかを向いた第二の側面に前記挿入側部として第二の挿入側部を有し、
前記第一の挿入側部は、前記挿入穴として一つの挿入穴を有し、
前記第二の挿入側部は、前記挿入穴として複数の挿入穴を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の配線ボックス。 - 前記本体部の前記鍔部は、前記挿入側部側で前記挿入穴に向けて傾いて前記ケーブルを下方から上方の前記挿入穴に導くケーブル受け片を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7いずれかに記載の配線ボックス。 - 前記ケーブル受け片は、前記ケーブルを固定する固定具を取り付けるための固定穴を有し、
前記ケーブルが前記ケーブル受け片の前記固定穴に取り付けた前記固定具によって前記ケーブル受け片に固定される
ことを特徴とする請求項8記載の配線ボックス。 - 前記本体部の前記鍔部は、前記配線ボックスを覆うボックスカバーを取り付けるための複数の取り付け具を周部に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項9記載の配線ボックス。 - 前記本体部の前記鍔部は、前記複数の取り付け具として取っ手状の複数の器具を備え、
前記ボックスカバーに有する複数のベルトが取っ手状の前記複数の取り付け具に固定される
ことを特徴とする請求項10記載の配線ボックス。 - 前記センサのケーブルは、複数のレーザスキャナと、複数のカメラと、前後に離間して配置される複数のGPS(Global Positioning System)アンテナとのそれぞれが有するケーブルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の配線ボックス。
- 車両に車両カバーを被せるためのカバーポールユニットであって、
前記車両の左右のルーフレールのうち左側のルーフレールの前部に設置する第一の設置ベースと、
前記第一の設置ベースに取り付ける第一のカバーポールと、
前記左右のルーフレールのうち右側のルーフレールの前部に設置する第二の設置ベースと、
前記第二の設置ベースに取り付ける第二のカバーポールと、
前記左側のルーフレールの中間部に設置する第三の設置ベースと、
前記第三の設置ベースに取り付ける第三のカバーポールと、
前記右側のルーフレールの中間部に設置する第四の設置ベースと、
前記第四の設置ベースに取り付ける第四のカバーポールと、
前記左側のルーフレールの後部に設置する第五の設置ベースと、
前記第五の設置ベースに取り付ける第五のカバーポールと、
前記右側のルーフレールの後部に設置する第六の設置ベースと、
前記第六の設置ベースに取り付ける第六のカバーポールとを備え、
前記車両カバーが前記第一から前記第六のカバーポールに被さる
ことを特徴とするカバーポールユニット。 - 前記第一の設置ベースは、前記左側のルーフレールの前記前部に固定する第一のベース本体と、前記第一のカバーポールを前方上向きに傾けて取り付ける第一のポール取り付け部とを備え、
前記第二の設置ベースは、前記右側のルーフレールの前記前部に固定する第二のベース本体と、前記第二のカバーポールを前方上向きに傾けて取り付ける第二のポール取り付け部とを備え、
前記第三の設置ベースは、前記左側のルーフレールの前記中間部に固定する第三のベース本体と、前記第三のカバーポールを上向きに取り付ける第三のポール取り付け部とを備え、
前記第四の設置ベースは、前記右側のルーフレールの前記中間部に固定する第四のベース本体と、前記第四のカバーポールを上向きに取り付ける第四のポール取り付け部とを備え、
前記第五の設置ベースは、前記左側のルーフレールの前記後部に固定する第五のベース本体と、前記第五のカバーポールを後方上向きに取り付ける第五のポール取り付け部とを備え、
前記第六の設置ベースは、前記右側のルーフレールの前記後部に固定する第六のベース本体と、前記第六のカバーポールを後方上向きに取り付ける第六のポール取り付け部とを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項13記載のカバーポールユニット。 - 前記第一から前記第六のカバーポールは筒状の棒材であり、
前記第一のポール取り付け部は前方上向きに傾いた棒材であり、前記第一のカバーポールが前記第一のポール取り付け部に嵌め込まれ、
前記第二のポール取り付け部は前方上向きに傾いた棒材であり、前記第二のカバーポールが前記第二のポール取り付け部に嵌め込まれ、
前記第三のポール取り付け部は上向きの棒材であり、前記第三のカバーポールが前記第三のポール取り付け部に嵌め込まれ、
前記第四のポール取り付け部は上向きの棒材であり、前記第四のカバーポールが前記第四のポール取り付け部に嵌め込まれ、
前記第五のポール取り付け部は後方上向きに傾いた棒材であり、前記第五のカバーポールが前記第五のポール取り付け部に嵌め込まれ、
前記第六のポール取り付け部は後方上向きに傾いた棒材であり、前記第六のカバーポールが前記第六のポール取り付け部に嵌め込まれる
ことを特徴とする請求項14記載のカバーポールユニット。 - 前記カバーポールユニットは、前記左側のルーフレールと前記右側のルーフレールとの間に配置される第七の設置ベースと、前記第七の設置ベースに取り付ける第七のカバーポールとを備え、
前記第七の設置ベースは、前記車両の天板にマグネットで固定され、
前記車両カバーが前記第一から前記第七のカバーポールに被さる
