一种榨汁机 技术领域
本发明属于食品处理设备领域,尤其涉及一种榨汁机。
背景技术
在食品处理领域中,榨汁机的广泛应用给人们的饮食生活带来了丰富多彩的享受,人们可以选择各式果蔬通过使用搅拌机将其切碎搅拌形成混合果汁,但此类果汁是将果蔬的汁液与固态残渣混合在一起提供给食用者的,此类混合式果汁由于含有果蔬残渣,口感不好,还有一种可将残渣分离的榨汁机,通过利用高速离心分离的方法分离汁液,但是,由于在高速榨汁过程中,果蔬中的的味道和营养遭到破坏,并且需要不断清除应变网孔中卡柱的残渣,为此,现有技术中有一款通过螺杆慢速旋转挤压果蔬食品进行汁液获取的榨汁机,此类榨汁机具有固定的网孔筒和固定的外壳,通过螺杆与旋转刷旋转,进行汁液榨取,此类榨汁机存在以下缺点,首先,内部结构复杂,生产成本较高,同时由于机械结构的复杂,容易发生机械故障;其次,此类榨汁机在工作过程中,螺杆挤压果蔬等食物,所述网孔筒呈固定状态,无法形成一个针对螺杆旋转方向相应的反旋转,对于果蔬的研磨效果大打折扣,另外,在受力较大的情况下,比如榨取某些较硬的果蔬时,所述网孔筒的固定端受力产生断裂故障时,导致网孔筒与螺杆同轴旋转,无法起到榨汁滤汁的作用,产品隐含缺陷。

本发明提供一种榨汁机,旨在解决现有技术中产品成本高并隐含故障隐患的问题。

为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种榨汁机,包括具有传动机构的机座,坐落在所述机座上方的压榨装置,以及置于所述压榨装置上方的上盖,所述压榨装置由:可将被榨汁食物的汁液和残渣分别排出的分离器;可对被榨汁食物残渣进行过滤的滤网;可对榨汁食物进行螺旋挤压的转动头组成;所述分离器侧壁设有出汁口,所述分离器底部设有出渣口,所述滤网底部设有与所述出渣***动连通的排渣孔,所述转动头上设有螺旋片,所述转动头置于所述分离器中,所述滤网套装在所述转动头与分离器之间,所述机座传动机构的第一驱动端与转动头下端中心连接,所述转动头相对于滤网逆向旋转。
优选地,所述转动头下端中心水平设置传动齿轮,所述分离器底部内表面设有至少一个从动齿轮,所述滤网底部外表面设有圆环形内齿轮,所述从动齿轮分别与传动齿轮和内齿轮啮合。

依借上述技术方案,本发明所提供的榨汁机装配完成后,自下而上依次是机座,压榨装置,上盖,所述压榨装置自内而外依次装配有转动头,滤网,分离器,当启动榨汁机进行食物处理工作时,将需要榨汁的食材放入榨汁机内,所述转动头受到驱动端驱动进而旋转,食材被转动头螺旋向下压送,食材受到转动头与滤网的挤压析出汁液,汁液通过滤网上的网孔流到滤网外壁与所述分离器内壁之间,汁液通过所述分离器内侧壁底部设有的出汁口排出,食用者可通过出汁口接取汁液,而食材经过转动头与滤网的相对方向挤压形成残渣后被转动头继续旋转挤压到滤网底部的排渣孔,进而在转动过程中又进入了出渣口继而将残渣排出,完成全部工作过程,由于所述转动头慢速旋转,不是通过锋利的搅拌刀高速打浆,而是利用转动头与滤网相对方向旋转,共同挤压食材,不但可以将挂在滤网上的残渣摩擦下来,而且保证了食材汁液的口感和营养,同时相对于现有技术减少了与转动头或者说是螺杆反向旋转的旋转刷,装配零件的减少不但可以降低成本,而且还可以有效的降低发生机械故障的可能性,为产品的正常工作提供进一步保障,由于滤网是与转动头相对方向旋转运动,并不是通过固定爪类的固定端配件将其固定,所以也就避免了由于此类固定端配件发生受力或者老化断裂后从而导致滤网与转动头同向运动致使榨汁机彻底报废的情况发生,弥补了产品的隐含缺陷。

为了使从动齿轮250更加稳定驱动内齿轮330,在所述第二通孔240两边对称设置两个从动齿轮250,或者均分内切三个从动齿轮250,所述从动齿轮250分别与传动齿轮420啮合,从动齿轮250之间相互不啮合,工作过程中,传动齿轮420带动从动齿轮250反向旋转,并驱动内齿轮330旋转。
进一步地,所述转动头4下端外边缘460与下端中心之间设有第一环状凹槽450,所述转动头4下端外边缘460上设有向下的凸起461,以便增强转动头4与滤网3底部的摩擦,将挤压到转动头4下部的食材残渣进一步挤碎,所述滤网3底部内表面设有直径大于所述第一通孔320的环状围挡370,所述环状围挡370位于所述第一通孔320周边,所述环状围挡370***直径与所述第一环状凹槽450直径相同,装配完成后,所述第一环状凹槽450内壁套住所述环状围挡370***,工作时,食材压榨的部分汁液只能到达转动头4和滤网3之间,汁液被转动头4的外边缘460及其内部的环状围挡370挡住,防止了汁液进入到通孔320中,从而影响榨汁机正常运转,另外,设立第一环状凹槽450还能减少转动头4的重量,降低驱动负荷,并且减少了材料降低了成本。
进一步地,将所述排渣孔350设于所述环状围挡370与所述滤网3侧壁底端之间,在转动头4的下边缘460凸起461的作用下,更加方便的将食材残渣挤压到排渣孔350中。
进一步地,所述内齿轮330***设有呈环状且向下凸出的外缘340,所述外缘340***是所述排渣孔350,所述排渣孔350的***设有第二环状凹槽360,所述分离器2的从动齿轮250***设有可容纳所述内齿轮330外缘340的第三凹槽260,所述外缘340由于向下凸出,包住内齿轮330及与所述内齿轮330内切咬合的从动齿轮250,防止汁液流入从动齿轮250、内齿轮330以及传动齿轮420的工作区域,保证榨汁机传动部件的正常工作,
进一步地,所述第三凹槽260***设有可纳入第二环状凹槽360的环状凸缘280,装配时将第二环状凹槽360套住所述环状凸缘280,所述环状凸缘280所起到的作用一方面能够将所述滤网3的位置固定,另外也能够防止外部榨取出来的汁液不会向滤网3内倒流。
进一步地,所述环状凸缘280与第三凹槽260之间设有排渣平台270,并且所述出渣口220的出渣孔221设于所述排渣平台270上,当食材残渣通过设于滤网3底部的排渣孔350到达所述排渣平台270时,继续旋转的滤网3底部会将残渣推入出渣孔221中继而排出出渣口220,而所述环状凸缘280与分离器2内侧壁之间设有的环状汁液通道290汇集了从滤网3外表面过滤出来的汁液,通过与所述分离器2的出汁口210相连将汁液排出出汁口210。
进一步地,所述上盖5具有入料口540,省去打开上盖5的工序,直接可通过入料口540放入食材,同时也增加了安全保障,避免使用者打开上盖5置放食材时造成的使用危险。
进一步地,所述转动头4上方设有切量控制器520,所述切量控制器520呈扇形固定在所述上盖5的下方,具体操作过程中,食材进入到入料口540后,受到切量控制器520的阻碍防止食材过量影响转动头4压榨效果。
进一步地,所述上盖5内设锥形切碎器510,所述切碎器510表面设有至少一片刀刃,所述上盖5顶部内表面设有轴孔530,所述切碎器510锥形尖端513部置入所述轴孔530中,所述切碎器510下端设有连接轴孔,所述转动头4上部中心延伸出传动轴430,所述切量控制器520具有可供传动轴430穿过的孔,所述传动轴430穿过所述切量控制器510的孔与所述连接轴孔相连,榨汁机工作过程中,转动头4的旋转带动了切碎器510的转动,食材通过入料口540进入上盖5后首先受到切碎器510的预处理,可将大块食材切割成细小碎块,之后通过切量控制器510抵达转动头4挤压区域接受挤压榨汁。
进一步地,参照图13,为了增加所述切碎器510对食材的切碎效果,所述切碎器510表面设有水平刀刃511或竖刀刃512或斜刀刃515,或者上述三种刀刃的组合,或者上述三种刀刃中任意两种刀刃的组合,所述斜刀刃515可呈与水平面10度到80度之间任一角度, 优选角度为30度。
进一步地,所述分离器2侧壁内表面纵向设有可与所述滤网3外表面紧密接触的固定刷230,当滤网3的网孔中堵塞时,滤网3旋转过程中外表面接触到固定刷230后,堵塞物被固定刷230扫过并退回至滤网3内进行进一步挤压最后形成残渣排出,有利于滤网3进行更通畅的汁液析出。
进一步地,所述转动头4上部直径小于下部直径,可对大块的食材进行前期预处理,提高转动头4的挤压效率。
优选地,所述滤网3外表面中间设有横向的加固环310,由于滤网3一般均具有一定的柔性,在所述滤网3外表面中间部增设横向加固环310,有助于提高滤网3的奈挤压性,防止发生变形。
优选地,所述滤网3内表面设有垂直的加强筋380,所述加强筋380在提高滤网3强度的同时,还能跟转动头4形成合力更好的起到切割被挤压的食材的作用,提高榨汁效率。
实施例二,参照图14到图17所示,本发明实施例提供一种榨汁机,与上述实施例二的主要区别在于,所述机座1a上还设有第二驱动端120a与所述滤网3a下端连接,可以驱动滤网3a进行与转动头4a同向或相对方向的旋转运动,以达到更大的挤压力,在遇到食材卡住的情况下也可以进行相应的同向运动避免损坏榨汁机,同时,在第一驱动端110a或者第二驱动端120a出问题的时候,另一驱动端能够继续完成工作,进一步,所述滤网3a底部设有可供所述第一驱动端110a或转动头4a下端中心穿过的第三通孔320a,所述滤网3a底部外表面,第一通孔320a周围设有传动器331a,所述传动器331a与第二驱动端120a连接,所述分离器2a底部中心设有可穿过所述第一驱动端110a和第二驱动端120a的第四通孔240a,通过上述连接结构,设备组装完毕之后,传动器331a被第二驱动端120a驱动独立旋转,减少了实施例一所述的传动齿轮、从动齿轮、内齿轮的传动部分,使整个榨汁机的机械部分更加简洁,装配更加简单,故障率更低。
实施例三,参照图19和图20所示,本发明实施例提供一种榨汁机,与上述实施例的主要区别在于,所述转动头4上方设有切量控制器520,所述切量控制器520呈扇形固定在所述分离器2的上沿,在使用者将切量控制器520安装在分离器2的上沿时,再将上盖5与分离器2闭合装配,避免了前述实施例中闭合上盖5时容易出现的切量控制器520不稳易脱落的问题,同时也更加方便了使用者安装及拆卸清洗。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述转动头下端中心水平设置传动齿轮,所述分离器底部内表面设有至少一个从动齿轮,所述滤网底部外表面设有圆环形内齿轮,所述从动齿轮分别与传动齿轮和内齿轮啮合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述滤网底部设有可供传动齿轮穿过的第一通孔,所述内齿轮设于第一通孔***,所述分离器底部中心设有可穿过所述第一驱动端的第二通孔,所述从动齿轮设于所述第二通孔旁边;所述传动齿轮穿过所述第一通孔与所述从动齿轮啮合,所述从动齿轮同时与所述内齿轮啮合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述从动齿轮设有两个,于第二通孔两边对称设置。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述转动头下端外边缘与下端中心之间设有第一环状凹槽。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述转动头下端外边缘上设有向下的凸起。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述滤网底部内表面设有直径大于所述第一通孔的环状围挡,所述环状围挡位于所述第一通孔周边,所述环状围挡***直径与所述第一环状凹槽直径相同。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述排渣孔设于所述环状围挡与所述滤网侧壁底端之间。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述内齿轮***设有呈环状且向下凸出的外缘,所述外缘***是所述排渣孔,所述排渣孔的***设有第二环状凹槽。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述分离器的从动齿轮***设有可容纳所述外缘的第三凹槽。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述第三凹槽***设有可纳入第二环状凹槽的环状凸缘。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述环状凸缘与第三凹槽之间设有排渣平台。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述出渣口的出渣孔设于所述排渣平台上。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述环状凸缘与分离器内侧壁之间设有环状汁液通道与所述分离器的出汁口相连。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述机座上还设有第二驱动端与所述滤网下端连接。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述滤网底部设有可供所述第一驱动端或转动头下端中心穿过的第三通孔,所述滤网底部外表面设有传动器,所述传动器位于所述第三通孔周围,所述传动器与第二驱动端连接。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述分离器底部中心设有可穿过所述第一驱动端和第二驱动端的第四通孔。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述转动头下端外边缘与下端中心之间设有第四环状凹槽。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述转动头下端外边缘上设有向下的凸起。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述滤网底部内表面设有直径大于所述第三通孔的环状围挡,所述环状围挡位于所述第三通孔周边,所述环状围挡***直径与所述第四环状凹槽直径相同。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述排渣孔设于所述环状围挡与所述滤网侧壁底端之间。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述滤网底部外表面传动器***设有呈环状且向下凸出的外缘,所述外缘***是所述排渣孔,所述排渣孔的***设有第五环状凹槽。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述分离器的底部内表面第五通孔***设有可容纳所述外缘的第六凹槽。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述第六凹槽***设有可纳入第五环状凹槽的环状凸缘。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述环状凸缘与第六凹槽之间设有排渣平台。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述出渣口的出渣孔设于所述排渣平台上。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述环状凸缘与分离器内侧壁之间设有环状汁液通道与所述分离器的出汁口相连。
  28. 如权利要求1-27任一项所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述上盖具有入料口。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述转动头上方设有切量控制器,所述切量控制器呈扇形固定在所述上盖的下方。
  30. 如权利要求29所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述上盖内设锥形切碎器,所述切碎器表面设有至少一片刀刃,所述上盖顶部内表面设有轴孔,所述切碎器锥形尖端部置入所述轴孔中,所述切碎器下端设有连接轴孔,所述转动头上部中心延伸出传动轴,所述切量控制器具有可供传动轴穿过的孔,所述传动轴穿过所述切量控制器的孔与所述连接轴孔相连。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述切碎器表面设有水平刀刃和\或竖刀刃和\或斜刀刃。
  32. 如权利要求28所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述转动头上方设有切量控制器,所述切量控制器呈扇形固定在所述分离器的上沿。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述上盖内设锥形切碎器,所述切碎器表面设有至少一片刀刃,所述上盖顶部内表面设有轴孔,所述切碎器锥形尖端部置入所述轴孔中,所述切碎器下端设有连接轴孔,所述转动头上部中心延伸出传动轴,所述切量控制器具有可供传动轴穿过的孔,所述传动轴穿过所述切量控制器的孔与所述连接轴孔相连,所述切碎器表面设有水平刀刃和\或竖刀刃和\或斜刀刃。
  34. 如权利要求1-27任一项所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述分离器侧壁内表面纵向设有可与所述滤网外表面紧密接触的固定刷。
  35. 如权利要求1-27所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述转动头上部直径小于下部直径。
  36. 如权利要求1-27任一项所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述滤网外表面中间设有横向的加固环。
  37. 如权利要求36所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述滤网内表面设有垂直的加强筋。
