Abstract

Способ относится к области технической физики, в частности к спектральным методам определения элементного состава жидких сред. В способе эмиссионного анализа для определения элементного состава жидких сред вначале в объеме диафрагменного отверстия проводят осаждение определяемых элементов при токе, величина которого недостаточна для локализации электрического разряда, затем изменяют направление тока и увеличивают его величину для инициализации локального электрического разряда. Возникающее при этом в анализируемой жидкости излучение регистрируют с получением эмиссионных спектров определяемых химических элементов. Результатом является повышение стабильности и воспроизводимости измерений.
