Le dispositif de transfert et d'alimentation d'encre comprend : au moins un jeu de mécanismes d'alimentation d'encre, chaque jeu comprenant au moins un dispositif d'alimentation d'encre, un rouleau de moulage en couleur et un rouleau de transfert d'encre ; le rouleau de transfert d'encre est connecté à un cylindre porte-plaque ; le mécanisme d'alimentation d'encre et le cylindre porte-plaque sont entraînés par le premier et le second système d'entraînement, respectivement. Pendant une période stipulée, le cylindre porte-plaque tourne à une vitesse constante, et le rouleau de transfert d'encre peut tourner à une vitesse variable par rapport au cylindre porte-plaque, de manière à ce que le rouleau de transfert d'encre soit décalé par rapport à la position de transfert d'encre du cylindre porte-plaque par un espacement défini, et l'espacement de décalage peut être ajusté conformément aux exigences de la bande de papier du produit à imprimer, sans devoir échanger le rouleau de moulage en couleur, le rouleau de transfert d'encre et le cylindre porte-plaque, etc. Par conséquent, la présente invention assure une alimentation d'encre suffisante par le mécanisme d'alimentation d'encre au papier à imprimer et satisfait parfaitement aux exigences d'impression de divers produits, améliorant considérablement la qualité d'impression et l'efficacité de la production.
