1.框架的展开 (如图 1所示): 线条型 LED为细长条形, 连接支架金属条 b和金属条 c之间设有内置电阻和 LED芯片的安放支架, 上部金属条 a与金属 条 b相连接, 下部金属条 c与金属条 d相连接, 连接支架金属条 a, b和金属条 c, d也可为单条窄薄金属长条或多条细金属丝结构, 所述的连接支架全部或部 分为磁性材料组成, 内置电阻和 LED芯片的安放支架左右设有压痕线 e、 f, 在 压痕线 e和 f的外面设有金属长方块 g和 h, 内置电阻阻值、 LED芯片型号和大 小, 安放支架的形状结构根据不同需要单独设计而定, 在此仅作位置示意。
2.如图 2所示, 金属条 b和金属条 c内折 90度, 内置电阻及 LED芯片安 放支架的两旁金属长方块 g和 h沿压痕线 e和 f内折 90度, 形成一个 LED封装
"碗"。
3.如图 3所示, 在 "碗" 内一条支架放置并连接内置电阻(阻值按各型号 LED计算而定)后用金线串联 LED芯片, 芯片串联到另一条支架并在 "碗"内封 装环氧树脂, 固化后去掉一小块, 使二边断开不导通。
4.线条型 LED完成封装后或磁性连接支架与内置电阻和 LED芯片组成的 LED灯用焊接或机械卡口连接或导电胶胶合连接后, 用透明橡塑管包覆;
5.在所需面放透明不干胶 (因为有的帖在玻璃上, 需要正面粘贴, 透过玻 璃发光, 而有的直接粘在所需处, 则需要反面粘帖正面直接发光), 并和封装好 的 LED—起在模具内用硅胶密封或用透明橡塑管将其包覆。
6.使用时, 可用焊上导线的磁铁吸附在连接支架上多点引入电源接线, 电 源接入非常方便, 直接解决了连接支架截面积小、 电流不能太大及低电压直流 电引起的压降问题, 同时也可避免由于有一处断线或任一器件损坏而导致一大 段不亮的现象。 由此就形成了新的封装形式(单向连续条形封装), 生产出新的 LED形状 (连续条形, 任意弯折, 精小纤细, 任意截接, 磁吸接线, 方便可靠) 运用在 许多新的领域, 也可制造出更多新型产品。
实施例 1:
如用于宾馆, 商场等公共场合的发光指示、 标识,全透明的玻璃或亚克力 上,指示、 标识的字或图案闪闪发光, 其余全部透明, 好像凌空中无中生有地指 示、 标识的字或图案在发光, 非常醒目, 非常漂亮。 或用于宾馆、 商场或一般 门面、 商店的玻璃门玻璃墙上警示贴条, 现在都用及时贴。 而改用本产品则更 加美观, 警示效果更强, 而且做成 logo或其他广告文字图案, 同时还产生视觉 冲击力很强的广告效果。
这一用途产品基本远视, 所以线条要细、 发光间距一般、 功率不大但要艳 亮, 因此采用宽度 3匪, 发光间距 6匪, 电流 20mA, 功率 0. 06w的彩色 LED。
框架结构如图 2所示, 使用比较常用的 5v电压, 所以内置电阻 150欧, 与 LED芯片串联, 封装环氧树脂后切断二边, 用透明橡塑管将其包覆, 正面上 不干胶 (粘在玻璃上, 发光可透过玻璃)。
LED所需电流仅 20mA, 且长度一般来说不会很长, 所以就只要在其二端部 正负极一致地吸附上固定了导线的磁铁,引线接上 5v直流电源即可。
此产品的不干胶上在反面, 就可以用在喷绘或写真上, 如会务、 展览等大 型的喷绘布上粘帖后就在其上面形成发光字或图案; 在原来喷绘或及时贴店名 招牌上粘贴后就形成发光字店牌, 不仅方便美观还比做亚克力的发光字便宜得 多,节能环保得多。 实施:2 :
再以上例为基础, LED改用白色(或其他颜色、型号), 间距縮小到 3_4mm, 可用在水晶吊灯上: 将之粘贴在水晶吊灯的水晶件上 (如水晶球上半球上粘一 小圈), 电源引线用漆包线并再涂上金属吊架相同的颜色 (如金色、 银色)。 由 此制成的水晶吊灯光线是透过水晶射出来的, 每个水晶挂件晶莹透亮, 光彩夺 目, 非常漂亮, 寿命长, 省电环保, 免除原来灯泡坏了经常检查调换等繁琐事, 还可以根据用户需要制成各种颜色灯光, 甚至七彩变幻光的水晶吊灯。
此类运用还有很多, 如在精致漂亮的工艺品摆设上巧妙贴上线条型 LED , 就能成为既是一个完美艺术品摆件, 又是一个照明台灯, 既美观又实用。 此类 运用不胜枚举。

1. 一种线条型 LED, 包括 LED芯片、 内置电阻、 磁铁、 磁性材料、 长条型封 装支架和电源, 其特征在于线条型 LED为细长条形,连接支架金属条 b和金 属条 c之间设有内置电阻和 LED芯片的安放支架, 上部金属条 a与金属条 b 相连接, 下部金属条 c与金属条 d相连接,连接支架金属条 a, b和金属条 c, d也可为单条窄薄金属长条或多条细金属丝结构, 所述的连接支架全部或部 分为磁性金属材料组成, 金属条 b和金属条 c内折 90度, 所述内置电阻和 LED芯片的安放支架左右设有压痕线 e、 f, 在压痕线 e和 f的外面设有金属 长方块 g和! 1, 金属长方块 g和 h沿压痕线内折 90度, 形成 LED封装碗, 在封装碗内的支架上设有内置电阻并用金线串联 LED芯片,碗上封装有环氧 树脂, 环氧树脂固化后断开两边金属长方块 g和 h, 使线条型 LED二边的长 支架即金属条 a、 b和金属条 、 d不导通, 磁铁固定在导线的一端, 导线的 另一端与电源相连接, 运用中在所述支架上由磁铁吸附引入电源接线。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的一种线条型 LED, 其特征在于所述的连接支架金属条与 内置电阻和 LED芯片组成的 LED灯用焊接或机械卡口连接或导电胶胶合连接。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的一种线条型 LED , 其特征在于线条型 LED横截面近似 长方形替换为正方形或圆形或 H型或 L型或 T型或 Y型或椭圆形及几何形 状。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的一种线条型 LED , 其特征在于线条型 LED最小宽度为 2mm, 最小发光间距 3mm, 单个 LED电流 20mA~lA, 电压为 3~24伏。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的一种线条型 LED , 其特征在于线条型 LED的封装中设 内置电阻。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的一种线条型 LED, 其特征在于支架、 LED芯片、 内置电 阻为串联, 所有 LED与内置电阻串联成的 LED灯为并联。 权利要求 1所述的一种线条型 LED, 其特征在于磁铁固定在导线的一端,导 线的另一端与电源相连接, 运用中在所述线条型 LED连接支架金属条 、 b和 金属条 c、 d上由磁铁吸附引入电源接线, 其吸附位置可沿连接支架移动,形 成多个电源接入点。 权利要求 1所述的一种线条型 LED, 其特征在于所述的一种线条型 LED完 成封装后或所述的磁性连接支架金属条 a、 b和金属条 c、 d与内置电阻和 LED 芯片组成的 LED灯用焊接或机械卡口连接或导电胶胶合连接后, 用透明橡塑
