本发明涉及LED灯封装技术领域,具体的说是一种线条型LED及其生产方法和应用,包括LED灯和电源,线条型LED横截面为近似长方形,金属条b和金属条c之间设内置电阻和LED芯片的安放块,上金属条a至金属条b间设连接块,下金属条c至金属条d间设连接块,金属条a与金属条b间距与金属条c与金属条d间距相等,金属条b和金属条c内折90度,安放块左右设压痕线e、f,压痕线e和f外设金属长方块g和h,金属长方块g和h沿压痕线内折90度,形成LED封装碗,在封装碗的框架上设内置电阻并用金线串联LED芯片,碗上封装环氧树脂,环氧树脂层断开两边金属,使内边金属不导通,本发明使用简便,省工省时,广告效果好,可以广泛用于各种特殊场合。

Description

一种线条型LED及其生产方法和应用
[技术领域]
本发明涉及LED灯封装技术领域,具体的说是一种线条型LED及其生产方法和应用。
[背景技术]
线条型LED,纤细轻巧,宽度3~4毫米,厚度1~2毫米,发光间距最小3~4毫米,并可象及时帖一样粘帖在所需之处,非常方便;而且柔软性很好,三维空间可任意折弯;线条型可任意截断,按需取用;也可任意连接,对使用效果没有运任何影响。
国内专利CN101403478A公开了一种无缝连接LED线条灯的结构,该结构由若干个LED封装单元和PCB线路版组成:
其无法在灯条平面方向弯转,不能任意弯折,也就无法组成字体,和特殊照明
其线路板组成形式无法任意裁断和连接,一定要按线路板的分开点才能不损坏线路板二裁断和连接;
其线路板组成无法做到LED间距小,条形体积小,因此就无法做成小的发光字,更不用说Logo、图案,或特殊照明了。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的是对现有技术和封装结构进行改进,提供一种密封性更好,能用于特殊极小安装位置,可弯曲、可用于室内外的更实用的线条型LED结构和封装方法。
为实现上述目的设计一种线条型LED,包括LED灯和电源,其特征在于线条型LED为近似长方形,金属条b和金属条c之间设有内置电阻和LED芯片的安放块,上部金属条a至金属条b间设连接块,下部金属条c至金属条d间设连接块,金属条a与金属条b的间距与金属条c与金属条d间距相等,金属条b和金属条c内折90度,所述安放块左右设有压痕线e、f,在压痕线e和f的外设有金属长方块g和h,金属长方块g和h沿压痕线内折90度,形成LED封装碗,在封装碗的框架上设有内置电阻并用金线串联LED芯片,碗内封装有环氧树脂,环氧树脂层断开两边金属,使内边金属不导通,并在碗的框架上引出电源接线。
线条型LED的正面或反面或两侧设有透明的不干胶。
线条型LED封装碗的LED宽度为3~5mm,发光间距4~12mm,电流20mA~1A,电压为3~24伏。
线条型LED的封装中设内置电阻。
本发明还包括一种线条型LED的生产方法,其特征在于该方法如下:
a)设计线条帖框架结构形状,设置折痕线,设置内置电阻、LED芯片安放处的形状结构,框架结构采用金属材料组成,
b)金属条b、金属条c折起90度,
c)内置电阻及LED芯片的安放处的金属长方块g和金属长方块h沿压痕线折起90度,形成一个LED封装碗的结构,
d)在碗内框架连接内置电阻后用金线串联LED芯片,并在碗内封装环氧树脂,
e)在每个电流允许值长度的一半处,引出电源接线,以保证LED用电正常安全,
f)在所需面放透明不干胶,并和封装好的LED一起在模具内用硅胶密封。
本发明是一种创新产品,绿色环保,可作为霓虹灯、LED模组,及时帖等材料的升级替代。它使用简便,省工省时,广告效果好,运用面广泛:粘帖在门、窗玻璃上或写真喷绘上,可作为发光的门面、门牌字或舞台背景的发光字体、图案、logo等;可用于宾馆,商场等公共场合的指示,标识;可用于特殊灯箱的背光照明(如超薄2~3公分厚的灯箱,卷携式灯箱等);可用在水晶吊灯、各种艺术灯具、室内装潢照明;可用在特定发光字上(如细笔划发光字、图案、logo或小形的发光字等);更可用于特殊的或极小安装位置的光照及各种特定要求的照明,本产品密封性好,可用于室内,也可用于室外,可弯成各种文字、图案或logo用于装饰、广告,也可作为光源,用于灯箱、发光字、灯具及各种照明灯具。

[具体实施方式]
结合附图对本发明做进一步说明,这种装置的制造技术对本专业的人来说是非常清楚的。
线条型LED采用一种新的封装形式,即以框架连接成单向连续的条形封装。因而生产出的LED形状也是新的形式;连续的条形(目前所有的封装形式,只有单个LED和组块的LED两种形式),为实现这种形式的封装,必须运用新的框架结构和封装工艺:
1.框架的展开(如图1所示):线条型LED为近似长方形,金属条b和金属条c之间设有内置电阻和LED芯片的安放块,上部金属条a至金属条b间设连接块,下部金属条c至金属条d间设连接块,金属条a与金属条b的间距与金属条c与金属条d间距相等,所述安放块左右设有压痕线e、f,在压痕线e和f的外设有金属长方块g和h。内置电阻、LED芯片安放处的形状结构根据不同型号需要单独设计而定,在此仅作位置示意。
2.如图2所示,金属条b和金属条c内折90度,内置电阻及LED芯片安放处的两旁金属长方块g和h沿压痕线内折90度,形成一个LED封装“碗”。
3.如图3所示,在“碗”内框架联接内置电阻(阻值按各型号LED计算而定)后用金线串联LED芯片,并在“碗”内封装环氧树脂。固化后去掉一小块,使二边断开不导通。
4.在每个电流允许值长度的一半处,引出电源接线,以保证LED用电正常和安全。
5.在所需面放透明不干胶(因为有的帖在玻璃上,需要正面粘贴,透过玻璃发光。而有的直接粘在所需处,则需要反面粘帖正面直接发光),并和封装好的LED一起在模具内用硅胶密封。
由此就形成了新的封装形式(单向连续条形封装),生产出新的LED形状(连续条形,柔软易折,精小纤细,任意截接,粘帖方便)运用在许多新的领域,也可制造出更多新型产品。
实施例1:
如宾馆、商场或一般门面、商店的玻璃门玻璃墙上警示贴条,现在都用及时贴。而改用本产品则更加美观,警示效果更强,而且做成logo或其他广告文字图案,同时还产生视觉冲击力很强的广告效果。
这一用途产品基本远视,所以线条要细、发光间距一般、功率不大但要艳亮,因此采用宽度3mm,发光间距6mm,电流20mA,功率0.06w的红色LED。
框架结构如图2所示。使用比较常用的5v电压,所以内置电阻100欧,与LED芯片串联。封装环氧树脂后切断二边,正面上不干胶(粘在玻璃上,发光可透过玻璃)。然后用硅胶密封。
LED所需电流仅20mA,所以一般来说就只要在其端部焊上电源引线,接上5v直流电源即可。只有在单闩玻璃门宽超过1.5米,或玻璃墙宽度大于3米的情况下才需要在1.5米处引出一组电源引线(为了美观,电源引线粘贴在LED背后延伸到端部)。
此产品的不干胶上在反面,就可以用在喷绘或写真上。如会务、展览等大型的喷绘布上粘帖后就在其上面形成发光字或图案;在原来喷绘或及时贴店名牌上粘贴后就形成发光字店牌,不仅方便美观还比做亚克力的发光字便宜得多。
实施:2:
再以上例为基础,LED改用白色(或其他颜色、型号),间距缩小到3~4mm,可用在水晶吊灯上:将之粘贴在水晶吊灯的水晶件上(如水晶球上半球上粘一小圈),电源引线用漆包线并再涂上金属吊架相同的颜色(如金色、银色)。由此制成的水晶吊灯光线是透过水晶射出来的,每个水晶挂件晶莹透亮,光彩夺目,非常漂亮,寿命长,省电环保,免除原来灯泡坏了经常检查调换等繁琐事,还可以根据用户需要制成各种颜色灯光,甚至七彩变幻光(如酒吧、舞厅)的水晶吊灯。

Claims (6)

1.一种线条型LED,包括LED灯和电源,其特征在于线条型LED为近似长方形,金属条b和金属条c之间设有内置电阻和LED芯片的安放块,上部金属条a至金属条b间设连接块,下部金属条c至金属条d间设连接块,金属条a与金属条b的间距与金属条c与金属条d间距相等,金属条b和金属条c内折90度,所述安放块左右设有压痕线e、f,在压痕线e和f的外侧设有金属长方块g和h,金属长方块g和h沿压痕线内折90度,形成LED封装碗,在封装碗的框架上设有内置电阻并用金线串联LED芯片,碗内封装有环氧树脂,环氧树脂层断开两边金属,使内边金属不导通,并在碗的框架上引出电源接线。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种线条型LED,其特征在于线条型LED的正面或反面或两侧设有透明的不干胶。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种线条型LED,其特征在于线条型LED封装碗的LED宽度为3~5mm,发光间距4~12mm,电流20mA~1A,电压为3~24伏。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种线条型LED,其特征在于线条型LED的封装中设内置电阻。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的一种线条型LED的生产方法,其特征在于该方法如下:
a)设计线条帖框架结构形状,设置折痕线,设置内置电阻、LED芯片安放处的形状结构,框架结构采用金属材料组成,
b)金属条b、金属条c折起90度,
c)内置电阻及LED芯片的安放处的金属长方块g和金属长方块h沿压痕线折起90度,形成一个LED封装碗的结构,
d)在碗内框架连接内置电阻后用金线串联LED芯片,并在碗内封装环氧树脂,
e)在每个电流允许值长度的一半处,引出电源接线,以保证LED用电正常安全,
f)在所需面放透明不干胶,并和封装好的LED一起在模具内用硅胶密封。
6.一种如权利要求1所述线条型LED的应用,其特征在于可以应用于警示贴条、发光文字图案、灯具技术领域。
