技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,特别涉及多功能胶框及背光模组。
背景技术
随着液晶显示市场竞争越来越激烈,各液晶显示产品开发商在设计产品时往往需要考虑如何提高产品的生产效率,提升产品的竞争力。背光模组作为液晶显示器液晶面板的关键组件之一,其结构的改进将为提高液晶显示器的生产效率与产品性能起到至关重要的作用。如图1所示,现有液晶显示产品的背光模组结构一般由:背板,反射片,导光板,光学膜片,发光单元,胶框41,液晶面板42,前框43等结构组成。胶框41的主要功能就是支撑液晶面板42、压光学膜片、有利于整个背光的结构稳定性和防止灰尘进入模组内部等;前框43的主要作用是固定液晶面板42,防止液晶面板42跳脱,同时遮挡液晶面板42的非显示区和漏光现象。现行主要的固定方式就是通过卡勾或螺丝将胶框41固定在后盖上,放置液晶面板42后,盖上前框43压住液晶面板42,同时通过卡勾或螺丝将前框43固定在后盖上。这种固定方式由于需要对前框43和胶框41分别进行两次固定动作,操作复杂,组装效率低,且分散的零部件数量多,定位时容易遗漏,导致产品质量下降。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的为提供组装方便快捷、分散零部件数量少的多功能胶框及背光模组。
本发明提出一种多功能胶框,包括支撑液晶面板的框体和与该框体外边框活动连接的盖体,所述盖体沿所述框体外边框翻转,压住所述液晶面板边缘,并与所述框体扣合;
所述盖体设有卡孔,所述框体设有对应于所述卡孔的卡勾,所述盖体与所述框体扣合时,所述卡勾伸入所述卡孔并与该卡孔卡合。
优选地,所述框体设有第一凹槽,所述卡勾设在所述第一凹槽底部;所述盖体设有对应于所述第一凹槽的第二凸槽,所述卡孔设在所述第二凸槽顶部。
优选地,所述盖体数量为至少两个,分别排列于所述框体两相对外边框。
优选地,所述盖体为方块状,每个盖体上设有一个卡孔。
优选地,所述盖体为长条状,所述框体每条外边框对应的盖体上设有多个卡孔。

如图2所示,图2为本发明一实施例中多功能胶框的结构示意图,该实施例提出的多功能胶框,包括支撑液晶面板的框体10和与该框体10外边框活动连接的盖体20,盖体20沿框体10外边框翻转,压住液晶面板边缘,并与框体10扣合。
如图3所示,图3a为图2所示多功能胶框的A向剖视图,图3b为图3a所示多功能胶框中盖体展开的结构示意图,图3c为图3a所示多功能胶框中盖体翻转后的结构示意图。该实施例中,盖体20设有卡孔21,框体10设有对应于卡孔21的卡勾11,盖体20与框体10扣合时,卡勾11伸入卡孔21并与该卡孔21卡合。

  13. 根据权利要求12所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述框体设有第一凹槽,所述卡勾设在所述第一凹槽底部;所述盖体设有对应于所述第一凹槽的第二凸槽,所述卡孔设在所述第二凸槽顶部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述盖体为方块状,每个盖体上设有一个卡孔。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述盖体为长条状,所述框体每条外边框对应的盖体上设有多个卡孔。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述盖体设有安装螺钉的通孔,所述框体设有对应于所述通孔的螺纹孔,所述盖体与所述框体扣合时,所述螺钉穿过所述通孔并固定于所述螺纹孔中。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述盖体为方块状,每个盖体上设有一个安装螺钉的通孔。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述盖体为长条状,所述框体每条外边框对应的盖体上设有多个安装螺钉的通孔。
