또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 입체 공간이 보조장치의 도움 없이 마스크 자체의 형상만으로 이루어질 수 있는, 제조공정이 단순한 코 마스크의 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위해서, 본 발명은 착용자의 코와 코 주변 만을 덮는 마스크 본체, 상기 마스크 본체와 연결되고 착용자의 코 밑 주변을 감싸며 주머니형 구조를 형성하는 제1의 내면필, 및 상기 마스크 본체와 제1의 내면필터에 연결된 착용 끈을 포함하며, 상기 마스크 본체 및 상기 제1의 내면필터는 적어도 하나 이상의 가로 주름이 형성된 가로 주름부; 및 상기 가로 주름부와 교차하는 방향으로 상기 가로 주름을 다시 절곡하여 형성되는 세로 주름이 적어도 둘 이상 형성되는 세로 주름부를 포함하며, 상기 가로 세로 주름부가 결합하여 시너지 효능을 발휘하는 복합주름부를 형성하는 코 마스크를 제공한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면 상기 마스크 본체 및 제1의 내면필터는 상기 가로 주름부와 복합 주름부를 형성하지 않고 세로 주름부만을 형성할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 상기 마스크 본체의 상단과 연결되고 착용자의 코 삽입구가 형성된 제2의 내면필터를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 상기 제2의 내면 필터는 적어도 1개 이상의 가로 주름이 형성된 가로 주름부를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제2의 내면필터는 마스크 본체 상단과 연결되고 코 밑부분 까지 덮음으로써 코 주변의 습기접촉을 방지하고 눈 밑 틈새를 차단할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 의하면, 상기 제1의 내면필터는 상기 마스크 본체에 탈부착 가능하게 형성되어, 코 마스크로 사용하다가 필요에 따라 펼쳐진 안면 마스크로 사용될 수 있다. 이 경우에는 1개 이상의 가로 주름을 부가한 제2의 내면필터를 적용하여 안면겸용 마스크의 안면습기를 차단할 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 마스크 본체에 가로 주름을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 가로 주름을 다시 세로로 절곡하여 상호 교차하도록 세로 주름을 형성하는 단계; 및 본체에 내면필터를 연결하는 단계;를 포함하는 코 마스크의 제조방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 코 마스크는 가로 주름 및 세로 주름이 결합된 복합 주름을 구비하여, 착용 전에는 평면 형상이었다가, 착용하게 되면 가로 주름 및 세로 주름을 결합한 복합 주름의 특성에 의하여 높고 넓은 입체 공간을 형성하고 스스로 지탱하여 호흡이 편안하게 된다.
또한, 주머니 구조를 형성하며 코밑 부분에 밀착되는 제1의 내면필터에 의해 필터링 면적을 확대할 수 있으며 코 밑 틈새를 효과적으로 차단할 수 있다.
또한, 마스크 상단을 연장하거나 마스크 상단에 접합되어 형성되며 코가 삽입되는 제2의 내면필터에 의해 눈 밑 틈새를 차단하며 코 주변의 습기 접촉을 차단할 수 있다.
특히, 입을 가리지 않아 말을 자유롭게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 착용하지 않고 있을 때에는 보관 및 휴대가 용이하다. 즉, 플라스틱이나 스테인레스 스틸 등의 단단한 지지체 없이도 착용시에는 착용자가 별다른 노력을 하지 않더라도 마스크를 착용함에 따라 가로 주름과 세로 주름을 결합한 복합 주름이 입체 공간을 자동으로 형성하게 된다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 코 마스크는 주머니형 구조와 가로 주름 및 세로 주름으로 이루어진 복합주름만으로 손쉽게 입체 공간을 형성하는 기능을 발휘할 수 있으므로, 제조공정이 단순하며, 제조원가가 낮아 실용화에 적합하다.
본 발명에 따른 코 마스크는 제1의 내면 필터가 탈부착 가능하게 구성되어, 필요에 따라 코 마스크로 또는 전면이 펼쳐진 안면 마스크로 이용될 수 있어 활용도가 높다. 이 경우에는 제2의 내면필터는 코 삽입구 및 1개 이상의 가로주름을 구비하여 안면겸용 마스크로 사용될 때 안면습기를 차단할 수 있다..

이하, 본 발명을 보다 구체적으로 설명한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 본 발명에 따른 코 마스크는 착용자의 코와 코 주변을 덮는 마스크 본체; 상기 마스크 본체와 연결되고 착용자의 코 밑 주변을 감싸며 주머니형 구조를 형성하는 제1의 내면필터; 및 상기 마스크 본체 및 상기 제1의 내면필터에 연결된 착용 끈;을 포함하며, 상기 마스크 본체 및 내면필터는 적어도 하나 이상의 가로 주름이 형성된 가로 주름부; 및 상기 가로 주름부와 교차하는 방향으로 상기 가로 주름을 다시 절곡하여 형성되는 세로 주름이 적어도 둘 이상 형성되는 세로 주름부를 포함하며, 상기 세로 주름부 및 상기 가로 주름부가 결합하여 시너지 효능을 발휘하는 복합 주름부를 형성한다.
상기 제1의 내면필터와 본체가 결합되는 테두리에는 접합부가 설치되어 안면 마스크 겸용 코 마스크를 제공한다.
<마스크 본체>
상기 마스크 본체는 당해 기술분야에서 사용되는 마스크 재질이면 어느 것이나 다 가능하며 바람직하게는 천연 소재로, 필터 기능을 갖는 것이 좋다.
마스크 본체는 가로 주름부와 세로 주름부를 결합하여 형성된 복합 주름부를 구비하여, 입체공간을 형성하고 유지할 수 있다.
마스크 본체는 하단을 아래로 연장하여 착용자의 코 밑 코 주변의 볼을 감싸며, 제1의 내면 필터와 연결되어 주머니형 구조를 조성하며, 착용시 코를 중심으로 텐트와 같은 입체공간을 형성한다.
또한, 필요에 따라 마스크 하단을 길게 연장 함으로써 코 밑으로 형성되는 주머니의 길이를 길게 조성할 수 있으며, 이 경우에는 입체공간이 더 확대되므로 더욱 편안하게 호흡할 수 있다.
또한, 마스크 상단을 연장하여 코 삽입구가 있는 제2의 내면필터로 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제2의 내면필터는 길이를 더 연장하여, 1개 이상의 가로 주름을 구비하도록 하여, 안면 마스크로 착용시 안면 습기를 차단할 수 있는 안면 마스크의 내면 필터로 작용할 수 있다.
마스크 본체의 크기는 코 와 코 주변 만을 덮을 수 있는 크기로부터 코 주변 볼을 따라 귀로 점차 연장됨에 따라 디자인 및 기능성을 달리할 수 있는 크기로 제조할 수 있고, 가장 자리에 탄성 소재를 넣어 신축 가능하게 제조할 수도 있다.
<내면 필터>
본 발명에 따른 코 마스크는 마스크 본체에 연결되어 코 아래 주변을 감싸는 주머니형 구조를 형성하는 제1의 내면 필터를 포함한다. 상기 제1의 내면 필터는 마스크 본체와 일체로 하여 주름부를 형성한 후 마스크 본체의 하단이 코 입구에 도달하도록 뒤로 접어 주머니형 구조를 본체와 일체형으로 형성하거나, 독립적으로 필터에 주름을 잡은 후 마스크 본체에 연결하는 결합형으로 형성할 수 있다.
상기 제1의 내면 필터는 주머니형 구조에 의해 필터링 면적을 확대하는 효과가 있으며, 내면 필터를 당기는 착용끈의 힘에 의해 코 밑에 밀착되어 코 밑주변의 틈새차단 효과를 높이는 기능을 발휘할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면 상기 제1의 내면 필터에는 복합주름부가 형성되어, 코 주변의 입체 공간을 더욱 크게 확보할 수 있다. 그러나 형편에 따라 가로 주름부는 생략하고 세로 주름부만 형성할 수 도 있다.
상기 제1의 내면 필터는 본체와 결합되는 좌우측 테두리에 파스너, 예를 들어 1개 이상의 똑딱단추, 벨크로 파스너 등의 접착부를 구비하여 입까지 가리는 안면 마스크용으로 겸용할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 상기 마스크 본체의 상단으로부터 연결되거나, 별도로 접착되어, 코 삽입구가 구비되고 본체 상단으로부터 코 밑까지 덮는 제2의 내면필터를 더 구비할 수 있다.
상기 제2의 내면필터는 길이를 아래로 연장하여 1개 이상의 주름을 구비한 내면필터로 사용될 수도 있다.
또한, 상기 마스크 본체의 상단을 1~2cm 정도만 위로 연장하여, 뒤로 접은 후 내면 필터로 사용할 수도 있다. 이 경우에 상기 내면필터로 사용되는 마스크 본체의 안쪽 상단에 신축성 있는 절곡와이어를 부착 또는 삽입하여, 착용시 콧등에 절곡 밀착시켜 눈밑 틈새를 차단할 수 있다.
상기 절곡와이어는 제2 내면필터의 코 삽입구 바로 위 지점에 부착 또는 삽입하여, 콧등에 절곡 밀착시켜 눈 밑 틈새 차단을 강화할 수 도 있다.
절곡와이어를 본체에 부착하지 않고, 내면필터에 부착하면 본체의 입체 공간 형성 기능을 제약하지 않으며, 밀착효과도 높일 수 있다.
제2의 내면필터와 본체와의 결합 방식은, 내면필터의 상단, 좌우측 및 하단이 본체와 전체적 또는 부분적으로 결합될 수 있으며, 고정식 또는 탈착식으로 접착될 수 있다. 접착 방법은 실링, 벨크로, 단추 등의 수단을 적용할 수 있다.
<착용 끈>
착용 끈은 마스크 본체와 내면필터를 코 및 코의 상하 좌우 부위에 밀착시켜 마스크 본체를 착용자의 안면에 장착시키고, 고정시키는 기능을 한다.
특히, 내면필터의 틈새 차단 효과를 높이며, 안면 마스크 겸용으로 사용시 접착부(파스너)를 구비한 경우를 대비해서 착용끈의 아래쪽 연결은 내면필터 상부의 좌우측 끝 지점에 연결할 수 있다.
착용 끈은 귀에 거는 방식, 머리와 목 뒤에 걸거나 묶는 방식, 벨크로 테이프 또는 고리를 밴드 끝에 부착하는 방법 등을 활용할 수 있다.
또한, 착용 끈은 마스크 본체와 내면필터를 가로로 길게 연장하거나, 마스크 본체에 귀 삽입구를 형성하는 방식으로 이루어질 수도 있다.
착용 끈의 재질은 신축력 있는 재질로 사용할 수도 있다.
<복합 주름부>
마스크 본체는 복합 주름부를 구비하며, 복합 주름부는 가로로 마스크 본체를 겹치게 절곡하여 이루어지는 하나 이상의 가로 주름들과, 상기 가로 주름들을 다시 세로로 겹치게 절곡하여 이루어지는 세로 주름들로 구성된다.
상기 복합 주름부의 교차 방식은 가로 주름부가 세로 주름부와의 교차지점에서 다시 세로로 절곡되어 세로 주름부와 결합되는 방식이 있고, 이와는 반대로, 세로 주름부가 교차지점에서 다시 가로로 절곡되어 가로 주름부와 결합되는 방식을 취할 수도 있다.
상기 복합 주름부의 구성은 대칭의 가로 주름부와 대칭의 세로 주름부로 구성되거나, 비대칭의 가로 주름부와 대칭의 세로 주름부로 구성될 수 있다.
상기 복합 주름부의 특유의 기능은 가로 주름부나 세로 주름부 중 어느 하나만으로는 발휘될 수 없는 특유의 시너지 기능을 발휘하여 높고 넓은 입체공간을 조성하고, 조성된 입체 형태를 스스로 견고하게 지탱하는 지지력을 갖는 것이다. 따라서 손으로 다시 접기 전에는 조성된 입체형태가 조금도 변형되지 않는다. 또한 주름과 주름 사이의 폭이나 주름의 절곡 폭을 넓게 또는 좁게 함으로써 입체공간의 넓이나 높이를 조절할 수 가 있다.
<가로 주름부>
마스크 본체는 적어도 하나 이상의 가로 주름이 형성된 가로 주름부를 포함한다. 상기 가로 주름은 둘 이상 형성 될 때 같은 방향으로 절곡되거나, 대칭 방향으로 절곡될 수 있다.
가로 주름이 같은 방향으로 절곡되는 경우 절곡되는 방향이 마스크 본체의 하부로 향하거나 상부로 향할 수 있다.
상기 가로 주름의 폭은 마스크 본체 전체를 통해 균일하게 형성할 수도 있고, 균일하지 않게, 예를 들어 점진적으로 가로주름의 폭을 좁게 하다가 넓히는 방향으로 형성할 수도 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 상기 가로 주름은 마스크 본체에 다수 형성되는 것이 바람직하며, 많이 형성될수록 입체적 공간의 폭이 넓어진다. 다만 필요에 따라 중앙에만 다수 형성할 수도 있다.
<세로 주름부>
본 발명에 따른 코 마스크는 마스크 본체 및/또는 내면필터에 적어도 둘 이상의 세로 주름이 대칭으로 형성된 세로 주름부를 포함한다.
상기 세로 주름은 가로 주름과 교차하는 방향, 바람직하게는 직교하는 방향으로 형성되며, 마스크 본체에 형성되는 세로 주름부는 마스크 본체의 중앙부가 착용자 안면으로부터 밖으로 돌출되도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 세로 주름 및 가로 주름으로 이루어지는 복합 주름이 서로 지지하여 기둥 역할을 함에 따라 입체 공간을 형성하므로, 복합 주름의 폭 및 간격에 따라 형성되는 입체 공간의 크기를 조절할 수 있게 된다.
상기 세로 주름은 주름과 주름 사이의 폭의 정도에 따라 형성되는 입체 공간의 넓이가 달라지므로, 필요에 따라 주름간 폭을 조절할 수 있으며, 대칭인 세로주름의 개수를 많이 조성할 수록 더 넓은 공간을 확보할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 세로 주름이 절곡되는 폭에 따라 형성되는 입체 공간의 높이가 달라지므로, 필요에 따라 적절하게 세로 주름의 절곡 폭을 조절할 수 있다.
상기 세로 주름은 대칭적으로 다수개를 형성할 수 있다. 이로서 착용했을 때 보다 입체적으로 공간이 형성될 수 있다.
<코 마스크의 작용>
이하, 도면을 참조로 하여 설명하면, 도 1 내지 도 6에 도시된 코 마스크(1)는 마스크 본체(10), 내면필터(30) 및 착용 끈(20)를 포함하며, 가로 주름부(110) 및 세로 주름부(120)가 서로 교차된 복합 주름부가 형성되어 있거나(도 1), 세로 주름부(120)만이 형성되어 있다(도 2). 따라서, 마스크를 착용하게 됨에 따라 착용 끈(20)에 의해 팽팽해 지면서, 가로 주름부(110) 및 세로 주름부(120)가 서로 상호작용하여 입체 공간을 형성하게 된다.
도 6와 같이 코 마스크(1)는 착용 전에는 평면 형상으로 존재하고, 도 1, 도 2, 3, 4, 5와 같이 착용하게 되면 세로 주름부(120)가 착용자의 코와 협력하여, 또는 가로 주름부(110) 및 세로 주름부(120)에 의해 형성된 복합 주름에 의해 입체 공간이 형성되며 이러한 입체 공간이 유지된다.
본 발명에 따른 코 마스크(1)는 도 1, 3 내지 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 가로 주름들(111, 112, 113)의 방향이 서로 대칭적으로 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 경우 형성되는 입체 공간은 상하 어느 한 방향으로 쏠리지 않고 형성될 수 이다. 대칭되는 주름들(111, 112, 113)의 폭은 필요에 따라 적절하게 조절할 수 있으며, 주름의 폭이 좁아지고 많아질수록 공정은 더 들어가지만, 보다 디테일한 입체적 형상을 제조할 수 있다.
도 3의 부분 확대도에서 도시된 바와 같이 복합 주름부는 가로주름이 형성된 가로 주름부(110)를 다시 세로로 절곡한 형상으로 이루어질 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 코 마스크(1)는 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 같은 방향으로 절곡될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 착용자의 안면 형상에 따라 가로 주름들(111, 112, 113)이 절곡되는 방향이 마스크 본체(10)의 하부를 향하게 할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 코 마스크(1)는 가로 주름의 폭, 형성 위치, 주름의 수에 따라 형성되는 입체 공간의 형상을 조절할 수 있지만, 이와 함께 세로 주름의 수, 폭, 형성 위치에 따라 입체 공간의 형상을 또한 조절할 수가 있다.
본 발명에 따른 코 마스크(1)는 도 9 및 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 내면 필터(30)가 마스크 본체에 접착부(40, 40-1)에 의해 탈부착 가능한 형태로 구성되어 마스크 본체에 부착되었을 때는 도 1 내지 도 8에서와 같이 코 마스크로 사용되고, 마스크 본체로부터 떨어져 있을 때에는 도 11에서와 같이 안면 마스크로 사용될 수 있다.
상기 접착부는 마스크 본체와, 상기 마스크 본체에 대응하는 위치에서 내면필터에 한 쌍으로 각각 구비되어 내면필터(30)를 마스크 본체에 고정시킨다. 상기 접착부는 내면필터 양측에 한 쌍 이상 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 코 마스크(1)는 마스크 본체, 제1의 내면필터(30-1) 및 코 삽입구(70)가 형성된 제2의 내면필터(30-2)로 구성되어, 제2의 내면필터에 의해 눈 밑 틈새를 차단하며 코 주변의 습기 접촉을 차단할 수 있다(도 12 및 13).
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 코 마스크(1)가 펼쳐져 제1의 내면 필터(30-1)가 안면 마스크로 기능할 때 제2의 내면필터(30-3)은 더욱 연장되어, 안면 습기를 완전히 제거할 수 있는 내면 필터로 기능하여, 착용자의 코 및/또는 안면을 외부 공기로부터 완전히 차단시킬 수 있다(도 14). 코 삽입구(70-1)는 다양한 형상으로 이루어질 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 착용자의 코와 코주변을 덮는 마스크 본체,
    상기 마스크 본체를 아래로 연장하여 본체의 하단이 코입구에 도달하도록 뒤로 접어서 본체와 일체형으로 주머니형 구조를 형성하는 제1의 내면필터, 및
    상기 마스크 본체와 제1의 내면필터에 연결된 착용 끈을 포함하며,
    상기 마스크 본체 및 제1의 내면필터는 적어도 하나 이상의 가로 주름이 형성된 가로 주름부; 및 상기 가로 주름부와 교차하는 세로 주름이 적어도 둘 이상 형성되는 세로 주름부를 포함하며,
    상기 가로 주름부 및 상기 세로 주름부가 결합하여 시너지 효능을 발휘하는 복합주름부를 형성 한 것을 특징으로 하는 코 마스크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1의 내면 필터는 상기 마스크 본체와 결합되는 좌우측 테두리에 접착부를 구비하여, 상기 제1의 내면 필터를 펼쳐서 입까지 가리는 안면 마스크로 기능할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 코 마스크.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 접착부가 단추, 고리, 벨크로 및 지퍼로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 코 마스크.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 마스크 본체를 위로 연장하거나 상기 마스크 본체에 연결하여 본체의 상단으로부터 코 밑까지 덮는 구조에 코 삽입구를 구비한 제2의 내면필터를 더 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 코 마스크.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 제2의 내면필터가 아래로 연장되어, 상기 마스크 본체 및 상기 제1의 내면필터까지 덮고, 1개 이상의 가로 주름을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 코 마스크.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 마스크 본체 및 제1의 내면필터는 세로 주름이 둘 이상 형성된 세로 주름부만 구비하고, 가로 주름부와 복합 주름부는 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 코 마스크.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 착용끈은 착용끈의 아래쪽 연결 지점이 제1의 내면필터의 상부 좌우측 끝 지점에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코 마스크.
