Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Hydrauliksystem, vorzugsweise zum Ansteuern und Betätigen einer Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe. Das Hydrauliksystem umfasst einen Tank (68) zur Aufnahme von Hydrauliköl, einen Primärkreis mit mindestens einem hydraulischen Verbraucher (AH, MH), der mindestens eine über eine erste Saugleitung (42) mit Hydrauliköl beaufschlagte Primärpumpe (36,38,61,70) aufweist und ausgangsseitig an mindestens eine erste Rücklaufleitung angeschlossen ist und der einen ausgangsseitig mit der ersten Saugleitung (42) kommunizierenden und eingangsseitig mit Rücklauföl aus der mindestens einen Rücklaufleitung beaufschlagten Saug-Rücklauffilter (40) aufweist. Eine Besonderheit der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die erste Saugleitung (42) über eine separate Nachsaugeleitung (86) und ein Saugfilter (66) mit dem Tank (68) kommuniziert, wobei in der Nachsaugeleitung (86) ein in Richtung Saugfilter (66) vorgespanntes Nachsaugeventil (88) angeordnet ist.
