公插头 6设置在灯筒 3的内部, 为便于公插头 6能方便、 快捷地从灯筒 3内部拆分或 连接到灯筒 3内部, 灯筒 3内壁轴向的设有一道凹槽, 公插头 6的外部相应地设有一道突 起 7, 公插头 6与灯筒 3通过凹槽与突起 7适配连接。
为了使公插头 6更好地固定在灯筒 3内部, 公插头 6的外部设有反咬块 8。
为使公插头 6与母插头 5能方便、 快捷地拆分或连接, 公插头 6和母插头 5在连接处 相应地分别设有突起和凹槽。
为了更好地提高 LED灯的散热性能和安全性能, 灯头 2设计成烛形、 圆形、 球形或橄 榄形。
通过公插头 6与母插头 7的配合插接, 达到连接电路、 固定灯头的效果, 整个连接装 置结构简单, 设计科学合理, 方便用户轻松更换灯头。

如图 4所示, 在本实施例中, 本发明 LED灯的灯头 2包括灯泡 21和透光罩 25, 灯头 2内部还设置有散热芯柱 22; 光源模块包括 LED光源 23和反光器 24;散热芯柱 22上部延 伸出一部分与灯头 2封闭连接,散热芯柱 22向四周延伸分割为若干鳍片, 形成若干独立散 热体, 各独立散热体上分别安装 LED光源 23和反光器 24, 各独立散热体均贴有散热胶垫 并与散热芯柱 22形成一个散热整体; 透光罩 25设置在散热芯柱 22的周围, 将各独立散热 体与外界隔离, 形成一个封闭的散热整体, 从而进一步提高 LED灯的散热效果, 延长 LED 灯的使用寿命
为进一步提高 LED灯的散热效果, 提高 LED灯整体结构的稳定性, 独立散热体设计 为横截面为 V字形的散热体, V字形散热体底端朝向散热芯柱 22中心轴线, LED光源 23 固定在所述 V字形散热体的 V字内部的底端或者 V字内部的两侧。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种带有连接装置的 LED灯, 主要包括灯座(1)、 灯头(2)和灯筒(3), 其特征 在于, 所述灯座(1)中设有母插头(5), 所述灯筒(3)中设有公插头(6), 所述灯筒(3) 与所述灯座(1)通过所述公插头 (6) 与所述母插头 (5) 的插接连接, 所述灯头 (2) 内 设有电路板(4), 所述电路板(4)上设有光源模块, 所述公插头 (6) 与所述电路板(4) 电连接; 所述 LED灯还设有调控模块, 所述母插头 (5) 与所述调控模块电连接。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的带有连接装置的 LED灯, 其特征在于, 所述公插头(6)设 置在所述灯筒 (3)的内部, 所述灯筒 (3) 内壁沿轴向设有一道凹槽, 所述公插头(6) 的 外部相应的设有一道突起(7), 所述公插头 (6) 与所述灯筒 (3)通过所述凹槽与所述突 起( 7 )适配连接。
3.根据权利要求 1或 2所述的带有连接装置的 LED灯,其特征在于,所述公插头( 6 ) 的外部设有反咬块(8)。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的带有连接装置的 LED灯, 其特征在于, 所述公插头( 6 )和 所述母插头 (5)在连接处相应地分别设有突起和凹槽。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的带有连接装置的 LED灯, 其特征在于, 所述灯头(2)呈烛 形、 圆形、 球形或橄榄形。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的带有连接装置的 LED灯, 其特征在于, 所述调控模块包括 电压输入端、 开关 (91)、 电源驱动板(92)、 MCU调控灯光模块板( 93 )、 电桥( 95 )和遥 控器( 94 ),所述开关( 91 )设在电压输入端和电源驱动板( 92 )之间,所述电源驱动板( 92 ) 和 MCU调控灯光模块板( 93 )电连接,所述 MCU调控灯光模块板( 93 )通过所述电桥( 95 ) 与所述母插头(5) 电连接, 所述 MCU调控灯光模块板(93) 包括 MCU处理单元(931)、 LED电流驱动 ( 932 )和遥控接收模块( 933 )。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的带有连接装置的 LED灯, 其特征在于: 所述电压输入端的 输入电压 90V~264V, 输入频率为 47Hz~63Hz, 所述电源驱动板(92)为可调电源驱动板。
8.根据权利要求 6或 7所述的带有连接装置的 LED灯, 其特征在于: 所述 MCU处 理单元(931)输出 PWM脉宽调制信号, 所述 LED电流驱动 (932)输出可调一路或多路 恒流电流。
9.根据权利要求 6所述的带有连接装置的 LED灯, 其特征在于: 所述电桥( 95 ) 为 可转换正负极性的电桥, 所述遥控器(94)釆用 315MHz、 433MHz或 2.4GHz无线收发技 术。
10.根据权利要求 6所述的带有连接装置的 LED灯, 其特征在于: 所述调控模块设置 于灯座(1) 中。
11.根据权利要求 1所述的带有连接装置的 LED灯, 其特征在于: 所述灯头 (2) 包 括灯泡(21)和透光罩(25), 所述灯头(2) 内部还设置有散热芯柱(22); 所述光源模块 包括 LED光源 (23)和反光器(24); 所述散热芯柱(22)上部延伸出一部分与灯头 (2) 封闭连接, 所述散热芯柱(22) 向四周延伸分割为若干鳍片, 形成若干独立散热体, 各独 立散热体上分别安装所述 LED光源 (23)和所述反光器(24), 各独立散热体均贴有散热 胶垫并与所述散热芯柱(22)形成一个散热整体; 所述透光罩(25)设置在所述散热芯柱
(22) 的周围, 将各独立散热体与外界隔离, 形成一个封闭的散热整体。
12.根据权利要求 11所述的带有连接装置的 LED灯, 其特征在于: 所述独立散热体 为横截面为 V字形的散热体, 所述 V字形散热体底端朝向散热芯柱(22) 中心轴线, 所述 LED光源 (23) 固定在所述 V字形散热体的 V字内部的底端或者 V字内部的两侧。
