Description

LED 照明灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种 LED 照明灯具,特别是一种 LED 照明灯。
背景技术

发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单的 LED 照明 灯。
一种 LED 照明灯,包括灯体、交流 LED 光源及灯泡壳,该灯泡壳设置在该灯体的顶端并罩设该 LED 光源,还包括基板及两个刚性的插接单元,该灯体对应每个插接单元分别设有收容孔,每个插接单元均与该交流 LED 光源电连接,每个插接单元均包括设置在底部的插接线,该基板固定在该灯体的顶端,每个插接单元的顶端均与该基板抵接,每个插接线的腿部均伸出该灯体之外 。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本发明第一实施例的 LED 照明灯 100 ,请参考图 1 至图 3 。
请参考图 1 和图 2 ,该 LED 照明灯 100 主要包括一灯体 10 、一交流 LED 光源 20 、一灯泡壳 30 、一基板 40 和两个插接单元 52 。该基板 40 、交流 LED 光源 20 、灯泡壳 30 均设置在该灯体 10 的顶端。 该两个插接单元 52 收容在该灯体 10 中部。该两个插接单元 52 用于同外部电源插座(图未示)电连接,并将电传递至该交流 LED 光源 20 。

请参考图 3 ,该 LED 光源 20 为交流 LED 光源,可以直接适用 220v 的电压;该灯泡壳 30 设置于该灯体 10 的顶端,即粘贴在该环壁 16 上并罩设该 LED 光源 20 ;该灯泡壳 30 由塑料和荧光材料混合成型。该灯泡壳 30 为底部开口的半椭球壳体结构。
请参考图 3 ,该基板 40 固设于该灯体 10 顶端的中部,其由非导电材料制成。该基板 40 上设有两个连接槽 42 ,该两个连接槽 42 对应该收容孔 12 的第一腔体 122 的顶端开口处设置。该 基板 40 端面设有三个导热通孔 44 。该 LED 光源 20 固定在该基板 40 上 ,并位于这些导热通孔 44 的上方。工作时,这些导热通孔 44 内设有导热膏,以便将该 LED 光源 20 发出的热量快速传递至该灯体 10 。该基板内设有两条导电线(图未示),每条导电线的一端均与该 LED 光源电连接。 该灯泡壳 30 的底端抵压该基板 40 。该 灯泡壳 30 与环壁 16 、基板 40 形成一个密闭空间,当 LED 光源 20 通电照明时,该密闭空间内形成一混光腔。

该 LED 照明灯 100 在工作时,由于该刚性的插接单元 52 固定在该收容孔 12 与该基板 40 之间,故该插接线 522 能承受电源插座的阻力,确保能顺利***该电源插座内并且耐反复插拔。由于该 LED 照明灯 100 直接由交流电驱动,插接单元 52 的电阻 526 与插接线 522 串联,使得该电阻 526 具有限流作用。该 LED 光源 20 通电后发光,虽然交流电是闪烁发光的,但是由于灯泡壳 30 上的荧光材料具有延迟发光的特性,因此使得该 LED 照明灯 100 光源 20 能保持连续发光,从而弥补交流 LED 闪烁发光会对人眼产生伤害的缺点;由于该灯泡壳 30 由塑料和荧光材料混合成型,因此荧光材料将均匀地设于该灯泡壳 30 ,由于荧光材料发光无取向性,使得该 LED 照明灯 100 的发光角度较大,能够达到 240° ~ 250° 。当然,通过改变该灯泡壳 30 的形状,例如将该灯泡壳 30 做成顶部较大的蘑菇状,能实现 280° ~ 300° 的更大角度的发光。
综上所述,该 LED 照明灯 100 通过将该插接单元 52 设置成刚性结构,采用交流 LED 光源 20 ,并将该插接单元 52 固定在该基板 40 上,将该基板 40 固定在该灯体 10 上,使得该 LED 照明灯 100 可以直接连接交流市电,不需要再设置传统的灯座,从而使得该 LED 照明灯 100 具有的整体结构简单的优点。由于有效地简化了结构,使得该 LED 照明灯 100 可以采用 IEC (国际电工委员会)标准规定的 G9 型号的灯头,从而具有整体体积小的优点。
可以理解的,该收容孔 12 设置成阶梯型主要是为了止档该插接单元 52 ,使得当该 LED 照明灯 100 从电源插座上拔出时,该插接单元 52 能与该收容孔 12 抵接,增加该插接单元 52 的抗插拔性。当然,在该插接单元 52 与该基板 40 的焊接足够牢固时,也可以不将该收容孔 12 设置成阶梯状。
