Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé permettant à l'opérateur d'insérer un appel dans le service de standard téléphonique qui comprend : l'envoi d'une demande d'appel destinée à appeler l'opérateur et l'utilisateur appelé ; l'envoi d'une demande d'insertion d'appel, lorsque ledit opérateur décroche le téléphone et que la réponse finale dudit utilisateur appelé est "occupé" ; selon la demande d'insertion d'appel, le rassemblement dudit opérateur, dudit utilisateur appelé et de l'autre utilisateur communiquant avec ledit utilisateur appelé dans une conférence téléphonique à trois, ce qui permet la communication dudit opérateur et dudit utilisateur appelé. La présente invention concerne également un dispositif et un système permettant à l'opérateur d'insérer un appel dans un service de standard téléphonique, ce qui permet à l'opérateur de connecter les appels des utilisateurs dans le groupe qui communiquent avec d'autres utilisateurs.
