Description

结合地理位置信息的电子名片传递方法及*** 技术领域 本发明涉及信息处理及交换领域, 特别涉及一种结合地理位置信息的电子名片的 传递方法以及实现所述传递方法的传递***。 背景技术 名片是人们经常使用的一种记载和传递联系方式的媒体, 在日常活动中往往会涉 及大量的名片交换, 人们通过名片交换的方式来传递联系方式, 跟其他人建立联系。 目前, 大部分人交换名片都是交换印刷的纸质名片, 传统的纸质名片交换方式带 来的麻烦是获得了别人的纸质名片以后, 一般还需要把名片信息 (主要包括姓名、 职 业、 职务、 工作单位、 包括电话和 E-mail等联系方式, 另外, 还可以包括企业名称、 地址及企业的业务领域等企业信息)进行电子化处理, 通过人工输入, 将名片信息存 储到电脑或移动终端的通讯录上。 另外, 当远程交流 (如电话) 或当面对话交流 (无 纸质名片) 中需要介绍联系方式时, 为了记录下联系人的信息资料, 如电话号码、 手 机号码、 电子邮件 e-mail、 地址、 单位名称等, 往往需要使用记事本记录这些信息资 料, 或者人工输入到电脑或移动终端的通讯录上。 因此, 信息资料的输入操作繁琐, 而且不能确保信息资料输入的正确性, 经常出现资料不完整或偏差。 虽然, 目前有些配置有摄像头的移动终端 (手机、 PDA、 平板电脑或者笔记本电 脑等)具备名片扫描功能, 只需使用摄像头微距功能直接拍摄名片, 利用图像处理和 光学字符识别 (OCR, Optical Character Recognition) 的原理, 对拍摄的名片图像自动 进行处理和识别, 然后自动提取出其中的姓名、 电话、 e-mail等信息资料加入到通讯 录去, 为人们在电子设备中输入名片上记载的联系信息提供了很大的方便, 但是即使 这样, OCR识别出来的文字不可能是 100%准确的, 需要用户去进行人工的检查和纠 正, 还是比较麻烦, 不如直接进行电子名片的传递和交换。另外, 在上述应用场景中, 只能部分解决交换印刷的纸质名片后的输入问题, 而仍然解决不了远程交流或在无名 片情况下的输入问题。 另一方面, 电子名片应运而生, 一些移动终端设置有名片编辑以及交换功能, 如 要实现电子名片交换功能可以通过通信网络的方式来进行单方面的发送或双方互换。 电子名片的发送可以通过短消息、 电子邮件等方式, 但是利用短消息或邮件的方式将 电子名片内容以文本形式嵌入到消息内容中, 不方便接收者管理名片, 因为接收者接 收到消息内容后, 还需重新组织编写收到的名片信息, 再存入本机的通讯录上, 操作 同样繁杂。 再有, 通过短消息或电子邮件等方式进行电子名片的发送, 一般都是在短 消息发送之间的各参与者之间进行, 无法实现名片信息的批量存储。 发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种结合地理位置信息的电子名片传递方法及***, 用于 解决现有技术中名片传递不顺畅、 名片信息提取操作繁琐且有错误的问题。 本发明在一方面提供一种电子名片传递方法, 包括: 请求用户利用移动客户端将 当前的地理位置信息发送至与所述移动客户端建立通信连接的电子名片传递服务器, 从所述电子名片传递服务器获取在预定距离范围内周边移动客户端对应的用户的用 户列表, 并在请求用户的移动客户端上显示出所述用户列表中用户的简明身份信息; 请求用户从所述移动客户端显示的所述用户列表中选择一个或多个用户, 作为电子名 片传递的对象用户,提出向对象用户传递电子名片和 /或从对象用户获取电子名片的电 子名片传递请求, 并将所述电子名片传递请求发送至所述电子名片传递服务器; 所述 电子名片传递服务器将所述电子名片传递请求发送至被选的对象用户对应的移动客 户端上, 并在接收到由对象用户对应的所述移动客户端所发送的确认信息后响应所述 电子名片传递请求,将请求用户的电子名片传递至对象用户对应的移动客户端和 /或将 对象用户的电子名片传递至请求用户对应的移动客户端。 可选地, 所述简明身份信息是连同所述地理位置信息一起发送至所述电子名片传 递服务器的或是预先存储在所述电子名片传递服务器上的。 可选地, 所述从所述电子名片传递服务器获取在预定距离范围内周边移动客户端 对应的用户的用户列表, 并在请求用户的移动客户端上显示出所述用户列表中用户的 简明身份信息包括: 所述电子名片传递服务器接收来自各个用户对应的移动客户端发 送的地理位置信息; 针对请求用户, 所述电子名片传递服务器向请求用户提供在预定 距离范围内的所有用户的用户列表及其对应的简明身份信息, 显示在请求用户对应的 移动客户端上。 可选地, 所述电子名片传递服务器还包括: 根据新的移动客户端提交的当前的地 理位置信息、移动客户端提交的当前的地理位置信息的变更情况和 /或用户提交的简明 身份信息的变更情况, 对用户列表进行更新, 并将更新后的用户列表以及用户列表中 用户的简明身份信息发送至请求用户对应的移动客户端; 以及对用户的电子名片中的 信息进行更新。 可选地, 所述电子名片是在请求用户提出电子名片传递请求时以及对象用户在确 认请求时向所述电子名片传递服务器发送的或是由请求用户以及对象用户预先存储 在所述电子名片传递服务器上的。 本发明在另一方面提供一种电子名片传递***, 包括电子名片传递服务器以及与 所述电子名片传递服务器建立通信连接的移动客户端; 所述移动客户端用于: 将当前 的地理位置信息发送至所述电子名片传递服务器; 从所述电子名片传递服务器获取在 预定距离范围内周边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列表, 并显示出所述用户列表中用 户的简明身份信息; 在所述用户列表中选择一个或多个用户, 作为电子名片传递的对 象用户,提出向对象用户传递电子名片和 /或从对象用户获取电子名片的电子名片传递 请求, 并将所述电子名片传递请求发送至所述电子名片传递服务器; 所述电子名片传 递服务器用于: 将所述电子名片传递请求发送至被选的对象用户对应的移动客户端 上, 并在接收到由对象用户对应的所述移动客户端所发送的确认信息后响应所述电子 名片传递请求,将请求用户的电子名片传递至对象用户对应的移动客户端和 /或将对象 用户的电子名片传递至请求用户对应的移动客户端。 可选地, 所述移动客户端包括: 定位单元, 用于获取当前的地理位置信息; 信息 收发单元, 用于: 将当前的地理位置信息、简明身份信息和 /或电子名片发送至所述电 子名片传递服务器; 接收来自所述电子名片传递服务器查找到的在预定距离范围内周 边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列表及其中用户的简明身份信息; 以及接收来自所述 电子名片传递服务器的电子名片; 显示单元; 选择单元, 用于在所述显示单元上显示 的、 来自所述电子名片传递服务器的用户列表中选择一个或多个用户, 作为电子名片 传递的对象用户; 电子名片传递请求单元, 用于对所述选择单元选择的对象用户生成 将向对象用户传递电子名片和 /或从对象用户获取电子名片的电子名片传递请求;所述 电子名片传递请求经由所述电子名片传递服务器发送至被选的对象用户对应的所述 移动客户端上; 请求确认单元, 用于对来自请求用户对应的所述移动客户端发送的电 子名片传递请求予以确认, 并将所述确认信息发送至所述电子名片传递服务器; 第一 存储单元, 用于存储自身用户的电子名片以及通过所述信息收发单元接收自所述电子 名片传递服务器响应对象用户对应的所述移动客户端的确认信息后所发送的对象用 户的电子名片; 所述电子名片传递服务器包括: 信息收发单元, 用于接收自各个所述移动客户端 所发送的当前的地理位置信息、简明身份信息和 /或电子名片,将收集到的用户的简明 身份信息和 /或电子名片发送至各个所述移动客户端,以及将请求用户对应的移动客户 端发送的电子名片传递请求发送至被选的对象用户对应的移动客户端; 所述电子名片 传递请求包括向对象用户传递电子名片和 /或从对象用户获取电子名片;身份信息提供 单元, 用于在接收到请求用户对应的所述移动客户端发送的当前的地理位置信息后, 将在预定距离范围内周边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列表发送至请求用户对应的 所述移动客户端, 并在所述移动客户端上显示出所述用户列表中用户的简明身份信 息; 电子名片提供单元, 用于在接收到由对象用户对应的所述移动客户端所发送的确 认信息后响应所述电子名片传递请求, 通过所述信息收发单元将请求用户的电子名片 传递至对象用户对应的移动客户端和 /或将对象用户的电子名片传递至请求用户对应 的移动客户端; 第二存储单元, 用于存储各个所述移动客户端所发送的当前的地理位 置信息、 各个所述移动客户端对应的用户的简明身份信息和 /或电子名片。 可选地, 所述电子名片传递服务器还包括更新单元, 用于: 根据新的移动客户端 提交的当前的地理位置信息、 移动客户端提交的当前的地理位置信息的变更情况和 / 或用户提交的简明身份信息的变更情况, 对所述用户列表进行更新, 并将更新后的所 述用户列表以及所述用户列表中用户的简明身份信息发送至请求用户对应的移动客 户端; 以及对用户的电子名片中的信息进行更新。 可选地, 所述简明身份信息是连同所述地理位置信息一起发送至所述电子名片传 递服务器的或是预先存储在所述电子名片传递服务器上的。 可选地, 所述电子名片是在请求用户提出电子名片传递请求时以及对象用户在确 认请求时向所述电子名片传递服务器发送的或是由请求用户以及对象用户预先存储 在所述电子名片传递服务器上的。 本发明提供一种结合地理位置信息的电子名片传递方法及***, 利用电子名片传 递服务器将各个移动客户端的地理位置信息及用户的简明身份信息汇集起来, 使得移 动客户端可以根据上述信息选择在预定距离范围内的一个或多个用户进行电子名片 的传递, 为人们传递电子名片提供了便利, 相较于现有技术, 操作简单且可确保电子 名片内容的正确性。 附图说明 图 1为本发明电子名片传递***的框架示意图; 图 2为本发明电子名片传递***的结构示意图; 图 3为本发明电子名片传递方法的流程示意图。
具体实施方式 本发明的发明人发现: 传统的名片信息的保存需要人工直接输入到电子存储装置 中, 或是利用图像处理和光学字符识别技术对拍摄的名片进行处理和识别后再保存, 还或是利用短消息、 邮件的方式将电子名片内容以文本形式进行发送等, 均不可避免 地存在信息资料的输入操作繁琐, 名片信息管理不便, 且不能确保信息资料输入的正 确性等问题。 因此, 本发明的发明人对现有技术进行了改进, 提出了一种结合地理位置信息的 电子名片传递方法及***, 利用电子名片传递服务器将各个移动客户端的地理位置信 息及用户的简明身份信息汇集起来, 使得移动客户端可以根据上述信息选择在预定距 离范围内的一个或多个用户进行电子名片的传递, 为人们传递电子名片提供了便利, 相较于现有技术, 操作简单且可确保电子名片内容的正确性。 以下将通过具体实施例来对发明进行详细说明。 图 1为本发明电子名片传递***的框架示意图。 如图 1所示, 所述电子名片传递***包括: 电子名片传递服务器 10、与电子名片 传递服务器 10进行联网的一个或多个移动客户端 12。 通过网络连接, 可以将各个移 动客户端 12连接为一体。 利用电子名片传递服务器 10, 可以对来自各个移动客户端 12的包括电子名片在内的信息进行收集、 查看、 管理, 并根据其中的移动客户端 12 发出的电子名片传递请求将其所需的电子名片提供给所述移动客户端 12,为人们传递 电子名片提供了便利, 操作简单且可确保电子名片内容的正确性。 图 2为本发明电子名片传递***的结构示意图。 移动客户端 12用于: 将当前的地理位置信息发送至电子名片传递服务器 10; 从 电子名片传递服务器 10获取在预定距离范围内周边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列 表, 并显示出所述用户列表中用户的简明身份信息; 在所述用户列表中选择一个或多 个用户,作为电子名片传递的对象用户,提出向对象用户传递电子名片和 /或从对象用 户获取电子名片的电子名片传递请求, 并将所述电子名片传递请求发送至电子名片传 递服务器 10。 如图 2所示, 移动客户端 12包括: 信息收发单元 120、 定位单元 121、 显示单元 122、 选择单元 123、 电子名片传递请求单元 124、 请求确认单元 125、 以及第一存储 单元 126。 在具体应用中, 移动客户端 12可以是手机、 PDA、 平板电脑和笔记本电脑 中的任一种。 下面针对移动客户端 12中上述的各个单元进行详细描述。 信息收发单元 120,用于与电子名片传递服务器 10建立通信连接,进行信息的互 传。 在本发明中, 所述信息可以包括当前的地理位置信息、 用户的简明身份信息以及 电子名片等。 需说明的是, 移动客户端 12与电子名片传递服务器 10联网, 所述通信网络可以 是基于 TCP/IP的以太网、互联网、 Wi-Fi无线网际网路等, 也可以是例如 2G、 3G (包 括宽带码分多址 WCDMA、时分一同步码分多址 TD-SCDMA)、长期演进(LTE, Long Term Evolution ) 或全球微波互联接入 (WIMAX , Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access)在内的移动通信网络。 所述简明身份信息包括但不限于: 用户的姓名, 用户的昵称, 用户的公司名称, 用户的大头像, 用户自己设置的一个表示自己身份的图片。 所述电子名片的信息包括但不限于: 文字形式的用户的联系信息, 包括姓名, 电 话, e-mail, 公司, 部门, 职务, 地址等; 用户的名片的图像; 用户的大头像; 用户 指定需要传递的其它文字, 声音, 图像, 视频等多媒体信息。 定位单元 121, 用于获取当前的地理位置信息。 在这里, 所述地理位置可以根据 移动客户端 12是何种通信装置而具有不同的来源。 以常用的手机为例, 所述地理位 置信息包括但不限于: 1、 由手机中内置 GPS装置自动获取的 GPS信息; 2、 手机当 前所在的移动基站的位置信息。 显示单元 122, 用于显示各类信息, 例如来自所述电子名片传递服务器 10的、在 预定距离范围内周边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列表、用户列表中各个用户的简明 身份信息, 以及各个用户的电子名片。 在本发明中, 所述显示单元可以是 LCD液晶 显示屏幕。 这里所述的预定距离范围可以根据实际应用环境而有不同的设置。 选择单元 123,用于在显示单元 122上显示的、来自电子名片传递服务器 10的用 户列表中选择一个或多个用户, 作为电子名片传递的对象用户。 电子名片传递请求单元 124, 用于对选择单元 123选择的对象用户生成电子名片 传递请求。 在本发明中, 所述电子名片传递请求包括但不限于: 1、 向选中的对象用 户传递自己的电子名片; 2、 从选中的对象用户获取他 (们) 的电子名片; 3、 与选中 的对象用户进行电子名片的互换。对于上述三种状况,通过电子名片传递请求单元 124 选择其中的任一种。 后续, 所述电子名片传递请求可以通过信息收发单元 120发送至电子名片传递服 务器 10之后再由电子名片传递服务器 10发送至被选的对象用户对应的一个或多个移 动客户端 12上, 以后, 被选的对象用户对所述电子名片传递请求予以确认。 请求确认单元 125,用于对来自请求用户对应的移动客户端 12发送的电子名片传 递请求予以确认, 并将所述确认信息发送至电子名片传递服务器 10。 一般情况下, 当对象用户接收到由请求用户的移动客户端 12发送的电子名片传 递请求时, 可以查看请求用户的简明身份信息, 以此判断是否需要对所述电子名片传 递请求予以确认。 若同意所述名片传递请求, 则通过请求确认单元 125予以确认; 若 不同意所述电子名片传递请求, 则通过请求确认单元 125予以取消或拒绝。 当然, 上述对于所述电子名片传递请求的确认动作仍可以有其他的变化, 例如, 在某一情况下, 对象用户可以预先将请求确认单元 125设置成自动确认并实现电子名 片的传递或者互换, 即自动接收请求用户传递过来的电子名片或者自动与请求用户进 行电子名片的互换;在另一情况下,对象用户也可以预先告知电子名片传递服务器 10, 当电子名片传递请求是与所述对象用户相关时不需要向所述对象用户征求确认信息 而直接执行电子名片传递请求的内容, 进行电子名片的传递。 第一存储单元 126, 用于存储自身用户的电子名片以及通过信息收发单元 120接 收自电子名片传递服务器 10响应对象用户对应的移动客户端 12的确认信息后所发送 的对象用户的电子名片。
电子名片传递服务器 10用于: 将所述电子名片传递请求发送至被选的对象用户 对应的移动客户端 12上, 并在接收到由对象用户对应的移动客户端 12所发送的确认 信息后响应所述电子名片传递请求, 将请求用户的电子名片传递至对象用户对应的移 动客户端 12和 /或将对象用户的电子名片传递至请求用户对应的移动客户端 12。 如图 2所示, 电子名片传递服务器 10包括: 信息收发单元 100、 第二存储单元 101、 身份信息提供单元 102、 电子名片提供单元 103、 以及更新单元 104。 信息收发单元 100, 用于与移动客户端 12建立通信连接, 进行信息的互传。在本 发明中, 所述信息可以包括移动客户端 12的当前的地理位置信息、 用户的简明身份 信息以及电子名片等。 所述简明身份信息包括但不限于: 用户的姓名, 用户的昵称, 用户的公司名称, 用户的大头像, 用户自己设置的一个表示自己身份的图片。 所述电子名片的信息包括但不限于: 文字形式的用户的联系信息, 包括姓名, 电 话, e-mail, 公司, 部门, 职务, 地址等; 用户的名片的图像; 用户的大头像; 用户 指定需要传递的其它文字, 声音, 图像, 视频等多媒体信息。 第二存储单元 101, 用于存储各个移动客户端 12所发送的当前的地理位置信息、 各个移动客户端 12对应的用户的简明身份信息和 /或电子名片。 在本发明中, 所述简明身份信息是连同所述地理位置信息一起发送至所述电子名 片传递服务器的或是预先存储在所述电子名片传递服务器上的。 所述电子名片是在请求用户提出电子名片传递请求时以及对象用户在确认请求 时向所述电子名片传递服务器发送的或是由请求用户以及对象用户预先存储在所述 电子名片传递服务器上的。 身份信息提供单元 102,用于在接收到请求用户对应的移动客户端 12发送的当前 的地理位置信息后, 将在预定距离范围内周边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列表发送 至请求用户对应的移动客户端 12, 并在移动客户端 12上显示出所述用户列表中用户 的简明身份信息, 以供请求用户在移动客户端 12上进行选择。 后续, 请求用户可以在移动客户端 12上选择用户列表中的一个或多个用户作为 对象用户, 并提出相应的电子名片传递请求。 电子名片传递服务器 10 的信息收发单 元 100更可以将所述电子名片传递请求转发至对象用户对应的一个或多个移动客户端 12, 以供对应用户对应的一个或多个移动客户端 12予以确认。 在本发明中, 所述电子名片传递请求包括但不限于: 1、 向选中的对象用户传递 自己的电子名片; 2、 从选中的对象用户获取他 (们) 的电子名片; 3、 与选中的对象 用户进行电子名片的互换。 对于上述三种状况, 通过电子名片传递请求单元 124选择 其中的任一种。 电子名片提供单元 103,用于在接收到由对象用户对应的移动客户端 12所发送的 确认信息后响应所述电子名片传递请求, 通过信息收发单元 100将请求用户的电子名 片传递至对象用户对应的移动客户端 12和 /或将对象用户的电子名片传递至请求用户 对应的移动客户端 12。 更新单元 104, 用于根据新的移动客户端提交的当前的地理位置信息、 移动客户 端提交的当前的地理位置信息的变更情况和 /或用户提交的简明身份信息的变更情况, 对用户列表进行更新, 并将更新后的用户列表以及用户列表中用户的简明身份信息发 送至请求用户对应的移动客户端; 以及对用户的电子名片中的信息进行更新。 另外, 经由更新单元 104更新后的信息 (当前的地理位置信息、 简明身份信息、 电子名片的信息等) 还可以存储在第二存储单元中 101。
本发明另提供了一种结合地理位置信息的电子名片传递方法。 图 3即显示了所述 方法的流程示意图。 如图 3所示, 所述电子名片传递方法包括: 步骤 S201 , 移动客户端与电子名片传递服务器建立通信连接。在所述步骤中, 所 述建立通信连接可以包括: 移动客户端提出连接请求, 并在电子名片传递服务器确认 后, 实现通信连接; 也可以是, 由移动客户端直接登录电子名片传递服务器所属的网 站。 由于所述建立通信连接的步骤已为本领域技术人员所熟知, 故不再在此赘述。 步骤 S203,请求用户利用移动客户端将当前的地理位置信息发送至与所述移动客 户端建立通信连接的电子名片传递服务器。 另外, 在本发明中, 还可以在发送当前的地理位置信息时一同将请求用户的简明 身份信息发送至所述电子名片传递服务器。 当然, 在其他情况下, 所述简明身份信息 也可以预先存储在所述电子名片传递服务器上。 步骤 S205,电子名片传递服务器根据请求用户对应的移动客户端发送的当前的地 理位置信息, 将与请求用户对应的移动客户端的距离在预定距离范围内的周边移动客 户端对应的用户的用户列表发送至请求用户对应的移动客户端, 并在所述移动客户端 上显示出所述用户列表中用户的简明身份信息。 步骤 S207,请求用户从所述移动客户端显示的所述用户列表中选择一个或多个用 户, 作为电子名片传递的对象用户, 提出电子名片传递请求, 并将所述电子名片传递 请求发送至所述电子名片传递服务器, 由所述电子名片传递服务器再将所述电子名片 传递请求发送至被选的对象用户对应的移动客户端上。 在本发明中, 所述电子名片传递请求包括但不限于: 1、 向选中的对象用户传递 自己的电子名片; 2、 从选中的对象用户获取他 (们) 的电子名片; 3、 与选中的对象 用户进行电子名片的互换。 对于上述三种状况, 通过电子名片传递请求单元 124选择 其中的任一种。 步骤 S209,所述电子名片传递服务器在接收到由对象用户对应的所述移动客户端 所发送的确认信息后响应所述电子名片传递请求, 将请求用户的电子名片传递至对象 用户对应的移动客户端和 /或将对象用户的电子名片传递至请求用户对应的移动客户
其中, 所述电子名片是在请求用户提出电子名片传递请求时以及对象用户在确认 请求时向所述电子名片传递服务器发送的或是由请求用户以及对象用户预先存储在 所述电子名片传递服务器上的。 一般情况下, 当对象用户接收到由请求用户的移动客户端发送的电子名片传递请 求时, 可以查看请求用户的简明身份信息, 以此判断是否需要对所述电子名片传递请 求予以确认。 若同意所述名片传递请求, 则予以确认并将确认信息发送至所述电子名 片传递服务器; 若不同意所述电子名片传递请求, 则予以取消或拒绝。 当然, 上述对于所述电子名片传递请求的确认动作仍可以有其他的变化, 例如对 象用户可以预先将对应的所述移动客户端设置成自动确认并实现电子名片的传递或 者互换, 即自动接收请求用户传递过来的电子名片或者自动与请求用户进行电子名片 的互换。 另外, 在本发明中, 电子名片传递服务器还包括: 根据新的移动客户端提交的当 前的地理位置信息、移动客户端提交的当前的地理位置信息的变更情况和 /或用户提交 的简明身份信息的变更情况, 对用户列表进行更新, 并将更新后的用户列表以及用户 列表中用户的简明身份信息发送至请求用户对应的移动客户端; 以及对用户的电子名 片中的信息进行更新。 以下通过实例, 对本发明在指定信息的获取中的应用进行详细说明。 第一实施例: 请求用户 A在手机 a上配置了具备名片传递功能的软件, 并与网站 W的服务器 建立通信连接;请求用户 A利用手机 a将手机 a的当前的地理位置信息以及请求用户 A的简明身份信息上传给网站 W的服务器; 网站 W的服务器根据手机 a的当前的地 理位置信息, 将距离手机 a—定距离范围 (例如为 100米) 内的其他手机 (假设有手 机13、 c、 d、 e、 f) 的用户 (假设为用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F) 的用户列表发送至手机 a 上, 显示出用户列表中各个用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F的简明身份信息; 请求用户 A阅读 各个用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F的简明身份信息, 根据实际需求, 选中其中的用户 B、 C 作为对象用户; 提出用于向用户8、 C传递用户 A的电子名片的电子名片传递请求, 并将所述电子名片传递请求经由网站 W的服务器发送至用户 B、 C对应的手机 b、 c; 网站 W的服务器接收到来自手机 b、 c的确认信息后响应所述电子名片传递请求, 将 用户 A的电子名片发送至用户8、 C对应的手机 b、 c上。 另外, 在本第一实施例中, 若用户 B、 C中的其中一个 (或是用户 B, 或是用户 C)对请求用户 A提出的电子名片传递请求进行了确认,则网站 W的服务器将请求用 户 A的电子名片仅传递给发出确认的那一个用户所对应的手机; 若用户 B、 C对请求 用户 A提出的电子名片传递请求都不进行确认, 则网站 W的服务器不作处理。 再有, 上述对于所述电子名片传递请求的确认动作仍可以有其他的变化, 例如, 用户 B、 C可以预先将手机13、 c设置成自动确认; 或者将预先告知网站 W的服务器, 可以无需确认而直接进行电子名片的传递。
第二实施例: 请求用户 A在手机 a上配置了具备名片传递功能的软件, 并与网站 W的服务器 建立通信连接;请求用户 A利用手机 a将手机 a的当前的地理位置信息以及请求用户 A的简明身份信息上传给网站 W的服务器; 网站 W的服务器根据手机 a的当前的地 理位置信息, 将距离手机 a—定距离范围 (例如为 100米) 内的其他手机 (假设有手 机13、 c、 d、 e、 f) 的用户 (假设为用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F) 的用户列表发送至手机 a 上, 显示出用户列表中各个用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F的简明身份信息; 请求用户 A阅读 各个用户^ C、 D、 E、 F的简明身份信息, 根据实际需求, 选中其中的用户^ C、 D作为对象用户; 提出要从用户 B、 C、 D获得他们的电子名片的电子名片传递请求, 并将所述电子名片传递请求经由网站 W的服务器发送至用户 B、 C、 D对应的手机 b、 c、 d; 网站 W的服务器接收到来自手机 b、 c、 d的确认信息后响应所述电子名片传递 请求, 将用户 B、 C、 D的电子名片发送至请求用户 A对应的手机 a上。
第三实施例: 请求用户 A在手机 a上配置了具备名片传递功能的软件, 并与网站 W的服务器 建立通信连接;请求用户 A利用手机 a将手机 a的当前的地理位置信息以及请求用户 A的简明身份信息上传给网站 W的服务器; 网站 W的服务器根据手机 a的当前的地 理位置信息, 将距离手机 a—定距离范围 (例如为 100米) 内的其他手机 (假设有手 机13、 c、 d、 e、 f) 的用户 (假设为用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F) 的用户列表发送至手机 a 上, 显示出用户列表中各个用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F的简明身份信息; 请求用户 A阅读 各个用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F 的简明身份信息, 根据实际需求, 选中其中的用户 C、 E 作为对象用户; 提出要与用户 C、 E进行互换电子名片的电子名片传递请求, 并将所 述电子名片传递请求经由网站 W的服务器发送至用户 C、 E对应的手机 c、 e; 网站 W的服务器接收到来自手机 c、 e的确认信息后响应所述电子名片传递请求, 将用户 C、 E的电子名片发送至请求用户 A对应的手机 a上, 将请求用户 A的电子名片分别 发送至用户 C、 E对应的手机 c、 e上。
综上所述, 本发明提供一种结合地理位置信息的电子名片传递方法及***, 利用 电子名片传递服务器将各个移动客户端的地理位置信息及用户的简明身份信息汇集 起来, 使得移动客户端可以根据上述信息选择在预定距离范围内的一个或多个用户进 行电子名片的传递, 为人们传递电子名片提供了便利, 相较于现有技术, 操作简单且 可确保电子名片内容的正确性。 上述实施例仅列示性说明本发明的原理及功效, 而非用于限制本发明。 任何熟悉 此项技术的人员均可在不违背本发明的精神及范围下,对上述实施例进行修改。因此, 本发明的权利保护范围, 应如权利要求书所列。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种结合地理位置信息的电子名片传递方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 请求用户利用移动客户端将当前的地理位置信息发送至与所述移动客户端 建立通信连接的电子名片传递服务器,从所述电子名片传递服务器获取在预定距 离范围内周边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列表,并在请求用户的移动客户端上 显示出所述用户列表中用户的简明身份信息; 请求用户从所述移动客户端显示的所述用户列表中选择一个或多个用户,作 为电子名片传递的对象用户, 提出向对象用户传递电子名片和 /或从对象用户获 取电子名片的电子名片传递请求,并将所述电子名片传递请求发送至所述电子名 片传递服务器; 所述电子名片传递服务器将所述电子名片传递请求发送至被选的对象用户 对应的移动客户端上,并在接收到由对象用户对应的所述移动客户端所发送的确 认信息后响应所述电子名片传递请求,将请求用户的电子名片传递至对象用户对 应的移动客户端和 /或将对象用户的电子名片传递至请求用户对应的移动客户 w°
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的电子名片传递方法, 其特征在于, 所述简明身份信息 是连同所述地理位置信息一起发送至所述电子名片传递服务器的或是预先存储 在所述电子名片传递服务器上的。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的电子名片传递方法, 其特征在于, 所述从所述电子名 片传递服务器获取在预定距离范围内周边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列表,并 在请求用户的移动客户端上显示出所述用户列表中用户的简明身份信息包括: 所述电子名片传递服务器接收来自各个用户对应的移动客户端发送的地理 位置信息; 针对请求用户,所述电子名片传递服务器向请求用户提供在预定距离范围内 的所有用户的用户列表及其对应的简明身份信息,显示在请求用户对应的移动客 户端上。
4. 根据权利要求 4所述的电子名片传递方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子名片传递 服务器还包括: 根据新的移动客户端提交的当前的地理位置信息、移动客户端提 交的当前的地理位置信息的变更情况和 /或用户提交的简明身份信息的变更情 况,对用户列表进行更新, 并将更新后的用户列表以及用户列表中用户的简明身 份信息发送至请求用户对应的移动客户端;以及对用户的电子名片中的信息进行 更新。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的电子名片传递方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子名片是在 请求用户提出电子名片传递请求时以及对象用户在确认请求时向所述电子名片 传递服务器发送的或是由请求用户以及对象用户预先存储在所述电子名片传递 服务器上的。
6. 一种结合地理位置信息的电子名片传递***, 其特征在于, 包括电子名片传 递服务器以及与所述电子名片传递服务器建立通信连接的移动客户端; 所述移动客户端用于:将当前的地理位置信息发送至所述电子名片传递服务 器;从所述电子名片传递服务器获取在预定距离范围内周边移动客户端对应的用 户的用户列表, 并显示出所述用户列表中用户的简明身份信息; 在所述用户列表 中选择一个或多个用户, 作为电子名片传递的对象用户, 提出向对象用户传递电 子名片和 /或从对象用户获取电子名片的电子名片传递请求, 并将所述电子名片 传递请求发送至所述电子名片传递服务器; 所述电子名片传递服务器用于:将所述电子名片传递请求发送至被选的对象 用户对应的移动客户端上,并在接收到由对象用户对应的所述移动客户端所发送 的确认信息后响应所述电子名片传递请求,将请求用户的电子名片传递至对象用 户对应的移动客户端和 /或将对象用户的电子名片传递至请求用户对应的移动客 户端。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的电子名片传递***, 其特征在于, 所述移动客户端包括: 定位单元, 用于获取当前的地理位置信息; 信息收发单元, 用于将当前的地理位置信息、 简明身份信息和 /或电子名片 发送至所述电子名片传递服务器;接收来自所述电子名片传递服务器查找到的在 预定距离范围内周边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列表及其中用户的简明身份 信息; 以及接收来自所述电子名片传递服务器的电子名片; 显示单元; 选择单元,用于在所述显示单元上显示的、来自所述电子名片传递服务器的 用户列表中选择一个或多个用户, 作为电子名片传递的对象用户; 电子名片传递请求单元,用于对所述选择单元选择的对象用户生成将向对象 用户传递电子名片和 /或从对象用户获取电子名片的电子名片传递请求; 所述电 子名片传递请求经由所述电子名片传递服务器发送至被选的对象用户对应的所 述移动客户端上; 请求确认单元,用于对来自请求用户对应的所述移动客户端发送的电子名片 传递请求予以确认, 并将所述确认信息发送至所述电子名片传递服务器; 第一存储单元,用于存储自身用户的电子名片以及通过所述信息收发单元接 收自所述电子名片传递服务器响应对象用户对应的所述移动客户端的确认信息 后所发送的对象用户的电子名片; 所述电子名片传递服务器包括: 信息收发单元,用于接收自各个所述移动客户端所发送的当前的地理位置信 息、 简明身份信息和 /或电子名片, 将收集到的用户的简明身份信息和 /或电子名 片发送至各个所述移动客户端,以及将请求用户对应的移动客户端发送的电子名 片传递请求发送至被选的对象用户对应的移动客户端;所述电子名片传递请求包 括向对象用户传递电子名片和 /或从对象用户获取电子名片; 身份信息提供单元,用于在接收到请求用户对应的所述移动客户端发送的当 前的地理位置信息后,将在预定距离范围内周边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列 表发送至请求用户对应的所述移动客户端,并在所述移动客户端上显示出所述用 户列表中用户的简明身份信息; 电子名片提供单元,用于在接收到由对象用户对应的所述移动客户端所发送 的确认信息后响应所述电子名片传递请求,通过所述信息收发单元将请求用户的 电子名片传递至对象用户对应的移动客户端和 /或将对象用户的电子名片传递至 请求用户对应的移动客户端; 第二存储单元, 用于存储各个所述移动客户端所发送的当前的地理位置信 息、 各个所述移动客户端对应的用户的简明身份信息和 /或电子名片。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的电子名片传递***, 其特征在于, 所述电子名片传递 服务器还包括更新单元,用于:根据新的移动客户端提交的当前的地理位置信息、 移动客户端提交的当前的地理位置信息的变更情况和 /或用户提交的简明身份信 息的变更情况,对所述用户列表进行更新, 并将更新后的所述用户列表以及所述 用户列表中用户的简明身份信息发送至请求用户对应的移动客户端;以及对用户 的电子名片中的信息进行更新。
9. 根据权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的电子名片传递***, 其特征在于, 所述 简明身份信息是连同所述地理位置信息一起发送至所述电子名片传递服务器的 或是预先存储在所述电子名片传递服务器上的。
10.根据权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的电子名片传递***, 其特征在于, 所述 电子名片是在请求用户提出电子名片传递请求时以及对象用户在确认请求时向 所述电子名片传递服务器发送的或是由请求用户以及对象用户预先存储在所述 电子名片传递服务器上的。
